Abstract
一种纺织烘干器,包括加热装置(2)和主体(9)。加热装置(2)设置于主体(9)的顶部,主体(9)的底部设置有滑轮支架a(8),主体(9)的一侧内壁上设置有滑轮支架b(82),滑轮支架a(8)和滑轮支架b(82)上均套有导线轮(7)。主体(9)的另一侧内壁上设置有进线架(1),滑轮支架b(82)的下方设置有出线架(6),主体(9)的顶部设置有温度测量器(3)。温度测量器(3)的一侧设置有报警灯(4)。温度测量器(3)与报警灯(4)通过信号传感装置(10)连接。加热装置(2)下方设置有烘干风扇(5)。主体(9)的一侧内壁设有除湿装置(11),除湿装置(11)位于进线架(1)的下方。该纺织烘干器结构稳定、实用性强并且能耗相对较低。
Description
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种高效率纺织烘干器。
纺织烘干设备就是把天然纤维或化学纤维加工成为纺织线然后进行烘干的机械设备,由于把棉、麻、丝、毛等不同的纤维加工成纺织品所需要的工序不尽相同,有的完全不同,所以需要的机器也各式各样,种类繁多。现有的各种纺织设备,已经能够高效方便地生产出各种符合人们需要的纺织品,众所周知,在纺织物生产中纺织烘箱是必不可少的生产设备之一,纺织烘干箱的好坏直接影响了纺织品质量的好坏,现有的各种纺织烘干设备,已经能够方便地生产出各种符合人们需要的纺织线,但是在纺织线的烘干过程中往往会出现温度失控且不够高效,这些缺点的存在严重影响了纺织产品的质量,从而降低了购买者的购买欲望。而现有的纺织设备大多不具备这种对温度的显示检测功能,也就不能及时地调整以避免温度失控的反复出现,因此不能满足纺织线生产现况的需求,并且现有的烘干设备往往功耗很大且效果不足。
现有的各种纺织烘干设备,在纺织线的烘干过程中往往会出现温度失控且不够高效,这些缺点的存在严重影响了纺织产品的质量,从而降低了购买者的购买欲望。而现有的纺织设备大多不具备这种对温度的显示检测功能,也就不能及时地调整以避免温度失控的反复出现,因此不能满足纺织线生产现况的需求,并且现有的烘干设备往往功耗很大且效果不足。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效率纺织烘干器,包括加热装置和主体,所述加热装置设置于所述主体顶部,所述主体的底部设置有滑轮支架a,所述主体的一侧内壁上设置有滑轮支架b,所述滑轮支架a和滑轮支架b上均套有导线轮,所述主体的另一侧内壁上设置有进线架,所述滑轮支架b的下方设置有出线架,所述主体的顶部设置有温度测量器,所述温度测量器的一侧设置有报警灯,所述温度测量器与所述报警灯通过信号传感装置连接,所述加热装置的下方设置有烘干风扇,所述主体一侧内壁设有除湿装置,所述除湿装置位于所述进线架的下方。
优选的,所述滑轮支架为矩形支架。
优选的,所述除湿装置表面设置有若干进气孔。
优选的,所述主体内部设置有保温层。
该高效率纺织烘干器,结构稳定,实用性很强,加热装置设置用于加热壳体内部,以便给经过的纺织线烘干,两个导线轮的设置,可以增加纺织线在壳体内部的长度,保证一次工作可以烘干更多的物料,更加的高效,增加烘干效果,主体内部设置有除湿装置能进一步的对大分子水汽进行干燥,主体上设有烘干风扇,更加高效便捷的烘干纺织线,十分合理,提高烘干效果,并且主体上设有温度测量设备以及报警设备,一旦烘干温度过高,通过温度测量设备收集温度信号,继而通过温度传感装置将温度信号传至报警设备,报警设备发出警报,装置则会自动断电,所以烘干器不会因为温度过高而烧毁纺织线,并且此烘干设备耗能相对较低,工作效率高,成本小,实用性高,适合工厂批量生产。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效率纺织烘干器,包括加热装置2和主体9,加热装置2设置于所述主体9顶部,主体9的底部设置有滑轮支架a8,主体9的一侧内壁上设置有滑轮支架b82,滑轮支架a8和滑轮支架b82上均套有导线轮7,主体9的另一侧内壁上设置有进线架1,滑轮支架b82的下方设置有出线架6,主体9的顶部设置有温度测量器3,温度测量器3的一侧设置有报警灯4,温度测量器3与所述报警灯4通过信号传感装置10连接,加热装置2的下方设置有烘干风扇5,主体9一侧内壁设有除湿装置11,除湿装置11位于所述进线架1的下方,滑轮支架8为矩形支架,除湿装置11表面设置有若干进气孔,主体9内部设有保温层12。
工作原理:首先接通电源,检查整个装置正常运行后,烘干器内部除湿装置11开始对装置内部器件进行除湿,除湿装置11通过表面设置的若干进气孔实现除湿装置11与主体9内部的气体交换,从而达到除湿效果,然后首先纺织线通过进线架1,然后进入主体9,在导线轮7的转动下不断前进,当纺织线经过加热装置2下进行第一次烘干,由于加热装置2上方设置有温度测量器3,且温度测量器3一侧通过信号传感装置连接有报警灯4,所以一旦出现温度过高,温度出现失控,则温度测量器3检测到温度过高,继而通过信号传感装置10将信号传递至报警灯4,则报警灯4将会报警闪烁红灯,那么机器将会自动停止正在运行项目,则烘干器实现自动断电,如果没有出现报警情况,那么纺织线将会继续前进通过导线轮7的转动来到烘干风扇5的周围,烘干风扇5推送一定温度的热风将纺织线进行风干,然后使纺织线通过出线架6继续运行出去,实现烘干纺织线的持续进行,通过装置内部设置的保温层12,保证装置恒温,利于物料加工。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

- 一种高效率纺织烘干器,包括加热装置(2)和主体(9),所述加热装置(2)设置于所述主体(9)顶部,其特征在于:所述主体(9)的底部设置有滑轮支架a(8),所述主体(9)的一侧内壁上设置有滑轮支架b(82),所述滑轮支架a(8)和滑轮支架b(82)上均套有导线轮(7),所述主体(9)的另一侧内壁上设置有进线架(1),所述滑轮支架b(82)的下方设置有出线架(6),所述主体(9)的顶部设置有温度测量器(3),所述温度测量器(3)的一侧设置有报警灯(4),所述温度测量器(3)与所述报警灯(4)通过信号传感装置(10)连接,所述加热装置(2)的下方设置有烘干风扇(5),所述主体(9)一侧内壁设有除湿装置(11),所述除湿装置(11)位于所述进线架(1)的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效率纺织烘干器,其特征在于:所述滑轮支架(8)为矩形支架。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效率纺织烘干器,其特征在于:所述除湿装置(11)表面设置有若干进气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效率纺织烘干器,其特征在于:所述主体(9)内部设置有保温层(12)。
