技术领域
本申请涉及吸油烟机技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸油烟机的面板开合结构以及包括该面板开合结构的吸油烟机。
背景技术
近吸式油烟机的面板有固定在集烟罩上的,也有面板可开合的。其中,面板可开合式的油烟机在面板开启时笼烟效果更好,能防止油烟逸散,提高烟机的吸油烟效果;当吸油烟机不工作时面板关闭,外表整洁美观,同时可防止公共烟道油烟倒灌。现有油烟机的面板开合结构主要是通过驱动装置带动连杆实现的,具体的,驱动装置(电机推杆)的端头连接在过渡连杆的一侧端头上,过渡连杆的另一侧端头铰接在曲块的第一铰接点上,曲块上的第二铰接点铰接在集烟罩的内侧,曲块上非第一铰接点、非第二铰接点的一处固定在开合式面板的内侧面上。驱动装置工作时带动过渡连杆摆动、过渡连杆带动曲块绕铰接点转动、曲块推动开合式面板开启或关闭。现有结构的缺陷包括:1、电机推杆、过渡连杆和曲块上第一铰接点和第二铰接点之间的结构相当于依次连接的三个杆状结构,行程的准确性差,导致面板难以精确达到开启位置或关闭位置,难以达到最佳的笼烟效果或防油烟倒灌的效果;2、对面板的开合速度没有合理的设计,尤其是在面板关闭时速度过快有可能会夹到使用者的手指。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的在于提出一种运动面板位置准确且不会夹到使用者的手的吸油烟机的面板开合结构。
本申请的另一个目的在于提出一种使用安全的吸油烟机。
为达此目的,一方面,本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种吸油烟机的面板开合结构,包括运动面板、驱动装置、以及与所述运动面板相连接的曲块,所述驱动装置包括一根能沿设定方向伸缩的驱动杆,所述曲块铰接在安装面上,还包括一根连接杆,所述连接杆的一端固定连接在所述曲块上,所述驱动杆的端头连接在所述连接杆上且能沿所述连接杆往复滑动;当所述驱动杆运动时能带动所述连接杆和所述曲块共 同绕铰接点转动,进而驱动所述运动面板关闭且在关闭过程中至少有一个阶段是关闭速度越来越慢。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本申请的技术方案。
优选实施例:
本优选实施例公开一种吸油烟机的面板开合结构以及包括该面板开合结构的吸油烟机。如图1所示,该吸油烟机包括集烟罩5、风机系统和面板开合结构,在集烟罩5内部形成有集烟腔,运动面板1关闭时覆盖在集烟腔上。优选的,运动面板1通过一块或两块曲块2铰接在集烟罩5的内侧面上,运动面板1能绕铰接点旋转开启形成进风口,用于吸排油烟。曲块2的具体形状不限,可以是C形、T形以及类似的形状,能在被铰接的情况下支撑运动面板1运动、且在其自身运动的过程中能避开与集烟罩5等结构之间的干涉即可。
其中,如图2至图8所示,吸油烟机的面板开合结构包括运动面板1、驱动装置3、以及与运动面板1相连接的曲块2,驱动装置3包括一根能沿设定方向伸缩的驱动杆31,曲块2铰接在安装面(任何能用于铰接曲块2的结构都可以为安装面,例如集烟罩5)上;还包括一根连接杆4,连接杆4的一端固定连接在曲块2上,驱动杆31的端头连接在连接杆4上且能沿连接杆4往复滑动。当驱动杆31运动时能带动连接杆4和曲块2共同绕铰接点转动,进而驱动运动面板1关闭且在关闭过程中至少有一个阶段是关闭速度越来越慢,该阶段可以是关闭过程的前程、中程和/或后程,优选为后程,防夹手效果好。对运动面板1的开启速度不做限定,优选的是在开启过程中至少有一个阶段是开启速度越来越快。其中,驱动杆31的“运动”包括但不限于驱动杆31沿直线方向的伸出和缩回、以及绕其根部的摆动,本实施例中以直线伸出为例进行说明。
在本实施例中,当驱动杆31伸出时能驱动运动面板1关闭且关闭速度越来越慢,当连接杆4与驱动杆31相平行时运动面板1的关闭速度达到最慢;同理,当驱动杆31缩回时能带动连接杆4和曲块2共同绕铰接点转动,进而驱动运动面板1开启且开启速度越来越快,当连接杆4与驱动杆31相垂直时运动面板1的开启速度达到最快。
连接杆4与曲块2相固定,所以驱动装置3通过驱动杆31、以及连接杆4与曲块2的整 体结构来驱动运动面板1的开合,简化了结构,各零部件的行程和静止位置都能精确地达到设计要求,保证运动面板1开合准确到位。
驱动杆31、从连接杆4上与驱动杆31相连接的位置处至曲块2上的铰接点位置处、以及驱动装置3与曲块2的铰接点之间近似形成了一个三角形,驱动杆31的长度(是指整根驱动杆暴露在驱动装置3之外的长度)是可变的,驱动杆31的端头在连接杆4上移动导致从连接杆4上与驱动杆31相连接的位置处至曲块2上的铰接点位置处的长度是可变的,于是驱动杆31和连接杆4之间的夹角是可变的,所以当驱动杆31伸出时连接杆4绕曲块2上铰接点摆动幅度越来越小,于是运动面板1关闭的速度越来越慢,保证不会夹到使用者的手;同理,当驱动杆31缩回时连接杆4绕曲块2上铰接点摆动幅度越来越大,于是运动面板1开启的速度越来越快,节省运动面板1位置调节的时间。
连接杆4和曲块2可以是先形成两个独立的结构,然后将两者固定连接在一起;也可以是将连接杆4和曲块2一体成型。
连接杆4和运动面板1之间的相对位置关系不具体限定,只要连接杆4和运动面板1之间呈0°至90°夹角即能实现运动面板1的快开慢合。当驱动杆31伸出时连接杆4绕曲块2上铰接点摆动幅度越来越小、运动面板1关闭的速度越来越慢,此时从连接杆4上与驱动杆31相连接的位置处至曲块2上的铰接点位置处之间的距离越来越长,所以驱动杆31端头在曲块2的铰接点上形成的力矩越来越大,所以运动面板1关闭得足够紧密,防止运动面板1相对于集烟罩5发生晃动。
连接杆4的具体结构不限,如图4和图5所示,第一种结构:连接杆4为横截面呈C形的杆状结构,驱动杆31的端头处设置有滑块32,滑块32设置在连接杆4的内凹腔中、且能沿连接杆4的延伸方向移动。为了减少摩擦阻力、减少磨损、延长使用寿命,在滑块32上设置有滚珠,具体的,滚珠位于滑块32的外侧且位于连接杆4内凹腔的内侧壁上。
滑块32与驱动杆31的端头可以相铰接,保证滑块32在沿连接杆4运动的同时能绕驱动杆31的端头转动,避免驱动杆31与连接杆4之间卡死、导致滑块32无法沿连接杆4移动;滑块32与驱动杆31的端头也可以采取固定结构,此时滑块32可以设计成球状,当驱动杆31的长度发生变化时滑块32在连接杆4的内凹腔中调整姿势以保证驱动杆31与连接杆4之间不会卡死。
如图6和图8所示,第二种结构:连接杆4为柱状结构,驱动杆31的端头处设置有套管33,套管33套设在连接杆4的外周上且能沿连接杆4的延伸方向移动;在套管33内设置有滚珠,滑动时套管33受到的阻力小。这一结构中连接杆4和套管33的加工工艺都较为简单,加工成本低,保证整机的加工成本低,使用效果良好。
在上述结构的基础上,驱动装置3不做具体限定。驱动装置3可以为电机,驱动杆31为 电机推杆,电机推杆能作直线运动,以驱动连接杆4绕曲块2上的铰接点摆动,进而带动运动面板1开合。
驱动装置3也可以为齿轮、齿条机构,驱动杆31为与齿轮相啮合的齿条,随着齿轮的转动齿条可以伸缩,实现与电机推杆相同的运动状态。
在上述结构的基础上,曲块2上设置有限位平面21,当运动面板1开启到最大位置时限位平面21贴合在安装面上。限位平面21对运动面板1能起到限位的作用,保证运动面板1开启位置具有很高的精确度,笼烟效果好。
曲块2和驱动装置3的具体安装位置不限,优选的,曲块2铰接在集烟罩5的内侧面上或铰接在固定面板6的内侧面上,驱动装置3通过底脚34固定安装在集烟罩5的内侧面上或铰接在固定面板6的内侧面上,具体位置根据整机的结构和使用需求而定。其中,固定面板6是与运动面板1相邻设置的一块或两块面板结构。
注意,上述仅为本申请的较佳实施例及所运用的技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本申请不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本申请的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本申请进行了较为详细的说明,但是本申请不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本申请构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本申请的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种吸油烟机的面板开合结构,包括运动面板(1)、驱动装置(3)、以及与所述运动面板(1)相连接的曲块(2),所述驱动装置(3)包括一根能沿设定方向伸缩的驱动杆(31),所述曲块(2)铰接在安装面上,其特征在于,还包括一根连接杆(4),所述连接杆(4)的一端固定连接在所述曲块(2)上,所述驱动杆(31)的端头连接在所述连接杆(4)上且能沿所述连接杆(4)往复滑动;当所述驱动杆(31)运动时能带动所述连接杆(4)和所述曲块(2)共同绕铰接点转动,进而驱动所述运动面板(1)关闭且在关闭过程中至少有一个阶段是关闭速度越来越慢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述连接杆(4)为横截面呈C形的杆状结构,所述驱动杆(31)的端头处设置有滑块(32),所述滑块(32)设置在所述连接杆(4)的内凹腔中、且能沿所述连接杆(4)的延伸方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,在所述滑块(32)上设置有滚珠。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述滑块(32)与所述驱动杆(31)的端头相铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述连接杆(4)为柱状结构,所述驱动杆(31)的端头处设置有套管(33),所述套管(33)套设在所述连接杆(4)的外周上且能沿所述连接杆(4)的延伸方向移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,在所述套管(33)内设置有滚珠。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(3)为电机,所述驱动杆(31)为电机推杆。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(3)为齿轮、齿条机构,所述驱动杆(31)为与所述齿轮相啮合的所述齿条。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述曲块(2)上设置有限位平面(21),当所述运动面板(1)开启到最大位置时所述限位平面(21)贴合在所述安装面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,其特征在于,所述运动面板(1)关闭速度越来越慢的阶段是关闭过程的后程。
  11. 一种吸油烟机,包括集烟罩(5),在所述集烟罩(5)内部形成有集烟腔,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的吸油烟机的面板开合结构,所述运动面板(1)关闭时覆盖所述集烟腔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸油烟机,其特征在于,所述吸油烟机还包括固定面板(6),所述固定面板(6)和所述运动面板(1)相邻设置;所述曲块(2)铰接在所述集烟罩(5)的内侧面上或铰接在所述固定面板(6)的内侧面上;和/或,所述驱动装置(3)固定安装在所述集烟罩(5)的内侧面上或铰接在所述固定面板(6)的内侧面上。
