Description

用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架 技术领域
本发明属于城市清洁环保设备技术领域,适用于道路清洁装置,具体涉及用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架。
背景技术
起初在城市环卫工作中,马路隔离栏清冼多采用人工擦洗方式,劳动强度大且存在安全隐患,给环卫工人增添了很多负担。近几年来,马路隔离栏清洗机很好的解决了这一问题,但马路隔离栏清洗机工作时留下的泥水也同时流到隔离栏的下方马路上,在隔离栏的正下方路面上总是残留有泥水,无法一次性收集清理干净,致使此区域需要二次清扫,因此,这一区域成为无法采用现有的马路隔离栏清洗机清扫的“死角”。通常这一区域的二次清扫是通过人工或高压水清洗,其中,人工清扫不仅工作强度大,而且也增加了清扫者的人身安全风险;而高压水清洗将该区域时,灰尘都被冲到马路中间位置附近,使得另一车道的吸扫车无法实时进行收集,致使该区域部分的水分蒸发后,各种灰尘依旧随车而起,造成二次污染环境,无法达到高效清洁的目的。
所以开发一种新型的马路隔离栏地面清扫装置十分必要,而在马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的设计过程中,其传动连接部分的设计是整个装置高效运转的关键,由于马路隔离栏结构的特殊性,其每组隔离栏之间需要一根安装有护栏底座的立柱支撑连接,而护栏底座将会对马路隔离栏地面清扫装置清洗刷的工作造成阻碍,造成刷毛的弯折,无法彻底清刷底座附近的底面,阻碍清扫作业,且会缩减清洗刷的使用寿命,现有的传动连接装置无法解决这一特殊情况所带来的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架,通过将带有本发明所述传动连接架的清扫装置安装在马路隔离栏清洗机上,实现对隔离栏及隔离栏正下方路面的同步高效清扫同时,还能够有效地越过隔离栏支撑立柱,保证清扫作业顺利进行。结合说明书附图,本发明的技术方案如下:

2、在清扫车在清扫行进的过程中,马路隔离栏地面清扫装置将被调整至合适的工作位置,即盘刷的刷毛伸过马路隔离栏,且不影响盘刷和本发明所述传动连接架的连接支架总成的正常运转,通过本发明所述传动连接架的连接支架总成和盘刷的相互配合旋转,实现了清扫作业的顺利进行,且清扫后的灰尘垃圾通过外部清扫车的吸盘装置吸入至垃圾储运室内,以实现无二次污染的高效清扫。
3、本发明所述用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架,采用连接支架总成和盘刷相互之间反向旋转的设计,保证了清扫装置在清扫行进作业过程中,连接支架总成和盘刷顺利越障,即连接支架总成与马路隔离栏在瞬间接触时,通 过清扫车的行进和连接支架总成的旋向将有效地越过隔离栏支撑立柱,保证清扫作业顺利进行。
4、本发明所述用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架设计巧妙且结构简单,使得清扫装置的制造、安装和拆卸均比较容易,且维修十分方便,可直接安装在现有的马路隔离栏清洗机上,极易推广使用。

如图4和图5所示,三组所述盘刷1呈放射状沿圆周均匀分布在连接支架总 成3的三个水平支架上,且相互之间无干涉,当马路隔离栏地面清扫装置开始作业时,马路隔离栏地面清扫装置将被调整至合适的工作位置,即盘刷的刷毛伸过马路隔离栏,覆盖马路隔离栏正下方的路面,且不影响盘刷和连接支架总成的正常运转,马达4启动后,马达4驱动主动直齿轮5顺时针旋转,连接支架中心大直齿轮6逆时针旋转,连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮8也将逆时针旋转,此时,连接支架总成3在连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮8的带动下逆时针旋转,进而带动三组盘刷1逆时针联动旋转;连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮8进一步驱动水平轴12首端的水平传动圆锥齿轮9旋转,并通过水平轴12的传递,带动水平轴12末端的水平传动圆锥齿轮9旋转,进而带动盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮11顺时针旋转,此时,在盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮11的驱动下,每一组盘刷1将顺时针自转。如图4所示方向,清扫车向前行进,每一组盘刷1顺时针自转,连接支架总成3逆时针旋转,二者反向旋转的设计,保证了该清扫装置在清扫行进作业过程中,连接支架总成3和盘刷1顺利越障,当连接支架总成与马路隔离栏立柱底端在瞬间将要接触时,通过清扫车向前行进和连接支架总成的旋向将有效地越过隔离栏的支撑立柱,保证清扫作业顺利进行。

Claims (3)

  1. 用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架,其特征在于:
    所述传动连接架由连接弯板(7)、连接支架总成(3)和齿轮传动机构组成;
    所述齿轮传动机构由主动直齿轮(5)、连接支架中心大直齿轮(6)、连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮(8)、水平传动圆锥齿轮(9)、盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮(11)、水平轴(12)、盘刷连接轴(13)和连接支架主轴(14)组成;
    所述主动直齿轮(5)位于连接弯板(7)的下方,与马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的马达(4)的输出轴同轴连接,所述连接支架中心大直齿轮(6)与连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮(8)同轴固定,并与连接支架主轴(14)的顶端同轴连接,位于连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮(8)上方的连接支架中心大直齿轮(6)与主动直齿轮(5)相啮合;
    所述盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮(11)通过盘刷连接轴(13)与马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的盘刷(1)同轴连接;
    所述连接支架总成(3)呈辐射状向圆周方向分布有水平支架,所述水平轴(12)安装在连接支架总成(3)的水平支架上,所述水平传动圆锥齿轮(9)同轴安装在水平轴(12)两端,一端的水平传动圆锥齿轮(9)与连接支架中心大圆锥齿轮(8)相啮合,另一端的水平传动圆锥齿轮(9)与盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮(11)相啮合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架,其特征在于:
    所述连接支架总成(3)呈辐射状向圆周方向均匀分布有三个水平支架,与之对应地,马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的盘刷(1)有三组,分别装配连接在连接支架总成(3)的三个水平支架的末端;
    所述连接支架主轴(14)位于连接支架总成(3)的中心处,并与连接支架总成(3)固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述用于马路隔离栏地面清扫装置的传动连接架,其特征在于:
    在所述水平轴(12)的外侧安装有水平轴套(10),在盘刷驱动圆锥齿轮(11)与水平传动圆锥齿轮(9)相啮合的位置还安装有护罩(2)。
