Soil covering material having structural layers in the form of sheet, comprises at least three structural layers namely at least one structural layer having a composition of sludge from pulp manufacturing process or pulp sludge from paper manufacturing process, and at least the other two layers having a composition of paper pulp (recycled pulp). And use of soil covering material having structural layers for covering soil and/or material floor used for planting young plants or plants.
