Abstract

一种鲜奶保鲜期判断方法,不断把当前温度下的储存时间归算到标准温度下的储存时间并进行累计,通过比对累计标准温度下的储存时间与标准温度下的保鲜期,判断是否在保鲜期内,适当设置采样检测周期和采样检测分辨率,使得在该周期内可以检测到奶温变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化,而奶质变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化可以被忽略;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率与累计电导率增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的电导率增量是在采样周期内可记录到的电导率变化量;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率对应的相关参变量与该相关参变量累计增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的该相关参变量增量是在采样周期内可记录到的该相关参变量变化量。与现有技术把归算中的当前温度定义为鲜奶当前的电导率所对应的温度不同,本发明把归算中的当前温度定义为鲜奶初始电导率与累计电导率增量之和所对应的温度,利用奶温与奶质变化速度的区别,通过合理设置采样周期,巧妙地排除了奶质变化对判定当前温度的干扰,具有准确反映温度对奶质变化的影响,准确判断鲜奶的新鲜程度的有益技术效果。

Description

一种鲜奶保鲜期的判断方法 技术领域
本发明涉及食品安全,具体涉及鲜奶的保鲜期判断方法。
背景技术
中国专利号2017102902850公开的《一种保鲜期判断方法》,提供了一种以鲜奶在标准温度下,达到保鲜期所用的时间为基准时间,把鲜奶在不同温度下的储存时间归算到在标准温度下的储存时间,再与上述基准时间对比的保鲜期判断方法,所述的归算是根据鲜奶当前的电导率查表得到当前奶温,再根据当前奶温下的质变速度与标准温度下的质变速度的比值,或标准温度下鲜奶的保鲜期与当前温度下鲜奶的保鲜期的比值进行折算,由于当前的电导率可能不仅含有奶温升高所导致增加的部分,还可能包含奶质下降导致增加部分,所以当前电导率对应的奶温,可能高于当前奶温,因此,归算中所用到的当前奶温下的质变速度可能高于当前实际奶温对应的质变速度,使归算结果出现错误,导致保鲜期判断错误。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种能准确判断鲜奶保鲜期的方法,本发明的技术方案是:一种鲜奶保鲜期判断方法,不断把当前温度下的储存时间归算到标准温度下的储存时间并进行累计,通过比对累计标准温度下的储存时间与标准温度下的保鲜期,判断是否在保鲜期内,适当设置采样检测周期和采样检测分辨率,使得在该周期内可以检测到奶温变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化,而奶质变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化可以被忽略;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率与累计电导率增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的电导率增量是在采样周期内可记录到的电导率变化量;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率对应的相关参变量与该相关参变量累计增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的该相关参变量增量是在采样周期内可记录到的该相关参变量变化量。
与现有技术把归算中的当前温度定义为鲜奶当前的电导率所对应的温度不同,本发明把归算中的当前温度定义为鲜奶初始电导率与累计电导率增量之和所对应的温度,利用奶温与奶质变化速度的区别,通过合理设置采样周期,巧妙地排除了奶质变化对判定当前温度的干扰,具有准确反映温度对奶质变化的影响,准确判断鲜奶的新鲜程度的有益技术效果。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
参见图1,本实施例为一种鲜奶保鲜期显示装置的单片机控制程序,其中,步骤1为初始化子程序,用于在上电时,输出“1”显示鲜奶处在保鲜期内,并把累计电导率寄存器、原有电导率寄存器和累计储存时间寄存器清零;步骤2为延时子程序,用于设置采样的间隔时间Td,本实施例设置Td=30s,本实施例温度适用范围为4~34℃,对应鲜奶的电导率变化范围3.02~6.02×103μs/cm,选用内置9位AD转换器的单片机,设置测量精度为最小分辨率3.00/512×103μs/cm≈0.006×103μs/cm,从下述的鲜奶储存温度与保鲜期关系的试验数据和冷却试验数据:

可知,奶温达到34℃时,奶质变化的引起电导率变化速度是每小时0.3×103μs/cm,即每分钟变化0.005×103μs/cm,小于9位AD转换器的最小分辨率,因此,只要采样周期Td≤1min就可以保证奶质变化引起的电导率变化足够小,以至于不能采集到。同时,还可以看出,温度变化最慢速度约0.17℃/min,即温度引起的电导率变化的最慢速度为每分钟0.017×103μs/cm,因此只要采样周期Td≥0.29min就可以保证温度变化引起的电导率变化被采集到。因此,本实施例延时时间即采样周期Td的取值范围为0.5min-1min,即20s-60s。步骤3用于端口电压U的检测采样;步骤4用于根据采样电压得到对应的鲜奶电导率σt;步骤5用于由原累计电导率与电导率的增量σt-σ0,得到当前累计电导率∑σ;步骤6用于更新存放原有电导率σ0的寄存器:步骤7用于根据当前累计电导率∑σ查表得到对应温度下的保鲜期Tp;步骤8用于由原有累计储存时间与本次归算到标准储存温度下的延时时间获得当前累计储存时间,其中,所述的Tb和∑T分别为标准储存温度下保鲜期时间长度和累计储存时间;步骤9用于判断上述的累计储存时间是否超出保鲜期,是则跳出循环,否则再次执行步骤2-9;步骤10用于输出“0”以显示超过保鲜期;与现有技术相比,本实施例可以排除奶质变化引起的电导率变化对于根据电导率判断奶温及其对应的保鲜期所造成的干扰 和误差,能够更准确反映温度对鲜奶保鲜期的影响,能够使消费者准确地了解鲜奶的新鲜程度。
实施例2
参见图2,本实施例与实施例1的区别主要在于:由检测采样电压U与鲜奶电导率σ关系和TAB(∑σ,Tp)制作数据表TAB(∑U,Tp),直接以检测采样得到的输入端口电压即U为控制变量,好处是简化程序。

  1. 一种鲜奶保鲜期判断方法,不断把当前温度下的储存时间归算到标准温度下的储存时间并进行累计,通过比对累计标准温度下的储存时间与标准温度下的保鲜期,判断是否在保鲜期内,其特征在于:适当设置采样检测周期和采样检测分辨率,使得在该周期内可以检测到奶温变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化,而奶质变化导致的电导率或相关参变量的变化可以被忽略;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率与累计电导率增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的电导率增量是在采样周期内可记录到的电导率变化量;所述的当前温度为鲜奶的初始电导率对应的相关参变量与该相关参变量累计增量之和对应的鲜奶温度,所述的该相关参变量增量是在采样周期内可记录到的该相关参变量变化量。
