其中,该信息分享系统可以包括本申请实施例所提供的任一种信息分享发送装置和信息分享接收装置,其中,该信息分享发送装置和信息分享接收装置均可以集成在终端等设备中,为了描述方便,在本申请实施例中,将集成了信息分享发送装置的终端称为分享发起终端(即分享发送端),将集成了信息分享接收装置的终端称为分享接收终端(即分享接收端)。例如,参见图1a,具体可以如下:
分享发起终端获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,分享接收终端在接收到该分享链接后,在该分享链接被触发如当用户点击该分享链接时,对该分享链接进行解析,若根据解析结果确定存在标注信息,则根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度,并根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示,即此时,分享接收终端可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,使得分享接收者能够更加方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的内容,而无需进行查找。
以下将分别进行详细说明。
下面将从信息分享接收装置的角度进行描述,该信息分享接收装置具体可以集成在终端,如分享接收终端等设备中。该终端可以包括手机、 平板电脑、笔记本电脑、或个人计算机(PC,Personal Computer)等设备。
一种信息分享方法,包括:接收分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接,当该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息(如MarkTime Tag),若存在标注信息,则根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
如图1b所示,该信息分享方法的具体流程可以如下:
101、接收分享发起终端发送的用于分享网络信息的分享链接。
其中,该网络信息可以是文本信息,比如网页或电子书等信息,也可以是多媒体信息,比如音频或视频等信息。
102、当该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,若存在标注信息,则执行步骤103,否则,若不存在标注信息,则可以根据该分享链接对该网络信息进行显示,比如,若该网络信息为文本信息的话,则直接显示该文本信息的首页,若该网络信息为多媒体信息,则直接显示该多媒体信息的播放页面,等等。
其中,解析该分享链接的方式与生成该分享链接的方式相适应,比如,若在生成该分享链接时,主要是通过在网络信息的链接地址的预设字段中添加该分享时刻参数的话,则此时,可以通过解析该预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数来确定是否存在标注信息,即步骤“对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息”具体可以包括:
确定该分享链接的预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数,若存在分享时刻参数,则确定存在标注信息;若不存在分享时刻参数,则确定不存在标注信息。
其中,该分享时刻参数由标注信息转换而成。例如,分享接收终端 在得到标注信息之后,可以将标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,其中,该参数在本申请实施例中称为分享时刻参数。
比如,以多媒体信息为例,可以将播放时刻(playtime)作为分享时刻参数(可记为mt)携带在该多媒体信息的链接地址,如统一资源定位符(URL,Uniform Resource Locator)等信息的预设字段中。
又比如,以文本信息为例,可以将文本信息在网页中坐标作为分享时刻参数(可记为mt)携带在该文本信息的链接地址,如URL等信息的预设字段中。
其中,该预设字段可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以添加在该链接地址尾部,等等,在此不再赘述。
103、在确定分享链接中存在标注信息时,根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度。
在一些实施例中,所述标注信息用于标识所述网络信息中的一个或多个标注位置,每个标注位置为所述分享发起终端标记的网络内容在所述网络信息中所处的位置。
例如,具体可以根据该标注信息确定标注位置,根据该标注位置确定该网络信息的显示进度。
其中,显示进度用于指示当前所显示的内容与网络信息整体内容的关系,一方面,它可以指示当前所显示的内容位于网络信息整体内容的哪个位置,另一方面,它也可以反映当前需要显示什么内容。比如,以该网络信息为多媒体信息为例,则该显示进度指的是播放进度,具体可以是播放时刻等;又比如,以该网络信息为文本信息为例,则该显示进度指的是该文本信息中文本的坐标,比如电子书中文本的页码、或网页中文字的坐标,等等,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,该标注信息中除了可以指示一个标注位置之外, 也可以指示多个标注位置,如果该标注位置为多个,则可以根据预设策略来选择其中的一个标注位置作为目标位置,然后,根据该目标位置确定该网络信息的显示进度。
其中,该预设策略可以根据实际应用的需求而定,比如,可以基于标注位置的设置时间、标注位置的位置信息、或由用户进行选择,等等,即步骤“根据该标注位置确定该网络信息的显示进度”可以包括如下任意一种方式:
(1)分别确定多个标注位置的设置时间,将设置时间符合预设时间条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
其中,所述设置时间为所述分享发起终端对所述标注位置处的网络内容进行标记时的时间。该预设时间条件可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将设置时间最早或最晚的标注位置作为目标位置,等等。
(2)将标注位置符合预设位置条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
其中,该预设位置条件可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将位于显示进度条中最靠前的标注位置作为目标位置,等等。
其中,显示进度条指的是用于反映显示进度的界面,比如,具体可以是播放多媒体信息时的播放进度条,或者,显示电子书时的阅读进度条,等等。
(3)生成并显示关于标注位置的提示信息,以便用户进行选择,将选择的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
比如,可以根据各个标注位置所对应的网络信息的内容提要、播放时刻(或坐标)、和/或字幕信息等来生成相应标注位置的提示信息,然后,在各个标注位置上相似相应的提示信息,等等。
又比如,若用户在设置标注信息时,还为各个标注位置分别设置了标注内容的话,则此时,还可以根据用户为各个标注信息所设置的标识内容来生成相应标注位置的提示信息,然后,在各个标注位置上相似相应的提示信息,等等,在此不再赘述。
104、根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
例如,以该网络信息为文本信息为例,则此时,可以根据该显示进度从文本信息中获取相应的文本内容,比如,具体可以以目标位置为起点,从文本信息中获取预设大小的文本内容,等等,然后,显示获取到的文本内容。
又例如,以该网络信息为多媒体信息为例,则此时,可以根据该显示进度从该多媒体信息中确定相应的播放时刻,比如,具体可以获取目标位置在多媒体信息中对应的播放时刻,然后,以该播放时刻为起点,对该多媒体信息进行播放。
在一些实施例中,在根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示时,除了可以采用预设的浏览器进行显示之外,还可以调用相应的终端应用(APP,Application)进行显示,即步骤“根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示”可以包括:
确定存在与该网络信息对应的终端应用时,调用该终端应用,通过该终端应用,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
比如,若该网络信息为电子书,则此时,可以调用相应的阅读器来进行显示,而如果该网络信息为视频,则此时,可以调用相应的视频播放器来进行播放,等等。
由上可知,本实施例在接收到分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接后,可以在该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,并在根据解析结果确定存在标注信息时,根据该标注信息确定网络信息的 显示进度,然后,根据显示进度对该网络信息进行显示;由于该方案可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的重点内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的有效性。
下面将从信息分享发送装置的角度进行描述,该信息分享发送装置具体可以集成终端,比如分享发起终端等设备中。该终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、或PC等设备。
一种信息分享方法,包括:获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示。
如图2所示,该信息分享发起终端的具体流程可以如下:
201、获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息。
例如,具体可以从本地(即该分享发起终端中)或云端设备等获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息。
其中,本地或云端设备所存储的标注信息可以由用户预先进行设置并保存,即在步骤“从本地或云端设备等获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息”之前,该信息分享方法还可以包括:
接收关于网络信息的标注设置请求,根据该标注设置请求接受并保存用户对标注信息的设置,比如,可以根据该标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件,通过该标注设置插件接收标注信息,将接收到的标注信息保存在本地和/或云端设备,等等。
在一些实施例中,除了可以预先设置标注信息之外,也可以实时对该网络信息进行标注,即步骤“获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息” (即步骤201)可以包括:
接收关于需要进行分享的网络信息的标注设置请求,根据该标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件,通过该标注设置插件接收该网络信息标注信息。
202、根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,例如,具体可以如下:
(1)获取该网络信息的链接地址。
比如,可以从向服务器发送关于该网络信息链接地址的获取请求,并接收服务器返回的链接地址,或者,也可以从本地(即分享发起终端)的缓存或历史记录中获取该网络信息的链接地址,等等。
其中,该链接地址具体可以为该网络信息的存储地址,也可以是该网络信息的访问地址,比如URL,等等。
(2)根据该链接地址和标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接。
比如,可以将该标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,得到分享时刻参数,将该分享时刻参数添加至该链接地址的预设字段中,得到关于该网络信息的分享链接。
其中,该预设格式可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将播放时刻(playtime)作为分享时刻参数,或者,也可以将文本信息在网页中坐标作为分享时刻参数,等等。同理,预设字段也可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以添加在该链接地址尾部,等等,在此不再赘述。
203、将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示。
其中,发送该分享链接的方式(即分享方式)可以有多种,而该分享接收终端可以是一个,也可以是多个,比如,可以将该分享链接发送 至社交平台如微博或朋友圈等,或者,也可以将该分享链接发送至即时聊天工具通讯录中的某个联系人、讨论组或群中,等等。即步骤“将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端”可以包括:
确定分享方式,根据确定的分享方式将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端。
其中,该分享方式可以是预设的,也可以由分享用户灵活进行选择。
此外,需说明的是,分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示的方式具体可参见实施例一,比如,若该网络信息为文本信息,则可以根据该显示进度从文本信息中获取相应的文本内容,并显示获取到的文本内容;又比如,若该网络信息为多媒体信息,则可以根据该显示进度从多媒体信息中确定相应的播放时刻,然后,以该播放时刻为起点,对该多媒体信息进行播放,等等,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本实施例可以获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,然后,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,并将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示,比如,将网络信息的显示进度定位至该标注信息所指示的标注位置上,等等;由于该方案可以将分享者所希望分享的内容进行标注,并在分享给分享接收者时,直接对该标注的部分进行定位显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加可以方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的有效性。
根据前面的实施例所描述的方法,以下将举例作进一步详细说明。
在下面的实施例中,将以该信息分享发送装置具体集成在分享发起终端中,且该信息分享接受装置具体集成在分享接收终端中为例进行说明。
如图3a所示,一种信息分享方法,具体流程可以如下:
301、分享发起终端获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息。
例如,分享发起终端具体可以接收关于需要进行分享的网络信息的标注设置请求,然后,根据该标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件,并通过该标注设置插件接收该网络信息标注信息。
比如,以该网络信息为多媒体信息为例,参见图3b,当用户甲听到某一音频如某某歌曲时,希望将其中某一段精彩的部分分享给自己的好友乙,则此时,用户甲可以借助进度条、时间信息、以及对应的字幕信息等来标记希望分享的时刻点,譬如通过点击用于添加分享标注的触发键(参见图3b左图中的“分享时刻”键),来触发标注设置请求,从而使得该分享发起终端可以根据该标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件(如调用MarkTimeViewModle.selecte(playtime)),然后,根据该标注设置插件显示相应的设置入口,由用户通过该设置入口输入相应的标注信息,如对某个或某些时刻点进行标记,等等,具体可参见图3b中的右图。其中,该被标记的时刻点即称为标注位置,比如图3b中右图的“3:51”时刻点。在一些实施例中,还可以在该时刻点的位置添加相应的标注内容,比如添加相应的文字:“这里很精彩”、“此处很搞笑”或“此处有亮点”,等等。
需说明的是,其他的网络信息,如视频、或文本信息等,与此类似,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,分享发起终端除了可以在需要进行分享时,对该标注信息进行设置之外,也可以预先对该网络信息进行标注信息的设置,并将设置的标注信息保存在本地(即该分享发起终端)或云端设备等设备中,在需要对该网络信息进行分享时,再从本地(即该分享发起终端)或云端设备中获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,在此不再赘述。
302、分享发起终端获取该网络信息的链接地址,根据该链接地址和标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接。
例如,分享发起终端可以从向服务器发送关于该网络信息链接地址的获取请求,并接收服务器返回的链接地址,或者,也可以从本地(即分享发起终端)的缓存或历史记录中获取该网络信息的链接地址,等等,然后,将该标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,得到分享时刻参数,并将该分享时刻参数添加至该链接地址的预设字段中,得到关于该网络信息的分享链接。
其中,该链接地址具体可以为该网络信息的存储地址,也可以是该网络信息的访问地址,比如URL等。该预设格式可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将播放时刻(playtime)作为分享时刻参数,或者,也可以将文本信息在网页中坐标作为分享时刻参数,等等。同理,预设字段也可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以添加在该链接地址尾部等。
譬如,还是以步骤301中的某某歌曲为例,若该歌曲的URL为:http://123456.com/某某歌曲.mp3,且用户甲在时刻点“3:51”设置了标注信息,则此时,可以生成该某某歌曲的分享链接:http://123456.com/某某歌曲.mp3/mt=3:51,等等。其中,mt=playtime为分享时刻参数,由于此处的playtime为“3:51”,因此,在该分享链接中,mt=3:51。
303、分享发起终端将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端。
例如,分享发起终端可以确定分享方式,然后,根据确定的分享方式将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端。
其中,该分享方式可以有多种,该分享方式可以是预设的,也可以由分享用户灵活进行选择。而该分享接收终端可以是一个,也可以是多个,比如,可以将该分享链接发送至社交平台如微博或朋友圈等,或者, 也可以将该分享链接发送至即时聊天工具通讯录中的某个联系人、讨论组或群中,等等。
比如,以用户甲将某某歌曲分享至朋友圈为例,参见图3c,此时可以在朋友显示该分享信息,在一些实施例中,还可以对该标志信息进行提示,如“前方高能,快来听3分51秒”,等等。
304、分享接收终端接收到该分享链接后,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,若存在标注信息,则执行步骤305,否则,若不存在标注信息,则可以根据该分享链接对该网络信息进行显示,比如,若该网络信息为文本信息的话,则直接显示该文本信息的首页,若该网络信息为多媒体信息,则直接显示该多媒体信息的播放页面,等等。
其中,解析该分享链接的方式与生成该分享链接的方式相适应,比如,若分享发起终端在生成该分享链接时,主要是通过在网络信息的链接地址的预设字段中添加该分享时刻参数的话,则此时,可以通过解析该预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数来确定是否存在标注信息,即步骤“分享接收终端对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息”具体可以包括:
分享接收终端确定该分享链接的预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数,若存在分享时刻参数,则确定存在标注信息;若不存在分享时刻参数,则确定不存在标注信息。
例如,还是以该分享的网络信息为某某歌曲为例,若用户甲的好友用户乙点击了朋友圈中用户甲所分享的某某歌曲的信息(如点击图3c中的分享信息),则用户乙所在的终端(即分享接收终端)此时便可以得到该某某歌曲的分享链接,如“http://123456.com/某某歌曲.mp3/mt=3:51”,于是,该分享接收终端对该分享链接进行解析,确定其中是否携带了分享时刻参数“mt”,由于该分享链接中存在“mt=3:51”,因此,可以确定该 分享链接存在标注信息,所以,可以执行步骤305。
305、分享接收终端确定存在标注信息时,根据该标注信息确定标注位置,并根据该标注位置确定该网络信息的显示进度。
在一些实施例中,该标注信息中除了可以指示一个标注位置之外,也可以指示多个标注位置,如果该标注位置为多个,则可以根据预设策略来选择其中的一个标注位置作为目标位置,然后,根据该目标位置确定该网络信息的显示进度。
其中,该预设策略可以根据实际应用的需求而定,比如,可以基于标注位置的设置时间、标注位置的位置信息、或由用户进行选择,等等,即步骤“根据该标注位置确定该网络信息的显示进度”可以包括如下任意一种方式:
(1)分别确定多个标注位置的设置时间,将设置时间符合预设时间条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
其中,该预设时间条件可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将设置时间最早或最晚的标注位置作为目标位置,等等。
(2)将标注位置符合预设位置条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
其中,该预设位置条件可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将位于显示进度条中最靠前的标注位置作为目标位置,等等。
其中,显示进度条指的是用于反映显示进度的界面,比如,具体可以是播放多媒体信息时的播放进度条,或者,显示电子书时的阅读进度条,等等。
(3)生成并显示关于标注位置的提示信息,以便用户进行选择,将选择的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
比如,可以根据各个标注位置所对应的网络信息的内容提要、播放 时刻(或坐标)、和/或字幕信息等来生成相应标注位置的提示信息,然后,在各个标注位置上相似相应的提示信息,等等。
又比如,若用户在设置标注信息时,还为各个标注位置分别设置了标注内容的话,则此时,还可以根据用户为各个标注信息所设置的标识内容来生成相应标注位置的提示信息,然后,在各个标注位置上相似相应的提示信息,等等,在此不再赘述。
为了描述方便,在本实施例中,将以该一个标注位置为例进行说明。例如,还是以分享某某歌曲为例,参见图3d,由于该某某歌曲标识信息所指示的标注位置为时刻点“3:51”,因此,此时可以确定显示进度(此处即为播放进度)为时刻点“3:51”。
306、分享接收终端根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
例如,以该网络信息为文本信息为例,则此时,分享接收终端可以以目标位置为起点,从文本信息中获取预设大小的文本内容,等等,然后,显示获取到的文本内容。
又例如,以该网络信息为多媒体信息为例,则此时,分享接收终端可以获取目标位置在多媒体信息中对应的播放时刻,然后,以该播放时刻为起点,对该多媒体信息进行播放。
在一些实施例中,分享接收终端在根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示时,除了可以采用预设的浏览器进行显示之外,还可以先确定本地(即该分享接收终端)是否存在与该网络信息对应的终端应用(APP),若存在该终端应用(即已安装该终端应用),则可以调用该终端应用,并通过该终端应用,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示,否则,若不存在该终端应用,可以采用默认的方式,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
比如,还是以某某歌曲为例,若与该某某歌曲对应的终端应用为“XX 播放器”,则此时,可以先确定本地(即该分享接收终端)是否存在XX播放器,若存在,则调用该XX播放器来定位播放该某某歌曲,否则,若不存在,则可以直接调用系统的播放器或在浏览器中对该某某歌曲进行定位播放。其中,这里的定位播放,指的是直接定位(即seek)至标识位置(即时刻点“3:51”)开始播放。
在一些实施例中,若不存在相应的终端应用,还可以生成并显示相应的推荐信息,以便用户进行下载,比如,参见图3d,具体可以在界面中显示该终端应用的名称,如“XX播放器”,并提供相应的下载接口,该界面的形式以及接口的设置具体可根据实际应用的需求而定,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本实施例可以获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,然后,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,并将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,由分享接收终端根据该标注信息确定网络信息的显示进度,并根据显示进度对该网络信息进行显示;由于该方案可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的重点内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的有效性。
此外,由于该方案可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,因此,也可以为分享者与分享接收者提供一种更为灵活、简便且高效的沟通途径,使得分享操作的功能更为丰富,有利于改善用户体验和信息的推广。
为了更好地实施以上方法,本申请实施例还提供一种信息分享接收装置,该信息分享接收装置具体可以集成终端,如分享接收终端等设备中。该终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、或PC等设备。
例如,参见图4a,该信息分享接收装置可以包括接收单元401、解析单元402、确定单元403、以及显示单元404,具体可以如下:
(1)接收单元401;
接收单元401,用于接收分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接。
其中,该网络信息可以是文本信息,比如网页或电子书等信息,也可以是多媒体信息,比如音频或视频等信息。
(2)解析单元402;
解析单元402,用于当该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息。
其中,解析该分享链接的方式与生成该分享链接的方式相适应,比如,若在生成该分享链接时,主要是通过在网络信息的链接地址的预设字段中添加该分享时刻参数的话,则此时,可以通过解析该预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数来确定是否存在标注信息,即:

(3)确定单元403;
确定单元403,用于在解析单元402确定存在标注信息时,根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度;
例如,该确定单元403可以包括第一确定子单元和第二确定子单元,如下:

其中,该预设策略可以根据实际应用的需求而定,比如,可以基于标注位置的设置时间、标注位置的位置信息、或由用户进行选择,等等,即该第二确定子单元,具体可以用于:
分别确定多个标注位置的设置时间,将设置时间符合预设时间条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上;或者,
将标注位置符合预设位置条件的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上;或者,
生成并显示关于标注位置的提示信息,以便用户进行选择,将选择的标注位置确定为目标位置,并将显示进度定位在目标位置上。
其中,该预设时间条件和位置条件均可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。
(4)显示单元404;
显示单元404,用于根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
例如,以该网络信息为文本信息为例,则该显示单元404,具体可以用于以目标位置为起点,从文本信息中获取预设大小的文本内容,显示获取到的文本内容。
又例如,以该网络信息为多媒体信息为例,则该显示单元404,具体可以用于获取目标位置在多媒体信息中对应的播放时刻,以该播放时刻为起点,对该多媒体信息进行播放。
在一些实施例中,在根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示时,除了可以采用预设的浏览器进行显示之外,还可以调用相应的APP进行显示,即如图4b所示,该信息分享接收装置还可以包括调用单元405,如下:
调用单元405,用于确定存在与该网络信息对应的终端应用时,调用该终端应用。
则此时,显示单元404,具体可以用于通过该终端应用,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
比如,若该网络信息为电子书,则此时,可以调用相应的阅读器来进行显示,而如果该网络信息为视频,则此时,可以调用相应的视频播放器来进行播放,等等。
具体实施时,以上各个单元可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元的具体实施可参见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本实施例的信息分享接收装置在接收到分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接后,可以在该分享链接被触发时,由解析单元402对该分享链接进行解析,并在根据解析结果确定存在标注信息时,由确定单元403根据该标注信息确定网络信息的显示进度,然后,由显示单元404根据显示进度对该网络信息进行显示;由于该方案可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的重点内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的 有效性。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供一种信息分享发送装置,信息分享发送装置具体可以集成终端,比如分享发起终端等设备中。该终端可以包括手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、或PC等设备。
例如,如图5a所示,该信息分享发送装置可以包括获取单元501、生成单元502和发送单元503,如下:
(1)获取单元501;
获取单元501,用于获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息;
例如,该获取单元501,具体可以用于从本地或云端设备获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息。
其中,本地或云端设备所存储的标注信息可以由用户预先进行设置并保存,即如图5b所示,该信息分享发送装置还可以包括设置单元504,如下:
该设置单元504,可以用于接收关于网络信息的标注设置请求,根据该标注设置请求接受并保存用户对标注信息的设置。
比如,该设置单元504,具体可以用于接收关于网络信息的标注设置请求,根据该标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件,通过该标注设置插件接收标注信息,将接收到的标注信息保存在本地和/或云端设备。

(2)生成单元502;
生成单元502,用于根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链 接。
例如,该生成单元502,具体可以用于获取该网络信息的链接地址,根据该链接地址和标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接。
比如,该生成单元502,具体可以用于将该标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,得到分享时刻参数,将该分享时刻参数添加至该链接地址的预设字段中,得到关于该网络信息的分享链接。
其中,该预设格式可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以将播放时刻(playtime)作为分享时刻参数,或者,也可以将文本信息在网页中坐标作为分享时刻参数,等等。同理,预设字段也可以根据实际应用的需求进行设置,比如,可以添加在该链接地址尾部,等等,在此不再赘述。
(3)发送单元503;
发送单元503,用于将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示。
其中,发送该分享链接的方式(即分享方式)可以有多种,而该分享接收终端可以是一个,也可以是多个,比如,可以将该分享链接发送至社交平台如微博或朋友圈等,或者,也可以将该分享链接发送至即时聊天工具通讯录中的某个联系人、讨论组或群中,等等,即:
该发送单元503,具体可以用于确定分享方式,根据确定的分享方式将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端。
其中,该分享方式可以是预设的,也可以由分享用户灵活进行选择。
此外,需说明的是,分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示的方式具体可参见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。
具体实施时,以上各个单元可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个单元的具体实施 可参见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本实施例的信息分享发送装置的获取单元501可以获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,然后,由生成单元502根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,并由发送单元503将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示,比如,将网络信息的显示进度定位至该标注信息所指示的标注位置上,等等;由于该方案可以将分享者所希望分享的内容进行标注,并在分享给分享接收者时,直接对该标注的部分进行定位显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加可以方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的有效性。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种信息分享系统,包括本申请实施例提供的任一种信息分享发送装置和本申请实施例所提供的任一种信息分享接收装置,具体可参见实施例四和五。其中,该信息分享发送装置可以集成在分享发起终端中,而该信息分享接收装置可以集成在分享接收终端中,例如,如图6所示,该信息分享系统可以包括分享发起终端601和分享接收终端602,具体可以如下:
分享发起终端601,用于获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端。
分享接收终端602,用于接收分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接,当该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,若存在标注信息,则根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
例如,该分享发起终端601,具体可以用于获取该网络信息的链接 地址,根据该链接地址和标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接。
比如,该分享发起终端601可以将该标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,得到分享时刻参数,然后,将该分享时刻参数添加至该链接地址的预设字段中,得到关于该网络信息的分享链接,等等。
其中,分享接收终端602解析该分享链接的方式与分享发起终端601生成该分享链接的方式相适应,比如,若分享发起终端601在生成该分享链接时,主要是通过在网络信息的链接地址的预设字段中添加该分享时刻参数的话,则此时,分享接收终端602可以通过解析该预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数来确定是否存在标注信息,即:
分享接收终端602,具体可以用于确定该分享链接的预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数,若存在分享时刻参数,则确定存在标注信息;若不存在分享时刻参数,则确定不存在标注信息。
在一些实施例中,该信息分享系统还可以包括其他的设备,比如服务器,如下:
服务器,用于向分享发起终端提供网络信息的链接地址。

由于该信息分享系统可以包括本申请实施例所提供的任一种信息分享发送装置和信息分享接收装置,因此,可以实现本申请实施例所提供的任一种信息分享发送装置和任一种信息分享接收装置所能实现的有益效果,详见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供一种终端,可以作为本申请实施例的分享发起终端,也可以作为本申请实施例的分享接收终端,如图7所示,该终端可以包括射频(RF,Radio Frequency)电路701、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器702、输入单元703、显示单元704、传感器705、音频电路706、无线保真(WiFi,Wireless Fidelity) 模块707、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器708、以及电源709等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路701可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器708处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路701包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(LNA,Low Noise Amplifier)、双工器等。此外,RF电路701还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(GSM,Global System of Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器702可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器708通过运行存储在存储器702的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器702可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器702可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器702还 可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器708和输入单元703对存储器702的访问。
输入单元703可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,在一个具体的实施例中,输入单元703可包括触敏表面以及其他输入设备。触敏表面,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面上或在触敏表面附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。在一些实施例中,触敏表面可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器708,并能接收处理器708发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面。除了触敏表面,输入单元703还可以包括其他输入设备。具体地,其他输入设备可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元704可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元704可包括显示面板,在一些实施例中,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,触敏表面可覆盖显示面板,当触敏表面检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器708以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器708根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽 然在图7中,触敏表面与显示面板是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面与显示面板集成而实现输入和输出功能。
终端还可包括至少一种传感器705,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路706、扬声器,传声器可提供用户与终端之间的音频接口。音频电路706可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器,由扬声器转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路706接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器708处理后,经RF电路701以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器702以便进一步处理。音频电路706还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与终端的通信。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端通过WiFi模块707可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图7示出了WiFi模块707,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变申请的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器708是终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机 的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器702内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器702内的数据,执行终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。在一些实施例中,处理器708可包括一个或多个处理核心;在一些实施例中,处理器708可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器708中。
终端还包括给各个部件供电的电源709(比如电池),在一些实施例中,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器708逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源709还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,终端还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,终端中的处理器708会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器702中,并由处理器708来运行存储在存储器702中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能:
获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据该标注信息对网络信息进行定位显示。
例如,具体可以用于获取该网络信息的链接地址,根据该链接地址和标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,比如将该标注信息转换为预设格式的参数,得到分享时刻参数,然后,将该分享时刻参数添加至该链接地址的预设字段中,得到关于该网络信息的分享链接,等等。
和/或,该处理器708也可以运行存储在存储器702中的应用程序,从而实现以下功能:
接收分享发起终端发送的关于网络信息的分享链接,当该分享链接被触发时,对该分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,若存在标注信息,则根据该标注信息确定该网络信息的显示进度,根据确定的显示进度对该网络信息进行显示。
其中,解析该分享链接的方式与生成该分享链接的方式相适应,比如,若在生成该分享链接时,主要是通过在网络信息的链接地址的预设字段中添加该分享时刻参数的话,则此时,可以通过解析该预设字段中是否存在分享时刻参数来确定是否存在标注信息,等等。
以上各个操作的具体实施可参见前面的实施例,在此不再赘述。
由上可知,本实施例的分享发起终端可以获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,然后,根据该标注信息生成关于该网络信息的分享链接,并将该分享链接发送给分享接收终端,由分享接收终端根据该标注信息确定网络信息的显示进度,并根据显示进度对该网络信息进行显示;由于该方案可以直接定位到分享者所标注的位置上进行显示,因此,可以使得分享接收者能够更加方便、直接且准确地查看到分享者所希望分享的重点内容,而无需进行查找,所以,可以大大提高操作效率和可控性,改善分享的有效性。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息分享方法,应用于分享接收终端,包括:
    接收分享发起终端发送的用于分享网络信息的分享链接;
    当所述分享链接被触发时,对所述分享链接进行解析,以确定所述分享链接中是否存在标注信息,所述标注信息用于标识所述网络信息中的一个或多个标注位置,每个标注位置代表所述分享发起终端标记的网络内容在所述网络信息中所处的位置;
    若存在标注信息,则根据所述标注信息确定所述网络信息的显示进度;
    根据确定的显示进度对所述网络信息进行显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述标注信息为所述分享链接的预设字段中的分享时刻参数,所述对所述分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,包括:
    确定所述分享链接的预设字段中是否存在所述分享时刻参数;
    若存在分享时刻参数,则确定存在标注信息;
    若不存在分享时刻参数,则确定不存在标注信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,所述根据所述标注信息确定所述网络信息的显示进度,包括:

    获取所述目标位置在多媒体信息中对应的播放时刻;
    以所述播放时刻为起点,对所述多媒体信息进行播放。
  9. 一种信息分享方法,应用于分享发起终端,包括:
    获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,所标注信息用于标识所述网络信息中的一个或多个标注位置,每个标注位置代表所述分享发起终端标记的网络内容在所述网络信息中所处的位置;
    根据所述标注信息生成用于分享所述网络信息的分享链接;
    将所述分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据所述 标注信息对网络信息确定所述网络信息的显示进度,并根据所述显示进度对所述网络信息进行显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述根据所述标注信息生成关于所述网络信息的分享链接,包括:
    获取所述网络信息的链接地址;
    根据所述链接地址和标注信息生成关于所述网络信息的分享链接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,所述根据所述链接地址和标注信息生成关于所述网络信息的分享链接,包括:
    将所述标注信息转换为预设格式的分享时刻参数;
    将所述分享时刻参数添加至所述链接地址的预设字段中,得到用于分享所述网络信息的分享链接。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一项所述的方法,进一步包括:
    接收关于网络信息的标注设置请求;
    根据所述标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件;
    通过所述标注设置插件接收标注信息,将接收到的标注信息保存在所述分享发起终端或云端设备;
    所述获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息包括:
    从所述分享发起终端或云端设备获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9至11任一项所述的方法,所述获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息包括:
    接收关于需要进行分享的网络信息的标注设置请求,根据所述标注设置请求调用相应的标注设置插件,通过所述标注设置插件接收所述网络信息标注信息。
  14. 一种信息分享接收装置,包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连接的存储器;所述存储器中存储有机器可读指令单元;所述机器可读指令单元包括:
    接收单元,用于接收分享发起终端发送的用于分享网络信息的分享链接;
    解析单元,用于当所述分享链接被触发时,对所述分享链接进行解析,以确定是否存在标注信息,所述标注信息用于标识所述网络信息中的一个或多个标注位置,每个标注位置代表所述分享发起终端标记的网络内容在所述网络信息中所处的位置;
    确定单元,用于在解析单元确定存在标注信息时,根据所述标注信息确定所述网络信息的显示进度;
    显示单元,用于根据确定的显示进度对所述网络信息进行显示。

  16. 一种信息分享发送装置,包括:
    处理器;
    与所述处理器相连接的存储器;所述存储器中存储有机器可读指令单元;所述机器可读指令单元包括:
    获取单元,用于获取需要进行分享的网络信息的标注信息,所标注信息用于标识所述网络信息中的一个或多个标注位置,每个标注位置代表所述分享发起终端标记的网络内容在所述网络信息中所处的位置;
    生成单元,用于根据所述标注信息生成用于分享所述网络信息的分 享链接;
    发送单元,用于将所述分享链接发送给分享接收终端,以便分享接收终端根据所述标注信息对网络信息确定所述网络信息的显示进度,并根据所述显示进度对所述网络信息进行显示。
