特許文献1は、プレバイオティクスを含む甘味料組成物を開示し、プレバイオティクスには、ムコ多糖、オリゴ糖、多糖、アミノ酸、ビタミン、栄養素前駆物質、タンパク質、およびこれらの組み合わせが含まれることが記載されている。しかし、該文献には上記プレバイオティクスが胃腸管内のビフィズス菌を増殖させることを実証する試験例は示されていない。
非特許文献1には、ビフィズス菌のアミノ酸要求性についての報告がされている。しかし、この報告は腸内よりも栄養豊富な培地を用いた純粋培養菌株の実験結果であり、下部消化管のような貧栄養で且つ腸内細菌叢のような複合系においては検討されていない。
オリゴ糖や水溶性食物繊維(例えば、イヌリン)のような多糖類は、胃や小腸で消化・吸収されにくく、大腸まで届いてビフィズス菌などの善玉菌の餌になることが知られている。(例えば、非特許文献2、非特許文献3参照)

本発明は、腸内のビフィズス菌の増殖を促進して、腸内環境を改善する食品の提供を課題とする。
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために、鋭意検討を行ったところ、後述の試験例1-1、1-2および2(ヒト糞便懸濁液での培養試験)の結果、さらに試験例3(ブタへの投与試験)の結果から、有効成分としてオリゴ糖(難消化性多糖類)およびアミノ酸を組み合わせて供給することによって、それぞれ単独で用いた場合に比べて、顕著に優れたビフィズス菌の増殖促進効果が得られることを見出した。
また本発明者らは、通常アミノ酸は空腸~回腸上部で吸収され、そのままではビフィズス菌の生息する下部消化管に届きにくいと考えられたが、アミノ酸を腸溶性組成物にすることで、下部消化管でオリゴ糖(難消化性多糖類)とアミノ酸を同時に存在させることができることを見出した。
本発明者らは、上記知見に基づき、さらに検討を行って本発明を完成させた。
また本発明者らは、通常アミノ酸は空腸~回腸上部で吸収され、そのままではビフィズス菌の生息する下部消化管に届きにくいと考えられたが、アミノ酸を腸溶性組成物にすることで、下部消化管でオリゴ糖(難消化性多糖類)とアミノ酸を同時に存在させることができることを見出した。
本発明者らは、上記知見に基づき、さらに検討を行って本発明を完成させた。
すなわち、本発明は、下記を提供する。
[1](1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる、腸内環境改善用食品。

本発明によれば、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)およびアミノ酸またはその塩を組み合わせて供給することによって、それぞれ単独で用いた場合に比べて、顕著に優れたビフィズス菌の増殖促進効果を有し、腸内環境を改善する機能を有する食品を提供することができる。
本発明によれば、アミノ酸またはその塩を腸溶性組成物として難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)と組み合わせて供給することで、ビフィズス菌が生息する下部消化管で難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)とアミノ酸またはその塩を同時に存在させることができ、腸内のビフィズス菌の増殖を促進することができる。
本発明によれば、アミノ酸またはその塩を腸溶性組成物として難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)と組み合わせて供給することで、ビフィズス菌が生息する下部消化管で難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)とアミノ酸またはその塩を同時に存在させることができ、腸内のビフィズス菌の増殖を促進することができる。
以下に、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明の腸内環境改善用食品は、(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる。
本発明の食品は、(1)および(2)を組み合わせて用いる、(1)および(2)の併用食品である。
本発明の食品において、(1)および(2)は、同時に製剤化し、同一の製剤(食品)中に含有してもよく、(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化し、同時にあるいは時間差をおいて別々に、同一経路あるいは別経路にて、摂取されてもよい。すなわち、本発明の食品には、(1)および(2)を一つの製剤中に含有する食品、(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化して組み合わせて用いる食品が含まれる。
本発明の腸内環境改善用食品は、(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる。
本発明の食品は、(1)および(2)を組み合わせて用いる、(1)および(2)の併用食品である。
本発明の食品において、(1)および(2)は、同時に製剤化し、同一の製剤(食品)中に含有してもよく、(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化し、同時にあるいは時間差をおいて別々に、同一経路あるいは別経路にて、摂取されてもよい。すなわち、本発明の食品には、(1)および(2)を一つの製剤中に含有する食品、(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化して組み合わせて用いる食品が含まれる。
本明細書において、食品とは、経口摂取し得るもの(医薬品を除く)を広く包含する概念であり、いわゆる「食べ物」のみならず飲料、健康補助食品、保健機能食品(例えば、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品)、サプリメントなどを含む。
本明細書において、「腸内環境改善」とは、下部消化管に存在するビフィズス菌を相対的に増加させることをいう。相対的に増加させるとは、腸内細菌叢におけるビフィズス菌の優占化を促進することを意味する。腸内細菌叢におけるビフィズス菌の優占化は、糞便中のビフィズス菌量を、定量PCRなどを用いて測定する事により確認できる。
本明細書において、「下部消化管」とは、回腸、盲腸、結腸、直腸を意味する。

(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物
本発明において、アミノ酸としては、例えば、アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン、システイン、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、グリシン、ヒスチジン、イソロイシン、ロイシン、リジン、メチオニン、フェニルアラニン、プロリン、セリン、トレオニン、バリンが挙げられ、アラニン、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、イソロイシン、ヒスチジン、リジン、プロリン、バリンが好ましい。これらのアミノ酸はL体が好ましい。アミノ酸は1種または2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明において、アミノ酸としては、L-アラニン、L-グルタミン、L-グルタミン酸、L-イソロイシン、L-ヒスチジン、L-リジン、L-プロリン、L-バリン、これらの組み合わせ(例えば、L-グルタミン酸およびL-リジンの組み合わせ)が好ましく、L-グルタミン酸、L-リジン、L-グルタミン酸およびL-リジンの組み合わせがより好ましい。
本発明におけるアミノ酸は、塩の形態であってもよい。医薬又は食品として許容される塩が挙げられ、例えば、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩などのアルカリ金属塩;カルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩、バリウム塩などのアルカリ土類金属塩;アルミニウム塩;エチレンジアミン、プロピレンジアミン、エタノールアミン、モノアルキルエタノールアミン、ジアルキルエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等の有機塩基との塩;塩酸、臭化水素酸、硝酸、硫酸、リン酸等の無機酸との塩;ギ酸、酢酸、トリフルオロ酢酸、フタル酸、フマル酸、シュウ酸、酒石酸、マレイン酸、クエン酸、コハク酸、リンゴ酸、メタンスルホン酸、ベンゼンスルホン酸、p-トルエンスルホン酸等の有機酸との塩が挙げられ、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩、塩酸塩が好ましい。

本発明において、腸溶性組成物は、pHが低い胃や小腸上部では崩壊せず、pHが高い小腸下部または大腸で崩壊して、アミノ酸またはその塩を放出する組成物である。
本発明における腸溶性組成物は、好ましくはpH4以上(より好ましくはpH4~pH9、さらに好ましくはpH5~pH9)で崩壊する。
崩壊性は、例えば第17改正日本薬局方の崩壊試験法の腸溶性製剤の規定に準じて測定できる。

例えば、アミノ酸またはその塩を担体(例、賦形剤、結合剤、崩壊剤、滑沢剤、保護剤)と共に、混合、造粒および/または打錠して、顆粒剤または錠剤を得、これに腸溶性コーティングを施して、腸溶性顆粒剤または腸溶性錠剤を得る方法;アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する顆粒剤または錠剤を、腸溶性コーティングを施したハードカプセルに充填して腸溶性カプセルを得る方法;アミノ酸またはその塩の担体(例、油成分)懸濁液を腸溶性基材からなるソフトカプセルに封入して、腸溶性カプセルを得る方法が挙げられる。また、上記腸溶性顆粒剤をカプセル(例、セルロースカプセル)に封入して、カプセル剤としてもよい。また、油や脂肪(保護剤)とアミノ酸またはその塩の溶融混合物を、冷却固化して、腸溶性造粒物を得てもよい。
また、市販品を用いることもできる。

また、市販品を用いることもできる。
腸溶性コーティング基剤としては、例えば、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースフタレート、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースアセテートサクシネート、カルボキシメチルエチルセルロース、酢酸フタル酸セルロース等のセルロース系高分子;メタクリル酸コポリマーL、メタクリル酸コポリマーLD、メタクリル酸コポリマーS等のアクリル酸系高分子;シェラック等の天然物が挙げられる。また、コーティングの際に、コーティング添加剤(例、可塑剤)を用いてもよい。

(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物
本明細書において、難消化性多糖類とは、胃や小腸で消化・吸収されにくく、大腸まで届いてビフィズス菌の餌になる多糖類である。
本発明において、難消化性多糖類の重合度は、2以上または3以上である。本発明において、難消化性多糖類の重合度の上限は特に限定されないが、例えば、100以下、好ましくは60以下、より好ましくは10以下、さらに好ましくは6以下、よりさらに好ましくは5以下である。
本発明において、難消化性多糖類の重合度は、好ましくは2~100、より好ましくは2~60、さらに好ましくは2~10、よりさらに好ましくは2~6である。
本発明において、難消化性多糖類としては、例えば、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維などが挙げられる。
本発明において、(2)としては、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)をそのまま用いること、または難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を含有する組成物として用いることができる。
本明細書において、オリゴ糖は、単糖が2~10個結合したものを言う。
本発明において、オリゴ糖としては、例えば、コーヒー豆マンノオリゴ糖、乳果オリゴ糖、ガラクトオリゴ糖、フラクトオリゴ糖、大豆オリゴ糖、キシロオリゴ糖、イソマルトオリゴ糖が挙げられ、フラクトオリゴ糖、ガラクトオリゴ糖が好ましい。オリゴ糖は1種または2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
オリゴ糖は、公知の方法で製造することができ、また市販品を用いることもできる。
フラクトオリゴ糖としては、例えば、スクロースにフルクトースが1~3個結合した、重合度が3~5のフラクトオリゴ糖が挙げられる。具体的には例えば、FOS:和光純薬工業、#064-02385が挙げられる。
ガラクトオリゴ糖としては、例えば、ラクトースにガラクトースが結合した、重合度が2~6のガラクトオリゴ糖が挙げられる。具体的には例えば、GOS:和光純薬工業、#076-05945が挙げられる。

本発明において、難消化性多糖類の重合度は、好ましくは2~100、より好ましくは2~60、さらに好ましくは2~10、よりさらに好ましくは2~6である。
本発明において、難消化性多糖類としては、例えば、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維などが挙げられる。
本発明において、(2)としては、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)をそのまま用いること、または難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を含有する組成物として用いることができる。
本明細書において、オリゴ糖は、単糖が2~10個結合したものを言う。
本発明において、オリゴ糖としては、例えば、コーヒー豆マンノオリゴ糖、乳果オリゴ糖、ガラクトオリゴ糖、フラクトオリゴ糖、大豆オリゴ糖、キシロオリゴ糖、イソマルトオリゴ糖が挙げられ、フラクトオリゴ糖、ガラクトオリゴ糖が好ましい。オリゴ糖は1種または2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
オリゴ糖は、公知の方法で製造することができ、また市販品を用いることもできる。
フラクトオリゴ糖としては、例えば、スクロースにフルクトースが1~3個結合した、重合度が3~5のフラクトオリゴ糖が挙げられる。具体的には例えば、FOS:和光純薬工業、#064-02385が挙げられる。
ガラクトオリゴ糖としては、例えば、ラクトースにガラクトースが結合した、重合度が2~6のガラクトオリゴ糖が挙げられる。具体的には例えば、GOS:和光純薬工業、#076-05945が挙げられる。
本発明において、水溶性食物繊維とは、胃や小腸で消化・吸収されず、到達した大腸で腸内細菌によって分解をうけ、ビフィズス菌の餌になる食物繊維である。
本発明において、水溶性食物繊維としては、例えば、イヌリンが挙げられる。
水溶性食物繊維(例、イヌリン)は、公知の方法で製造することができ、また市販品を用いることもできる。
イヌリンは、一般に、フルクトースがβ(2-1)結合で2~60分子重合し、末端にグルコース分子が結合した構造である。
イヌリンは、大腸で腸内細菌により分解(部分加水分解)をうけフラクトオリゴ糖になるため、消化管内において、後述の試験例1-1、1-2で確認されたフラクトオリゴ糖の効果と同様の効果が期待できる。
本発明において、水溶性食物繊維としては、例えば、イヌリンが挙げられる。
水溶性食物繊維(例、イヌリン)は、公知の方法で製造することができ、また市販品を用いることもできる。

イヌリンは、大腸で腸内細菌により分解(部分加水分解)をうけフラクトオリゴ糖になるため、消化管内において、後述の試験例1-1、1-2で確認されたフラクトオリゴ糖の効果と同様の効果が期待できる。
本発明における難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を含有する組成物は、形態は特に問わず、例えば、散剤、顆粒剤(細粒剤を含む)、錠剤、ハードカプセル、ソフトカプセル、液剤(例、溶液、懸濁液、乳液)、飲料、ゼリー、プリン、ヨーグルト、キャンディー、チューイングガムなどが挙げられる。これらは公知の方法で製造することができる。例えば、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を担体(例、賦形剤、結合剤、崩壊剤、滑沢剤、溶剤)と混合し、食品製剤または医薬製剤の分野で公知の方法で散剤、顆粒剤、錠剤、カプセル剤、液剤等を製造することができる。また、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を、食品、飲料(例、水、ソフトドリンク)に添加、混合して製造することもできる。また、市販品(例、明治フードマテリア社製フラクトオリゴ糖「メイオリゴP顆粒」)を用いることもできる。
上述の通り、本発明の食品には、上記(1)および(2)を一つの製剤中に含有する食品、および、上記(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化して組み合わせて用いる食品が含まれる。
(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化して組み合わせて用いる食品として、例えば、(1)がアミノ酸またはその塩を含有する、腸溶性顆粒剤、腸溶性造粒物、腸溶性錠剤、腸溶性ハードカプセル、または腸溶性ソフトカプセルの形態であり、(2)が難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を含有する飲料の形態であり、これらを組み合わせて用いる食品が挙げられる。

(1)および(2)を別々に製剤化して組み合わせて用いる食品として、例えば、(1)がアミノ酸またはその塩を含有する、腸溶性顆粒剤、腸溶性造粒物、腸溶性錠剤、腸溶性ハードカプセル、または腸溶性ソフトカプセルの形態であり、(2)が難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)を含有する飲料の形態であり、これらを組み合わせて用いる食品が挙げられる。
本発明において、(1)および(2)は、同時にあるいは時間差をおいて別々に、同一経路あるいは別経路にて、摂取されてもよい。具体的には例えば、アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性カプセル(例、ハードカプセル、ソフトカプセル)、腸溶性顆粒剤、腸溶性造粒物などを、難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)含有飲料と共に摂取されてもよい。
本発明の腸内環境改善用食品におけるアミノ酸またはその塩の摂取量は、アミノ酸として、成人(体重60kg)1日あたり、通常0.1~50g、好ましくは0.2~20g、より好ましくは0.5~10gである。
本発明の腸内環境改善用食品における難消化性多糖類(例、オリゴ糖、水溶性食物繊維)の摂取量は、成人(体重60kg)1日あたり、通常0.1~50g、好ましくは0.2~20g、より好ましくは0.5~10gである。

本発明の食品は、ヒト、ヒト以外の動物(例えば、家畜、家禽、実験動物などの、哺乳動物、鳥類)が安全に摂取することができる。ヒト以外の動物に摂取させる形態としては、飼料中への添加であってもよい。
本発明の別の態様としては、「(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる食品、並びに、腸内環境改善への使用に関する説明を記載した記載物を含む商業パッケージ。」、「(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる、腸内環境改善に用いられる旨の表示が付された食品。」、「(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる、腸内環境改善作用の増強用食品。」および「アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物である、難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物の腸内環境改善作用の増強用食品。」が挙げられる。「アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物」、「難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物」、「腸内環境改善」、「アミノ酸またはその塩の摂取量」、「難消化性多糖類の摂取量」は、上記腸内環境改善用食品について説明した例示、定義と同じである。
以下、試験例、実施例、比較例、参考例に基づいて本発明をより詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。

[試験例1-1]ヒト糞便懸濁液へのアミノ酸およびフラクトオリゴ糖添加試験
表1-1に示す実施例および比較例のPBS溶液を調製し、糞便培養用の培地とした。PBSのみの場合をコントロールとした。フルクトオリゴ糖(FOS)は和光純薬工業製(#064-02385)を使用した。
その後、ガラス製バイアル瓶にそれぞれ10mlずつ分注しオートクレーブ滅菌および嫌気化し、ブチルゴム栓で密閉した。糞便懸濁液は、20~40代の健常人3人(男1人、女2人)から糞便約10gを採取し、80mlの嫌気化されたPBSに懸濁することによって調製した。この糞便懸濁液をそれぞれのバイアル瓶に0.5mlずつ添加し、37℃のインキュベータ内に入れ1日1回転倒混和しながら4日間嫌気培養した。培養終了後、培養液の全量から遠心分離(8,000×g、5分)により腸内細菌ペレットを得た。このペレットからISOFECAL for BeadsBeat(ニッポンジーン社製)を用いてDNA抽出を行い、GeneAce SYBR qPCR Mix α(ニッポンジーン社製)を用いて定量PCRを行った。定量PCRは、95℃10分の後、95℃30秒と60℃60秒を45サイクル実施する条件で行った。ビフィズス菌の検出に用いた定量PCR用プライマーは、下記の通りである。

その結果、いずれのアミノ酸も単独の添加では、ビフィズス菌の増殖は認められなかったが、0.5%FOSと共にAla、Gln、Glu、Ile、Lys、Valをそれぞれ添加すると、FOS単独よりも顕著なビフィズス菌の増殖が認められた。また、0.5%FOSと共にGluとLysを混合して添加しても同様にFOS単独よりも顕著なビフィズス菌の増殖が認められた。
このように、本発明においては、アミノ酸とオリゴ糖の組み合わせで、ビフィズス菌の増殖について、相加効果を超える相乗効果が認められた。
結果を図1-1に示す。データはz-scoreの平均値±標準誤差で示した(n=3)。
その結果、いずれのアミノ酸も単独の添加では、ビフィズス菌の増殖は認められなかったが、0.5%FOSと共にAla、Gln、Glu、Ile、Lys、Valをそれぞれ添加すると、FOS単独よりも顕著なビフィズス菌の増殖が認められた。また、0.5%FOSと共にGluとLysを混合して添加しても同様にFOS単独よりも顕著なビフィズス菌の増殖が認められた。
このように、本発明においては、アミノ酸とオリゴ糖の組み合わせで、ビフィズス菌の増殖について、相加効果を超える相乗効果が認められた。
[試験例1-2]ヒト糞便懸濁液へのアミノ酸およびフラクトオリゴ糖添加試験

[試験例3]ブタへの腸溶性LysおよびFOS投与試験
全国農業協同組合連合会より2~3ヶ月齢の雄性ブタ(ハイコープSPF豚LWD)6頭を購入し、平均体重が均一になる様に3頭ずつ2つの試験区に分け、3頭/ペンで4週間飼育した。それぞれの試験区には、1日2回、400g/頭のピグみらいCEX(全国農業協同組合連合会)を制限給餌した。それぞれの試験区には、表3に示す用量・方法で被験物質の投与を行った。腸溶性Lysは味の素社製乳牛用リジン製剤「AjiPro-L」(リジン塩酸塩含有量は40%以上)、FOSは、明治フードマテリア社製フラクトオリゴ糖「メイオリゴP顆粒」(FOS含有量は95%以上)を用いた。投与開始から4週間経過後、盲腸を採材し、試験例1-1、1-2および2と同様の方法で、盲腸内容物中のビフィズス菌を定量PCRで調べた。盲腸内容物中のLys濃度は、Agilent社製6470 Triple Quad LC/MS/MSシステムおよびImtakt社製Intrada Amino Acidカラムを用いて測定した。
全国農業協同組合連合会より2~3ヶ月齢の雄性ブタ(ハイコープSPF豚LWD)6頭を購入し、平均体重が均一になる様に3頭ずつ2つの試験区に分け、3頭/ペンで4週間飼育した。それぞれの試験区には、1日2回、400g/頭のピグみらいCEX(全国農業協同組合連合会)を制限給餌した。それぞれの試験区には、表3に示す用量・方法で被験物質の投与を行った。腸溶性Lysは味の素社製乳牛用リジン製剤「AjiPro-L」(リジン塩酸塩含有量は40%以上)、FOSは、明治フードマテリア社製フラクトオリゴ糖「メイオリゴP顆粒」(FOS含有量は95%以上)を用いた。投与開始から4週間経過後、盲腸を採材し、試験例1-1、1-2および2と同様の方法で、盲腸内容物中のビフィズス菌を定量PCRで調べた。盲腸内容物中のLys濃度は、Agilent社製6470 Triple Quad LC/MS/MSシステムおよびImtakt社製Intrada Amino Acidカラムを用いて測定した。
定量PCRによって得られた結果は、比較例24(プラセボ)を1とした場合の相対量で示した。盲腸内ビフィズス菌相対量の結果を図3に示す(平均値±標準偏差、n=3)。その結果、腸溶性LysとFOSの組み合わせによって、FOS単独の摂取よりもブタ腸内のビフィズス菌を平均値で約3倍の増殖効果が確認できた。
また、この時の盲腸内Lys濃度の結果を図4に示す(平均値±標準偏差、n=3)。その結果、腸溶性Lys摂取区では、盲腸内のLys濃度が上昇していることが確認できた。
このように、腸溶性を施したLysの摂取による下部消化管のLys濃度を上昇させることによって、フラクトオリゴ糖との相乗効果が認められた。
また、この時の盲腸内Lys濃度の結果を図4に示す(平均値±標準偏差、n=3)。その結果、腸溶性Lys摂取区では、盲腸内のLys濃度が上昇していることが確認できた。
このように、腸溶性を施したLysの摂取による下部消化管のLys濃度を上昇させることによって、フラクトオリゴ糖との相乗効果が認められた。
本出願は、日本で出願された特願2017-063145を基礎としており、その内容は本明細書にすべて包含されるものである。
Claims (8)
- (1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる、腸内環境改善用食品。
- 難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物が、オリゴ糖またはオリゴ糖を含有する組成物である、請求項1記載の食品。
- アミノ酸が、アラニン、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、イソロイシン、ヒスチジン、リジン、プロリン、およびバリンから選択される1種または2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項1または2に記載の食品。
- アミノ酸が、グルタミン酸、リジン、またはグルタミン酸およびリジンの組み合わせである、請求項1または2に記載の食品。
- 腸溶性組成物が、顆粒剤、造粒物、錠剤、ハードカプセル、またはソフトカプセルである、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の食品。
- 腸内環境改善に使用するための(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる、食品。
- (1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物を組み合わせてなる食品を、ヒトに有効量摂取させることを特徴とする、ヒトにおける腸内環境改善方法。
- 腸内環境改善用食品を製造するための、(1)アミノ酸またはその塩を含有する腸溶性組成物、および(2)難消化性多糖類または難消化性多糖類を含有する組成物の使用。
