国内的墙纸大部分是在纸基上淋膜一层PVC之后进行压纹和印刷图案,此种墙纸由于PVC不够环保,使用受到限制,印刷图案需要一定的量,这样客户就很难实现个性化定制图案,对于生产厂家来说则会造成很多的库存和积压资金。市场上的无纺纸墙纸相对高端,透气吸音,较少有纹路,且较少个性化图案,也不具备耐刮耐划伤的性能。为此需要开发出一种能够适应个性化喷绘且能够耐刮耐划伤的无纺纸墙纸,透气吸音环保,高端大气,能满足学校、医院、家庭、工业区等不同场合的需求。
市场上的喷绘耗材种类繁多,市场越来越喜欢布类和纸类的产品,因为给人很好的手感和质感,并且易收卷、不易打折。布类产品的价格普遍偏高。而市场上的无纺纸喷绘材料大多没有保护层,极易被外界刮擦所破坏。为此需要设计出适应各种墨水打印,耐刮擦且表观呈现特定纹路的打印耗材,满足客户打印效果的同时给耗材提供长久的保护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无纺纸喷绘耗材,具有喷绘效果好、耐刮耐划伤和适应性广的特点。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种无纺纸喷绘耗材,包括基材层、基础涂层、压纹层、保护涂层,所述基材层的上表面与基础涂层的下表面贴合,所述基础涂层的上表面与压纹层的下表面贴合,所述压纹层的上表面与保护涂层的下表面贴合。
进一步地,所述基材层的厚度为255~285微米。
进一步地,所述基材层为克重150gsm的短纤维无纺纸。
无纺纸具有透气性好、可吸音的性能,无纺纸的特殊构造形成了基材的柔软性。
进一步地,所述基础涂层的厚度为15~25微米。

为适应不同墨水可以分别调配出不同的吸墨涂层,有适应弱溶剂墨水的弱溶剂涂层,有适应UV打印的UV涂层,有适应Latex墨水的Latex涂层,有适应颜料墨水的哑防涂层。
弱溶剂涂层的材料是纯丙乳液和二氧化硅;UV涂层的材料是纯丙乳液和聚氨酯乳液;Latex涂层的材料是纯丙乳液和碳酸钙;哑防涂层以二氧化硅为主,加入一些乳液和聚乙烯醇进行粘结和成膜。
基础涂层起到吸墨的作用,画面打印时呈现出鲜艳的色彩以及很好的色彩还原性。

3、柔软,无纺纸的材质和本身内部的蓬松结构形成柔软的手感,卷起来不易起拱打折,透气性好,不易发霉。
4、适应性广,由于可个性化打印,性价比高,可在家居、学校、医院、商业楼、工业区可以进行装饰或者广告,也适应个性化打印装饰。由于表面耐刮擦,画面不会受到影响,可长时间实用,也能抗一般的液体如咖啡、茶水、番茄酱等的污染,轻轻擦拭调污染物即可还原画面。
综上所述,本实用新型的无纺纸喷绘耗材具有喷绘效果好、抗刮抗划伤、柔软易收卷的特点。无纺纸喷绘耗材可根据基础涂层不同来适应于Latex墨水、UV墨水、弱溶剂墨水、颜料墨水打印,打印后可以粘贴到家庭、医院、学校、工业区等用来做装饰或者广告,也可以做成无框画作为装饰画,由于涂层防水耐刮,可省却裱膜工序。

如图1所示,本实用新型的无纺纸喷绘耗材,包括基材层1、基础涂层2、压纹层3、保护涂层4,所述基材层1的上表面与基础涂层2的下表面贴合,所述基础涂层2的上表面与压纹层3的下表面贴合,所述压纹层3的上表面与保护涂层4的下表面贴合。
其中,基材层的厚度为255~285微米,优选270微米,基材层为克重150gsm的短纤维无纺纸。
基础涂层的厚度为15~25微米,优选20微米,基础涂层为吸墨涂层,根据需要可以是:适应弱溶剂墨水的弱溶剂涂层,适应UV打印的UV涂层,适应Latex墨水的Latex涂层,适应颜料墨水的哑防涂层。
基础涂层起到吸墨的作用,画面打印时呈现出鲜艳的色彩以及很好的色彩还原性。
压纹层的厚度为3~5微米,优选4微米,压纹层是在基材层涂布完基础涂层后,向基础涂层施加6.5MPa的压力而形成的具有纹路表观的一层。
