Description

PRENDA DE VESTIR REFRIGERADA PARA LA CABEZA  DRESS REFRIGERATED FOR HEAD
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be included within the field of clothing, more specifically in the field of headwear, such as caps, caps, hats, bandanas, balaclavas, etc.
In particular, the object of the invention relates to one such headwear, where the garment is advantageously refrigerated.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN  BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
With the high temperatures of warm places, and as a result of global warming of up to 40 ° Celsius, many people have the need to perform under the inclemency of the hot sun. Therefore it is important to wear a hat when we are exposed to the sun, either to avoid burns or to regulate body temperature or therapeutic use.
Taking into account the geographical and climatic characteristics, as well as the global warming that our planet suffers, there is a need to develop a solution to avoid warming the head in situations of high temperatures, which cause diseases or alterations in the organism, such as shocks of heat and burns.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN  DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention solves the problem posed by means of a refrigerated garment for the head that is characterized by incorporating one or several cooling devices provided with one or several thermoelectric elements, for example peltier type, encapsulated between two side faces and connected to one or more batteries.
The thermoelectric elements have a cold portion and a hot portion, separated by an insulating element. By the action of the batteries, there is a difference in electrical potential between the cold and hot portions, which means that the cold portion is cooled below the ambient temperature, just as the hot portion is heated above that ambient temperature . The cooling effect is obtained because the cold portion is located closer to the user's head than the hot portion.
The described garment, which may be in particular a cap, or other garments provides a refreshing and relief feeling for the user. It also allows reducing the sensation of heat exhaustion, so the user will feel more energy to carry out their activities.
On the other hand, the garment of the invention allows to keep the head at a pleasant temperature, avoiding heating, as well as protecting from the sun and, also in a comfortable way and that allows the person to be within the current fashion and use it in every occasion .

The cooling device or devices (5) are preferably mounted on the inner face of the body (2), to be in contact with the user's head. They could also be mounted on the outer face of the body (2), but their performance would be lower. In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, see especially figure 5, cooling devices (5) mounted internally are shown.
According to Figure 2, any one of the cooling devices (5) comprises at least one, preferably a plurality, of thermoelectric elements (6), such as for example peltier type, connected to one or more batteries (4) . At least one of the cooling devices (5), preferably all, have an elongated configuration defining a longitudinal direction, as a tape, the referred cooling device (5) being mounted on the body (2) preferably with its cross sections occupying different dimensions. Optionally, the cooling device (5) can also be mounted as a horizontal belt, with its cross sections located at the same level. A combination of both possibilities is also possible, as shown in Figure 5. The cooling devices (5) can have different widths, which allow covering more or less area of the body (2) of the garment (1) with each cooling element (5). "Cross section" is understood as a section produced by means of a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Figure 3 shows in greater detail the inner side layer (10), showing pores (12) in the aforementioned porous material, to facilitate cooling of the head, since it allows heat to dissipate and / or decrease the opposite effects on the subject of head cooling.
