Abstract

A cosmetic device which heats the skin of a human body is provided with: a film-like heater layer which is disposed facing the skin across a space (3) and which radiates radiant heat toward the skin; a space forming member (20) which is disposed on the skin side of the heater layer to form a space between the heater layer and the skin; a determining unit which determines the presence or absence of an object on the skin; and a temperature control unit which controls the temperature of the heater layer. The object on the skin has a defined shape that does not deform unless a force is applied thereto, and internally contains a liquid having a cosmetic effect. The temperature control unit sets the temperature of the heater layer to be higher if the determining unit determines that the object is present than if the determining unit determines that the object is not present.

The present disclosure relates to a beauty device that warms the skin of a human body.
Patent Document 1 discloses an exothermic beauty pack used for facial thermal beauty. This exothermic beauty pack is a sheet-like mask having exothermic properties. This pack contains lotion. This pack is used in close contact with this face. As the pack itself generates heat, penetration of the skin lotion is improved.
2014-129313号公報No. 2014-129313
The present inventor examined a beauty device for heating the skin with radiant heat. This beauty device includes a film-like heater layer and a space forming member. The heater layer is disposed so as to face the skin across the space and emits radiant heat toward the skin. The space forming member is disposed on the skin side of the heater layer, and forms a space between the heater layer and the skin. According to this beauty device, the skin can be heated by radiant heat from the heater layer without bringing the heater layer into contact with the skin.
As a method of using this beauty device, a method of warming the skin with this beauty device with a lotion applied to the skin can be considered. As another method of use, a method of heating the skin with this cosmetic device in a state where a non-pyrogenic pack containing skin lotion is attached to the skin can be considered.
However, when using the pack, radiant heat is blocked by the pack. For this reason, when the temperature of the heater layer is the same when the pack is used and when it is not used, the temperature of the skin is lower when the pack is used than when the pack is not used. Therefore, this inventor discovered that the subject that the temperature of a user's skin did not become an appropriate temperature for the penetration of skin lotion arises.
In addition, an object with a fixed shape blocks radiant heat. For this reason, this problem is not limited to the case of using a pack containing skin lotion, but is a problem that occurs in the case of using an object containing a cosmetic liquid. Beauty means preparing the skin beautifully. Cosmetic liquids generally include liquids such as lotions, milky lotions, and cosmetic liquids. Moreover, the liquid contained in vegetables and fruits is also included. Liquids of ingredients such as honey and yogurt are also included. Therefore, when a sliced vegetable or fruit is applied to the skin, the vegetable or fruit corresponds to the object.
This disclosure is intended to provide a beauty device that can heat a user's skin so that the temperature of the user's skin becomes an appropriate temperature.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, a beauty device comprises:
A film-like heater layer that is disposed facing the skin across the space and emits radiant heat toward the skin;
A space forming member disposed on the skin side of the heater layer and forming a space between the heater layer and the skin;
A determination unit for determining the presence or absence of an object on the skin;
A temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of the heater layer,
The object has a fixed shape on the skin that does not deform unless force is applied, and contains a cosmetic liquid inside.
When the determination unit determines that there is an object, the temperature control unit increases the temperature of the heater layer as compared to the case where the determination unit determines that there is no object.

The headband 14 is a fixing member that fixes the mask main body 12 to the face 2 that is an object to be heated. The headband 14 is put on the head. As a result, the mask main body 12 is fixed to the face 2 of the user 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, the mask main body 12 includes a half mirror layer 16, a heater unit layer 18, and a pad 20.
The half mirror layer 16 is an exterior member of the mask body 12. As shown in FIG. 2, the half mirror layer 16 is laminated on the non-user side of the heater unit layer 18. The half mirror layer 16 has a shape and size that can cover the heater unit layer 18. That is, the half mirror layer 16 has a shape and size that can cover the face 2. Although not shown, the half mirror layer 16 has a transparent member such as a resin material and a surface layer in which a metal material such as aluminum is deposited on the surface of the transparent member.
The half mirror layer 16 is light transmissive. For this reason, the user 1 can see around the user 1 when the beauty device 10 is worn. More specifically, when the space on one side of the half mirror layer 16 is bright and the space on the other side is dark, part of the light from the bright side is reflected by the half mirror layer 16 and other light from the bright side is reflected. Some are transparent. Thus, when the half mirror layer 16 is viewed from the bright side, the half mirror layer 16 functions as a mirror. When the half mirror layer 16 is viewed from the dark side, the half mirror layer 16 functions as a translucent member where the bright side can be seen. When the mask main body 12 is mounted, the user side of the mask main body 12 is a dark side, and the non-user side of the mask main body 12 is a bright side. For this reason, when the mask main body 12 is mounted, the user 1 can see around the user 1, but a person other than the user 1 cannot see the face of the user 1.
The heater unit layer 18 is a heater device having a film-like heater layer. The heater unit layer 18 is laminated on the inner side of the half mirror layer 16, that is, on the user side. The heater unit layer 18 has a shape and a size that can cover the face 2. In the heater unit layer 18, two openings 18 a are formed at positions corresponding to the eyes of the user 1 when the mask main body 12 is mounted. Each of the two openings 18a is a space. For this reason, the heater unit layer 18 covers the forehead, nose, mouth, cheek, chin, and the like of the user 1 when the mask main body 12 is mounted. The heater unit layer 18 generates heat by energization and emits radiant heat toward the face 2 of the user 1. Details of the heater unit layer 18 will be described later.
The pad 20 is a space forming member that forms a space 3 between the heater unit layer 18 and the skin of the face 2 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the pad 20 has a ring shape along the contour of the face 2. The pad 20 is laminated on the user side of the heater unit layer 18, that is, on the skin side, and over the entire periphery of the heater unit layer 18. As shown in FIG. 2, when the mask main body 12 is mounted, the pad 20 contacts the entire peripheral edge of the face 2 of the user 1. The pad 20 is made of a foamed resin material such as foamed urethane. Note that the pad 20 may be made of another material having cushioning properties and sealing properties.
The heater unit layer 18 does not directly touch the face 2 of the user 1 when the mask main body 12 is mounted by the pad 20. Further, since the pad 20 has an annular shape, a closed space 3 is formed between the heater unit layer 18 and the face 2 when the mask main body 12 is mounted.
The pad 20 is provided with two band fixing portions 201. Each of the two end portions 141 of the headband 14 is fixed to each of the two band fixing portions 201.
As shown in FIG. 4, the heater unit layer 18 includes a heater body layer 22, a heat insulating layer 24, and a skin layer 26. The heater body layer 22 is a film-like heater layer that generates heat by energization and emits radiant heat toward the skin of the face 2. The size of the heater body layer 22 in the surface direction is the same as the size of the heater unit layer 18 in the surface direction. That is, the heater main body layer 22 is disposed over the entire area of the heater unit layer 18 in the surface direction.
The heat insulating layer 24 is laminated on the heater main body layer 22 on the side opposite to the user, that is, on the half mirror layer 16 side. The heat insulating layer 24 is a layer that suppresses heat transfer from the heater body layer 22 to the half mirror layer 16 side. The heat insulation layer 24 suppresses the outflow of heat from the heater body layer 22 to the half mirror layer 16 side.
The skin layer 26 is laminated on the user side of the heater body layer 22. The skin layer 26 is a layer for protecting the heater body layer 22. The skin layer 26 is a layer for ensuring the design of the heater body layer 22 on the user side. The skin layer 26 is made of a cloth such as a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the heater main body layer 22 includes a substrate portion 30, a pair of electrodes 32 and 34, and a plurality of heat generating portions 36. The X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction, and the Z-axis direction indicated by arrows in the figure are directions orthogonal to each other. The X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction are directions parallel to the surface of the heater main body layer 22, that is, the surface direction of the heater main body layer 22. The Z-axis direction is the thickness direction of the heater body layer 22.
The substrate unit 30 is in the form of a film. A pair of electrodes 32 and 34 and a plurality of heat generating portions 36 are disposed inside the substrate portion 30. The substrate part 30 is made of a flexible synthetic resin as an insulating material. The synthetic resin is, for example, a thermoplastic resin.
Each of the pair of electrodes 32 and 34 extends linearly along the Y-axis direction. The pair of electrodes 32 and 34 are disposed away from each other in the X-axis direction. The pair of electrodes 32 and 34 are electrically connected to the plurality of heat generating portions 36.
The plurality of heat generating portions 36 generate heat by energization and radiate radiant heat. The plurality of heating portions 36 are made of a metal material. The plurality of heat generating portions 36 are arranged in parallel between the pair of electrodes 32 and 34. One heat generating portion 36 extends linearly along the X-axis direction between the pair of electrodes 32 and 34. One end side of one heat generating portion 36 is electrically connected to one electrode 32. The other end side of the first heat generating part 36 is electrically connected to the other electrode 34 of the pair of electrodes 32, 34. As shown in FIG. 6, the one heat generating part 36 is film-shaped.
As shown in FIG. 5, a low heat conduction portion 37 exists between two adjacent heat generating portions 36 among the plurality of heat generating portions 36 inside the substrate portion 30. The low thermal conductive portion 37 is a portion having lower thermal conductivity than the heat generating portion 36. The low heat conducting portion 37 thermally separates the adjacent heat generating portions 36 from each other. The low heat conducting portion 37 is made of an insulating material that constitutes the substrate portion 30.
Thus, the heater main body layer 22 has a plurality of heat generating portions 36 that are film-like and a plurality of low heat conducting portions 37. Since the heat generating part 36 is in the form of a film, the heat capacity of the heat generating part 36 is reduced.
Furthermore, a heat generating part that generates heat and emits radiant heat is constituted by a plurality of heat generating parts 36. More specifically, one heat generating portion 36 has an elongated shape. Thereby, the thermal resistance in the length direction of the heat generating portion 36 is increased.
The low heat conduction part 37 is arrange | positioned between the two heat generating parts 36 adjacent. Thereby, the thermal resistance between the two adjacent heat generating parts 36 is increased. As a result, the thermal resistance in the surface direction of the heater body layer 22 is increased. That is, the heat transfer in the surface direction is suppressed as compared with the case where the heat generating portion is configured by one heat generating portion continuous in the surface direction.
For this reason, when the heater body layer 22 is touched to the finger 1 or the face 2 of the user 1 and heat is transferred from the touched portion to the user 1, heat from the periphery of the touched portion to the touched portion is heated. Movement is suppressed. The temperature of the touched part quickly decreases. Thereby, the thermal discomfort to the user 1 can be reduced.
Thus, in this embodiment, when the user 1 touches the heater body layer 22, the heater body layer 22 has such a characteristic that the temperature of the portion touched by the user 1 rapidly decreases. 22 is configured.
The plurality of heat generating portions 36 are disposed in a region of the heater main body layer 22 facing at least the region to be heated of the face 2. The heating target area of the face 2 is, for example, a forehead, a nose, a cheek, and a chin.
As shown in FIG. 7, the beauty device 10 includes a control device 40, a battery 42, and an operation unit 44.
The control device 40 controls the energization amounts of the plurality of heat generating portions 36 of the heater body layer 22 so that the heater body layer 22 reaches the target temperature. Thereby, the control device 40 controls the temperature of the heater body layer 22. In the present embodiment, the control device 40 uniformly controls the energization amounts of the plurality of heat generating portions 36 throughout the heater body layer 22. Thereby, the control device 40 uniformly controls the temperature of the heater main body layer 22 throughout the heater main body layer 22. The control device 40 is provided in the heater unit layer 18. The control device 40 includes a microcomputer including memories such as a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM and its peripheral circuits. The control device 40 performs various calculations and processes based on the control program stored in the memory. The memory is a non-transitional tangible recording medium. A non-transitional tangible recording medium is a non-transitory tangible storage medium (ie, non-transitory tangible storage media).
The battery 42 is a power supply device that supplies power to the heater body layer 22. As the battery 42, various batteries such as a primary battery and a secondary battery can be used. As shown in FIG. 3, the battery 42 is provided inside the headband 14.
The operation unit 44 is operated by the user 1. The operation unit 44 has a switch such as a power switch. The operation unit 44 outputs a signal corresponding to the operation of the user 1 to the control device 40. As shown in FIG. 3, the operation unit 44 is provided on the headband 14.
Next, a method for using the beauty device 10 of this embodiment will be described.
User 1 applies lotion to the skin of face 2. Lotion is a beauty liquid. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2, the user 1 wears the beauty device 10. That is, the user 1 makes the mask main body 12 face the face 2 so that the mask main body 12 covers the face 2.
Alternatively, the user 1 affixes a skin lotion pack P1 having no exothermic property and containing skin lotion to the skin of the face 2. The lotion pack P1 is a sheet-like mask containing lotion. A sheet-like mask is an object having a fixed shape made of paper or cloth. The sheet-like mask has voids formed therein. Lotion is present in this void. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, the user 1 wears the beauty device 10.
The user 1 turns on the power switch of the operation unit 44 after wearing the beauty device 10. Note that the user 1 may turn on the power switch before the user 1 wears the beauty device 10.
Thereby, the heater body layer 22 generates heat by energization and releases radiant heat. The skin of the face 2 of the user 1 is heated by this radiant heat. That is, when the lotion pack P1 is not used, the skin of the face 2 is directly heated by this radiant heat. Since the skin of the face 2 is heated, the penetration of the lotion into the skin of the face 2 is improved. When the lotion pack P2 is used, the lotion pack P1 is heated by this radiant heat. The skin of the face 2 is heated by the warmed skin lotion pack P1.
Here, when the lotion pack P1 is used, radiant heat is blocked by the lotion pack P1. For this reason, when the temperature of the heater body layer 22 is the same when the lotion pack P1 is used and when it is not used, when the lotion pack P1 is used, compared to when the lotion pack P1 is not used, Skin temperature is lowered. Therefore, the skin cannot be heated to an appropriate temperature for the penetration of the skin lotion.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as described below, the controller 40 controls the heater body layer 22 so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 is different between when the lotion pack P1 is used and when it is not used. The temperature is controlled.
2 and 3, the beauty device 10 includes a temperature sensor 46. The temperature sensor 46 is provided in a region facing the forehead of the user 1 on the user-side surface 18 b of the heater unit layer 18. The temperature sensor 46 is supported by the sensor support 48. The temperature sensor 46 is fixed to the heater unit layer 18 via a sensor support portion 48. The sensor support 48 has a shape or structure that can be expanded and contracted. The sensor support unit 48 supports the temperature sensor 46 so as to come into contact with the skin of the user 1 when the beauty device 10 is worn.
The temperature sensor 46 detects the temperature of an object facing the heater unit layer 18 with the space 3 interposed therebetween. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the temperature sensor 46 contacts the skin of the user 1 when the lotion pack P1 is not used. The temperature sensor 46 detects the temperature of the skin of the user 1. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when the lotion pack P1 is used, the temperature sensor 46 contacts the lotion pack P1. The temperature sensor 46 detects the temperature of the lotion pack P1.
As shown in FIG. 7, the temperature sensor 46 is electrically connected to the control device 40. For this reason, the control device 40 can acquire the detection value of the temperature sensor 46. The detection value of the temperature sensor 46 is a detection result of the temperature sensor 46.
The control device 40 controls the temperature of the heater body layer 22 according to the flowchart shown in FIG. Each step shown in FIG. 9 corresponds to a functional unit that realizes various functions. This control is executed when the power switch of the operation unit 44 is on. When the power switch is switched from OFF to ON, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the heater body layer 22 so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes the first temperature.
In step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the temperature sensor 46. The detection value is an electrical signal corresponding to the temperature of the detection target. When a thermistor is used as the temperature sensor 46, the detected value is a voltage value corresponding to the resistance value of the thermistor. The acquired detection value is detected after a predetermined time has elapsed since the power switch was switched from OFF to ON.
Subsequently, in step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the skin based on the acquired detection value.
Here, as shown in FIG. 10, when the skin lotion pack P1 is present on the skin, the temperature detected after the lapse of the predetermined time t1 is determined after the passage of the predetermined time t1 when the skin lotion pack P1 is not present on the skin. Below the detected temperature. This is because the amount of the lotion contained in the lotion pack P1 is larger than the amount of the lotion present on the skin when there is no lotion pack P1. That is, when there is no lotion pack P1 on the skin, there is a lotion applied directly on the skin, or there is no lotion on the skin. The amount of water contained in the lotion pack P1 is greater than the amount of water contained in the skin. For this reason, when there is the lotion pack P1 on the skin, the lotion pack from the start of the warming of the face 2 by the beauty device 10 compared to the increase in the skin temperature when there is no lotion pack P1 on the skin The rise in temperature of P1 becomes slow. Thus, when the amount of the lotion on the skin is large, the temperature of the object facing the heater unit layer 18 across the space 3 is lower than when the amount of the lotion on the skin is small. Therefore, the temperature of the object facing the heater unit layer 18 across the space 3 is a physical quantity that correlates with the amount of cosmetic liquid on the skin. The temperature sensor 46 is a physical quantity sensor that detects this physical quantity.
Therefore, in this step S2, the acquired detection value is compared with a preset threshold value. The temperature and the detected value described above have a relationship that the detected value increases as the temperature increases. In this case, it is determined whether or not the detected value is lower than the threshold value. If the detected value is higher than the threshold value, NO is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S3. If the detected value is lower than the threshold value, YES is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S4. In the present embodiment, step S2 corresponds to a determination unit that determines the presence or absence of an object on the skin.
In step S3, the control device 40 sets the target temperature of the heater body layer 22 to the first temperature.
Subsequently, in step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the heater body layer 22 so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes the target temperature, that is, the first temperature. Thereby, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes the first temperature.
In step S4, the control device 40 sets the target temperature of the heater body layer 22 to the second temperature. The second temperature is a temperature higher than the first temperature. Subsequently, in step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the heater main body layer 22 so that the temperature of the heater main body layer 22 becomes the target temperature, that is, the second temperature. Thereby, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes the second temperature. In the present embodiment, steps S3, S4, and S5 correspond to a temperature control unit that controls the temperature of the heater layer.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the control device 40 determines the presence or absence of the lotion pack P1 on the skin in step S2. When it determines with there being no lotion pack, the control apparatus 40 makes temperature of the heater main body layer 22 1st temperature by step S3, S5. On the other hand, when it is determined that there is a lotion pack, the control device 40 sets the temperature of the heater body layer 22 to the second temperature in steps S4 and S5.
According to this, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 can be made higher when the lotion pack P1 is used than when the lotion pack P1 is not used. Thereby, when using the lotion pack P1, more radiant heat can be released from the heater body layer 22 than when the lotion pack P1 is not used. Therefore, even when the lotion pack P1 is used, the skin of the user 1 can be heated so that the skin of the user 1 becomes an appropriate temperature.
Thus, according to the present embodiment, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 can be automatically controlled so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes an appropriate temperature regardless of the operation of the user 1.
In the present embodiment, the temperature sensor 46 detects the temperature of the skin or the lotion pack P1. An appropriate use time of the beauty device 10 is determined for each temperature. Therefore, the control device 40 calculates an appropriate usage time of the beauty device 10 based on the detected temperature. Thereby, the calculated usage time can be notified to the user.
(Second Embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 11, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a humidity sensor 50 is used instead of the temperature sensor 46. FIG. 11 corresponds to FIG. Other configurations of the beauty device 10 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The humidity sensor 50 detects the humidity of the space 3. The humidity sensor 50 is supported by the sensor support 52 so as not to contact the skin of the face 2 of the user 1 or the lotion pack P1 when the beauty device 10 is worn. The humidity sensor 50 does not come into contact with the object facing the heater unit layer 18 with the space 3 in between, with and without the lotion pack P1 indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
The humidity sensor 50 is electrically connected to the control device 40 similarly to the temperature sensor 46 of the first embodiment. For this reason, the control apparatus 40 can acquire the detection value of the humidity sensor 50. The detection value of the humidity sensor 50 is a detection result of the humidity sensor 50.
Also in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the control device 40 controls the temperature of the heater body layer 22 according to the flowchart shown in FIG.
In step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the humidity sensor 50. This detection value is an electric signal according to the humidity of the space 3 to be detected, for example, a voltage value.
12, when the skin lotion pack P1 is on the skin, the humidity detected after the lapse of the predetermined time t1 is after the passage of the predetermined time t1 when the skin lotion pack P1 is not on the skin. It is higher than the detected humidity.
This is because the amount of the lotion contained in the lotion pack P1 is larger than the amount of the lotion present on the skin when there is no lotion pack P1. When there is no lotion pack P1 on the skin, there is a lotion applied directly on the skin or there is no lotion on the skin. For this reason, when the lotion pack P1 is on the skin, the humidity of the space is higher than when the lotion pack P1 is not on the skin. Thus, when the amount of the lotion on the skin is large, the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 50 is higher than when the amount of the lotion on the skin is small. Therefore, the humidity of the space 3 is a physical quantity that correlates with the amount of cosmetic liquid on the skin. The humidity sensor 50 is a physical quantity sensor that detects this physical quantity.
Therefore, in step S2, the acquired detection value is compared with a preset threshold value. The humidity and the detected value have a relationship that the detected value increases as the humidity increases. In this case, it is determined whether or not the detected value is higher than a threshold value. If the detected value is lower than the threshold value, NO is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S3. If the detected value is higher than the threshold value, YES is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S4.
Steps S3, S4, and S5 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Also in the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 can be automatically controlled so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes an appropriate temperature regardless of the operation of the user 1. .
(Third embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 13, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a resistance detector 54 is used instead of the temperature sensor 46. Other configurations of the beauty device 10 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The resistance detector 54 is a detection unit that detects an electrical resistance value of an object facing the heater unit layer 18 with the space 3 interposed therebetween.
As shown in FIG. 14, the resistance detector 54 has two electrodes 55 and 56. The two electrodes 55 and 56 come into contact with the skin of the face 2 of the user 1 or the lotion pack P1 when the beauty device 10 is worn. The resistance detector 54 detects the electrical resistance value of the object between the two electrodes 55 and 56. As a method for detecting the electric resistance value, a general contact-type electric resistance value detecting method can be employed.
As shown in FIG. 14, the two electrodes 55 and 56 of the resistance detector 54 are in contact with the skin of the face 2 of the user 1 when the beauty device 10 is worn and the lotion pack is not used. Thereby, the resistance detector 54 detects the electrical resistance value of the skin of the user 1.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 15, when the cosmetic device 10 is mounted and the lotion pack P1 is used, the two electrodes 55 and 56 of the resistance detector 54 are in contact with the lotion pack P1. Thereby, the resistance detector 54 detects the electrical resistance value of the lotion pack P1.
The resistance detector 54 is electrically connected to the control device 40 in the same manner as the temperature sensor 46 of the first embodiment. For this reason, the control apparatus 40 can acquire the detection value of the resistance detector 54. The detection value of the resistance detector 54 is a detection result of the resistance detector 54.
Also in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the control device 40 controls the temperature of the heater body layer 22 according to the flowchart shown in FIG.
In step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the resistance detector 54. The detected value is an electric signal corresponding to the electric resistance value to be measured. The acquired detection value may be either one detected immediately after wearing the beauty device 10 or one detected after a predetermined time has elapsed since the power switch was switched from off to on.
Subsequently, in step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the skin based on the acquired detection value.
Here, as shown in FIG. 16, the electrical resistance value detected when the lotion pack P1 is on the skin is lower than the electrical resistance value detected when the lotion pack P1 is not on the skin.
This is because the amount of the lotion contained in the lotion pack P1 is larger than the amount of the lotion present on the skin when there is no lotion pack P1. When there is no lotion pack P1 on the skin, there is a lotion applied directly on the skin or there is no lotion on the skin. Further, the amount of water contained in the lotion pack P1 is greater than the amount of water contained in the skin. For this reason, compared with the electrical resistance value of the skin when there is no lotion pack P1 on the skin, the electrical resistance value of the lotion pack P1 is low.
Thus, when the amount of skin lotion on the skin is large, the electrical resistance value of the object facing the heater unit layer 18 across the space 3 is lower than when the amount of skin lotion on the skin is small. Become. Therefore, the electrical resistance value of the object facing the heater unit layer 18 across the space 3 is a physical quantity that correlates with the amount of cosmetic liquid on the skin. The resistance detector 54 is a physical quantity sensor that detects this physical quantity.
Therefore, for example, a constant current flows through the object between the two electrodes 55 and 56. At this time, the potential difference between the two electrodes 55 and 56 is measured. This potential difference is used as a detection value. In this case, the potential difference when the lotion pack P1 is on the skin is smaller than the potential difference when the lotion pack P1 is not on the skin. Therefore, in step S2, the acquired detection value is compared with a preset threshold value. It is determined whether or not the detected value is smaller than a threshold value. If the detected value is greater than the threshold value, NO is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S3. If the detected value is smaller than the threshold value, YES is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S4.
Also, for example, a constant current is passed through the object between the two electrodes 55 and 56. At this time, one of the two electrodes 55 and 56 is connected to a power source. The other of the two electrodes 55 and 56 is connected to the ground. Then, the potential of the electrode connected to the ground side of the two electrodes 55 and 56 is measured. This potential is used as a detection value. In this case, the potential when the lotion pack P1 is on the skin is larger than the potential when the lotion pack P1 is not on the skin. Therefore, in step S2, the acquired detection value is compared with a preset threshold value. It is determined whether or not the detected value is greater than a threshold value. If the detected value is smaller than the threshold value, NO is determined. In this case, the process proceeds to step S3. If the detected value is greater than the threshold value, a YES determination is made. In this case, the process proceeds to step S4.
Steps S3, S4, and S5 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Also in the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, the temperature of the heater body layer 22 can be automatically controlled so that the temperature of the heater body layer 22 becomes an appropriate temperature regardless of the operation of the user 1. .
In this embodiment, the resistance detector 54 detects the electrical resistance value of the skin or the lotion pack P1.
When using the lotion pack P1, the amount of water contained in the lotion pack P1 decreases as the heating time advances. When the amount of water decreases, the electrical resistance value of the lotion pack P1 increases. Therefore, the resistance detector 54 detects the electrical resistance value of the lotion pack P1 during heating. The control device 40 determines the heating end time from the detected value based on the change in the electrical resistance value with the passage of time of the lotion pack P1. Thereby, a user can be notified of a heating end time.
(Fourth embodiment)
This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the temperature control of the heater body layer 22. Other configurations of the beauty device 10 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 17, the heater body layer 22 has a plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 that are independently temperature controlled. Each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 is electrically connected to the control device 40. Each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 faces each of the plurality of skin regions on the face 2 of the user 1 when the beauty device 10 is worn. Specifically, the first heater region R1 faces the forehead. The second heater region R2 faces the nose. Each of the third heater region R3 and the fourth heater region R4 faces the cheeks on both sides of the nose. The fifth heater region R5 faces the jaw. In this embodiment, the forehead, nose, one cheek, the other cheek, and the chin correspond to a plurality of skin regions.
The control device 40 independently controls the energization amounts of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5. Thereby, the control apparatus 40 controls each temperature of several heater area | region R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 independently.
18, the beauty device 10 includes a plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e, and a plurality of sensor support portions 48a, 48b, 48c, 48d, and 48e. Each of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e is supported by each of the plurality of sensor support portions 48a, 48b, 48c, 48d, and 48e. Each of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e is the same as the temperature sensor 46 of the first embodiment. Each of the plurality of sensor support portions 48a, 48b, 48c, 48d, and 48e is the same as the sensor support portion 48 of the first embodiment.
Each of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e is within a range in which each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 is installed on the user-side surface 18b of the heater unit layer 18. Is provided. Each of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e is associated with each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5.
Specifically, the first temperature sensor 46a is provided in a region of the heater unit layer 18 facing the forehead. The second temperature sensor 46 b is provided in a region of the heater unit layer 18 that faces the nose. Each of the third temperature sensor 46c and the fourth temperature sensor 46d is provided in a region facing each cheek on both sides of the heater unit layer 18 across the nose. The fifth temperature sensor 46e is provided in a region of the heater unit layer 18 that faces the jaw.
As in the first embodiment, each of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e is an object that faces each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 across the space 3. Detect temperature. The control device 40 can acquire the detection values of the plurality of temperature sensors 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e.
The control device 40 performs the process shown in FIG. 9 for each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5, as in the first embodiment. Thereby, the control apparatus 40 controls each heater temperature of several heater area | region R1, R2, R3, R4, R5. This control is executed when the power switch of the operation unit 44 is on. When the power switch is switched from off to on, the control device 40 includes a plurality of regions R1, R2, R2, R3, R4, R5 such that each temperature of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 becomes the first temperature. Each energization amount of R2, R3, R4, R5 is controlled.
Specifically, in the control of the heater temperature in the first heater region R1, in step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the first temperature sensor 46a. In step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the skin of the forehead based on the acquired detection value. In steps S3 and S4, the control device 40 sets the target temperature of the first region R1. In step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the first region R1.
In the heater temperature control of the second heater region R2, in step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the second temperature sensor 46b. In step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the skin of the nose based on the acquired detection value. In steps S3 and S4, the control device 40 sets the target temperature of the second region R2. In step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the second region R2.
In the heater temperature control of the third heater region R3, in step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the third temperature sensor 46c. In step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the skin of one cheek based on the acquired detection value. In steps S3 and S4, the control device 40 sets a target temperature for the third region R3. In step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the third region R3.
In the heater temperature control of the fourth heater region R4, in step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the fourth temperature sensor 46d. In step S2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P1 is present on the other cheek skin based on the acquired detection value. In steps S3 and S4, the control device 40 sets a target temperature for the fourth region R4. In step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the fourth region R4.
In the heater temperature control of the fifth heater region R5, in step S1, the control device 40 acquires the detection value of the fifth temperature sensor 46e. In step S <b> 2, the control device 40 determines whether or not the lotion pack P <b> 1 is present on the chin skin based on the acquired detection value. In steps S3 and S4, the control device 40 sets the target temperature of the fifth region R5. In step S5, the control device 40 controls the energization amount of the fifth region R5.
In the present embodiment, for each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5, step S2 of the process shown in FIG. 9 performed by the control device 40 corresponds to a determination unit that determines the presence or absence of an object on the skin. To do. For each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5, steps S3, S4, and S5 of the process shown in FIG. 9 performed by the control device 40 correspond to a temperature control unit that controls the temperature of the heater layer.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the control device 40 is used for each of the forehead, nose, one cheek, the other cheek, and the chin facing each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5. The presence or absence of the above lotion pack P1 is determined. Each of the forehead, nose, one cheek, the other cheek, and chin is the target skin area. When it is determined that the lotion pack P1 is present, the control device 40 compares the target of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 as compared to the case where it is determined that there is no lotion pack P1. Increase the temperature of the heater area corresponding to the skin area.
For this reason, when it is determined that the skin lotion pack P1 is present only in a part of the skin area of the forehead, nose, one cheek, the other cheek, and the chin, the control device 40 includes a plurality of heater areas R1, R2, The temperature of a part of the heater region among R3, R4, and R5 is set as the second temperature. The control device 40 sets the temperature of the heater region excluding a part of the heater regions among the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 as the first temperature. For example, when it is determined that the lotion pack P1 is present only on the forehead of the skin of the face 2, the control device 40 sets the temperature of the first heater region R1 to the second temperature. The control device 40 sets the temperatures of the heater regions R2, R3, R4, and R5 other than the first region R1 in the heater body layer 22 as the first temperature.
By the way, unlike the present embodiment, when the lotion pack P1 is partially applied to the skin of the face 2, if the temperature of the heater body layer 22 is uniformly increased over the entire area of the heater body layer 22, The temperature of the portion of the skin 2 where the lotion pack P1 is not attached becomes high.
On the other hand, according to this embodiment, when the lotion pack P1 is partially attached to the skin of the face 2, the lotion among the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5. Only the temperature of the heater region facing the pack P1 can be made higher than when there is no lotion pack P1. For this reason, it can avoid that the temperature of the part to which the lotion pack P1 is not affixed among the skin of the face 2 becomes too high. Therefore, even if the lotion pack P1 is partially attached to the skin of the face 2, the entire skin of the face 2 can be heated to an appropriate temperature.
In the present embodiment, the first temperature in each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 is the same. The second temperature in each of the plurality of heater regions is the same. However, the first temperatures in each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 may be different from each other. The second temperatures in each of the plurality of heater regions R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 may be different from each other.
In this embodiment, a plurality of temperature sensors are used, but the present invention is not limited to this. Instead of a plurality of temperature sensors, a plurality of humidity sensors or a plurality of resistance detectors may be used. As each of the plurality of humidity sensors, the same one as the humidity sensor 50 of the second embodiment can be used. As each of the plurality of resistance detectors, the same one as the resistance detector 54 of the third embodiment can be used.
(Other embodiments)
(1) In each above-mentioned embodiment, although the lotion pack P1 was used, it is not limited to this. Objects other than the lotion pack P1 can be used. This object has a fixed shape and contains a cosmetic liquid inside. “Having a fixed shape” means having a fixed shape that does not deform unless force is applied, that is, a solid. This object includes one that easily deforms when an external force is applied. This object has a melting point higher than the temperature of the object when heated by the beauty device 10. The object has a fixed shape on the skin. Therefore, this object includes an object having a fixed shape immediately after the start of heating of the beauty device 10. In addition, this object includes an object having a fixed shape immediately after being placed on the skin. This object may not have a fixed shape before being placed on the skin or before the beauty device 10 starts heating. In other words, the objects include those that are solid before being placed on the skin. In addition, the object includes an object that is not solid before being placed on the skin but is solid after being placed on the skin. Further, this object includes an object that is not solid before the heating of the beauty device 10 is started, but becomes solid when the beauty device 10 is heated. Further, “containing cosmetic liquid inside” means that a void is formed inside the object, and the cosmetic liquid exists in the void. An example in which voids are formed inside the object is that the object is a porous body. As another example in which voids are formed inside the object, the object is composed of a plurality of objects such as fibers, and a space is formed between the objects in the plurality of objects. Examples of the object include a sheet containing emulsion, a sheet containing cosmetic liquid, and sliced vegetables or fruits.
(2) In the first embodiment, the temperature sensor 46 is in contact with the skin or the lotion pack P1, and detects the temperature of the skin or the lotion pack P1. However, the temperature sensor 46 may detect the temperature of the skin or the lotion pack P1 without contacting the skin or the lotion pack P1.
(3) In the third embodiment, the resistance detector 54 is in contact with the skin or the lotion pack P1, and detects the electrical resistance value of the skin or the lotion pack P1. However, the resistance detector 54 may detect the electrical resistance value of the skin or the lotion pack P1 without contact with the skin or the lotion pack P1.
(4) In each of the above-described embodiments, each step shown in FIG. 9 is realized by the function of one control device. However, at least a part of each step shown in FIG. 9 may be realized by the functions of a plurality of control devices.
(5) In each of the above embodiments, the half mirror layer 16 is used as the exterior member of the mask body 12. However, other exterior members may be used. The other exterior member may be entirely composed of a translucent member. In this case, a pattern or a picture may be drawn on the surface of the exterior member. Even in this case, since the exterior member has light transmittance, the user 1 can see around the user 1 when the mask main body 12 is mounted. Moreover, a pattern, a picture, etc. can be drawn on the surface of the exterior member. The design of the exterior of the exterior member can be selected freely. For this reason, the exterior member looks better than the exothermic beauty pack. Therefore, compared with the case where the exothermic beauty pack is attached, it is possible to suppress the user 1 from feeling that the person wearing the face 2 does not want to be shown to others.
Further, the other exterior member may be an opaque member. In this case, two openings are formed in a part of the exterior member corresponding to the eyes of the user 1. Instead of forming the two openings, a portion of the exterior member corresponding to the eyes of the user 1 may be removed. In short, it is only necessary that a space portion is formed in a portion of the exterior member corresponding to the eyes of the user 1. According to this, the user 1 can see around when the mask main body 12 is mounted.
(6) In each of the above embodiments, the pad 20 has an annular shape. That is, the pad 20 was laminated over the entire peripheral edge of the heater unit layer 18. However, the pad 20 may be laminated on a part of the peripheral portion of the heater unit layer 18.
(7) In each of the above embodiments, the control device 40 is provided in the heater unit layer 18. However, the control device 40 may be provided on a member different from the heater unit layer 18. Another member is the headband 14. Another member may be a mounting member dedicated to the control device 40 mounted on the user 1 separately from the headband 14.
(8) In each of the above embodiments, each of the battery 42 and the operation unit 44 is provided in the headband 14. The headband 14 is a mounting member that is mounted on the user 1 in order to fix the mask main body 12 to the user 1. However, each of the battery 42 and the operation unit 44 may be provided not on the headband 14 but on a dedicated mounting member (for example, a wristband) mounted on the user 1. According to this, the user 1 can move freely when the skin is heated. However, from the viewpoint of reducing the number of parts of the beauty device 10, it is preferable that each of the battery 42 and the operation unit 44 is provided in the headband 14.
(9) In each of the above embodiments, the headband 14 is used as a fixing member that fixes the mask body 12 to the face 2. However, other members may be used as long as the mask body 12 can be fixed to the face 2.
(10) In each of the above-described embodiments, the heating target of the beauty device 10 is the skin of the face 2. However, the heating target of the beauty device 10 may be skin other than the face 2 of the user 1. In this case, the heater unit layer 18 may be any shape and size that can cover the human skin. The pad 20 may be any shape and size that forms the space 3 between the heater unit layer 18 and the human skin. The beauty device 10 includes a fixing member that fixes the heater body layer 22 and the pad 20 to the human body instead of the headband 14. In this case, the beauty device 10 may not include one or both of the fixing member and the exterior member.

(Summary)
According to the 1st viewpoint shown by one part or all part of said each embodiment, beauty equipment is provided with a heater layer, a space formation member, a determination part, and a temperature control part. When the determination unit determines that there is an object, the temperature control unit increases the temperature of the heater layer as compared to the case where the determination unit determines that there is no object.
Further, according to the second aspect, the beauty device further includes a physical quantity sensor that detects a physical quantity correlated with the amount of liquid present on the skin. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of an object based on the detection result of the physical quantity sensor. In the first aspect, as in the second aspect, the determination unit can determine based on the detection result of the physical quantity sensor.
Further, according to the third aspect, the beauty device further includes a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of an object facing the heater layer across the space. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of an object based on the detection result of the temperature sensor. In the first aspect, as in the third aspect, the determination unit can determine based on the detection result of the temperature sensor.
Further, according to the fourth aspect, the beauty device further includes a humidity sensor that detects the humidity of the space. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of an object based on the detection result of the humidity sensor. In the 1st viewpoint, like the 4th viewpoint, the determination part can determine based on the detection result of a humidity sensor.
Further, according to the fifth aspect, the beauty device further includes a detection unit that detects an electrical resistance value of an object facing the heater layer across the space. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of an object based on the detection result of the detection unit. In the 1st viewpoint, like the 5th viewpoint, the determination part can determine based on the detection result of the detection part which detects an electrical resistance value.
Further, according to the sixth aspect, the heater layer has a plurality of heater regions. The temperature control unit independently controls the temperature of each of the plurality of heater regions. The determination unit determines the presence or absence of an object on the skin for each of the plurality of skin regions of the skin facing each of the plurality of heater regions. When each of the plurality of skin regions is a target skin region and the determination unit determines that there is an object, the temperature control unit includes a plurality of heater regions compared to the case where the determination unit determines that there is no object. The temperature of the heater region corresponding to the target skin region is increased.
According to this, when there is an object partially on the skin facing the heater layer, only the temperature of the heater region facing the object among the plurality of heater regions can be made higher than when there is no object. For this reason, it can avoid that the temperature of the part which does not have an object among skin becomes high too much. Therefore, even if there is an object partially with respect to the skin, the entire skin facing the heater layer can be heated to an appropriate temperature.
Further, according to the seventh aspect, the heater layer has a shape that can cover the user's face, and is disposed to face the skin of the user's face across the space. The space forming member forms a space between the heater layer and the facial skin. In the first to sixth aspects, as in the seventh aspect, the beauty device can be used for warming the face.
