本申请涉及保险技术领域,尤其涉及一种问卷调查方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,人们的保险意识越来越强,也越来越乐意购买各种保险,当客户投保之后,通常都会有相关工作人员针对客户的投保进行问卷调查。目前,一般是依据问卷调查表来进行问卷调查,然而现有的问卷调查表通常是统一的,这样就使得问卷调查比较死板、不够灵活。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提出一种问卷调查方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中针对于投保的问卷调查较为单一、不灵活的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种问卷调查方法,所述问卷调查方法包括:
获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
可选地,所述根据所述投保信息,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表的步骤包括:
根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
可选地,所述根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果的步骤之后,还包括:

本申请通过获取问卷者对应的投保信息,根据该投保信息,确定问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据该多个问卷问题以及该多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表,然后根据该问卷调查表对问卷者进行问卷调查,获取对应的问卷调查结果,并将该问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存,从而完成了对投保情况进行问卷调查。由于问卷调查表是根据问卷者的投保情况来进行配置的,而并不是单一固定的,因此,提高了问卷调查的灵活性。

本申请提供一种问卷调查方法。
参照图1,图1为本申请问卷调查方法第一实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例中,所述问卷调查方法包括:
步骤S10,获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
步骤S20,根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
随着时代的发展,人们的保险意识越来越强,也越来越乐意购买各种保险,当客户投保之后,通常都会有相关工作人员针对客户的投保进行问卷调查。本实施例中,为了实现对投保客户的问卷调查,投保业务系统首先获取投保客户的投保信息。例如,可以通过相关工作人员电话联系问卷者、或者面访问卷者等等方式获取问卷者对应的投保信息,然后在投保业务系统中录入问卷者对应的投保信息,通过这种录入方式获取问卷者对应的投保信息。可以理解的是,还可以通过其他方式获取问卷者对应的投保信息,在此并不作限制。为了便于描述,下文将进行问卷调查的投保客户用问卷者来表示。其中,问卷者的投保信息包括但不限于投保人姓名、投保日期、投保机构、投保地区、投保产品、投保业务员等等。
为了实现问卷调查的灵活性,在本实施例中,并不采用唯一固定的问卷调查表来进行问卷调查,而是根据问卷者的不同情况,采用不同的问卷调查表进行问卷调查。具体地,当获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,投保业务系统根据该投保信息,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表。比如,若获取问卷者的投保机构为保险机构1、投保地区为华南、投保产品为A类产品,则配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表为第一问卷调查表;若获取问卷者的投保机构为保险机构2、投保地区为华东、投保产品为B类产品,则配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表为第二问卷调查表。
对于问卷调查表的具体配置过程,当获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,投保业务系统根据该投保信息,确定该问卷者进行问卷调查所要待回答的多个问卷问题,其中,该多个问卷问题之间是具有关联关系的。比如,投保业务系统根据该投保信息,首先确定问卷调查表的第一个问卷问题,然后,根据问卷问题之间的关联关系,确定问卷调查表的第二个问卷问题,再根据第二个问卷问题以及问卷问题之间的关联关系,确定问卷调查表的第三个问卷问题,按照此方式,依次确定问卷调查表的多个问卷问题。投保业务系统根据确定的多个问卷问题,以及该多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置该问卷者对应的问卷调查表。
可选地,可根据预先设置的相应配置规则,配置问卷调查表中各个问题之间的关联关系。例如,当配置了问卷调查表的第一个问题之后,针对于该第一个问题的可能答案,配置在每个可能答案下该第一个问题对应的下一个问题。比如,若第一个问题可能有三种答案:答案a、答案b、答案c,针对于答案a,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题A;针对于答案b,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题B;针对于答案c,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题C。具体的配置规则可根据实际情况进行灵活设置,在此不作限制。
在配置好问卷者对应的问卷调查表之后,根据该问卷调查表,对该问卷者进行问卷调查。具体地,可以通过多种方式对问卷者进行问卷调查,例如,通过相关工作人员电话联系问卷者进行问卷调查,通过相关工作人员面访问卷者进行问卷调查等等,进行问卷调查的方式在此并不作限制。
步骤S30,获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
当根据问卷调查表对问卷者的问卷调查结束之后,获取问卷调查对应的问卷调查结果。比如,若是通过工作人员电话联系问卷者进行问卷调查,或是通过工作人员面访问卷者进行问卷调查的,则可以通过工作人员将问卷调查结果录入投保业务系统,从而获得问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。可以理解的是,也可以通过其他方式获取问卷调查结果,获取问卷调查结果的方式在此也不作限制。比如,若是通过纸质问卷调查表面访问卷者进行问卷调查的情况,在问卷调查结束后,可将纸质问卷调查表扫描上传至投保业务系统,从而获得问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。
当获取到问卷者对应的问卷调查结果之后,投保业务系统将该问卷调查结果与投保信息进行关联保存。比如,预先建立一数据库,将问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存在该数据库中。这样,之后只要调用数据库,就可以根据保存的问卷调查结果,对问卷者也即投保客户进行投保后续相关事项的跟进,也可以作为投保业务员工作情况的依据,对投保业务员进行工作考核。
本实施例提出的方案,通过获取问卷者对应的投保信息,根据该投保信息,确定问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据该多个问卷问题以及该多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表,然后根据该问卷调查表对问卷者进行问卷调查,获取对应的问卷调查结果,并将该问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存,从而实现了对投保情况进行问卷调查。由于问卷调查表是根据问卷者的投保情况来进行配置的,而并不是单一固定的,因此,提高了问卷调查的灵活性,也进而提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,如图2所示,基于第一实施例提出本申请问卷调查方法第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
步骤S22,若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
进一步地,在本实施例中,当获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,并不立即根据投保信息配置问卷调查表,而是先判断是否存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果。若不存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,也即说明之前未对该问卷者进行问卷调查,此时,投保业务系统再根据投保信息,配置对应的问卷调查表,该问卷调查表为问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。其中具体配置过程如第一实施例中所述,在此不再赘述。这样,就避免了对同一个问卷者重复进行多次问卷调查,从而进一步提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述步骤S21之后,还包括步骤:
步骤a,若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
步骤b,若对所述问卷者的问卷调查未结束,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
进一步地,当存在与投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果时,也即说明之前已经对该问卷者进行过问卷调查,此时,投保业务系统根据关联保存的问卷调查结果,判断对该问卷者的问卷调查是否结束。比如,若问卷调查结果均是满意、了解等肯定答案,则判断对该问卷者的问卷调查结束,此时,终止对该问卷者的问卷调查。若问卷调查结果存在不满意、不了解等否定答案,则判断对该问卷者的问卷调查未结束,此时,投保业务系统根据投保信息以及关联保存的问卷调查结果,自动生成对应的处理案件,供机构相关工作人员及时对其进行处理。同时,投保业务系统根据投保信息以及关联保存的问卷调查结果,配置该问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表,根据该再次问卷调查表对问卷者进行再一次的问卷调查,从而实现对问卷者也即投保客户进行投保后续相关事项的跟进。
本实施例提出的方案,在获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,先判断是否存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,若不存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,再根据该投保信息配置问卷调查表,该问卷调查表为问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表,这样,就避免了对同一个问卷者重复进行多次问卷调查,从而进一步提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,如图3所示,基于第一实施例或第二实施例提出本申请问卷调查方法第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述步骤S10包括:
步骤S11,接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
为了提高问卷调查的效率,在本实施例中,问卷者通过操作客户端就可以实现问卷调查。其中,该客户端包括但不限于笔记本电脑、智能手机、PAD(平板电脑)等终端设备。具体地,当问卷者通过客户端访问相关的问卷调查网页,或者通过开启客户端加载的相应APP应用的问卷调查程序时,问卷者通过客户端输入相应的投保信息,当客户端接收到问卷者输入的投保信息时,将该投保信息发送至投保业务系统,投保业务系统通过接收客户端发送的投保信息,从而获取问卷者对应的投保信息。
进一步地,所述步骤S11之前,还包括步骤:
步骤c,发送问卷调查请求至所述客户端;
步骤d,在接收到所述客户端反馈的确认消息时,发送投保信息界面数据至所述客户端,以供所述客户端根据所述投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面,并接收所述问卷者基于所述投保信息界面输入的投保信息。
进一步地,为了提高问卷者体验,在进行问卷调查之前,首先发送问卷调查请求至问卷者对应的客户端,当客户端接收到该问卷调查请求时,显示该问卷调查请求,问卷者通过客户端查看到该问卷调查请求时,可执行相应的响应操作。比如,若问卷者当前不想进行问卷调查,则可基于客户端执行相应的取消问卷调查操作,客户端反馈相应的拒绝消息至投保业务系统。当投保业务系统接收到该拒绝消息时,终止当前对该问卷者进行问卷调查。若问卷者当前可以进行问卷调查,则可基于客户端执行相应的接受问卷调查操作,客户端反馈相应的确认消息至投保业务系统。当投保业务系统接收到该确认消息时,发送相应的投保信息界面数据至客户端,客户端根据该投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面。问卷者基于该投保信息界面输入投保信息,当接收到问卷者输入的投保信息之后,客户端将该投保信息发送至投保业务系统,投保业务系统通过接收客户端发送的投保信息,从而获取卷者对应的投保信息。
之后,投保业务系统根据该投保信息,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表,具体配置过程如上述实施例中所述,在此就不再赘述。之后,将该问卷调查表发送至客户端,问卷者通过客户端进行问卷调查,当问卷者执行问卷调查表的提交操作时,比如,在问卷调查表的最底端设置有提交控件,当问卷者点击该提交控件,执行提交操作时,客户端将问卷调查结果(也即经过问卷者答复的问卷调查表)发送至投保业务系统。投保业务系统通过接收客户端发送的经过问卷者答复的问卷调查表,从而获取问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。相比于通过电话联系或者面访的方式,不需要相关工作人员将问卷调查结果人工录入投保业务系统,从而省时省力。当投保业务系统接收到该问卷调查结果时,将该问卷调查结果与问卷者对应的投保信息关联保存。
本实施例提出的方案,通过接收客户端发送的投保信息的方式,来获取问卷者对应的投保信息,在根据该投保信息配置了问卷者对应的问卷调查表时,将该问卷调查表发送至客户端以对问卷者进行问卷调查,之后,通过接收客户端发送的问卷调查结果的方式,来获取问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将该问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存。由于省去了工作人员的人工录入操作,省时省力,因此提高了问卷调查的效率。
本申请进一步提供一种问卷调查装置。

需要强调的是,对本领域的技术人员来说,图4所示功能模块图仅仅是一个较佳实施例的示例图,本领域的技术人员围绕图4所示的问卷调查装置的功能模块,可轻易进行新的功能模块的补充;各功能模块的名称是自定义名称,仅用于辅助理解该问卷调查装置的各个程序功能块,不用于限定本申请的技术方案,本申请技术方案的核心是,各自定义名称的功能模块所要达成的功能。

随着时代的发展,人们的保险意识越来越强,也越来越乐意购买各种保险,当客户投保之后,通常都会有相关工作人员针对客户的投保进行问卷调查。本实施例中,通过问卷调查装置实现对投保客户的问卷调查,该问卷调查装置应用于投保业务系统,可选地,该问卷调查装置设置于投保业务系统中。首先,通过问卷调查装置的获取模块10获取投保客户的投保信息。例如,可以通过相关工作人员电话联系问卷者、或者面访问卷者等等方式获取问卷者对应的投保信息,然后在投保业务系统中录入问卷者对应的投保信息,获取模块10通过接收工作人员的录入信息获取问卷者对应的投保信息。可以理解的是,获取模块10还可以通过其他方式获取问卷者对应的投保信息,在此并不作限制。为了便于描述,下文将进行问卷调查的投保客户用问卷者来表示。其中,问卷者的投保信息包括但不限于投保人姓名、投保日期、投保机构、投保地区、投保产品、投保业务员等等。
为了实现问卷调查的灵活性,在本实施例中,并不采用唯一固定的问卷调查表来进行问卷调查,而是根据问卷者的不同情况,采用不同的问卷调查表进行问卷调查。具体地,当获取模块10获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,配置模块20根据该投保信息,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表。比如,若获取问卷者的投保机构为保险机构1、投保地区为华南、投保产品为A类产品,则配置模块20配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表为第一问卷调查表;若获取问卷者的投保机构为保险机构2、投保地区为华东、投保产品为B类产品,则配置模块20配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表为第二问卷调查表。
对于问卷调查表的具体配置过程,当获取模块10获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,配置模块20根据该投保信息,确定该问卷者进行问卷调查所要待回答的多个问卷问题,其中,该多个问卷问题之间是具有关联关系的。比如,配置模块20根据该投保信息,首先确定问卷调查表的第一个问卷问题,然后,根据问卷问题之间的关联关系,确定问卷调查表的第二个问卷问题,再根据第二个问卷问题以及问卷问题之间的关联关系,确定问卷调查表的第三个问卷问题,按照此方式,依次确定问卷调查表的多个问卷问题。配置模块20根据确定的多个问卷问题,以及该多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置该问卷者对应的问卷调查表。
可选地,配置模块20可根据预先设置的相应配置规则,配置问卷调查表中各个问题之间的关联关系。例如,当配置了问卷调查表的第一个问题之后,针对于该第一个问题的可能答案,配置在每个可能答案下该第一个问题对应的下一个问题。比如,若第一个问题可能有三种答案:答案a、答案b、答案c,针对于答案a,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题A;针对于答案b,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题B;针对于答案c,配置第一个问题对应的下一个问题为问题C。具体的配置规则可根据实际情况进行灵活设置,在此不作限制。
在配置模块20配置好问卷者对应的问卷调查表之后,根据该问卷调查表,对该问卷者进行问卷调查。具体地,可以通过多种方式对问卷者进行问卷调查,例如,通过相关工作人员电话联系问卷者进行问卷调查,通过相关工作人员面访问卷者进行问卷调查等等,进行问卷调查的方式在此并不作限制。
存储模块30,用于获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
当根据问卷调查表对问卷者的问卷调查结束之后,存储模块30获取问卷调查对应的问卷调查结果。比如,若是通过工作人员电话联系问卷者进行问卷调查,或是通过工作人员面访问卷者进行问卷调查的,则可以通过工作人员将问卷调查结果录入投保业务系统,从而获得问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。可以理解的是,存储模块30也可以通过其他方式获取问卷调查结果,获取问卷调查结果的方式在此也不作限制。比如,若是通过纸质问卷调查表面访问卷者进行问卷调查的情况,在问卷调查结束后,可将纸质问卷调查表扫描上传至投保业务系统,存储模块30从而获得问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。
当获取到问卷者对应的问卷调查结果之后,存储模块30将该问卷调查结果与投保信息进行关联保存。比如,预先建立一数据库,存储模块30将问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存在该数据库中。这样,之后只要调用数据库,就可以根据保存的问卷调查结果,对问卷者也即投保客户进行投保后续相关事项的跟进,也可以作为投保业务员工作情况的依据,对投保业务员进行工作考核。
本实施例提出的方案,通过获取模块10获取问卷者对应的投保信息,配置模块20根据该投保信息,确定问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据该多个问卷问题以及该多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表,然后根据该问卷调查表对问卷者进行问卷调查,存储模块30获取对应的问卷调查结果,并将该问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存,从而实现了对投保情况进行问卷调查。由于问卷调查表是根据问卷者的投保情况来进行配置的,而并不是单一固定的,因此,提高了问卷调查的灵活性,也进而提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,如图5所示,基于第一实施例提出本申请问卷调查装置第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述配置模块20包括:
判断单元21,用于根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
配置单元22,用于若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
进一步地,在本实施例中,当获取模块10获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,配置模块20并不立即根据投保信息配置问卷调查表,而是先通过判断单元21判断是否存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果。若不存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,也即说明之前未对该问卷者进行问卷调查,此时,配置单元22再根据投保信息,配置对应的问卷调查表,该问卷调查表为问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。其中具体配置过程如第一实施例中所述,在此不再赘述。这样,就避免了对同一个问卷者重复进行多次问卷调查,从而进一步提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述判断单元21还用于:
若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
所述配置单元22还用于:
若对所述问卷者的问卷调查未结束,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
进一步地,当存在与投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果时,也即说明之前已经对该问卷者进行过问卷调查,此时,判断单元21根据关联保存的问卷调查结果,判断对该问卷者的问卷调查是否结束。比如,若问卷调查结果均是满意、了解等肯定答案,则判断单元21判断对该问卷者的问卷调查结束,此时,终止对该问卷者的问卷调查。若问卷调查结果存在不满意、不了解等否定答案,则判断单元21判断对该问卷者的问卷调查未结束,此时,配置单元22根据投保信息以及关联保存的问卷调查结果,自动生成对应的处理案件,供机构相关工作人员及时对其进行处理。同时,配置单元22根据投保信息以及关联保存的问卷调查结果,配置该问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。根据该再次问卷调查表对问卷者进行再一次的问卷调查,从而实现对问卷者也即投保客户进行投保后续相关事项的跟进。
本实施例提出的方案,在获取到问卷者对应的投保信息之后,判断单元21先判断是否存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,若不存在与该投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,配置单元22再根据该投保信息配置问卷调查表,该问卷调查表为问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表,这样,就避免了对同一个问卷者重复进行多次问卷调查,从而进一步提高了问卷调查的有效性。
进一步地,基于第一实施例或第二实施例提出本申请问卷调查装置第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述获取模块10用于:
接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
为了提高问卷调查的效率,在本实施例中,问卷者通过操作客户端就可以实现问卷调查。其中,该客户端包括但不限于笔记本电脑、智能手机、PAD(平板电脑)等终端设备。具体地,当问卷者通过客户端访问相关的问卷调查网页,或者通过开启客户端加载的相应APP应用的问卷调查程序时,问卷者通过客户端输入相应的投保信息,当客户端接收到问卷者输入的投保信息时,将该投保信息发送至投保业务系统,获取模块10通过接收客户端发送的投保信息,从而获取问卷者对应的投保信息。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述问卷调查装置还包括:
发送模块40,用于发送问卷调查请求至所述客户端;以及在接收到所述客户端反馈的确认消息时,发送投保信息界面数据至所述客户端,以供所述客户端根据所述投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面,并接收所述问卷者基于所述投保信息界面输入的投保信息。
进一步地,为了提高问卷者体验,在进行问卷调查之前,首先通过发送模块40发送问卷调查请求至问卷者对应的客户端,当客户端接收到该问卷调查请求时,显示该问卷调查请求,问卷者通过客户端查看到该问卷调查请求时,可执行相应的响应操作。比如,若问卷者当前不想进行问卷调查,则可基于客户端执行相应的取消问卷调查操作,客户端反馈相应的拒绝消息至投保业务系统。当接收到该拒绝消息时,终止当前对该问卷者进行问卷调查。若问卷者当前可以进行问卷调查,则可基于客户端执行相应的接受问卷调查操作,客户端反馈相应的确认消息至投保业务系统。当接收到该确认消息时,发送模块40发送相应的投保信息界面数据至客户端,客户端根据该投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面。问卷者基于该投保信息界面输入投保信息,当接收到问卷者输入的投保信息之后,客户端将该投保信息发送至投保业务系统,获取模块10通过接收客户端发送的投保信息,从而获取卷者对应的投保信息。
之后,配置模块20根据该投保信息,配置问卷者对应的问卷调查表,具体配置过程如上述实施例中所述,在此就不再赘述。之后,发送模块40将该问卷调查表发送至客户端,问卷者通过客户端进行问卷调查,当问卷者执行问卷调查表的提交操作时,比如,在问卷调查表的最底端设置有提交控件,当问卷者点击该提交控件,执行提交操作时,客户端将问卷调查结果(也即经过问卷者答复的问卷调查表)发送至投保业务系统。存储模块30通过接收客户端发送的经过问卷者答复的问卷调查表,从而获取问卷者对应的问卷调查结果。相比于通过电话联系或者面访的方式,不需要相关工作人员将问卷调查结果人工录入投保业务系统,从而省时省力。当接收到该问卷调查结果时,存储模块30将该问卷调查结果与问卷者对应的投保信息关联保存。
本实施例提出的方案,获取模块10通过接收客户端发送的投保信息的方式,来获取问卷者对应的投保信息,在配置模块20根据该投保信息配置了问卷者对应的问卷调查表时,发送模块40将该问卷调查表发送至客户端以对问卷者进行问卷调查,之后,通过接收客户端发送的问卷调查结果的方式,存储模块30获取问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将该问卷调查结果与投保信息关联保存。由于省去了工作人员的人工录入操作,省时省力,因此提高了问卷调查的效率。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种问卷调查设备,所述问卷调查设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的问卷调查程序,所述问卷调查程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上文所述的问卷调查方法的步骤。
本申请问卷调查设备具体实施方式与上述问卷调查方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有问卷调查程序,所述问卷调查程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的问卷调查方法的步骤。
本申请计算机可读存储介质具体实施方式与上述问卷调查方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其它变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其它要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种问卷调查方法,其中,所述问卷调查方法包括以下步骤:
    获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
    根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
    获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述获取问卷者对应的投保信息的步骤包括:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表的步骤包括:
    根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
    若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述获取问卷者对应的投保信息的步骤包括:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果的步骤之后,还包括:
    若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
    若否,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述获取问卷者对应的投保信息的步骤包括:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的问卷调查方法,其中,所述接收客户端发送的问卷者对应的投保信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    发送问卷调查请求至所述客户端;
    在接收到所述客户端反馈的确认消息时,发送投保信息界面数据至所述客户端,以供所述客户端根据所述投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面,并接收所述问卷者基于所述投保信息界面输入的投保信息。
  8. 一种问卷调查装置,其中,所述问卷调查装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
    配置模块,用于根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
    存储模块,用于获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述获取模块用于:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述配置模块包括:
    判断单元,用于根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
    配置单元,用于若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述获取模块用于:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述判断单元,还用于若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
    所述配置单元,还用于若对所述问卷者的问卷调查未结束,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述获取模块用于:
    接收客户端发送的所述问卷者对应的投保信息,其中,所述客户端为所述问卷者当前使用的终端设备。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的问卷调查装置,其中,所述问卷调查装置还包括:
    发送模块,用于发送问卷调查请求至所述客户端;以及在接收到所述客户端反馈的确认消息时,发送投保信息界面数据至所述客户端,以供所述客户端根据所述投保信息界面数据显示相应的投保信息界面,并接收所述问卷者基于所述投保信息界面输入的投保信息。
  15. 一种问卷调查设备,其中,所述问卷调查设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的问卷调查程序,所述问卷调查程序被所述处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
    根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
    获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的问卷调查设备,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表的步骤包括:
    根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
    若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的问卷调查设备,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果的步骤之后,还包括:
    若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
    若否,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有问卷调查程序,所述问卷调查程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    获取问卷者对应的投保信息;
    根据所述投保信息,确定所述问卷者对应的多个问卷问题,并根据所述多个问卷问题以及所述多个问卷问题之间的关联关系,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表,以根据所述问卷调查表对所述问卷者进行问卷调查;
    获取所述问卷者对应的问卷调查结果,并将所述问卷调查结果与所述投保信息关联保存。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,配置所述问卷者对应的问卷调查表的步骤包括:
    根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果;
    若不存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则配置所述问卷者对应的首次问卷调查表。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述根据所述投保信息,判断是否存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果的步骤之后,还包括:
    若存在与所述投保信息关联保存的问卷调查结果,则根据所述问卷调查结果,判断对所述问卷者的问卷调查是否结束;
    若否,则根据所述投保信息以及关联保存的所述问卷调查结果,配置所述问卷者对应的再次问卷调查表。
