La combinaison d'amorces est constituée de molécules d'ADN telles que représentées dans les séquences 1 à 36, et est utilisée pour détecter le virus de la grippe A H1N1, le virus de la grippe A H3N2, le virus de la grippe aviaire H5N1, le virus de la grippe aviaire H7N9, le virus de la grippe B et l'adénovirus humain.
