为解决此问题,实现以更少的资源做更多的事情的绿色发展理念,提出通过规范模条产品的标准、形成结构可灵活拼接组装的模块化外框,通过模块化,标准化实现产品的多样化,从而降低生产成本,达到绿色发展的理念。

进一步地,所述连接头包括第一卡头和第二卡头,所述第一卡头和第二卡头之间呈间隙设置,间隙设置有利于连接头卡入至通孔内。
进一步地,还包括模条装饰件,所述模条装饰件的一侧设有与所述模条的通孔相扣接的卡接头,模条装饰件可增加模块化外框的整体美观度。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本申请模条的两侧边分别设有可相互配合的凸起或卡槽,通过凸起与卡槽之间的相互装配,多个模条之间可形成不同的拼接方式,如:纵向串接、并排紧密连接、平行隔空连接、90°转角连接以及曲面连接等,并在不同的模条之间通过模条连接件进行卡接固定,以形成各种不同形状的产品外壳或包装容器,实现了产品外壳的多样性和模条的重复利用,达到节约资源、降低成本的目的;
2.在通过拼接形成的所述带有装饰构件的模块化外框的侧面上安装模条装饰件,模条装饰件卡入至相应的通孔内,模条装饰件可有不同的外形形状,从而形成不同的产品外观及包装容器,可运用于路灯、洗墙灯、环形灯等产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍,以下文字的目的在于说明本发明,而非限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明可按照如下方式实施,一种模条,包括模条本体1,所述模条本体1呈板条状结构,所述模条本体1的一侧分布有若干个呈矩形状的凸起A2,相邻的凸起A2之间具有间隙,且凸起A2的高度约等于模条本体1的厚度,另一侧对应设有若干个分别与各个凸起A2相啮合的卡槽3,不同模条本体1的侧边之间可通过凸起A2与卡槽3的紧密装配,形成模条本体1之间的拼接;所述模条本体1的长度中心线上呈等间距分布有多个通孔4,即各个通孔4的圆心位于长度中心线上,通孔4呈等间距设置可实现模条本体1的通用性,作为优选的,可在各个通孔4内安装LED灯珠且所述模条本体1由金属或者塑胶材料制成,模条本体1可进行弯曲形成曲面状;将各个凸起A2的高度均设置成等于模条本体1的厚度,有利于当两个模条本体1需进行90°垂直连接时,达到紧密拼接的目的,实现产品的整体完整性。
所述凸起A2的宽度与两相邻凸起A2之间的间距相等,即各个凸起A2之间的间距相等且该间距等于凸起A2的宽度,使模条本体1两侧的凸起A2和卡槽3的形状相同,此结构有利于实现模条本体1的标准化,后期便于模条本体1的成型生产和模条本体1之间的任意组装。
相应的本发明还公开了一种带有装饰构件的模块化外框,包括至少一个以上所述的模条和至少一个模条连接件,所述模条连接件用于拼接所述模条;所述模条连接件包括连接本体,所述连接本体用于拼接所述的模条的模条本体1,连接本体将不同的模条本体1之间进行卡接固定,所述连接本体的侧面上至少设有两 个连接头6,各个连接头6分别与拼接后模条本体1上对应的通孔4相卡接。
作为优选的方式,所述连接头6包括第一卡头和第二卡头,所述第一卡头和第二卡头之间呈间隙设置,且第一卡头和第二卡头的端部均设有倒角,当需要将连接头6卡入至通孔4的内部时,第一卡头和第二卡头均受到挤压,使连接头6卡入至通孔4内。
作为优选的方式,如图2、图3所示,采用模条连接件(一)进行拼接,所述连接本体设为矩形框架5,在所述矩形框架5的两相对的侧面或两相邻侧面上分别设有所述连接头6。如图7所示,当连接头6位于所述矩形框架5的两相对的侧面上时,连接头6分别卡接于上下平行的两模条本体1的对应通孔4,以实现模条之间的平行隔空连接,形成模块化外框(一);如图8所示,当连接头6位于所述矩形框架5的两相邻侧面上时,连接头6分别卡接于呈90°垂直拼接的两模条本体1的对应通孔4内,以实现模条之间90°固定连接,形成模块化外框(二)。
作为优选的方式,如图4所示,采用模条连接件(二)进行拼接,所述连接本体设为长方体8,在所述长方体8的侧面上呈等间距分布有多个所述连接头6,多条模条本体1横跨于两长方体8之间,并所述长方体8的侧面上的连接头6分别与对应的通孔4相卡接,形成模块化外框(三)(即图9所示)。
作为优选的方式,如图5所示,采用模条连接件(三)进行拼接,所述连接本体设为横向连接板9,横向连接板9一侧的两端分别设有所述连接头6,两个连接头6之间的距离等于两模条本体1并排拼接后对应通孔4之间的距离,以用于模条本体1之间的并排紧密连接,形成模块化外框(四)(即如图10所示)。
作为优选的方式,如图6所示,采用模条连接件(四)进行拼接,该模条连接件包括纵向连接板10和位于纵向连接板10两端的连接头6,两个连接头6之间的距离等于两模条本体1纵向串接后对应通孔4之间的距离,所述纵向连接板10的宽度与模条本体1的宽度相等,以保证纵向连接板10的两侧面分别与模条本体1的两侧面相平齐,且纵向连接板10端部的两侧分别设有与模条本体1两侧相配合的凸起B7,且凸起B7的高度等于模条本体1的厚度,凸起B7分别卡入至两纵向串接的模条本体1端部,即凸起B7与模条本体1端部的卡槽3之间紧密配合,以实现模条本体1之间依次纵向串接,形成模块化外框(五)(即如图11所示)。
所述模块化外框的组装实施例一,如图12所示,由12个模条本体1、6个 模条连接件(四)以及4个模条连接件(三)拼接组成平面板。
所述模块化外框的组装实施例二,如图13所示,由2个模条连接件(二)和4个模条本体1进行拼接组成立方体结构,其中模条连接件(二)的四周侧边上均设有连接头6。
所述模块化外框的组装实施例三,如图14所示,由2个模条连接件(四)和2个模条本体1拼接组成环状的曲面体;或者,采用1个模条连接件和1个模条本体弯曲拼接形成曲面体。
如图15所示,带有装饰构件的模块化外框还包括模条装饰件12,所述模条装饰件12的一侧设有与所述模条的通孔4相扣接的卡接头11,模条装饰件12可有不同的外形形状,从而形成不同的产品外观及包装容器。
任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模条,包括模条本体,所述模条本体呈板条状结构,其特征在于,所述模条本体的一侧分布有若干个呈矩形状的凸起A,且凸起A的高度约等于模条本体的厚度,另一侧对应设有若干个分别与各个凸起A相匹配的卡槽;所述模条本体的长度中心线上呈等间距分布有多个通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模条,其特征在于,所述凸起A的宽度与两相邻凸起A之间的间距相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的模条,其特征在于,所述模条本体由金属或者塑胶材料制成。
  4. 一种带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,包括至少一个如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的模条和至少一个模条连接件,所述模条连接件用于拼接所述模条;所述模条连接件包括连接本体,所述连接本体的侧面上至少设有两个连接头,各个连接头分别与拼接后模条本体上对应的通孔相卡接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,所述连接本体设为矩形框架,在所述矩形框架的两相对侧面或两相邻侧面上分别设有所述连接头。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,所述连接本体设为长方体,在所述长方体的侧面上呈等间距分布有多个所述连接头。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,所述连接本体设为连接板,连接板底面的两端分别设有所述连接头。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,所述连接板的两侧面分别与模条本体的两侧面相平齐,且连接板的两侧分别设有与模条本体两侧相配合的凸起B。
  9. 根据权利要求4-7任意一项所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,所述连接头包括第一卡头和第二卡头,所述第一卡头和第二卡头之间呈间隙设置。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的带有装饰构件的模块化外框,其特征在于,还包括模条装饰件,所述模条装饰件的一侧设有与所述模条的通孔相扣接的卡接头。
