Description
本发明涉及一种对宠物身上的毛发进行梳理和清洁的吸尘器吸嘴,以及包含该吸尘器吸嘴的吸尘器具。
猫狗等宠物身上的散毛容易脱落,在脱落的毛发散落地面之前把它从宠物身上梳下来,可以有效防止这些毛发污染家居环境。
现有技术中CN203827853U伟克斯公开了一种跟吸尘器配套使用的吸尘器吸嘴,该吸尘器吸嘴的梳齿可以将宠物身上的散毛梳离,然后将梳齿转向中空把手让吸入气流将挂在梳齿上的毛发剥离并吸入吸尘器的集尘机构。试验发现,这种结构的吸尘器吸嘴与交流吸尘器配合使用时,梳毛与吸毛效果都很好,但是交流吸尘器一般都有比较大的噪音,有些猫狗会对此害怕并逃走,导致无法对它们进行梳理。
如果将这种结构的吸尘器吸嘴与可充电且噪音低的直流吸尘器配合使用时,虽然声音不容易惊吓到猫狗,猫狗能保持安静接受梳理,但这种充电式吸尘器的吸力比较弱,噪音越低吸力就越弱,梳齿带着毛发转到吸毛位置以后,挂在梳齿上的毛发难以顺利被吸走,会再次跟随梳齿摆回梳理位置,无法起到防止散毛污染环境的作用。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而进行的,目的在于提供一种保证低噪音低吸力的充电吸尘器能将挂在梳齿上的毛发顺利吸走的吸尘器吸嘴以及吸尘器具。
本发明为了达到以上的目的,采用了以下结构:

发明的作用与效果
根据本发明所涉及的吸尘器吸嘴以及吸尘器具,因为具有可转动地安装在前端部的内壁上且能围绕第一轴线转动的梳理构件,以及可转动地安装在前端部的内壁上且能围绕第二轴线转动的刮毛组件,且第一轴线与第二轴线平行,第二轴线位于第一轴线和中空把手之间,每个梳齿具有在梳理位置时远离中空把手的上游表面和靠近中空把手的下游表面,刮毛框经过的上游表面都位于第一平面中,刮毛框经过的下游表面都位于第二平面中,第一平面和第二平面平行,所以,即使当梳理构件远离中空把手向外伸展用于梳理宠物毛发时,梳齿部位受到的吸力比较小,本发明的吸尘器吸嘴以及吸尘器具依然可以吸引从宠物身上脱离的毛发防止它飘落,并且较小的吸力也会提高宠物的舒适感。此外,刮毛组件的刮毛框套设在梳理构件上,当梳齿上布满散毛之后,驱动组件能将梳齿转向中空把手,同时刮毛框跟随梳齿的转动从远离梳齿齿尖的位置滑动到靠近梳齿齿尖的位置,在滑动过程中,刮毛框同时贴紧梳齿的上游表面和下游表面,将挂在梳齿上的毛发推到齿尖,使得毛发与梳齿不再紧密接触并靠近中空把手受到更强的吸力,更加顺利地被吸入气流吸走。

如图1、图2、图3所示,吸尘器吸嘴10包括本体11、梳理构件12、刮毛组件13以及驱动组件14。
本体11包含上盖20、中盖21和下盖22,下盖22与中空把手23一体成型。中空把手23用于跟吸尘器的通风管道连通。中盖21将本体11分为隔绝腔体和将气流引入中空把手的引风道。上盖20和下盖22的左右侧壁围成前端部15,该前端部15具有向下的吸入开口。

驱动组件14用于驱使梳理构件12在对宠物毛发进行梳理的梳理位置和吸除挂在梳齿上的宠物毛发的吸毛位置之间运动。梳理构件12在梳理位置时,梳齿向外伸展以便对宠物毛发进行梳理。梳理构件12在吸毛位置时,梳齿指向中空把手23以便吸除挂在梳齿上的宠物毛发。驱动组件14具有设置在本体上且靠近中空把手的激发元件24、与该激发元件24连接并与吸入气流隔离的传动元件27以及位于该传动元件27前端且与该传动元件27连接的驱动齿42,驱动齿42为驱动元件。如图1、图3和图6所示,上盖20的顶部设有激发元件24,主体11内部设有传动元件27和驱动齿42,激发元件24能通过传动元件27和驱动齿42使得梳理构件12在梳理位置和吸毛位置之间转动。
如图3和图6所示,中盖21位于下盖22的上部,与下盖22通过卡扣结合在一起,中盖21的前边缘30与下盖22的前边缘31以及腔体的侧壁围成风门32,位于风门32后方的中盖21与下盖22紧密结合围成引风道,吸入气流从风门32经过引风道到达中空把手23,再通过中空把手23与吸尘器的通风集尘管直接或者间接连通。除了风门32和中空把手23以外,引风道周围的其它地方都不漏气,使得吸入气流只能从风门32进入。
如图3和图6所示,中盖21上部设有两个卡钩33,下盖22上部也设有两个卡钩34,上盖20的下部设有与它们分别对应的四个凹槽、上盖20、中盖21和下盖22通过这四个卡钩和四个凹槽紧密结合,在上盖20和中盖21之间形成密闭的隔绝腔体。下盖22的下部的两侧还设有两个螺丝孔35,通过中盖21贯穿到上盖20内侧,使得两颗长螺丝能分别贯穿下盖22和中盖21到达上盖20,将下盖22,中盖21和上盖20锁紧在一起。
上盖20设有通孔36,通孔36的上方设有激发元件24,通孔36的下方的隔绝腔体内部设有传动杆37,传动杆37和激发元件24通过螺丝和卡扣固定在一起并能在通孔36内部前后滑动。传动杆37内部设有长条形通孔38,该通孔38套在上盖20内部的一个挡块39周围,通孔38的后部靠近激发元件24,通孔38的前部靠近风门32,挡块39靠近通孔38的前部,挡块39与通孔38后部的内壁之间装有弹簧40,当激发元件24受到外力推动而前进时,激发元件24带动传动杆37向前运动,传动杆37将弹簧40向挡块39压缩。当激发元件24上的外力松开之后,弹簧40推动传动杆37复位,传动杆37又带动激发元件24复位。激发元件24的底面和传动杆37的侧面轮廓形状平直,激发元件24和传动杆37分别沿平直的路线往复运动。
如图3所示,传动杆37的前端设有齿条,齿条上设有多个驱动齿42。
激发元件24位于中空把手23的中轴线上,传动杆37从激发元件24向中盖21的前边缘30的中部延伸。在中盖21的前边缘的前方,下盖22的前部设有左右两个安装臂,右安装臂43内部设有腔体,传动杆37的第一部分在中盖上方的隔绝腔体内从激发元件21向中盖21的前边缘30的中部延伸,传动杆37的第二部分在中盖上方的隔绝腔
体内从中盖21的前边缘30的中部向右边侧壁延伸,传动杆37的第三部分在右安装臂43内部的腔体内向前延伸。右安装臂43内部腔体的前部设有右通孔51,右通孔51内部设有齿轮45,齿轮45位于传动圆台46的外围,齿轮45的内孔跟传动圆台46外围通过筋槽结构啮合,齿轮45跟传动杆37上的驱动齿42啮合。传动杆37的第三部分位于右安装臂43内部的腔体内,传动杆37的第一部分位于中盖上方的隔绝腔体内,位于中盖前边缘的后部,第一部分和第三部分之间的垂直距离大于零。当激发元件24被外力驱动之后能驱使传动杆37前进,当外力从激发元件24上撤销之后,弹簧40会驱使传动杆37后退复位。传动杆37的第三部分和传动杆37的第一部分的进退轨迹相互平行,并且两个进退轨迹之间的垂直距离大于零。当激发元件24前进和后退时,能带动传动杆37前进和后退,通过位于传动杆37前方的驱动齿42驱使齿轮45分别向前和向后转动。
当梳理构件12位于梳理位置时,梳齿26从吸入开口向远离中空把手23的方向伸展,刮毛框29远离梳齿26。
在梳理构件12围绕第一轴线X1从梳理位置向吸毛位置转动过程中,梳理构件12驱使刮毛框29和连接构件围绕第二轴线X2转动,并驱使刮毛框29沿梳理构件12从靠近支撑架25的位置向齿尖滑动,当梳理构件12位于吸毛位置时,梳齿26的齿尖指向中空把手23,刮毛框29靠近齿尖,刮毛框29上的任意一点在梳理位置和吸毛位置之间连线的中垂线与第二轴线相交。
每个梳齿26具有在梳理位置时远离中空把手23的上游表面和靠近中空把手的下游表面。所有的梳齿相互平行,在梳理构件从梳理位置向吸毛位置转动并复位的过程中,刮毛框29经过的上游表面都位于第一平面P1中,刮毛框29经过的下游表面都位于第二平面P2中,第一平面P1和第二平面P2也基本平行。
如图4所示,当梳理构件处于梳理位置时,刮毛框29含有远离中空把手23的前刮板57和靠近中空把手23的后刮板58,前刮板57的内壁贴紧梳齿26的上游表面P1,后刮板58的内壁贴紧梳齿26的下游表面P2。
前刮板57具有靠近支撑架的前刮板内侧上边缘,后刮板58具有靠近支撑架的后刮板内侧上边缘。前刮板内侧上边缘和后刮板内侧上边缘之间的距离构成刮毛框顶部间隙,前刮板57具有靠近齿尖的前刮板内侧下边缘,后刮板58具有靠近齿尖的后刮板内侧下边缘,前刮板内侧下边缘和后刮板内侧下边缘之间的距离构成刮毛框底部间隙。刮毛框顶部间隙大于刮毛框架底部间隙。
如图3和图4所示,传动圆台46装在右安装臂43内部的圆形的右通孔51内并能在右通孔51内部前后转动,传动圆台46面向左安装臂44的一侧凹陷并设有定位筋47,定位筋47能跟梳理构件12支撑架25右侧的定位槽啮合。左安装臂44内部设有腔体,该腔体面向右安装臂43开有圆形的左通孔52,左通孔52内部设有定位圆台50,左安装臂44内部的腔体内设有弹簧49,弹簧49右侧与定位圆台50的左侧抵接,弹簧49左侧与左安装臂44的内壁抵接,弹簧49的轴线从左安装臂44指向右安装臂43。定位圆台50的右侧设有圆形凹坑,凹坑表面光滑,当梳理构件12支撑架25的左侧与定位圆台50的右表面抵接并向左挤压时,弹簧49被压缩,定位圆台50向左移动,使得支
撑架25右侧能对准传动圆台46的左侧,支撑架25右侧的定位槽能与传动圆台46左侧的定位筋47对准,此时撤销外力,左安装臂44内部的弹簧49能推动定位圆台50向右安装臂43运动,将梳理构件12支撑架25上的定位槽与右安装臂43内的传动圆台46左侧的定位筋47压紧啮合,支撑架25的左侧落在定位圆台50右侧的圆形凹坑里,使得梳理构件12悬挂在左右安装臂43之间。当激发元件24受到外力,通过传动杆37使得位于右安装臂43内部的驱动齿42带动齿轮45向前转动时,传动圆台46上的定位筋47跟随齿轮45向前转动,同时驱使梳理构件12的支撑架25上的定位槽同步转动,进而带动梳理构件12从梳理位置向中空把手23转动,最终到达吸毛位置。当激发元件24上的外力撤销时,弹簧40驱使传动杆37后退,传动杆37带动驱动齿42后退,驱动齿42带动齿轮45向后转动,进而带动梳理构件12从吸毛位置向前转动,最终到达梳理位置。此时吸入气流会将梳齿26上夹带的毛发吸进风门32,并通过引风道和中空把手23进入吸尘器。
如图3和图4所示,在右安装臂43的右通孔51和中空把手23之间设有右安装孔71,与刮毛组件13的右安装脚53结合,在左安装臂44的左通孔52和中空把手23之间设有左安装孔,与刮毛组件13的左安装脚54结合。左安装脚54和右安装脚53分别能在左安装孔和右安装孔中转动,并且左安装脚54和右安装脚53的转动轴线同轴,都是围绕第二转轴X2转动。第二转轴X2与梳理构件12所围绕的第一转轴X1平行,并且第一转轴X1和第二转轴X2之间的垂直距离不等于零。
刮毛框29环绕在梳齿26周围,并能跟随梳齿26在梳理位置和吸毛位置之间转动。当梳齿26处于梳理位置时,刮毛框29靠近支撑架25。当梳齿26从梳理位置向吸毛位置转动时,刮毛框29从靠近支撑架25的位置向梳齿的齿尖滑动,在此过程中将挂在梳齿上的毛发推向齿尖靠近风门32,使得这些毛发承受更强的吸力进而被吸走。
对于刮毛框29上的任意一点A,当刮毛框29位于梳理位置时,A点位于A1位置,当刮毛框29位于吸毛位置时,A点位于A2位置,A1和A2两点连线的中垂线与第二转轴X2相交。
梳理位置是指梳齿从前端部向远离中空把手23的方向伸展的位置。吸毛位置是指梳齿从前端部指向中空把手23的位置,此时梳齿的齿尖位于风门32前方,可以指向风门32内部,也可以指向风门32下方,只要是刮毛组件13能将梳齿上的毛发推到梳齿尖端,使得毛发能被吸入风门32,那么,梳齿所处位置就是吸毛位置。
如图4所示,前刮板57内壁上具有靠近支撑架25的前刮板内侧上边缘59,后刮板58内壁上具有靠近支撑架25的后刮板内侧上边缘60,前刮板内侧上边缘59和后刮板内侧上边缘60之间的距离构成刮毛框29顶部间隙。前刮板57内壁上具有靠近齿尖的前刮板内侧下边缘61,后刮板58内壁上具有靠近齿尖的后刮板内侧下边缘62,前刮板内侧下边缘61和后刮板内侧下边缘62之间的距离构成刮毛框29底部间隙。刮毛框29顶部间隙可以等于刮毛框29底部间隙,也可以大于刮毛框29底部间隙。当刮毛框29顶部间隙等于刮毛框29底部间隙时,刮毛框29与上游表面和下游表面的配合间隙要稍微放大一些,否则,在从梳理位置往吸毛位置转动的过程中,梳齿和刮毛框29之间的摩擦力可能会很大,导致梳理构件12卡死无法转动。当刮毛框29顶部间隙大于刮毛框
29底部间隙时,刮毛框29底部与上游表面和下游表面的配合间隙可以做到很小,图示实施例中这个配合间隙是0.2mm,也可以设计为零甚至于小于零,因为可以采用塑料刮毛框29,利用塑料件的弹性使得刮毛框29与梳齿紧密接触,更容易推动挂在梳齿上的毛发沿着梳齿26伸展方向往齿尖运动,使这些毛发从远离风门32吸力较弱的地方移动到靠近风门32的齿尖,承受更强的吸力,因此更容易被吸进风门32进而进入吸尘器。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示的第一实施例中激发元件24和传动杆37的运动轨迹都是平面。
<实施例二>
在本实施例二中,和实施例一中相同的结构使用相同的符号。
图8为本发明在实施例二中的吸尘器吸嘴的俯视图;图9为图8所示吸尘器吸嘴的B-B剖视图,其中梳理构件向外伸展,处于梳理位置;图10为图8所示吸尘器吸嘴的B-B剖视图,其中梳理构件指向把手,处于吸毛位置。
如图8、图9和图10所示,激发元件24的底面63和传动杆37的底面64都是弯曲形状,激发元件24和传动杆37沿弧形轨迹前进和后退。当梳理构件12处于梳理位置时,梳齿的齿尖与中空把手23的垂直距离H1更大,握持中空把手23的手掌在梳理过程中就更不容易碰到宠物的身体。
<变形例>
在本变形例中,和上述实施例一中相同的结构使用相同的符号。
图11为本发明的变形例中的梳理构件的分解视图。
实施例一中采用的是针梳,这种针梳的梳齿26为梳针,梳针比较长,能深入宠物毛层,充分按摩宠物身体,并能将宠物毛发理顺,但针梳的梳齿也比较光滑,去除散毛的效果不够好。如图11所示,作为变形例,也可以采用平板型梳子66,梳子包含梳齿和基座67,基座67的一端固定在支撑架65上,远离支撑架65的一端设有多个梳齿,梳齿向远离基座67和远离支撑架65的方向伸展,梳齿尖端距离基座的高度不超过5毫米。当梳理构件处于梳理位置时,不同梳齿位于吸入气流上游的上游表面位于第一平面P3内,不同梳齿位于吸入气流下游的下游表面位于第二平面P4内,P3和P4相互平行,基座67上位于两个相邻梳齿之间的平面构成齿根面68,齿根面68跟P3和P4分别垂直,跟梳齿从基座向外伸展的方向也垂直。这种结构中,因为梳齿高度不超过5毫米,梳齿只能在宠物毛层表面运动,只能跟已经浮现在毛层表面的散毛充分接触,对植根于宠物毛囊中的健康毛发不会产生很大的拉力,故而,在这种平板型梳子中,梳齿表面的粗糙度可以做得比较大,以便更容易地将散毛从宠物毛层梳走。
对于平板梳子,当梳理构件12转到吸毛位置时,刮毛框29的下边缘从靠近支撑架25的位置越过齿根面68,封闭齿根面68和齿尖之间的一部分空隙,基座67与风门32之间的过气面积减小,经过齿尖的气流速度加大,挂在梳齿上的毛发被刮毛框推到齿尖之后再受到更强的吸力,因此更容易被吸走。
实施例的作用与效果
根据本实施例所涉及的吸尘器吸嘴以及吸尘器具,因为具有可转动地安装在前端部的内壁上且能围绕第一轴线转动的梳理构件,以及可转动地安装在前端部的内壁上且能围绕第二轴线转动的刮毛组件,且第一轴线与第二轴线平行,第一轴线和第二轴线之间的垂直距离大于零,第二轴线位于第一轴线和中空把手之间,每个梳齿具有在梳理位置时远离中空把手的上游表面和靠近中空把手的下游表面,刮毛框经过的上游表面都位于第一平面中,刮毛框经过的下游表面都位于第二平面中,第一平面和第二平面平行,所以,即使当梳理构件远离中空把手向外伸展用于梳理宠物毛发时,梳齿部位受到的吸力比较小,本实施例的吸尘器吸嘴以及吸尘器具依然可以吸引从宠物身上脱离的毛发防止它飘落,并且较小的吸力也会提高宠物的舒适感。此外,刮毛组件的刮毛框套设在梳理构件上,当梳齿上布满散毛之后,驱动组件能将梳齿转到吸入开口,同时刮毛框跟随梳齿的转动从远离梳齿齿尖的位置滑动到靠近梳齿齿尖的位置,在滑动过程中,刮毛框同时贴紧梳齿的上游表面和下游表面,将挂在梳齿上的毛发推到齿尖,使得毛发与梳齿不再紧密接触并靠近吸入开口受到更强的吸力,更加顺利地被吸入气流吸走。
上述实施例中,激发元件都是推钮形式,位于中空把手的上方。也可以用扳机或者拉钩形式,位于中空把手的下方。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选案例,并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种吸尘器吸嘴,与吸尘器的通风管道连通,用于梳理宠物毛发,其特征在于,包含:本体,具有与所述通风管道相连通的中空把手以及位于该中空把手前端的前端部,该前端部具有向下的吸入开口;梳理构件,具有可转动地安装在所述前端部的内壁上且能围绕第一轴线转动的支撑架和多个梳齿,所述多个梳齿相互平行,每个所述梳齿的齿尖向远离所述支撑架的方向伸展;刮毛组件,包含可转动地安装在所述前端部的内壁上且能围绕第二轴线转动的连接构件以及与该连接构件连接且套设在所述梳理构件上的刮毛框,所述刮毛框能在所述梳齿的齿尖和所述支撑架之间滑动;以及驱动组件,用于驱使所述梳理构件在梳齿向外伸展以便对所述宠物毛发进行梳理的梳理位置和梳齿指向所述中空把手以便吸除挂在所述梳齿上的宠物毛发的吸毛位置之间运动,具有设置在所述本体上且靠近所述中空把手的激发元件、与该激发元件连接并与吸入气流隔离的传动元件以及位于该传动元件前端且与该传动元件连接的驱动元件,其中,所述第一轴线与所述第二轴线平行,所述第二轴线位于所述第一轴线和所述中空把手之间,当所述梳理构件位于所述梳理位置时,所述梳齿从所述吸入开口向远离所述中空把手的方向伸展,所述刮毛框远离所述齿尖,在所述梳理构件围绕所述第一轴线从所述梳理位置向所述吸毛位置转动过程中,所述梳理构件驱使所述刮毛框和所述连接构件围绕所述第二轴线转动,并且所述刮毛框沿所述梳理构件从靠近所述支撑架的位置向所述齿尖滑动,当所述梳理构件位于所述吸毛位置时,所述梳齿的齿尖指向所述中空把手,所述刮毛框靠近所述齿尖,所述刮毛框上的任意一点在所述梳理位置和所述吸毛位置之间连线的中垂线与所述第二轴线相交,每个所述梳齿具有在梳理位置时远离所述中空把手的上游表面和靠近所述中空把手的下游表面,所述刮毛框经过的所述上游表面位于第一平面中,所述刮毛框经过的所述下游表面位于第二平面中,所述第一平面和所述第二平面平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器吸嘴,其特征在于:其中,所述刮毛框具有在梳理位置时远离所述中空把手的前刮板和在梳理位 置时靠近所述中空把手的后刮板,所述前刮板的内壁贴紧所述第一平面,所述后刮板的内壁贴紧所述第二平面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器吸嘴,其特征在于:其中,所述前刮板具有靠近所述支撑架的前刮板内侧上边缘,所述后刮板具有靠近所述支撑架的后刮板内侧上边缘,所述前刮板内侧上边缘和所述后刮板内侧上边缘之间的距离构成刮毛框顶部间隙,所述前刮板具有靠近所述齿尖的前刮板内侧下边缘,所述后刮板具有靠近所述齿尖的后刮板内侧下边缘,所述前刮板内侧下边缘和所述后刮板内侧下边缘之间的距离构成刮毛框底部间隙,所述刮毛框顶部间隙大于所述刮毛框架底部间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器吸嘴,其特征在于:其中,所述梳理构件为针梳,所述梳齿为梳针,多个相互独立且平行的所述梳针固定在所述支撑架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器吸嘴,其特征在于:其中,所述梳理构件为平底梳刀组件,所述平底梳刀组件包含支撑架以及设置在该支撑架上的平底梳刀,所述平底梳刀包含固定在支撑架上的基座和从所述基座向远离所述支撑架的方向伸展的多个梳齿,每个所述梳齿距离所述基座的高度不超过5mm,相邻两个所述梳齿和所述基座围成的齿根面与所述梳齿从所述支撑架向外伸展的方向垂直。
- 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的吸尘器吸嘴,其特征在于:其中,所述本体包含上盖、中盖和下盖,所述中盖将所述本体分为隔绝腔体和将气流引入所述中空把手的引风道,所述传动元件与吸入气流隔离,具有连接所述激发元件且向所述中盖的前边缘中部延伸的第一部分、从所述中盖的前边缘的一侧沿所述主体的侧壁向所述第一轴线延伸且连接所述驱动元件的第三部分以及连接所述第一部分和所述第三 部分的第二部分,所述第一部分以及所述第二部分位于所述隔绝腔体中,所述第三部分位于所述隔绝腔体之外,与吸入气流隔离,所述第一部分和所述第三部分的垂直距离大于零。
- 一种吸尘器具,其特征在于,包含:吸尘器本体,具有通风管道;以及吸尘器吸嘴,与所述通风管道连通,用于梳理宠物毛发,其中,所述吸尘器吸嘴为权利要求1到权利要求6中任意一项所述的吸尘器吸嘴。
