Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de suspension d'un véhicule électrique. Le véhicule électrique comprend un châssis (100) supporté par des agencements de suspension (102) sur une pluralité de roues. Les agencements de suspension (102) sont conçus pour utiliser un ou plusieurs agencements de ressort-amortisseur (104), et les agencements de ressort-amortisseur (104) sont conçus pour utiliser un amortisseur se présentant sous la forme d'un amortisseur de vibrations rhéologiques (202). L'amortisseur de vibrations rhéologiques (202) utilise un matériau d'amortissement dont la viscosité est modulée par un champ magnétique appliqué à celui-ci, le champ magnétique étant dérivé en fonctionnement à partir : (i) d'un électroaimant; et/ou (ii) d'un agencement d'aimants permanents dont le champ est couplé au matériau d'amortissement par l'intermédiaire d'un agencement d'élément de maintien magnétique ajustable par servo-commande conçu pour réguler la réluctance magnétique de l'agencement d'aimants permanents.
