Japanese Patent No. 5200265
The toilet seat may be splashed with water during use or cleaning. At this time, water droplets adhering to the side wall surface of the toilet seat may spread on the bottom surface along the wall surface. Thereby, dirt, such as dust contained in a water droplet, may adhere to a wide range of the toilet seat. Therefore, in the conventional toilet seat, a wide range of the bottom surface must be cleaned during cleaning. For this reason, there was still room for improvement in terms of cleanability.
The present invention has been made on the basis of recognition of such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a toilet seat capable of improving cleaning performance.
A first invention includes a side wall portion having a wall surface along a vertical direction, and a bottom plate having a bottom surface which is joined to the side wall portion and faces downward, and a water-repellent region having a higher water repellency than the wall surface, It is a toilet seat provided on the surface immediately below the side wall.
According to this toilet seat, when the water droplets flowing on the wall surface wrap around the bottom surface, they are bounced by the water repellent area and dropped from the toilet seat. Therefore, the dirt contained in the water droplet is difficult to spread on the bottom surface. Since it is not necessary to clean a wide area of the bottom surface at the time of cleaning, the cleanability of the toilet seat can be improved.
In a second aspect based on the first aspect, at least a part of the water-repellent region is a toilet seat located outside the center surface of the side wall.
</ RTI> According to this toilet seat, the range in which water droplets spread on the bottom surface can be narrowed, and the toilet seat can be further cleaned.
The third invention is the toilet seat according to the first or second invention, wherein the water-repellent region and the region other than the water-repellent region on the surface are smoothly connected.
</ RTI> According to this toilet seat, it is possible to effectively prevent water droplets from spreading on the bottom surface. Furthermore, even when a water droplet does not drip from the bottom surface and stays in the vicinity of the water-repellent region, the dirt can be easily wiped off. Therefore, according to this toilet seat, it is difficult for dirt to remain and the dirt can be easily wiped off. Thereby, it becomes possible to further improve the cleaning property.
According to a fourth invention, in any one of the first to third inventions, the apparatus further comprises a joining member that joins the side wall portion and the bottom plate and has an exposed surface exposed to the outside, wherein the exposed surface is the repellent material. A toilet seat that functions as a water area.
According to this toilet seat, for example, it becomes possible to form a water-repellent region in accordance with the formation of the joining member, which facilitates manufacture. The joining member is provided close to the lower end of the wall surface in order to join the side wall portion and the bottom plate. Therefore, since the exposed surface functions as a water repellent region, it is possible to effectively prevent water droplets from spreading on the bottom surface.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a first surface having a wall surface along a vertical direction, an inclined surface connected to a lower end of the wall surface and directed downward from the wall surface, and a second surface connected to the inclined surface and directed downward. A toilet seat provided with a water-repellent region having higher water repellency than the wall surface.
According to this toilet seat, when the water droplets flowing on the wall surface wrap around the second surface, they are bounced by the water-repellent area and dropped from the toilet seat. Therefore, the dirt contained in the water droplet is difficult to spread on the bottom surface. There is no need to clean a wide area at the bottom when cleaning. By providing the water-repellent region on the inclined surface, water droplets easily go from the wall surface to the inclined surface. Water droplets are repelled in the water-repellent region and become easy to drip. Thereby, the cleaning property of a toilet seat can be improved.
The sixth invention is the toilet seat according to the fifth invention, wherein the water-repellent region and the region other than the water-repellent region on the first surface are smoothly connected.
This toilet seat can effectively prevent water droplets from spreading on the second surface. Furthermore, even when water droplets do not drip and remain in the vicinity of the water-repellent region, the dirt can be easily wiped off. Therefore, according to this toilet seat, it is difficult for dirt to remain and the dirt can be easily wiped off. Thereby, it becomes possible to further improve the cleaning property.
A seventh invention is the fifth or sixth invention, wherein the first member having the first surface, the second member having at least a part of the second surface, the first member, and the second member. Specifically, the first surface S1 has a wall surface WSa and a wall surface WSb along the vertical direction. The wall surface WSa and the wall surface WSb may be parallel to the vertical direction or may be slightly inclined with respect to the vertical direction. The inclination of the wall surface WSa and the wall surface WSb with respect to the vertical direction is preferably 10 degrees or less. The first surface S1 further includes an inclined surface ISa provided below the wall surface WSa and an inclined surface ISb provided below the wall surface WSb.
The second surface S2 is continuous with the lower end of the inclined surface ISa and the lower end of the inclined surface ISb. The second surface S2 may be parallel to the horizontal direction or may be slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal direction. The inclination of the second surface S2 with respect to the horizontal direction is preferably 10 degrees or less.
The second surface S2 has a water repellent region R1 and a water repellent region R2. The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 are provided, for example, on a part of the second surface S2. The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 have higher water repellency than the first surface S1. The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 are higher in water repellency than other regions of the second surface S2.
A specific structure of the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200 having the surface characteristics described above will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the inner peripheral support part 110 has an inner rib 111 and an outer rib 112. The inner peripheral side wall part 210 includes a side wall base part 211, an insertion part 212, a hanging part 213, and a concave part 214.
The inner rib 111 and the outer rib 112 protrude upward. The inner rib 111 faces the inner space S, for example. The outer rib 112 is provided outside the inner rib 111 and is separated from the inner rib 111. As a result, a recess 214 that is recessed downward is formed between the inner rib 111 and the outer rib 112.
The thickness of the side wall base 211 is substantially constant in the vertical direction. For example, the thickness of the side wall base 211 is larger than the thickness of the other part of the inner peripheral side wall 210. The insertion portion 212 is provided below the inner peripheral side wall portion 210 and is positioned below the side wall base portion 211. The insertion part 212 is provided between the inner rib 111 and the outer rib 112 and is in contact with the inner peripheral support part 110. That is, the inner peripheral support part 110 and the inner peripheral side wall part 210 are provided with an uneven structure that fits in the vertical direction.
When the user sits on the seating portion 230, a part of the load is applied to the inner peripheral side wall portion 210. At this time, the load transmitted to the insertion portion 212 is supported from below by the inner peripheral support portion 110. The protruding part 140 is located outside the inner peripheral support part 110 and protrudes outward with respect to the inner peripheral support part 110.
The hanging portion 213 is provided on the outer lower side of the inner peripheral side wall portion 210 and extends downward. The hanging portion 213 is provided outside the insertion portion 212 and is separated from the insertion portion 212. Thereby, a concave portion 214 that is recessed upward is formed between the insertion portion 212 and the hanging portion 213. The outer rib 112 is provided between the insertion portion 212 and the hanging portion 213 and is located in the recess 214.
The protrusion 140 is located below the recess 214 and is separated from the recess 214 in the vertical direction. The drooping portion 213 is separated from the outer rib 112 in the horizontal direction. The lower end of the drooping portion 213 is separated from the protruding portion 140 in the horizontal direction. These members are spaced apart in the vertical and horizontal directions to form a space. In this space, a joining member 310 that joins the inner peripheral support part 110 and the inner peripheral side wall part 210 is provided.
The joining member 310 has an exposed surface 310a exposed to the outside. For example, the exposed surface 310 a is at the same height as the bottom surface of the projecting portion 140 and the lower end of the hanging portion 213. The exposed surface 310 a is provided between the bottom surface of the projecting portion 140 and the lower end of the hanging portion 213. That is, the bottom surface of the protruding portion 140, the exposed surface 310a, and the lower end of the hanging portion 213 are provided flush with each other in the horizontal direction, for example.
As shown in FIG. 4B, the outer peripheral support portion 120 has an inner rib 121 and an outer rib 122. The outer peripheral side wall 220 has a side wall base 221, an insertion part 222, a hanging part 223, and a concave part 224. The structure in the vicinity of the joining member 320 of the outer peripheral support part 120 and the outer peripheral side wall part 220 is substantially symmetric in the horizontal direction, for example, with the structure in the vicinity of the joining member 310 of the inner peripheral support part 110 and the inner peripheral side wall part 210. .
That is, the insertion part 222 is provided between the inner rib 121 and the outer rib 122 and is supported from below by the outer peripheral support part 120. The protruding portion 150 is located outside the outer peripheral support portion 120. The protruding portion 150 protrudes outward with respect to the outer peripheral support portion 120.
The protrusion 150 is separated from the recess 224 in the vertical direction. The hanging part 223 is spaced apart from the outer rib 122 and the projecting part 150 in the horizontal direction. A space surrounded by the protruding portion 150, the outer rib 122, the hanging portion 223, and the concave portion 224 is formed. In this space, a joining member 320 that joins the outer peripheral support part 120 and the outer peripheral side wall part 220 is provided.
The joining member 320 has an exposed surface 320a exposed to the outside. The exposed surface 320a is, for example, at the same height as the bottom surface of the projecting portion 150 and the lower end of the hanging portion 223. The exposed surface 320 a is provided between the bottom surface of the protrusion 150 and the lower end of the hanging portion 223. That is, the bottom surface of the protrusion 150, the exposed surface 320a, and the lower end of the hanging portion 223 are provided flush with each other along the horizontal direction, for example.
That is, in the example shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the inner peripheral side wall 210 has a wall surface WSa. The outer peripheral side wall 220 has a wall surface WSb. The second surface S2 is composed of the bottom surfaces of the inner peripheral support portion 110, the outer peripheral support portion 120, the bottom plate base portion 130, the hanging portion 213, and the hanging portion 223, an exposed surface 310a, and an exposed surface 320a. . For example, the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a function as the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2, respectively.
底板100、上板200、接合部材310、および接合部材320は、例えば、ポリプロピレン、ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)、PBT(Polybutylene Terephthalate)、またはポリカーボネート系複合材料などの比較的疎水性の高い樹脂を含む。 The bottom plate 100, the top plate 200, the joining member 310, and the joining member 320 are, for example, polypropylene, ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene), PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), or a polycarbonate-based composite material having a relatively high hydrophobic property. including. For example, the ratio of these resins included in the bonding member 310 and the bonding member 320 is higher than the ratio of resins included in the bottom plate 100 and the upper plate 200. Thereby, water repellency is imparted to the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a. These exposed surfaces function as the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2.
Alternatively, in addition to the above-described resin, the joining member 310 and the joining member 320 may further include at least one of, for example, silicone graft polypropylene, silicone rubber, and silicone oil. When the bonding member 310 and the bonding member 320 contain these materials, the water repellency of the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a can be further increased.
Alternatively, a water repellent material may be applied to the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a to form the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2. In this case, a material having water repellency may be applied to at least another part of the bottom surface 100b of the bottom plate 100 in addition to the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a. Alternatively, a material having water repellency may be applied to the entire bottom surface 100b. The material to be applied includes, for example, at least one of silicone resin and fluorine resin.
That is, it is desirable that the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 include at least one of silicone resin, fluorine resin, silicone graft polypropylene, silicone rubber, and silicone oil. Thereby, the water repellency of the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 can be further increased.
The bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200 may contain at least one of silicone graft polypropylene, silicone rubber, and silicone oil. In this case, the ratio of these materials included in the bonding member 310 and the bonding member 320 is set higher than the ratio of the materials included in the bottom plate 100 and the upper plate 200. Thereby, the water repellency of the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a can be made higher than the water repellency of the first surface S1.
The surface of the first surface S1 may contain at least one of a silicone resin and a fluorine resin. In this case, the proportion of these materials applied to form the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 is set higher than the proportion of the material on the first surface S1. Accordingly, the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 can be formed on at least a part of the second surface S2.
Alternatively, the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 may have a fine uneven structure on the surface for repelling water.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the surface structure of the water-repellent region of the toilet seat according to the embodiment.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, a plurality of grooves T are provided in the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2. The side wall of the groove T is substantially parallel to the vertical direction. The pitch of the grooves T is, for example, 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less. That is, the sum of the width W1 of the protrusion P between the grooves T and the width W2 of the groove T is, for example, 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less. The ratio (W2 / W1) of the width W1 of the protrusion P to the width W2 of the groove T is, for example, 2 or less.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5B, the side wall of the groove T may be inclined with respect to the vertical direction. Also in this case, the pitch of the grooves T is, for example, not less than 5 μm and not more than 20 μm. That is, the protrusions P having the highest height are provided between the grooves T every 5 μm or more and 20 μm or less.
Drawing 6 is a sectional view showing the manufacturing process of the toilet seat concerning an embodiment. In FIG. 6, a part of the inner peripheral support part 110 and a part of the inner peripheral side wall part 210 are shown.
As described above, the structure in the vicinity of the joining member 320 of the outer peripheral support part 120 and the outer peripheral side wall part 220 is substantially the same as the structure in the vicinity of the joining member 310 of the inner peripheral support part 110 and the inner peripheral side wall part 210, for example. is there. For this reason, here, the manufacturing process of the toilet seat 10 will be described by taking a part of the inner peripheral support part 110 and a part of the inner peripheral side wall part 210 as an example.
First, the upper plate 200 is placed with the seating portion 230 facing down, and the bottom plate 100 is disposed on the upper plate 200. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the inner peripheral support portion 110 is arranged so that the inner peripheral side wall portion 210 abuts on the inner peripheral support portion 110 and a gap is formed between the protruding portion 140 and the hanging portion 213. It is arranged on the peripheral side wall part 210.
In this state, the mold M1 is disposed on the side of the upper plate 200, and the bottom plate 100 is pressed from above by the mold M2. The mold M2 is provided with a gate G for injecting resin as the bonding member 310. The mold M2 is disposed on the upper plate 200 so that the gate G is positioned in the gap between the protruding portion 140 and the hanging portion 213.
In this state, heated resin is injected from the gate G into the gap between the projecting portion 140 and the hanging portion 213. When the heated resin is injected into the gap, the surfaces of the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200 that are in contact with the resin are melted by heat and mixed with the resin. Then, the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200 are joined by the resin being cooled and cured.
At this time, the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200 are joined using a resin material exhibiting water repellency as the resin to be injected by heating. Thereby, water repellency can be imparted to the exposed surface 310a. Alternatively, a mold M2 having a fine concavo-convex structure formed on the surface facing the water repellent region R1 is used. Thereby, an uneven structure may be formed on the surface of the exposed surface 310a to impart water repellency. Alternatively, after the resin is cured, a material having water repellency may be applied to the exposed surface 310a and the like. After the bottom plate 100 and the upper plate 200 are joined, chamfering of the lower end of the hanging portion 213, deburring of resin, or the like may be appropriately performed. Thus, the toilet seat 10 according to the embodiment is produced.
The effects of the embodiment will be described.
In the following description, the wall surface WSa and the wall surface WSb of the first surface S1 are collectively referred to as a wall surface WS. The inclined surface ISa and the inclined surface ISb are collectively referred to as an inclined surface IS.
When water droplets adhere to the wall surface WS of the upper plate 200, the water droplets flow downward along the wall surface WS. When the water droplet reaches the lower end of the first surface S1, it may wrap around the second surface S2. When the water droplet goes around the second surface S2 and spreads on the second surface S2, dirt such as dust contained in the water droplet also spreads on the second surface S2. Therefore, when the water droplet spreads on the second surface S2, the range that needs to be cleaned on the second surface S2 widens, and the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 decreases.
On the other hand, in the toilet seat 10 according to the present embodiment, the second surface S2 has a water-repellent region R1 and a water-repellent region R2. The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 prevent water droplets flowing from the first surface S1 to the second surface S2 from spreading on the second surface S2. The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 have higher water repellency than the first surface S1. For this reason, when the water droplets flowing to the lower end of the first surface S1 wrap around the second surface S2, they are repelled by the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 and dripped from the toilet seat 10. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the dirt contained in the water droplet is difficult to spread on the second surface S2. Since there is no need to clean a wide range of the second surface S2 during cleaning, the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be improved.
7 and 8 are cross-sectional views showing a part of the toilet seat according to the embodiment.
7A and 8A show a part of the inner peripheral support part 110 and a part of the inner peripheral side wall part 210. FIG. FIG. 7B and FIG. 8B show a part of the outer peripheral support part 120 and a part of the outer peripheral side wall part 220.
In order to prevent water droplets from spreading on the second surface S2, it is desirable that the water repellent region R1 is located directly below the inner peripheral side wall 210 on the surface of the toilet seat 10. It is desirable that the water repellent region R2 is located directly below the outer peripheral side wall 220 on the surface of the toilet seat 10. In other words, as shown in FIG. 7A, the distance D1 in the horizontal direction between the wall surface WSa and the water repellent region R1 is equal to or less than the thickness T1 of the inner peripheral side wall portion 210. As shown in FIG. 7B, the distance D2 in the horizontal direction between the wall surface WSb and the water repellent region R2 is equal to or less than the thickness T2 of the outer peripheral side wall 220. According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent water droplets from spreading to the inside of the bottom surface 100b (the region immediately below the internal space S). Thereby, the cleaning property of the toilet seat 10 can be improved. The thickness T <b> 1 is, for example, the thickness in the horizontal direction of the side wall base portion 211 whose thickness is substantially constant in the inner peripheral side wall portion 210. The thickness T <b> 2 is, for example, the thickness in the horizontal direction of the side wall base 221 whose thickness is substantially constant in the outer peripheral side wall 220.
More desirably, the water repellent region R1 is located outside the center plane C1 of the inner peripheral side wall 210. The water repellent region R <b> 2 is located outside the center surface C <b> 2 of the outer peripheral side wall 220. The center plane C1 is a plane obtained by connecting the center points of the thicknesses in the inner peripheral side wall portion 210. For example, the center plane C1 is obtained based on the side wall base 211 having a substantially uniform thickness. Similarly, the center plane C <b> 2 is a plane obtained by connecting the center points of the thickness in the outer peripheral side wall 220. For example, the center plane C2 is obtained based on the side wall base 221 having a substantially uniform thickness.
In other words, the distance D1 is desirably 0.5 times or less of the thickness T1, and the distance D2 is desirably 0.5 times or less of the thickness T2. According to this configuration, the range in which water droplets spread on the bottom surface 100b can be made narrower. Thereby, the cleaning property of the toilet seat 10 can be further improved.
For example, when cleaning the bottom surface of the toilet seat with the toilet seat lowered on the toilet bowl, with a typical toilet bowl and toilet seat, a finger can be inserted up to about 2 mm from the end. Therefore, the distance D3 between the water repellent region R1 and the lower end of the first surface S1 and the distance D4 between the water repellent region R2 and the lower end of the first surface S1 are desirably 2 mm or less. According to this configuration, it is possible to drop water droplets that have traveled around the second surface S2. According to this configuration, even when water remains on the second surface S2, dirt adheres only to a range where wiping and cleaning are easy. For this reason, the toilet seat 10 can be easily cleaned, and the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be improved.
The width W3 of the exposed surface 310a and the width W4 of the exposed surface 320a are, for example, 1 mm. When the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a function as a water-repellent region, the distance D3 may be a width W3 or less, and the distance D4 may be a width W4 or less. According to this configuration, similarly, even when water remains on the second surface S2, dirt adheres only to a range where wiping and cleaning are easy. For this reason, the toilet seat 10 can be easily cleaned, and the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be improved.
A water repellent region may be provided on the entire surface of the second surface S2. In this case, the distance between the water repellent region and the lower end of the first surface S1 is 0 mm. Such a configuration is also included in the above-described configuration in which the distance from the lower end of the water repellent region first surface S1 is 2 mm or less.
The second surface S2 may be directly connected to the lower end of the wall surface WS. It is desirable that an inclined surface IS is provided between the second surface S2 and the wall surface WS. Desirably, an inclined surface IS inclined with respect to the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is provided, and the second surface S2 is continuous with the inclined surface IS. As a result, the water droplets that have flowed through the wall surface WS do not stay at the lower end of the first surface S1, but easily enter the second surface S2. Then, the water droplets that have entered the second surface S2 are bounced and dropped by the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2. Therefore, according to this configuration, it is difficult for water droplets to remain on the surface of the toilet seat 10. It can suppress that the dirt contained in a water droplet adheres to the toilet seat 10. FIG. For this reason, the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be further improved.
As shown in FIG. 8A, the inclined surface ISa may be curved and smoothly connected to the wall surface WSa and the second surface S2. As shown in FIG. 8B, the inclined surface ISb may be curved and smoothly connected to the wall surface WSb and the second surface S2.
In this case, the points that start to be inclined with respect to the bottom surface 100b correspond to the lower end of the inclined surface ISa and the lower end of the inclined surface ISb. That is, these points correspond to the lower end of the first surface S1. Similarly, the point that starts to be inclined with respect to the wall surface WSa corresponds to the upper end of the inclined surface ISa. The point that starts to be inclined with respect to the wall surface WSb corresponds to the upper end of the inclined surface ISb.
Since the inclined surface ISa and the inclined surface ISb are curved, it becomes easier for water droplets to go from the first surface S1 to the second surface S2. As a result, the water droplets are repelled by the water repellent regions R1 and R2 of the second surface S2 and become easy to drop. The cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be further improved.
The water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 include, for example, at least one of silicone resin, fluorine resin, silicone graft polypropylene, silicone rubber, and silicone oil. Thereby, the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 have water repellency. Alternatively, the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 have an uneven structure on the surface. This concavo-convex structure provides water repellency.
When water repellency is imparted by the concavo-convex structure or the like, the water repellency may be lowered due to deformation or damage of the concavo-convex structure as the toilet seat 10 is used. By imparting water repellency to the material, it is possible to suppress a decrease in water repellency.
Alternatively, when water repellency is imparted depending on the characteristics of the material, the material may change depending on the passage of time or the surrounding environment, and the water repellency may decrease. By imparting water repellency by the concavo-convex structure, a decrease in water repellency can be suppressed.
Alternatively, the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 may include a material having water repellency and may have a concavo-convex structure on the surface. By doing so, it is possible to further increase the water repellency in the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2.
For example, the exposed surface 310a of the joining member 310 and the exposed surface 320a of the joining member 320 function as the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2. By imparting water repellency to these exposed surfaces, for example, when the bonding member 310 and the bonding member 320 are formed, the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 can be formed together. Thereby, manufacture of the toilet seat 10 becomes easy. The joining member 310 and the joining member 320 join the bottom plate 100 and the top plate 200. For this reason, it is provided close to the wall surface WSa lower end and the wall surface WSb lower end (end of the second surface S2). Since the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 320a function as the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2, it is possible to effectively prevent water droplets flowing through the wall surface WSa and the wall surface WSb from spreading on the second surface S2.

(First modification)
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a part of the toilet seat according to the first modification of the embodiment.
FIG. 9 shows a part of the inner peripheral support part 110 and a part of the inner peripheral side wall part 210.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the exposed surface 310a may be recessed upward. In this case, for example, the exposed surface 310a is positioned above the bottom surface 100b of the bottom plate 100 and is positioned above the lower end of the hanging portion 213. That is, the water repellent region R1 of the second surface S2 may be located above the other regions of the second surface S2.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 9B, the exposed surface 310a may swell downward. In this case, for example, the exposed surface 310a is positioned below the bottom surface 100b of the bottom plate 100 and positioned below the lower end of the drooping portion 213. That is, the water repellent region R1 of the second surface S2 may be located below the other regions of the second surface S2.
Although the exposed surface 310a has been described, the same applies to the exposed surface 320a. That is, the exposed surface 320a (water repellent region R2) may be positioned above other regions of the second surface S2. The exposed surface 320a (water repellent region R2) may be positioned below other regions of the second surface S2.
As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a minute step or the like is formed between the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 and another region of the second surface S2. May be. Also in this configuration, since the water repellent region R1 and the water repellent region R2 are provided, the spread of water droplets on the second surface S2 can be suppressed.
When the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 are recessed upward with respect to other regions of the second surface S2, water droplets that have entered the second surface S2 exceed the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2. May spread over the second surface S2. When the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 are recessed downward with respect to other regions of the second surface S2, water droplets that have entered the second surface S2 are repelled by the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2. It may not be. As a result, water droplets easily stay in the vicinity of these water repellent areas. If there is a step between the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 and another region on the second surface S2, water droplets and dirt near these water-repellent regions are wiped off when the second surface S2 is cleaned. It becomes difficult. Dirt tends to accumulate near the water-repellent area.
As shown in FIG. 4, it is desirable that the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 and the regions other than the water-repellent region on the toilet seat 10 surface are smoothly connected. According to this configuration, it is possible to effectively suppress water droplets from spreading on the second surface S2. According to this structure, even when a water droplet does not drip, it becomes easy to wipe off a water droplet and dirt. Therefore, according to this configuration, it is difficult for dirt to remain on the second surface S2, and the dirt on the second surface S2 can be easily wiped off. It becomes possible to further improve the cleanability of the toilet seat 10. The phrase “a plurality of regions are smoothly connected” means, for example, a state in which no step is formed between the plurality of regions, and no corners or depressions are formed between these regions.
(Second modification)
10 and 11 are cross-sectional views showing a part of a toilet seat according to a second modification of the embodiment.
FIG. 10A and FIG. 11A show a part of the inner peripheral support part 110 and a part of the inner peripheral side wall part 210. FIG. 10B and FIG. 11B show a part of the outer peripheral support part 120 and a part of the outer peripheral side wall part 220.
In the toilet seat according to this modification, as shown in FIG. 10A, the water repellent region R1 is provided on the inclined surface ISa of the first surface S1. As shown in FIG. 10B, the water repellent region R2 is provided on the inclined surface ISb of the first surface S1. The water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 are located on the surface of the toilet seat 10 immediately below the inner peripheral side wall portion 210 and directly below the outer peripheral side wall portion 220, respectively.
For example, when the water repellent region R1 is provided on the wall surface WSa along the vertical direction, the flow of water droplets on the wall surface WSa stops at the water repellent region R1. Dirt easily adheres to the wall surface WSa. On the other hand, when the water-repellent region R1 is provided on the inclined surface ISa facing downward from the wall surface WSa, water droplets easily wrap around the inclined surface ISa from the wall surface WSa. Further, the water droplets are easily repelled by being repelled in the water repellent region R1. Similarly, the water-repellent region R2 is provided on the inclined surface ISb, so that water droplets can be easily dropped. Therefore, according to this modification, the dirt contained in the water droplets is difficult to spread on the second surface S2, and the cleanability of the toilet seat 10 can be improved.
The water repellent region R1 may be provided only on a part of the inclined surface ISa. The water repellent region R1 may be provided on the entire inclined surface ISa. The water repellent region R2 may be provided only on a part of the inclined surface ISb. The water repellent region R2 may be provided on the entire inclined surface ISb. As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, a part of the water repellent region R1 and a part of the water repellent region R2 may be provided on the second surface S2.
11A and 11B, the inclined surface ISa and the inclined surface ISb may be curved. According to this configuration, similarly to the configuration illustrated in FIGS. 8A and 8B, water droplets can more easily travel from the first surface S1 to the second surface S2. Thereby, the cleaning property of the toilet seat 10 can be further improved.
In the toilet seat according to this modification, as shown in FIG. 9A, the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 310b may be recessed upward. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 9B, the exposed surface 310a and the exposed surface 310b may swell downward.
However, as described above, in order to improve the cleanability of the toilet seat 10, the water-repellent region R1 and the water-repellent region R2 and the region other than the water-repellent region on the first surface S1 should be smoothly connected. Is desirable.
The water repellency of the water repellent region R1 and the water repellency of the first surface S1 can be compared, for example, by the following method.
The toilet seat 10 is placed with the water repellent region R1 facing vertically upward. A plurality of water drops are dropped on the water repellent region R1. The contact angle of the water drop dropped on the water repellent region R1 with respect to the horizontal plane is measured. For example, the contact angle is measured for 10 water droplets, and the average is calculated.
Subsequently, the toilet seat 10 is placed with the wall surface WSa of the first surface S1 facing vertically upward. A plurality of water drops are dropped on the wall surface WSa. The contact angle with respect to the horizontal plane of the water drop dropped on the wall surface WSa is measured. For the same number of water droplets as when the contact angle of the water repellent region R1 is measured, the contact angles are measured, and the average is calculated.
The average value of the contact angle in the water repellent region R1 is compared with the average value of the contact angle on the first surface S1. The larger the contact angle, the higher the water repellency.
The water repellency of the water repellent region R2 and the water repellency of the first surface S1 can also be compared by this method.
