Description

移动终端设备及其摄像装置、摄像头镜片组件 【技术领域】
本发明涉及移动终端设备摄像头镜片结构的技术领域,特别涉及一种移动终端设备及其摄像装置、摄像头镜片组件。
【背景技术】
随着手机等移动终端设备的发展,后置双摄的造型越来越成为现代手机设计的主流元素,然而选有技术中的摄像头镜片一般为一体式玻璃材质结构,玻璃材质本身就是一种易碎材质,这就使得摄像头镜片在跌落时非常容易破裂。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种移动终端设备及其摄像装置、摄像头镜片组件,能够解决现有技术中移动终端设备的摄像头镜片由于是一体式的玻璃结构,跌落易碎的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例一方面提供一种用于移动终端设备的摄像头镜片组件,所述镜片组件盖设于移动终端摄像头的外侧,所述镜片组件包括玻璃镜片以及基板,其中,所述基板为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任意一种材料制成,所述基板上开设有对应所述移动终端摄像头的通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述通孔。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例另一方面提供一种用于移动终端设备的摄像装置,所述摄像装置包括摄像头以及摄像头镜片组件,所述摄像头镜片组件盖设于所述摄像头的外侧,所述摄像头镜片组件包括玻璃镜片以及基板,其中,所述基板为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任意一种材料制成,所述基板上开设有对应所述摄像头的通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述通孔。
进一步地,本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端设备,所述移动终端设备包括摄像装置,所述摄像装置包括摄像头以及摄像头镜片组件,所述摄像头镜片组件盖设于所述摄像头的外侧,所述摄像头镜片组件包括玻璃镜片以及基板, 其中,所述基板为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任意一种材料制成,所述基板上开设有对应所述摄像头的通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述通孔。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的移动终端设备及其摄像装置、镜片组件,通过设置树脂、塑料或者复合材料制成的镜片基板,并使玻璃镜片与镜片基板结合固定,在保证与玻璃镜片统一效果(不降低产品表现力)且外观一体性(质感相似)的同时,还可以降低因跌落而破碎的风险;另外,本发明中的树脂、塑料或者复合材料的基板与玻璃镜片相结合的结构形式与现有技术中整体结构的玻璃镜片相比,其成本更低,还可以提高产品的价格竞争优势。

本发明实施例提供一种移动终端设备,该移动终端设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等具有拍照功能的设备,请一并参阅图1和图2,图1是本发明移动终端设备一实施例的局部结构示意图,图2是镜片组件一实施例的整体结构示意图,该移动终端设备可以包括一摄像装置100,该摄像装置100进一步包括摄像头(图中未示)以及镜片组件200,镜片组件200盖设于移动终端摄像头的外侧。关于移动终端设备以及摄像头的详细技术特征,在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,此处不再详述,下面将对镜片组件200的具体结构做详细介绍。
请一并参阅图3,图3是图2实施例中镜片组件的拆解示意图,该镜片组件200包括玻璃镜片210、基板220以及安装框体230。具体而言,该玻璃镜片210可以作为摄像头的取景镜片。
该基板220为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任一种材料制成,复合材料具体可以为硬质树脂材料,譬如PET(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙 二醇酯,简称PET)、PVC(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯,简称PVC)等。关于塑料、树脂的具体材料在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,此处不再一一列举。其中,基板220可以通过透明或者不透明材料制成,或者还可以在透明材料外表面贴不透明膜等结构。
该基板220上开设有对应移动终端摄像头的通孔221,玻璃镜片210盖设于通孔221上。在本实施例中,基板220上只开设有一个通孔221。玻璃镜片210的面积大于基板220上对应移动终端摄像头的通孔221的面积,基板220上对应移动终端摄像头的通孔221上设有沉台222,玻璃镜片210的形状与沉台222相适应,并安装于沉台222内。其中,玻璃镜片210可以为粘接或者卡接于沉台222内。
请继续参阅图2,优选地,玻璃镜片210在安装到沉台222内之后,其外侧面与基板220安装玻璃镜片210一侧的表面平齐设置,进而可以提高玻璃镜片210与基板220的整体一致性,使外观可以具有更强的表现力。为了进一步提高玻璃镜片210与基板220的整体一致性以及外观表现力,玻璃镜片210与基板220采用同样的处理工艺对其表面进行处理,譬如抛光、镀材料层等。
在本实施例中,优选地基板220的形状为矩形两端分别相切连接两个半圆形的跑道形状,而玻璃镜片210为圆形。当然,在其他实施例中可以并不限于上述的形状。基板220还可以圆角矩形、矩形、或者椭圆形等。
在玻璃镜片210与基板220组装完成后,整体嵌设于安装框体230内,安装框体230可以为透光材料制成,其内设有用于容置基板220的容置腔231,另外,安装框体230上还开设有对应移动终端摄像头的通孔232,安装框体230上的通孔232与基板220上的通孔221正对设置,其中,在本实施例中,安装框体230上设置两个通孔232,两个通孔232可以用于分别对应两个摄像头或者其中一个对应摄像头而另一个对应闪光灯。需要说明的是,安装框体230在镜片组件200中主要起到装饰的作用。可以为非必要组成器件,在其他实施例中可以不用设置安装框体230的结构,在不设置安装框体的结构中,譬如可以直接 将基板220与玻璃镜片210的组合件安装于移动终端设备的外壳上。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明镜头组件另一实施例的结构示意图,与上一实施例不同的是,本实施例中的基板220上设置两个通孔221,两个通孔221可以分别对应不同的摄像头或者一个对应摄像头另一个对应闪光灯。优选地,玻璃镜片210盖设于基板220对应移动终端摄像头的通孔上,因为玻璃镜片210具有取景功能,如果基板220上的通孔不对应摄像头,则可以不用盖设玻璃镜片210。
当然,在其他实施例中,基板220上还可以设置多个通孔,以对应对个摄像头或者闪光灯结构,关于基板220设置其他数量通孔的结构在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,此处不再一一列举并详述。
其次,相对于上一实施例,本实施例中的基板220可以为不透明材料制成,或者是在透明材料外表面贴设不透明膜的结构。另外,本发明实施例相对于上一实施例来讲,还可以为不包括安装框体这一结构。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的移动终端设备及其摄像装置、镜片组件,通过设置树脂、塑料或者复合材料制成的镜片基板,并使玻璃镜片与镜片基板结合固定,在保证与玻璃镜片统一效果(不降低产品表现力)且外观一体性(质感相似)的同时,还可以降低因跌落而破碎的风险;另外,本发明中的树脂、塑料或者复合材料的基板与玻璃镜片相结合的结构形式与现有技术中整体结构的玻璃镜片相比,其成本更低,还可以提高产品的价格竞争优势。

  1. 一种用于移动终端设备的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述摄像头镜片组件盖设于移动终端摄像头的外侧,所述摄像头镜片组件包括玻璃镜片以及基板,其中,所述基板为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任意一种材料制成,所述基板上开设有对应所述移动终端摄像头的通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有至少一个通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述基板对应移动终端摄像头的通孔上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述基板为硬质材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述基板为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述玻璃镜片的面积大于所述基板上对应移动终端摄像头的通孔的面积,所述基板上对应移动终端摄像头的通孔上设有沉台,所述玻璃镜片的形状与所述沉台相适应,并安装于所述沉台内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述玻璃镜片安装于所述沉台后,其外侧面与所述基板安装所述玻璃镜片一侧的表面平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述基板的形状为矩形两端分别相切连接两个半圆形的跑道形状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头镜片组件,其特征在于,所述摄像头镜片组件还包括安装框体,所述基板嵌设于所述安装框体内,所述安装框体上开设有对应所述移动终端摄像头的通孔,所述安装框体上的通孔与所述基板上的通孔正对设置。
  9. 一种用于移动终端设备的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述摄像装置包括摄像头以及摄像头镜片组件,所述摄像头镜片组件盖设于所述摄像头的外侧,所 述摄像头镜片组件包括玻璃镜片以及基板,其中,所述基板为树脂、塑料或者复合材料中的任意一种材料制成,所述基板上开设有对应所述摄像头的通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述基板为硬质材料制成。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述基板为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有至少一个通孔,所述玻璃镜片盖设于所述基板对应所述摄像头的通孔上;所述玻璃镜片的面积大于所述基板上对应所述摄像头的通孔的面积,所述基板上对应所述摄像头的通孔上设有沉台,所述玻璃镜片的形状与所述沉台相适应,并安装于所述沉台内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的摄像装置,其特征在于,玻璃镜片安装于所述沉台后,其外侧面与所述基板安装所述玻璃镜片一侧的表面平齐。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述基板的形状为矩形两端分别相切连接两个半圆形的跑道形状。
