Description

一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置 技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,具体为一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置。
背景技术
对于内部成型有凹槽的塑胶制品而言,在通过注塑方式成型的过程中,为方便脱模且保证塑胶制品的成型质量,往往通过斜顶机构来对上述凹槽结构进行脱模。如专利号为201210350569.1,专利名称为一种应用于注塑模具的斜顶机构的专利,其斜顶杆、滑动块以及固定块分别采用可活动的柔性方式连接,具有使用效果好,不会出现斜顶杆卡死的优点。但由于结构本身的特点,存在如下不足:(1)此结构所使用的空间较大,经常碰到与其它顶出部件干涉的问题;(2)由于斜顶一直处于角度运动状态,易产生卡死或断裂的现象;(3)由于角度配合,在实际装配时影响的因素比较多,装配工艺性较差;(4)零部件较多,费用自然相对较高。
发明内容
本发明根据上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种能够有效解决上述不足的注塑模具的出模装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取技术方案是:
一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,包括底座、下顶针板、上顶针板、导向杆和支撑杆,所述的底座上设有固定块和两个支撑杆,支撑杆上端设有注塑模具,固定块上固定有导向杆;所述两支撑杆之间设有上顶针板和下顶针板,支撑杆与上顶针板、下顶针板连接处设有滑动导槽,所述上顶针板和下顶针板通过螺丝固定连接;所述上顶针板和下顶针板上开有滑槽,滑槽内通过销钉可滑动固定有斜顶杆。
作为优选,所述的上顶针板或下顶针板上设有固定扣。
作为优选,所述的固定块与底座为可拆卸结构或预埋结构。
作为优选,所述的两支撑杆对称设置在底座上。
作为优选,所述的滑动导槽的纵向截面呈“T”字型,上顶针板和下顶针板的纵向截面呈与滑动导槽相配合的“T”字型。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计的出模结构与常用的斜顶结构相比,具有如下优点:(1)本装置使用的空间体积小,避免与其它顶出机构干涉;(2)本结构与模芯产生的滑动距离小、时间短,不易产生卡死或断裂,后续维修成本低;(3)装配工艺同普通直顶机构类似,容易计算出准确尺寸,优化了装配工艺;(4)零件少,费用比常用斜顶机构节约费用30%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作具体说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,包括底座1、下顶针板2、上顶针板3、导向杆4和支撑杆7,所述的底座1上设有固定块9和两个支撑杆7,支撑杆7上端设有注塑模具12,固定块9上固定有导向杆4;所述两支撑杆7之间设有上顶针板3和下顶针板2,支撑杆7与上顶针板3、下顶针板2连接处设有滑动导槽,所述上顶针板3和下顶针板2通过螺丝11固定连接;所述上顶针板3和下顶针2板上开有滑槽8,滑槽8 内通过销钉13可滑动固定有斜顶杆6。
所述的上顶针板3或下顶针板2上设有固定扣10;所述的固定块9与底座1为可拆卸结构或预埋结构;所述的两支撑杆7对称设置在底座1上;所述的滑动导槽的纵向截面呈“T”字型,上顶针板3和下顶针板2的纵向截面呈与滑动导槽相配合的“T”字型。
本发明在脱模时,推动上顶针板3、下顶针板3移动,顶针板依次带动导向杆4和斜顶杆6在滑动导槽内上下移动,在此过程中,斜顶杆6沿着滑槽8滑动,即斜顶杆6、导向杆4以及上顶针板3、下顶针板2的位置会随着脱模过程而进行不断地调整,脱模效果好。

  1. 一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,包括底座、下顶针板、上顶针板、导向杆和支撑杆,其特征在于:所述的底座上设有固定块和两个支撑杆,支撑杆上端设有注塑模具,固定块上固定有导向杆;所述两支撑杆之间设有上顶针板和下顶针板,支撑杆与上顶针板、下顶针板连接处设有滑动导槽,所述上顶针板和下顶针板通过螺丝固定连接;所述上顶针板和下顶针板上开有滑槽,滑槽内通过销钉可滑动固定有斜顶杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,其特征在于:所述的上顶针板或下顶针板上设有固定扣。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,其特征在于:所述的固定块与底座为可拆卸结构或预埋结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,其特征在于:所述的两支撑杆对称设置在底座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型注塑模具的出模装置,其特征在于:所述的滑动导槽的纵向截面呈“T”字型,上顶针板和下顶针板的纵向截面呈与滑动导槽相配合的“T”字型。
