- 一种吸油烟机的面板开合结构,包括运动面板(1)、驱动装置(3)、以及与所述运动面板(1)相连接的曲块(2),所述驱动装置(3)包括一根能沿设定方向伸缩的驱动杆(31),所述曲块(2)铰接在安装面上,其特征在于,还包括一根连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)的一端固定连接在所述曲块(2)上,所述驱动杆(31)的端头连接在所述连接杆(4)上且能沿所述连接杆(4)往复滑动;当所述驱动杆(31)运动时能带动所述连接杆(4)和所述曲块(2)共同绕铰接点转动,进而驱动所述运动面板(1)关闭且在关闭过程中至少有一个阶段是关闭速度越来越慢。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述连接杆(4)为横截面呈C形的杆状结构,所述驱动杆(31)的端头处设置有滑块(32),所述滑块(32)设置在所述连接杆(4)的内凹腔中、且能沿所述连接杆(4)的延伸方向移动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,在所述滑块(32)上设置有滚珠。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述滑块(32)与所述驱动杆(31)的端头相铰接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述连接杆(4)为柱状结构,所述驱动杆(31)的端头处设置有套管(33),所述套管(33)套设在所述连接杆(4)的外周上且能沿所述连接杆(4)的延伸方向移动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,在所述套管(33)内设置有滚珠。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(3)为电机,所述驱动杆(31)为电机推杆。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(3)为齿轮、齿条机构,所述驱动杆(31)为与所述齿轮相啮合的所述齿条。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述曲块(2)上设置有限位平面(21),当所述运动面板(1)开启到最大位置时所述限位平面(21)贴合在所述安装面上。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述运动面板(1)关闭速度越来越慢的阶段是关闭过程的后程。
- 一种吸油烟机,包括集烟罩(5),在所述集烟罩(5)内部形成有集烟腔,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,所述运动面板(1)关闭时覆盖所述集烟腔。
