在本实施例中,所述待护理衣物具体可看作需要通过衣物护理机进行熨烫护理的衣物。可以理解的是,对待护理衣物进行熨烫护理时,首先可通过接收的衣物护理指令进入衣物护理模式,其中,所述衣物护理指令可以由用户通过控制面板触发生成,也可以在接收到开关启动指令后直接触发衣物护理指令。
在本实施例中,所述衣物护理模式可理解为对收纳至工作舱的待护理衣物进行衣物的润化、拉展以及烘干等一系列熨烫护理操作最终实现待护理衣物熨烫护理的工作模式。而且,在对待护理的衣物进行护理操作前,本实施例可以获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,由此可以针对不同的衣物信息调取不同的工作控制参数控制衣物护理机进行相应的熨烫护理。

本实施例可根据上述S3至S5完成衣物的润化处理,在润化处理时,调取的工作控制参数中包含了蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽喷射信息,上述S3具体可根据蒸 汽喷射信息控制蒸汽发生装置向待护理衣物喷射蒸汽,以采用蒸汽充分浸湿待护理衣物。此外,进行蒸汽喷射时,工作舱内的温度值因产生的蒸汽会发生一定的变化,由此可通过上述S4获取蒸汽喷射时工作舱的设定温度差(即,温度变化值),为保证工作舱的最佳湿度环境,本实施例需要将工作舱的温度变化值维持在一定范围内,本实施例将温度变化值优选设定为±2℃,示例性地,温度变化范围处于±2℃时可执行上述S5的操作,且风机的第一转速值以及发热装置的第一功率值同样为工作控制参数的控制信息中的设定值。需要说明的是,如果温度变化范围不处于±2℃,则只需执行S3进行蒸汽喷射操作,无需控制风机及发热装置进行相应的工作,直至温度差的绝对值小于等于所述设定温差值。
本实施例可在达到润化时间后进入衣物拉展阶段,开始执行上述S6的操作且执行时间为确定的拉展时间,其中,所述运动速度信息同样包含在熨烫护理器件的控制信息中,具体作用于熨烫护理器件中的衣架运动装置,此外,本实施例可认为待护理衣物悬挂于衣架上,通过衣架运动装置的带动衣物有规律运动,使得待护理衣物通过运动形成的拉伸力进行拉展,间接达到衣物的熨烫目的。
本实施例可在达到拉展时间后进入衣物烘干阶段,开始执行上述S7的操作且执行时间为确定的烘干时间,其中,可以将所确定的工作控制信息中的第二转速值作为烘干阶段风机的转速值,同时可以将工作控制信息中的第二功率值作为烘干阶段发热装置的加热功率值,且第二转速值高于润化阶段风机的第一转速值,同时第二功率值高于润化阶段发热装置的第一功率值。
需要说明的是,本实施例上述步骤仅说明了衣物护理机具有的基础熨烫护 理操作,此外,在衣物烘干结束后还可以控制风机再次形成气流,以对工作舱进行降温,从而使待护理衣物具有温度处于用户可接触的温度范围内,而且,当衣物护理机中具有香料投放装置时,在其熨烫护理过程中还可以控制香料投放装置向工作释放香料,使待护理衣物具备一定的香味。对于上述两种操作,其所需的控制信息同样设置在工作控制参数中。
S206、在结束熨烫护理操作后,通过控制面板向用户显示护理评价表,护理评价表包括至少一个评价项。
在本实施例中,通过S205完成衣物的熨烫护理后,本步骤可以向控制面板返回一个交互窗口,并在交互窗口中显示一个护理评价表,所述护理评价表作为一个交互信息供用户进行护理结果的反馈评价。
其中,该护理评价表中包括至少一个评价项,所述至少一个评价项的具体内容可以是:除皱度评价项、温度评价项以及蓬松度评价项,还可以包括香味评价项。所述除皱度评价项具体可供用户对衣物熨烫护理时拉展阶段的除皱效果进行评价;所述温度评价项具体可供用户对衣物烘干后降温处理时的温度感受进行评价;所述蓬松度评价项具体可供用户对衣物烘干阶段的烘干效果(越蓬松烘干效果越好)进行评价;同样,所述香味评价项具体可供用户对香料的投放量进行评价。
此外,本实施例可以将各评价项的分数等级设定为1-10分,或者1-100分,其中,10分或者100分相当于各评价项的最高评分值,可作为控制参数修正更新时的熨烫护理目标结果。
S207、获取用户通过控制面板反馈的至少一个评价项的评分结果,作为护理评价信息。
在本实施例中,用户可对上述至少一个评价项选择或输入相应的评分,示例性地,用户可在护理评价表中对除皱度评价项进行评分的选择或直接输入给定的评分,如用户可以选择7分作为评分结果,也可以直接输入7分作为评分结果,本步骤可获取用户反馈的各评价项的评分结果,并将获取的评分结果作为护理评价信息。需要说明的是,如果用户没有对所有的评价项进行评分反馈,则本实施例可优选地认为用户没有进行评分反馈评价项对应的评分结果为所设定的最高评分值。
S208、将工作控制参数及护理评价信息作为控制参数修正模型的输入值,获得控制参数修正模型输出的修正控制参数。
具体地,所述控制参数修正模型具体可理解为本实施例所采用的修正调整模型,所述控制参数修正模型可基于对获取的样本护理评分信息以及样本工作控制参数通过不断训练和学习构建。
在本实施例中,所述控制参数修正模型的构建过程具体可表述为:将各评价项对应的最高评分值作为需要控制参数修正时需要达到的熨烫护理目标结果,由此将输入的样本护理评分信息与熨烫护理目标结果进行比对,当样本护理评分信息没有达到熨烫护理目标结果时,结合样本工作控制参数以及熨烫护理目标结果对应的修正控制参数不断的对模型中的连接权重值进行迭代更新,最终在符合权重值的迭代更新结束条件后,形成可使用的控制参数修正模型。
在本实施例中,可以将基于S203或S204调取的工作控制参数以及所获取的护理评价信息作为控制参数修正模型的输入值,根据控制参数修正模型中训练学习后的连接权重值,可以输出与所述输入值对应的修正控制参数。
示例性的,如果所获取的护理评价信息中除皱度评价项的评分结果不符合 熨烫护理目标结果,则基于控制参数修正模型可以工作控制参数中的蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽喷射信息和衣架运动装置的运动速度信息,以及润化时间和拉展时间进行修正,并输出调整蒸汽喷射信息和运动速度信息以及增加润化时间和拉展时间后的修正控制参数;又如,当所获取的护理评价信息中温度评价项的评分结果不符合熨烫护理目标结果时,基于控制参数修正模型可以输出增加或降低衣物冷却时间以及调整发热功率信息后的修正控制参数。
本实施例在确定所述修正控制参数后,可根据该修正控制参数通过S209或S210进行工作控制参数的更新操作。
S209、如果工作控制参数为相匹配标准衣物信息的标准控制参数,则将该标准控制参数更替为该修正控制参数,作为对应于该标准衣物信息的新的标准控制参数。
具体地,当所调取的工作控制参数基于上述S203确定时,可以将衣物护理控制库中与上述衣物信息相匹配的标准衣物信息对应的标准控制参数替换为修正控制信息,以实现衣物护理控制库的更新,进而确保工作控制参数的更新。
S210、如果工作控制参数为初始控制参数,则将衣物信息与该修正控制参数对应添加至衣物护理控制库中。
具体地,当所调取的工作控制参数基于上述S204确定时,说明当前衣物护理控制库中还不存在与所述衣物信息相匹配的标准衣物信息,为便于以后更有效的对具有该衣物信息的衣物进行熨烫处理,本步骤可将所述衣物信息作为标准衣物信息添加至衣物护理控制库,同时可将修正控制参数对应添加至衣物护理控制库,形成一种新的标准衣物信息,并存在对应的标准控制参数。
可以理解的是,由于所述修正控制参数基于用户反馈的护理评价信息确定, 所以可认为基于该修正控制参数进行的衣物熨烫护理更能够达到用户期望的效果,更能满足用户在熨烫护理方面的个人化需求。此外,还可以基于本实施例提供的修正方法循序渐进的进行工作控制参数的修正更新,以保证基于工作控制参数控制衣物护理机工作时其衣物护理效果能够越来越趋近用户的个性化需求。
本发明实施例二提供的一种衣物护理机控制参数的修正方法,能够通过预设的衣物护理控制库调取控制参数进行当前的衣物护理操作,并可在熨烫护理结束后根据用户的评分获取护理评价信息,最终可根据评价信息通过修正模型进行控制参数的修正。利用该方法,不仅能够对不同的衣物自动选择不同的控制参数进行熨烫护理,还可以在熨烫护理结束后根据用户的评价信息自动修正衣物的控制参数,使得衣物护理机通过对控制参数不断的修正更新,满足了用户在熨烫护理方面的个人化需求,更好提升了用户的衣物护理体验。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三提供的一种衣物护理机控制参数的修正装置的结构框图,适用于对作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数进行修正更新的情况,其中该修正装置可由软件和/或硬件实现,并一般集成衣物护理机上。如图3所示,该修正装置包括:控制参数调取模块31、衣物护理控制模块32、评价信息获取模块33以及控制参数修正模块34。
其中,控制参数调取模块31,用于根据所获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,调取作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数;
衣物护理控制模块32,用于根据所述工作控制参数,控制衣物护理机中的 熨烫护理器件对所述待护理衣物进行熨烫护理;
评价信息获取模块33,用于获取用户在熨烫护理结束后反馈的护理评价信息;
控制参数修正模块34,用于根据所述护理评价信息,修正并更新所述衣物信息对应的工作控制参数。
在本实施例中,该装置首先通过控制参数调取模块31根据所获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,调取作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数;然后通过衣物护理控制模块32根据所述工作控制参数,控制衣物护理机中的熨烫护理器件对所述待护理衣物进行熨烫护理;之后通过评价信息获取模块33获取用户在熨烫护理结束后反馈的护理评价信息;最终控制参数修正模块34根据所述护理评价信息,修正并更新所述衣物信息对应的工作控制参数。
本发明实施例三提供的一种衣物护理机控制参数的修正装置,能够对不同的衣物自动选择不同的控制参数进行熨烫护理,并可以在熨烫护理结束后根据用户的评价信息自动修正衣物的控制参数,通过衣物护理机对控制参数的不断修正更新,满足了用户在熨烫护理方面的个人化需求,由此不仅有效提高了衣物的熨烫效果,还更好提升了用户的衣物护理体验。

进一步地,所述工作控制参数包括:熨烫护理器件的控制信息和熨烫护理所需的时间信息;所述熨烫护理器件的控制信息包括:风机的转速信息、发热装置的发热功率信息、蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽喷射信息以及衣架运动装置的运动速度信息;所述熨烫护理所需的时间信息包括:衣物润化阶段的润化时间、衣物拉展阶段的拉展时间以及衣物烘干阶段的烘干时间。

在结束熨烫护理操作后,通过控制面板向用户显示护理评价表,所述护理评价表包括至少一个评价项;获取用户通过所述控制面板反馈的所述至少一个评价项的评分结果,作为所述护理评价信息。

图4为本发明实施例四提供的一种衣物护理机的结构框图,如图4所示,本实施例提供的一种衣物护理机,包括:控制器41和存储器42。该衣物护理机中的控制器可以是一个或多个,图4中以一个控制器41为例,所述衣物护理机中的控制器41和存储器42可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
本实施例中衣物护理机的控制器41中集成了上述实施例提供的衣物护理机控制参数的修正装置。此外,该衣物护理机中的存储器42作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储一个或多个程序,所述程序可以是软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中衣物护理机控制参数的修正方法对应 的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的修正装置中的模块,包括:控制参数调取模块31、衣物护理控制模块32、评价信息获取模块33以及控制参数修正模块34)。控制器41通过运行存储在存储器42中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行设备的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中衣物护理机控制参数的修正方法。

    根据所获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,调取作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数;
    根据所述工作控制参数,控制衣物护理机中的熨烫护理器件对所述待护理衣物进行熨烫护理;
    获取用户在熨烫护理结束后反馈的护理评价信息;
    根据所述护理评价信息,修正并更新所述衣物信息对应的工作控制参数。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,调取作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数,包括:
    获取用户输入的待护理衣物的衣物信息;
    确定预设的衣物护理控制库中是否存在与衣物信息相匹配的标准衣物信息;
    如果存在匹配的标准衣物信息,则调取对应于所述标准衣物信息的标准控制参数作为所述工作控制参数;
    如果不存在匹配的标准衣物信息,则调取记录于所述衣物护理控制库中的初始控制参数作为所述工作控制参数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述护理评价信息,修正并更新所述衣物信息对应的工作控制参数,包括:
    将所述工作控制参数及所述护理评价信息作为控制参数修正模型的输入值,获得所述控制参数修正模型输出的修正控制参数;
    如果所述工作控制参数为相匹配标准衣物信息的标准控制参数,则将所述标准控制参数更替为所述修正控制参数,作为对应于所述标准衣物信息的新的 标准控制参数;
    如果所述工作控制参数为初始控制参数,则将所述衣物信息与所述修正控制参数对应添加至所述衣物护理控制库中。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述工作控制参数包括:熨烫护理器件的控制信息和熨烫护理所需的时间信息;
    所述熨烫护理器件的控制信息包括:风机的转速信息、发热装置的发热功率信息、蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽喷射信息以及衣架运动装置的运动速度信息;
    所述熨烫护理所需的时间信息包括:衣物润化阶段的润化时间、衣物拉展阶段的拉展时间以及衣物烘干阶段的烘干时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述工作控制参数,控制衣物护理机中的熨烫护理器件对所述待护理衣物进行熨烫护理,包括:
    获取温度检测装置检测的第一当前温度值;
    如果所述第一当前温度值小于设定温度值,则对衣物护理机的工作舱进行升温处理直至第一当前温度值达到所述设定温度值;
    控制所述蒸汽发生装置以所述蒸汽喷射信息中设定的喷射压力和喷射温度向所述待护理衣物喷射设定量的蒸汽;
    获取所述温度检测装置检测的第二当前温度值,并确定所述第二当前温度值与所述设定温度值的温度差;
    如果所述温度差的绝对值小于设定温差值,则控制所述风机以所述转速信息中设定的第一转速值转动,并控制所述加热装置以所述加热功率信息中设定的第一功率值对所述风机形成的气流进行加热;
    确定所述蒸汽发生装置的喷射时间是否达到所述润化时间,若否,则返回 执行蒸汽喷射操作;若是,则控制所述衣架运动装置基于所述运动速度信息持续运动,以根据运动形成的拉伸力对所述待护理衣物进行拉展;
    如果所述衣架运动装置的运动时间达到所述拉展时间,则控制所述风机以所述转速信息中设定的第二转速值转动,并控制所述加热装置以所述加热功率信息中设定的第二功率值对所述风机形成的气流加热,以烘干所述待护理衣物,直至达到所述衣物烘干时间结束所述待护理衣物的熨烫护理;
    其中,所述第二转速值大于所述第一转速值;所述第二功率值大于所述第一功率值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户在熨烫护理结束后反馈的护理评价信息,包括:
    在结束熨烫护理操作后,通过控制面板向用户显示护理评价表,所述护理评价表包括至少一个评价项;
    获取用户通过所述控制面板反馈的所述至少一个评价项的评分结果,作为所述护理评价信息。
  7. 一种衣物护理机控制参数的修正装置,其特征在于,包括:
    控制参数调取模块,用于根据所获取待护理衣物的衣物信息,调取作用于衣物护理机的工作控制参数;
    衣物护理控制模块,用于根据所述工作控制参数,控制衣物护理机中的熨烫护理器件对所述待护理衣物进行熨烫护理;
    评价信息获取模块,用于获取用户在熨烫护理结束后反馈的护理评价信息;
    控制参数修正模块,用于根据所述护理评价信息,修正并更新所述衣物信息对应的工作控制参数。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制参数调取模块,具体用于:
    获取用户输入的待护理衣物的衣物信息;
    确定预设的衣物护理控制库中是否存在与衣物信息相匹配的标准衣物信息;
    如果存在匹配的标准衣物信息,则调取对应于所述标准衣物信息的标准控制参数作为所述工作控制参数;

    将所述工作控制参数及所述护理评价信息作为控制参数修正模型的输入值,获得所述控制参数修正模型输出的修正控制参数;
    如果所述工作控制参数为相匹配标准衣物信息的标准控制参数,则将所述标准控制参数更替为所述修正控制参数,作为对应于所述标准衣物信息的新的标准控制参数;
    如果所述工作控制参数为初始控制参数,则将所述衣物信息与所述修正控制参数对应添加至所述衣物护理控制库中。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述工作控制参数包括:熨烫护理器件的控制信息和熨烫护理所需的时间信息;
    所述熨烫护理器件的控制信息包括:风机的转速信息、发热装置的发热功率信息、蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽喷射信息以及衣架运动装置的运动速度信息;
    所述熨烫护理所需的时间信息包括:衣物润化阶段的润化时间、衣物拉展阶段的拉展时间以及衣物烘干阶段的烘干时间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述衣物护理控制模块,具体用于:
    获取温度检测装置检测的第一当前温度值;
    如果所述第一当前温度值小于设定温度值,则对衣物护理机的工作舱进行升温处理直至第一当前温度值达到所述设定温度值;
    控制所述蒸汽发生装置以所述蒸汽喷射信息中设定的喷射压力和喷射温度向所述待护理衣物喷射设定量的蒸汽;

  13. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括:
