发明内容
本发明的目的在于:通过设计一种衣物护理机,在节省成本的同时实现衣物均匀有效的护理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括限定衣物放置空间的箱体,所述箱体内设置有超声波水雾发生装置、抖动装置以及循环装置;
    所述超声波水雾发生装置设置在所述箱体的底部,所述循环装置设置在所述超声波水雾发生装置上方,用于加速所述超声波水雾发生装置产生的水雾扩散至所述箱体内其余位置;所述抖动装置设置在所述箱体的顶部,用于悬挂衣物并选择性带动衣物进行抖动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述箱体的底部设置有储水箱,所述超声波水雾发生装置包括位于所述储水箱中的超声波发生片,以及位于所述储水箱外的电源装置,所述超声波发生片通过金属导电片与所述电源装置电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述箱体的底部还设置有污水处理装置,所述污水处理装置包括污水箱以及过滤装置,所述过滤装置具有进水口以及出水口,所述进水口与所述污水箱连接,所述出水口与所述储水箱连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述储水箱的顶部设置有排雾口,所述循环装置为抽风扇,所述抽风扇设置在所述排雾口处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,还包括完成护理后对衣物进行烘干操作的烘干装置,所述烘干装置具有进风口和出风口,于所述进风口和所述出风口的远离所述箱体的底部的一侧设置用于改变风向的导风板,所述导风板与所述烘干装置之间设置用于隔离所述进风口和所述出风口的隔板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述抖动装置包括支架以及设置于所述支架上用于悬挂衣物的挂钩,所述挂钩连接有用于驱动所述 挂钩相对所述支架作往复运动的驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括连杆机构以及用于驱动所述连杆机构将圆周运动转化为直线运动的驱动电机,所述驱动电机和所述挂钩分别设置于所述连杆机构的两端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述连杆机构包括与所述挂钩固定连接的滑块以及用于驱动所述滑块相对所述支架作往复运动的曲柄,所述曲柄的一端通过联轴器与所述驱动电机相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述曲柄的另一端设置有连接轴,所述连接轴的外部设置有与所述连接轴紧密配合的轴承,所述滑块的一侧面设置有与所述轴承相配合的第一滑槽,所述滑块的另一侧面设置有第二滑槽,所述支架设置有与所述第二滑槽相配合的滑轨,当所述驱动电机驱动所述曲柄作圆周运动时,所述连接轴在所述第一滑槽内作往复运动,同时,所述滑块沿所述滑轨作往复运动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,还包括控制系统,所述控制系统分别通讯连接并控制所述超声波水雾发生装置、所述抖动装置以及所述循环装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述控制系统还具有无线信号收发装置,通过所述无线信号收发装置所述控制系统可与遥控装置连接。
