[0033] 如图 1至图 7所示, 本发明实施例提出了一种存款模块 1, 该存款模块 1可包括用 以供纸币存入设备内的存钞口 10, 该存款模块 1还包括分离轮组件 11、 分钞轮组 件 12及挖钞轮组件 13, 其中, 分钞轮组件 12和挖钞轮组件 13设置在存钞口 10底 侧, 并呈内外间隔分布; 分离轮组件 11设置在分钞轮组件 12上方并与其咬合, 且分离轮组件 11和分钞轮组件 12咬合形成有可供纸币进入设备内的分钞口 100。 另外, 存款模块 1还包括适用于薄片类介质辅助分离的辅助分离机构 14, 该辅助 分离机构 14可辅助上述分离轮组件 11压住纸币并将该纸币分离以进入分钞口 100 , 此处, 该辅助分离机构 14设置在分钞轮组件 12与分离轮组件 11咬合处的前端 。 具体地, 辅助分离机构 14可包括支架 141和辅助分离轮 142, 其中, 支架 141与 分离轮组件 11连接, 同吋, 辅助分离轮 142可转动设置在该支架 141上, 且该辅 助分离轮 142压靠分钞轮组件 12。 在本实施例中, 请参照图 6和图 7, 当薄片类介 质 (如纸币 M, 尤其如变形、 弯曲、 褶皱等形态异常的纸币) 放入存钞口 10内吋 , 纸币 M前端会顶靠在辅助分离轮 142上, 挖钞轮组件 13和分钞轮组件 12逆吋针 转动, 辅助分离轮 142贴靠在分钞轮组件 12上顺吋针转动, 此吋, 辅助分离轮 14 2对纸币 M前端起到导向作用, 弓 I导纸币 M前端进入分钞口 100, 从而完成保证分 钞效果。
[0034] 基于上述技术方案, 本发明实施例提出的存款模块 1, 通过在其分钞轮组件 12 与分离轮组件 11咬合处前端设置用于辅助分离轮组件 11压住纸币并将该纸币分 离的辅助分离机构 14, 该辅助分离机构 14能有效将分离到最后一张的纸币压住 并送入分钞口 100而完成分钞动作, 从而解决了普通存取款一体机的存款模块在 没有压钞板的情况下, 单张形态异常的纸币容易导致挖钞轮空挖而无法进入存 款模块内的问题, 提高了纸币形态异常吋的分钞可靠性, 简化了顾客存款操作 过程, 节约了存款操作吋间, 提升了顾客体验效果。
[0035] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述存款模块 1还可包括一对侧板 101、 底板 102和挡 板 103, 其中, 一对侧板 101分别设置在上述存钞口 10左右两侧, 底板 102设置在 两个侧板 101之间, 且该底板 102位于存钞口 10底侧, 挡板 103设置在两个侧板 10 1和底板 102之间, 且该挡板 103位于存钞口 10的内侧。 挡板 103与底板 102及两个 侧板 101围合形成了可供钞票存入的存钞口 10, 此处, 该存钞口 10内无压钞板, 同吋, 挡板 103底端与底板 102之间具有供钞票进入设备通道的入口 (附图中未 示出) , 另外, 上述分钞口 100位于存钞口 10内侧, 并位于上述分离轮组件 11与 分钞轮组件 12之间, 纸币在存钞口 10内穿过分钞口 100后经入口进入设备通道内 。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述存钞口 10 还可通过其他方式围合形成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0036] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述分离轮组件 11可包括第一转轴 111和若干分离轮 组 112, 其中, 第一转轴 111横设在两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102上侧, 若干分离轮组 112套设在第一转轴 111上并轴向转动定位。 此处, 上述支架 141与 第一转轴 111连接, 第一转轴 111上优选套设有一对分离轮组 112, 且两分离轮组 112分居于支架 141的左右两侧, 且各分离轮组 112可包括至少两个相间隔的分离 轮 1121。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述分离 轮组件 11还可为其他构成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0037] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述支架 141可包括连接部 1411和延伸部 1412, 其中 , 连接部 1411可拆卸连接于上述第一转轴 111上并与其轴向转动定位, 延伸部 14 12由连接部 1411外端朝上述分钞轮组件 12伸出, 一对辅助分离轮 142可转动设置 在该延伸部 1412的左右两侧, 两辅助分离轮 142同轴, 且其中心轴与第一转轴 11 1平行。 如此, 通过连接部 1411与第一转轴 111可拆卸连接, 使得当辅助分离机 构 14需要维修吋, 直接在第一转轴 111上拆卸连接部 1411, 即可实现整个辅助分 离机构 14脱离第一转轴 111, 如此, 便于辅助分离机构 14的安装和拆卸。 另外, 上述两个分离轮组 112分居于该连接部 1411的左右两侧, 各分离轮组 112包括至 少两个相间隔的分离轮 1121。 当然, 根据实际情况, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述支架 141还可为其他形式构造, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0038] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述分钞轮组件 12可包括第二转轴 121和若干分钞轮 组 122, 其中, 第二转轴 121横设在上述两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102底 侧, 若干分钞轮组 122套设在第二转轴 121上并轴向转动定位。 此处, 该第二转 轴 121上套优选设有一对分钞轮组 122, 且一对分钞轮组 122与一对分离轮组 112 一一对应; 另外, 各分钞轮组 122可包括至少三个相间隔的分钞轮 1221, 且各个 分钞轮 1221的顶部凸出于底板 102并伸入上述存钞口 10内。 当然, 根据实际情况 和具体需求, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述分钞轮组件 12还可为其他构成, 此 处不作唯一限定。
[0039] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述挖钞轮组件 13可包括第三转轴 131和若干挖钞轮 组 132, 其中, 第三转轴 131横设在上述两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102底 侧, 且该第三转轴 131还位于上述第二转轴 121的外侧, 另外, 若干挖钞轮组 132 套设在第三转轴 131上并轴向转动定位。 此处, 该第三转轴 131上优选套设有一 对挖钞轮组 132, 且一对挖钞轮组 132与一对分钞轮组 122—一对应; 另外, 各挖 钞轮组 132可包括至少两个相间隔的挖钞轮 1321, 且各个挖钞轮 1321的顶部凸出 于底板 102并伸入上述存钞口 10内。 当然, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述挖钞轮 组件 13还可为其他构成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0040] 另外, 请参照图 8所示, 在本发明的另一实施例中, 上述辅助分离轮 142的轮面 上凸设有多个轮齿 1421, 多个轮齿 1421沿分离轮 142轮面的周向均匀间隔分布。 本实施例中, 通过在分离轮 142的轮面上凸设轮齿 1421, 使得当纸币 M的前端贴 靠在分离轮 142轮面上吋, 轮齿 1421可辅助下压纸币 M前端, 从而有效提升了分 钞导向效果, 提高了整个辅助分离机构 14对纸币 M的导向效果。 当然, 根据实际 情况和具体需求, 在本发明其他实施例中, 还可通过其他方式提高辅助分离机 构 14对纸币的导向效果, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0041] 如图 1至图 8所示, 本发明实施例还提出了一种接客部 A, 该接客部 A应用于存 取款一体机中。 具体地, 接客部 A可包括上述存款模块 1和取款模块 2, 其中, 该 存款模块 1设置在取款模块 2的斜上方。 如此, 该接客部 A通过在取款模块 2的斜 上方设置存款模块 1, 有效提升了接客部 A在纸币形态异常吋的分钞性能, 简化 了存款操作过程, 节约了存款操作吋间, 提升了体验效果。
[0042] 如图 1至图 8所示, 本发明实施例还提出了一种存取款一体机, 该存取款一体机 可包括存储柜 3和流程柜 4, 流程柜 4设置在存储柜 3的上方。 这里, 该存取款一 体机还包括上述接客部 A, 该接客部 A设置在流程柜 4中。 本发明实施例提出的存 取款一体机, 通过在其流程柜 4中设置具有上述存款模块 1的接客部 A, 有效提高 了设备在纸币形态异常吋的分钞可靠性, 提高了设备的使用率及可靠性, 有效 地降低了设备维护成本; 同吋, 还提升了顾客进行存款操作的便利性, 提升了 体验效果。
[0043] 进一步地, 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述流程柜 4内设置有与上述取款模块 2和 存款模块 1分别连通的设备通道模块 5, 以及设置在设备通道模块 5的通道路径中 的验钞模块 6。 另外, 上述存储柜 3内设置有废钞回收箱 7和多个循环钞箱 8, 废 钞回收箱 7和循环钞箱 8与设备通道模块 5连通。 当然, 本发明实施例提出的存取 款一体机还包括其他构件, 此处不详述, 可参照现有技术。

权利要求书
存款模块, 包括存钞口, 设置于所述存钞口底侧并呈内外间隔分布的 分钞轮组件和挖钞轮组件, 以及设置于所述分钞轮组件上方的分离轮 组件, 其特征在于, 所述存款模块还包括设置于所述分钞轮组件与所 述分离轮组件咬合处前端的用于辅助所述分离轮组件压住纸币并将所 述纸币分离的辅助分离机构, 所述辅助分离机构包括与所述分离轮组 件连接的支架, 以及可转动设置于所述支架上并压靠所述分钞轮组件 的辅助分离轮。
如权利要求 1所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述辅助分离轮的轮面 上凸设有沿其周向分布的轮齿。
如权利要求 1或 2所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述存款模块还包括 设置于所述存钞口相对两侧的一对侧板, 设置于两所述侧板之间并位 于所述存钞口底侧的底板, 以及设置于两所述侧板和所述底板之间并 位于所述存钞口内侧的挡板, 所述挡板与所述底板及两所述侧板围合 形成所述存钞口; 所述分钞口位于所述存钞口内侧, 并位于所述分离 轮组件与所述分钞轮组件之间。
如权利要求 3所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述分离轮组件包括横 设于两所述侧板之间的第一转轴, 以及套设于所述第一转轴上的若干 分离轮组。
如权利要求 4所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括连接部, 以及由所述连接部一端朝向所述分钞轮组件伸出的延伸部, 所述连接 部连接于所述第一转轴, 且所述辅助分离轮可转动设置于所述延伸部 两侧。
如权利要求 5所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述第一转轴上套设有 一对所述分离轮组, 且一对所述分离轮组分居于所述连接部的左右两 侧, 各所述分离轮组包括至少两个相间隔的分离轮。
如权利要求 6所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述分钞轮组件包括横 设于两所述侧板之间并位于所述底板底侧的第二转轴, 以及套设于所 述第二转轴上的若干分钞轮组。
如权利要求 7所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述第二转轴上套设有 一对所述分钞轮组, 且一对所述分钞轮组与一对所述分离轮组一一对 应; 各所述分钞轮组包括至少三个相间隔的分钞轮, 所述分钞轮顶部 凸出于所述底板并伸入所述存钞口内。
如权利要求 7所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述挖钞轮组件包括横 设于两所述侧板之间并位于所述底板底侧的第三转轴, 以及套设于所 述第三转轴上的若干挖钞轮组; 所述第三转轴位于所述第二转轴外侧 如权利要求 9所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述第三转轴上套设有 一对所述挖钞轮组, 且一对所述挖钞轮组与一对所述分钞轮组一一对 应; 各所述挖钞轮组包括至少两个相间隔的挖钞轮, 所述挖钞轮顶部 凸出于所述底板并伸入所述存钞口内。
如权利要求 4至 10任一项所述的存款模块, 其特征在于, 所述挡板底 端与所述底板内侧段之间具有供纸币进入设备通道的入口。
接客部, 包括取款模块, 其特征在于, 所述接客部还包括权利要求 1 至 11任一项所述的存款模块, 所述存款模块设置于所述取款模块斜上 方。
存取款一体机, 包括存储柜和设置于所述存储柜上方的流程柜, 其特 征在于, 所述存取款一体机还包括权利要求 12所述的接客部, 所述接 客部设置于所述流程柜中。
如权利要求 13所述的存取款一体机, 其特征在于, 所述流程柜内设置 有与所述取款模块和所述存款模块分别连通的设备通道模块, 以及设 置于所述设备通道模块的通道路径中的验钞模块。
如权利要求 13所述的存取款一体机, 其特征在于, 所述存储柜内设置 有废钞回收箱和多个循环钞箱。
