Abstract

L'invention concerne un commutateur électrique de sécurité amélioré en ce qu'il présente une fiabilité acccrue et est également simplifié. L'ensemble commutateur (2) selon l'invention se compose : d'un élément de contact fixe (21), qui est fait d'un matériau conducteur électrique et est connecté électriquement à une bobine (31) de l'ensemble interrupteur (3), ladite bobine étant connectée électriquement à une première borne de contact (13) sur le boîtier (1) du commutateur, ledit élément de contact fixe étant agencé à l'intérieur dudit boîtier (1) à l'extérieur de l'ensemble interrupteur (3), et sur le côté de celui-ci qui est orienté vers un siège (11) ; et d'un élément de contact mobile, qui est également fait d'un matériau conducteur électrique et se situe à l'intérieur dudit boîtier (1) du commutateur, de façon adjacente audit élément de contact fixe (21) et est connecté électriquement à l'autre borne de connexion (14) sur le boîtier (1) du commutateur. Ledit élément de contact mobile (22) est intégré de manière pivotante dans un berceau (220), qui est formé sur une partie d'extrémité libre d'un élément en porte-à-faux (221) dans la zone se situant devant une aiguille (32) dudit ensemble interrupteur (3), et est relié mécaniquement et électriquement à ladite seconde borne de connexion (14), de sorte que ledit élément de contact mobile (22), qui est intégré dans ledit berceau (220), est sollicité en direction de l'élément de contact fixe (21 ) au moyen d'un ressort (222) de manière à être supporté dans la contiguïté dudit berceau (220), mais peut également être déplacé dans le sens opposé, c'est-à-dire à l'opposé de l'élément de contact fixe (21), à l'encontre de la force dudit ressort (222), lorsque ledit élément de commutation (4) est amené à pivoter en raison de l'impact de l'aiguille (32).
