Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au commerce de détail, à l'étude du panier des consommateurs, et plus particulièrement à la médecine pour des personnes ayant des capacités réduites (ouïe et vue), car elle permet aux gens à capacité réduite d'utiliser pleinement des services proposés par des hypermarchés, de même que pour les personnes âgées. Le but de l'invention est de perfectionner le fonctionnement des hypermarchés, de données la possibilité aux personnes à capacité réduite de bénéficier de toute la plage de services d'un magasin, de les aider trouver le nécessaire et de faciliter le paiement de leurs achats en réduisant les files d'attente. Ces derniers temps, on accorde de moins en moins d'attention au problème où l'utilisateur ne reçoit pas suffisamment d'informations sur l'endroit où se trouve concrètement tel ou tel produit dans l'hypermarché, et on accorde peu d'attention aux personnes ayant des capacités réduites, comme les personnes avec une ouïe et une vision réduites. Ce dispositif permet de donner à toutes les personnes et notamment aux personnes à capacité réduite, la possibilité de bénéficier de toute la plage de services d'un magasin, de les aider trouver le nécessaire et de faciliter le paiement de leurs achats en réduisant les files d'attente.
