본 발명은 두개의 지지바가 이어지는 부위에 벌어짐 상태를 유지하는 탄성부를 형성하고, 한쪽 지지바 외측단 부위에는 다른쪽 지지바를 향하며 치간 치솔 기능을 수행하는 브러시부를 설치한 치간치솔이다.

Description

치간치솔
본 발명은 치간치솔에 관한 것이다.
치간치솔은 치아 사이와 잇몸 사이의 공간에 음식물 찌꺼기들을 제거하면서 잇몸이 상하는 것을 방지하도록 사용되며, 가는 철사에 치솔용 브러시를 결합시키고, 손잡이를 부착하여 사용한다.
이러한 기술의 예로는 브러시를 일자형으로 손잡이에 붙이거나 기역자 형태로 손잡이에 붙이거나 경사지도록 붙여 사용하거나 수직이나 수평상태로 브러시를 필요에 따라 고정위치를 달리하는 구조가 알려져 있다(국내실용신안등록20-0225939호. 국내실용신안등록 제 20-0199988호). 최근에는 브러시를 교체하여 리필가능토록 사용하는 구성(국내특허등록10-0221995호)도 알려져 있다.
한편 절곡된 손잡이의 양단에 치솟을 각각 부착하여 치아를 전후면으로 동시에 사용토록 하는 기술구조가 국내실용신안등록20-0368175호 및 일본특개평10-243819호로 개발된바 있으나, 치간치솔에 적용된 바는 없다.
본 발명은 이를 해결하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 치간치솔을 앞니 쁜만 아니라 송곳니, 어금니 부분도 편하게 사용토록 두개의 지지대를 사용하여 하나의 지지대는 위치를 찾고, 다른 하나의 지지대는 치간치솔을 설치하여, 치간위치 찾음이 용이하고, 치간치솔 반대편 다른쪽 지지대에는 치아와 닿는 부위에 미끄럼방지수단을 부가하면 정위치를 유지하여 치간치솔의 사용효과를 증진시킨 치간치솔을 제공하려는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 두개의 지지대가 상호 탄성부로 연결되도록 하여 하나의 지지대는 위치를 찾고, 다른 하나의 지지대는 치간치솔을 설치하여, 치간치솔을 누르기만하면 치간 치솔이 사용되도록 하여 편리성을 증진시킨 치간치솔을 제공하려는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 두개의 지지대가 상호 탄성부로 연결되도록 하여 하나의 지지대는 위치를 찾고, 다른 하나의 지지대는 치간치솔을 설치하여, 치간치솔을 누르기만하면 치간 치솔이 사용되고 누름을 해제하면 다시 초기상태로 되어 치간치솔 사용을 반복 하여 사용 가능토록 하는 치간치솔을 제공하려는 것이다.

본 발명의 다른 목적은 두개의 지지대와 이를 탄성력 있게 지지하는 탄성부로 이루어지도록 하고, 한쪽 지지대에는 리필용 치간치솔 브러시부를 고정하는 와이어공을 형성하고, 리필용 브러시부를 이루는 와이어를 와이어공에 끼운 후 절곡하여 고정하는 고정캡을 부가 결합하여 브러시부 리필 가능한 치간치솔을 제공하려는 것이다.
이를 위하여 본원발명은 두 개의 지지바가 이어지는 부위에 벌어짐 상태를 유지하는 탄성부를 형성하고,
한쪽 지지바 외측단 부위에는 다른쪽 지지바를 향하며 치간 치솔 기능을 수행하는 브러시부를 설치한 치간치솔을 제공한다.
이상과 같이 본원발명은 치간치솔을 앞니 쁜만 아니라 송곳니, 어금니 부분도 편하게 사용토록 두개의 지지대를 사용하여 하나의 지지대는 위치를 찾고, 다른 하나의 지지대는 치간치솔을 설치하여, 치간위치 찾기가 용이하고, 치간치솔 반대편 다른쪽 지지대에는 치아와 닿는 부위에 미끄럼방지수단을 부가하면 정위치를 유지하여 치간치솔의 사용효과를 증진시킨다.

본원발명의 최선의 형태는 두개의 지지바가 이어지는 부위에 벌어짐 상태를 유지하는 탄성부를 형성하고, 한쪽 지지바 외측단 부위에는 다른쪽 지지바를 향하며 치간 치솔 기능을 수행하는 브러시부를 설치한다.
이하 본원발명의 실시예를 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본원발명은 두개의 지지바가 이어지는 부위에 벌어짐 상태를 유지하는 탄성부(10)를 형성하고,
한쪽 지지바(20) 외측단 부위에는 다른쪽 지지바(30)를 향하며 치간 치솔 기능을 수행하는 브러시부(40)를 설치한다.
상기, 한쪽 지지바(20)에 설치되는 브러시부(40)는 도 4에 보인바와 같이 치간치솔 기능의 브러시(42)와, 브리시(42)를 지지하고 고정하도록 브러시(42) 내측단에서 연장된 와이어(44)로 이루어지고, 브리시(42)의 선단은 다른쪽 지지바(30)와 이격되도록 설치한다.
상기, 다른쪽 지지바(30)의 단부는 치아와 잇몸 사이의 잇몸턱에 지지되어 정위치를 유지하도록 하는 턱부(32)를 형성한다.
상기 브러시부(40)에 대응하는 다른 쪽 지지바(30)의 단부에는 미끄럼방지 수단이 부가되고, 미끄럼방지수단은 마찰력이 큰 연질패드나, 브러시패드나, 요철면 중의 하나로 이루어진다.

이와같이 구성한 본원발명은 도 1 및 도 2와 같이 한쪽 지지바(20)에는 브러시부(40)를 일체로 성형하고, 다른 쪽 지지바(30)는 치아와 잇몸에 지지하도록 구성하여 지지바(30)의 턱부(32)가 도 7 과 같이 잇몸에 지지되도록 하고, 동시에 다른쪽 지지바(30)의 치간치솔 대응면에 미끄럼방지수단을 더 부가하면 정위치를 유지하는 상태에서 치간치솔이 작용되어 치간치솔 효율을 증대시키고 치아를 보호한다.
또한 한 쪽 지지바(20) 선단부위에 설치된 브러시부(40)의 브러시(42)를 치간 사이로 들어가도록 단순하게 누르기만 하면 치솔질이 되어 사용이 편리하고, 소위 젓가락질 하듯이 하나의 다른 쪽 지지바(30)는 기준처럼 잇몸과 치아 경계에 고정하고 다른 한 쪽 지지바(20)는 누름과 자연복귀에 의하여 치간치솔질을 하게되는 것이다. 이 경우 자연복귀를 용이하게 작동하도록 탄성부(10)를 설치하여 자체 탄성력에 의하여 지지되도록 한다. 아울러 다른 쪽 지지바(30)는 대응하는 브러시(42)의 치간 통과 위치를 한정하여 과도하게 치간을 통과하는 것을 차단하여 치간 공간이 넓어지는 것을 예방하는 기능을 겸한다.
본 발명의 다른 예로 도 3과 같은 경우 한쪽 지지바(20)는 짧고, 그 단부에 고정링(24)을 부가하고, 고정링(24)에는 상용화된 상용치간치솔(60)의 손잡이(62)를 끼움 고정하면, 상용화된 치간 치솔도 본원발명의 방식으로 편리하게 사용 가능토록 기능한다. 사용 방식은 도 1 및 도 2와 동일하므로 설명은 생략한다.

이 경우 원통벽(52)에는 브러시공(54)이 선단에서 수직으로 형성되어 있어, 수평으로 설치된 브러시(42)는 브러시공(54)에 의하여 수평위치를 유지하지만, 노출된 와이어(44)는 원통벽(52)이 눌리어지도록 기능하여 캐핑 작업으로 브러시(40)가 한 쪽 지지대(20)에 고정되어 사용이 용이하고, 리필 사용시에는 고정캡(50)을 분리 후 절곡된 와이어(40)를 분리시키고 다시 새로운 리필용 브러시(40)로 고정하여 다시 사용할 수 있게된다.
본원발명의 치간치솔은 치아 사이와 잇몸 사이의 공간에 음식물 찌꺼기들을 제거하면서 잇몸이 상하는 것을 방지하도록 사용하는 것으로서, 각 개인의 이와 잇몸의 건강을 유지하게 하면서 치예분야에 많은 유용성을 제공하게 되어 산업상 이용가능성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.

  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 한쪽 지지바(20)에 설치되는 브러시부(40)는 치간치솔 기능의 브러시(42)와, 브리시(42)를 지지하고 고정하도록 브러시(42) 내측단에서 연장된 와이어(44)로 이루어지고, 브리시(42)의 선단은 다른쪽 지지바(30)와 이격되도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 다른쪽 지지바(30)의 단부는 치아와 잇몸 사이의 잇몸턱에 지지되어 정위치를 유지하도록 하는 턱부(32)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 브러시부(40)에 대응하는 다른 쪽 지지바(30)의 단부에는 미끄럼방지 수단이 부가되고, 미끄럼방지수단은 마찰력이 큰 연질패드나, 브러시패드나, 요철면 중의 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서, 한쪽 지지바(20) 단부 부위에는 브러시부(40)의 브러시(42)를 지지하도록 노출된 와이어(44)가 삽입되는 와이어공(22)을 형성하고,
    와이어공(22)을 통과한 노출된 와이어(44)를 눌러 고정시키는 고정캡(50)을 부가하고,
    고정캡(50)에는 와이어(44)가 캐핑시 절곡되도록 하는 원통벽(52)과, 캐핑시 브러시(42)가 수평을 유지하도록 원통벽(52) 하단에서 길이방향으로 위로 형성한 브러시공(54)과, 한쪽 지지바(20)와의 이탈을 방지하도록 한쪽 지지바(20)나 원통벽(52)에 형성한 돌기(56)와 홈(58)의 고정수단을 포함하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
  6. 제 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 다른 쪽 지지바(30)는 치간 위치를 찾는 역할을 하도록 길게 구성하고,
    한 쪽 지지바(20)는 브러시홀더 역할을 하도록 짧거나 넓게 구성하고,
    브러시홀더 기능의 한 쪽 지지바(20)에는 기존의 손잡이 달린 치간치솔의 손잡이를 끼움 고정하는 고정링(24)을 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 한 쪽 지지바(20) 및 다른쪽 지지바(30)는 알파벳 유자나 브이자나 오형이나 다각형 형상 중의 한 형상을 이룬 탄성부(10)로 지지되고,
    두개의 한 쪽 지지바(20) 및 다른 쪽 지지바(30)는 나란하거나 브러시부(40) 설치 부위로 갈수록 넓게 이격되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 치간치솔.
