一实施例之中:该跪垫部分前部之下固设有连杆支撑臂;该连接机构包括同步连杆,该同步连杆一端能转动连接在跪垫部分的连杆支撑臂末端,另一端连接在支撑部分且能相对支撑部分转动。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
椅座部分活动连接在支撑部分且通过椅座部分的相对活动能控制椅座部分与水平面的夹角,跪垫部分活动连接在椅座部分且通过连接机构连接在支撑部分,跪垫部分能在对齐椅座部分的位置及构成平衡椅跪垫的位置之间活动,椅座部分的活动与跪垫部分的活动构成连动,其中:跪垫部分处于对齐椅座部分的位置,即,此时平衡椅处于座椅状态,构成市场上常见的椅凳,该椅凳的坐部即包含了椅座部分且还包含了跪垫部分,增大坐部面积,又避免跪垫干涉坐者腿部放置;跪垫部分处于构成平衡椅跪垫的位置,即,此时平衡椅的椅座部分倾斜布置且倾斜面朝前,跪垫部分倾斜布置且倾斜面朝后,坐者坐在椅座部分之上,两腿跪撑在跪垫部分之上,此时平衡椅处于平衡椅状态,构成市场上常见的平衡椅。
椅座部分能转动连接在支撑部分,跪垫部分能转动连接在椅座部分,结构简单、紧凑,成本低。
伸缩机构一端能转动连接在支撑部分,另一端能转动连接在椅座部分的后部,结构简单、紧凑,成本低。
支架上设有能沿支架相对滑动的滑座,椅座部分连接有能相对椅座部分滑动的滑杆,滑杆连接在滑座上,结构简单、紧凑,成本低。
还包括一靠背,靠背设有能朝下滑动的滑杆,滑杆下端能转动连接在支撑部分,椅座部分后部能转动连接在靠背,处于平衡椅状态和椅座状态的靠背角度不同,使坐者在两者状态下都能增强舒适性。
连接机构包括同步连杆,同步连杆一端能转动连接在跪垫部分,另一端连接在支撑部分且能相对支撑部分转动,实现连动的结构简单。
椅座部分前中部设呈凸出的凸出部分,跪垫部分后中部凹设呈内凹的内凹部分,处于对齐椅座部分的位置的跪垫部分的内凹部分和凸出部分凹凸适配,跪垫部分和椅座部分的转动轴线穿过凸出部分前部和内凹部分后部,跪垫部分与椅座部分的倾斜角度呈相反方向同步改变。
跪垫部分前部之下固设有连杆支撑臂,连接机构包括同步连杆,同步连杆一端能转动连接在跪垫部分的连杆支撑臂末端,另一端连接在支撑部分且能相对支撑部分转动,方便装配,机构布局合理。
底盘包括盘体和固接在盘体前下部的悬臂,椅座部分活动连接在盘体,跪垫部分通过连接机构连接在悬臂末端,方便装配,机构布局合理。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请查阅图1至图3,多功能平衡椅,包括支撑部分10、椅座部分20和跪垫部分30,该椅座部分20能转动连接在支撑部分10且通过椅座部分20的相对活动能控制椅座部分20与水平面的夹角;该跪垫部分30能转动连接在椅座部分20且通过连接机构连接在支撑部分10,该跪垫部分30能在对齐椅座部分20的位置及构成平衡椅跪垫的位置之间活动,该椅座部分20的活动与跪垫部分30的活动构成连动,使跪垫部分30与椅座部分20的倾斜角度呈相反方向同步改变,且如在椅座部分20前倾30"~40"角时锁止完成改变。
如图2所示,该跪垫部分30处于对齐椅座部分20的位置,即,此时本发明多功能平衡椅处于座椅状态,构成市场上常见的椅凳,该椅凳的坐部即包含了椅座部分且还包含了跪垫部分,增大坐部面积,又避免跪垫干涉坐者腿部放置。如图1所示,该跪垫部分30处于构成平衡椅跪垫的位置,即,此时平衡椅的椅座部分20倾斜布置且倾斜面朝前,该跪垫部分30倾斜布置且倾斜面朝后,坐者坐靠在椅座部分20之上,两腿跪撑在跪垫部分30之上,此时本发明多功能平衡椅处于平衡椅状态,构成市场上常见的平衡椅。
本实施例之中,还包括固接在支撑部分10的支架40,该支架40呈圆心位于椅座部分20转动轴线的弧线上。该支架40上设有能沿支架40相对滑动的滑座41,该椅座部分20连接有能相对椅座部分20前后滑动的第一滑杆21,该第一滑杆21固接或转动连接在滑座41上,通过滑座41相对支架40的滑动能够带动椅座部分20相对支撑部分10转动。还包括靠背50和扶手60;该靠背50装接在支架40上,该扶手60装接在支架40上,该装接如固接或转动连接。
本实施例之中,该连接机构包括同步连杆31,该同步连杆31一端能转动连接在跪垫部分30,另一端连接在支撑部分10且能相对支撑部分10转动。该椅座部分20前中部设呈凸出的凸出部分22,该跪垫部分30后中部凹设呈内凹的内凹部分32,处于对齐椅座部分20的位置的跪垫部分30的内凹部分32和凸出部分22凹凸适配,两者互为榫合构成完整椅座。最好,该跪垫部分30和椅座部分20的转动轴线穿过凸出部分22前部和内凹部分32后部。该跪垫部分30前部之下固设有连杆支撑臂33;该同步连杆31一端能转动连接在跪垫部分30的连杆支撑臂33末端,另一端连接在支撑部分10且能相对支撑部分10转动。该另一端的连接例如是:直接转动连接,或者, 如支撑部分开设有滑槽,另配设枢轴和调节机构,同步连杆31另一端转动连接在枢轴;枢轴活动适配连接滑槽,调节机构连接枢轴和支撑部分以能调节枢轴相对滑槽的位置,通过调节机构和滑槽以能改变另一端转动连接轴线的相对位置。
一具体结构中:该支撑部分10包括一支撑架11和一固接在支撑架11上的底盘12;该支撑架11如图1或图2所述的带滚轮椅腿座,或,图4和图5的人字腿等;该底盘12包括盘体121和固接在盘体121前下部的悬臂122,该椅座部分20转动连接在盘体121,该同步连杆31另一端连接在悬臂122末端。
根据需要,该椅座部分20和支撑部分1(如盘体121)之间或/和该滑座41和支架40之间或/和该第一滑杆21和椅座部分20之间设第一锁紧机构,第一锁紧机构锁接即可使多功能平衡椅保持在平衡椅状态或座椅状态,松释锁紧即可变化多功能平衡椅。该第一锁紧机构如采用锁孔和插销的配合,插销插入锁孔即锁紧,拔出即松释。根据需要,还可在椅座部分20和跪垫部分30之间设第二锁紧机构。
本实施例的具体结构中,该椅座部分20包括一坐垫桥架23、凸出部分22、坐垫24,该坐垫24呈凸字形结构固定在坐垫桥架23、凸出部分22之上。坐垫桥架23、凸出部分22可以为一体结构。该跪垫部分30包括一跪垫架34和两跪垫35,该跪垫架34呈凹形结构,该两跪垫35分别固接在跪垫架34之左右部,该支撑臂33固设在跪垫架34前部之下。该椅座部分和跪垫部分的轴线穿过坐垫桥架23前部和跪垫架34前部。
多功能平衡椅的变化过程如:向上拉动椅座部分20后部时在同步连杆的作用下跪垫部分30与椅座部分20的倾斜角度呈相反方向同步改变,在椅座部分20前倾30"~40"角时锁止完成改变。
实施例二
请查阅图4至图5,它与实施例一不同之处在于:该支撑部分10包括一人字形腿13和V形座14,该V形座14的两开口端分别固接在人字形腿13的两腿的上部;还包括伸缩机构70,该伸缩机构70一端能转动连接在支撑部分10的V形座14,另一端能转动连接在固设在椅座部分20的后部的后支撑臂25,该伸缩机构70如为液压气缸机构;该同步连杆31另一端连接在V形座14。
实施例三
请查阅图6至图8,它与实施例一不同之处在于:该靠背50设有能向下滑动的第二滑杆51,该第二滑杆51下端能转动连接在固设在支撑部分10之盘体121后部 的第二后支撑臂123;该椅座部分20的坐垫架桥23后部能转动连接在靠背50。该靠背50包括两靠背杆52和一固接在两靠背杆52之间的靠背垫53,该靠背杆52和第二滑杆51之间构成伸缩结构;该坐垫架桥23后部能转动连接在靠背杆52。最好,该靠背杆之伸出靠背垫53下部。
根据需要,该椅座部分20和支撑部分1(如盘体121)之间或/和该靠背杆和第二滑杆之间设第一锁紧机构,第一锁紧机构锁接即可使多功能平衡椅保持在平衡椅状态或座椅状态,松释锁紧即可变化多功能平衡椅。该第一锁紧机构如采用锁孔和插销的配合,插销插入锁孔即锁紧,拔出即松释。根据需要,还可在椅座部分20和跪垫部分30之间设第二锁紧机构。
实施例四
请查阅图9至图10,它与实施例三不同之处在于:该支撑部分10包括一人字形腿13,该同步连杆的另一端能转动连接在人字形腿13的前腿,该第二滑杆能转动连接在人字形腿13的后腿。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明多功能平衡椅,构思巧妙、结构简单,可多种功能切换:跪垫部分处于对齐椅座部分的位置,此时为座椅状态,构成市场上常见的椅凳;跪垫部分处于构成平衡椅跪垫的位置,此时平衡椅处于平衡椅状态,构成市场上常见的平衡椅。

Claims (13)

  1. 多功能平衡椅,包括支撑部分、椅座部分和跪垫部分,其特征在于:该椅座部分活动连接在支撑部分且通过椅座部分的相对活动能控制椅座部分与水平面的夹角;该跪垫部分活动连接在椅座部分且通过连接机构连接在支撑部分,该跪垫部分能在对齐椅座部分的位置及构成平衡椅跪垫的位置之间活动,该椅座部分的活动与跪垫部分的活动构成连动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该椅座部分能转动连接在支撑部分,该跪垫部分能转动连接在椅座部分。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括伸缩机构,该伸缩机构一端能转动连接在支撑部分,另一端能转动连接在椅座部分的后部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括连接在支撑部分的支架,该支架上设有能沿支架相对滑动的滑座,该椅座部分连接有能相对椅座部分滑动的滑杆,该滑杆连接在滑座上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该支架设置在圆心位于椅座部分转动轴线的弧线上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括靠背,该靠背装接在支架上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括扶手,该扶手装接在支架上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:还包括一靠背,该靠背设有能向下滑动的滑杆,该滑杆下端能转动连接在支撑部分;该椅座部分后部能转动连接在靠背。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该连接机构包括同步连杆,该同步连杆一端能转动连接在跪垫部分,另一端连接在支撑部分且能相对支撑部分转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该椅座部分前中部设呈凸出的凸出部分,该跪垫部分后中部凹设呈内凹的内凹部分,处于对齐椅座部分的位置的跪垫部分的内凹部分和凸出部分凹凸适配。
  11. 根据权利要求1或3或4或5或6或7或8所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该跪垫部分能转动连接在椅座部分;该椅座部分前中部设呈凸出的凸出部分,该跪垫部分后中部凹设呈内凹的内凹部分,处于对齐椅座部分的位置的跪垫部分的内凹部分和凸出部分凹凸适配;该跪垫部分和椅座部分的转动轴线穿过凸出部分前部和内凹部分后部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的多功能平衡椅,其特征在于:该跪垫部分前部之下固设有连杆支撑臂;该连接机构包括同步连杆,该同步连杆一端能转动连接在跪垫部分的连杆支撑臂末端,另一端连接在支撑部分且能相对支撑部分转动。
  13. 多功能平衡椅,包括支撑部分、椅座部分和跪垫部分,其特征在于:该椅座部分活动连接在支撑部分,通过椅座部分的相对活动能控制椅座部分与水平面的夹角;该跪垫部分与椅座部分活动连接,并通过连接机构连接在支撑部分;该跪垫部分在对齐椅座部分的位置时形状座椅状态;在椅座部分倾斜布置且倾斜面朝前,该跪垫部分倾斜布置且倾斜面朝后时形状平衡椅状态。
