本发明提供的弹幕管理方法及装置、存储器和服务器,通过针对目标页面设置与该目标页面的身份信息对应的弹幕处理规则,根据所述弹幕处理规则,对该页面上的弹幕信息进行管理。如此,使不同目标页面的弹幕处理规则相对独立,可以针对不同的目标页面设置不同的弹幕管理规则,使得弹幕的管理可以满足不同目标页面的需求,管理更加有针对性,更加全面。

如图1所示,是本发明较佳实施例提供的服务器100与至少一用户终端200通信的交互示意图。所述服务器100可通过网络300与所述用户终端200进行通信,以实现服务器100与用户终端200之间的数据通信或交互。
本实施例中,所述服务器100可以是,但不限于,web(网站)服务器、ftp(file transfer protocol,文件传输协议)服务器等。所述用户终端200可以是,但不限于,智能手机、个 人电脑(personal computer,PC)、平板电脑、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、移动上网设备(mobile Internet device,MID)等。
所述网络300可以是,但不限于,有线网络或无线网络。
如图2所示,是图1所示的服务器100的方框示意图。所述服务器100包括弹幕管理装置110、存储器120、处理器130、通信单元140。
所述存储器120、处理器130以及通信单元140各元件相互之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。例如,这些元件相互之间可通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线实现电性连接。所述弹幕管理装置110包括至少一个可以软件或固件(firmware)的形式存储于所述存储器120中或固化在所述服务器100的操作系统(operating system,OS)中的软件功能模块。所述处理器130配置成执行所述存储器120中存储的可执行模块,例如所述弹幕管理装置110所包括的软件功能模块及计算机程序等。
其中,所述存储器120可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。其中,存储器120用于存储程序,所述处理器130在接收到执行指令后,执行所述程序。其中,在所述程序运行时执行如下操作:根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则;获取用户终端在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息;根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。所述程序运行时执行的具体操作,请参阅所述弹幕管理装置110的具体执行步骤。
所述处理器130可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP))、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述通信单元140用于通过所述网络300建立所述服务器100与用户终端200之间的通信连接,并用于通过所述网络300收发数据。
请参照图3,图3为应用于图1所示的服务器100的一种弹幕管理方法的流程图,以下将对所述方法包括各个步骤进行详细阐述。
步骤S110,根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则。
在本实施例中,所述目标页面可以为直播平台的直播间,所述目标页面的身份信息可 以为直播间的房间ID。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述服务器100预先获取对所述目标页面具有管理权限的用户发送的规则设置请求,其中,所述规则设置请求中包括对该目标页面内弹幕进行处理的弹幕处理规则,然后将所述弹幕处理规则与该目标页面的身份信息相关联。
在本实施例中,对所述目标页面具有管理权限的用户可以包括在所述直播平台有注册身份信息的直播间的主播。
所述服务器100获取对主播的登录信息后,继而获取主播设置的弹幕处理规则。具体地,主播输入UserID登陆直播平台后,进入对应的直播间,服务器100获取主播的UserID以及直播间的房间ID,继而获取该主播在该直播间内设置的弹幕处理规则。优选地,这里的弹幕处理规则包括该主播针对该直播间设置的预设屏蔽条件,预设屏蔽条件可以包括预设的屏蔽词库,所述屏蔽词库中包括屏蔽关键词,屏蔽关键词为该主播设置或添加的,屏蔽关键词可以包括该主播不愿看到的敏感词。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,所述弹幕处理规则为主播临时设置生效,仅对该主播所在直播间页面内一较短时间段内(如,直播当次直播时间段内)的弹幕信息进行处理。
在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,所述弹幕处理规则为主播设置后长期保存生效,始终维持对该主播所在直播间页面内弹幕信息进行处理。
在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,所述弹幕处理规则为主播设置后生效,并对该主播所在直播间页面内弹幕信息进行处理,该主播也可以将所述弹幕处理规则复制运用至其他直播间。
此外,服务器100会先查询该主播对该主播间是否设置有弹幕处理规则,如果标示未设置弹幕处理规则,则不执行下一步;如果标示设置弹幕处理规则,则执行下一步。
基于上述设计,相比于现有技术针对全平台的弹幕管理规则,本实施例中,对直播间具有管理权限的主播可以针对自己的直播间设置自定义弹幕管理规则,使弹幕的管理更加有针对性,更加全面。
步骤S120,获取用户终端200在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述弹幕信息可以包括弹幕的文字内容及发送该弹幕的用户的身份信息。
步骤S130,根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。
在本实施例的一种实施方式中,所述弹幕处理规则包括对符合预设屏蔽条件的弹幕进行屏蔽。
可以针对全平台符合屏蔽规则的弹幕进行屏蔽,一方面,有的弹幕特定直播间中可能并非不需要;另一方面,有的直播间需要针对特定关键词进行屏蔽时,同一管理无法针对 特定直播间自定义屏蔽规则。故在本实施例中,设计针对每个独立的直播间,根据步骤S110中匹配到的弹幕处理规则,对该直播间内符合预设屏蔽条件的弹幕进行屏蔽管理。
具体地,所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设屏蔽条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设屏蔽条件时,对该弹幕进行屏蔽处理,其中,所述屏蔽处理包括不在所述目标页面中对该弹幕信息的内容进行加载显示。
所述预设屏蔽条件可以包括预设的屏蔽词库,所述屏蔽词库中包括屏蔽关键词。所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息中的文字内容与所述屏蔽词库中的屏蔽关键词进行比对。当所述弹幕信息中包含有所述屏蔽关键词时,对该弹幕进行屏蔽处理。
如此,主播可以将不希望在自己直播间出现的屏蔽词(如不和谐的词汇)记录至所述屏蔽词库,以对包含所述屏蔽关键词的弹幕进行屏蔽。
所述预设屏蔽条件可以包括预设的黑名单,所述黑名单中包括需要屏蔽的用户的身份信息。所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息中用户的身份信息与所述黑名单中用户的身份信息进行比对。当发送该所述弹幕信息的用户为所述黑名单中记录的用户时,对该弹幕进行屏蔽处理。
如此,主播可以将不受欢迎的用户的身份信息记录至自己直播间的黑名单,以屏蔽该用户在该直播间内的弹幕。
在本实施例的另一种实施方式中,所述弹幕处理规则包括对符合预设优化条件的弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
具体地,所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设优化条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设优化条件时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
所述预设屏蔽条件可以包括预设的优化词库,所述优化词库中包括优化关键词。所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息中的文字内容与所述优化词库中的优化关键词进行比对。当所述弹幕信息中包含有所述优化关键词时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。其中,所述进行预设显示效果的显示可以包括为弹幕的显示文字设置特定颜色、添加底纹、显示背景或附加图案,以使该条弹幕在视觉上被突出显示。
如此,主播可以针对自己的直播间对包含优化关键词(比如“赞”、“666”、“+1”等)的弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示,使包含这些关键词的弹幕被突出显示。
所述预设优化条件可以包括预设的特殊用户名单,所述特殊用户名单中包括特殊用户的身份信息。所述服务器100将接收到的弹幕信息中用户的身份信息与所述特殊用户名单中用户的身份信息进行比对。当发送该所述弹幕信息的用户为所述特殊用户名单中记录的用户时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
如此,主播可以针对自己的直播间将特殊用户(如与直播互动较多的用户)记录至所 述特殊用户名单,以对其发送弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示,可以增强主播与用户之间的互动性,提高用户黏性。
请参照图4,本实施例还提供一种以用于图1所示服务器100的弹幕管理装置110,所述服务器100中存储有与目标页面的身份信息对应的弹幕处理规则。所述装置包括处理规则匹配模块111、弹幕获取模块112及弹幕处理模块113。
所述处理规则匹配模块111,配置成根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则。
本实施例中,所述处理规则匹配模块111可用于执行图3所示的步骤S110,关于所述处理规则匹配模块111的具体描述可参对所述步骤S110的描述。
所述弹幕获取模块112,配置成获取用户终端200在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息。

综上所述,本发明提供的弹幕管理方法及装置,通过针对目标页面设置与该目标页面的身份信息对应的弹幕处理规则,根据所述弹幕处理规则,对该页面上的弹幕信息进行管理。如此,使不同目标页面的弹幕处理规则相对独立,可以针对不同的目标页面设置不同的弹幕管理规则,使得弹幕的管理可以满足不同目标页面的需求,管理更加有针对性,更加全面。

  1. 一种弹幕管理方法,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器中存储有与目标页面的身份信息对应的弹幕处理规则;所述方法包括:
    根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则;
    获取用户终端在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息;
    根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取对所述目标页面具有管理权限的用户发送的规则设置请求,其中,所述规则设置请求中包括对该目标页面内弹幕进行处理的弹幕处理规则;
    将所述弹幕处理规则与该目标页面的身份信息相关联。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹幕处理规则包括对符合预设屏蔽条件的弹幕进行屏蔽;所述根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理的步骤,包括:
    将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设屏蔽条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设屏蔽条件时,对该弹幕进行屏蔽处理,其中,所述屏蔽处理包括不在所述目标页面中对该弹幕信息的内容进行加载显示。

  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹幕处理规则包括对符合预设优化条件的弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示;所述根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理的步骤,包括:
    将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设优化条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设优化条件时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹幕信息中包括弹幕的文字内容;所述预设优化条件包括预设的优化词库,所述优化词库中包括优化关键词;所述将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设优化条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设优化条件时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示的步骤,包括:
    将接收到的弹幕信息中的文字内容与所述优化词库中的优化关键词进行比对;
    当所述弹幕信息中包含有所述优化关键词时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹幕信息中包括发送该弹幕的用户的身份信息;所述预设优化条件包括预设的特殊用户名单,所述特殊用户名单中包括特殊用户的身份信息;所述将接收到的弹幕信息与所述弹幕处理规则中的预设优化条件进行比对,当所述弹幕信息符合所述预设优化条件时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示的步骤,包括:
    将接收到的弹幕信息中用户的身份信息与所述特殊用户名单中用户的身份信息进行比对;
    当发送该所述弹幕信息的用户为所述特殊用户名单中记录的用户时,对该弹幕进行预设显示效果的显示。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进行预设显示效果的显示包括为弹幕的显示文字设置特定颜色、添加底纹、显示背景和/或附加图案。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标页面为直播平台的直播间,所述目标页面的身份信息为直播间的房间ID。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述具有管理权限的用户包括在所述直播平台有注册身份信息的直播间的主播。
  12. 一种弹幕管理装置,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器中存储有与目标页面的身份信息对应的弹幕处理规则;所述装置包括:
    处理规则匹配模块,配置成根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则;
    弹幕获取模块,配置成获取用户终端在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息;
    弹幕处理模块,配置成根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    处理规则设置模块,配置成获取对所述目标页面具有管理权限的用户发送的规则设置请求,其中,所述规则设置请求中包括对该目标页面内弹幕进行处理的弹幕处理规则;以及将所述弹幕处理规则与该目标页面的身份信息相关联。
  14. 一种存储器,其特征在于,所述存储器包括存储的程序,其中,在所述程序运行时执行如下操作:
    根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则;
    获取用户终端在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息;
    根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。
  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    存储器;
    处理器;以及
    弹幕管理装置,所述弹幕管理装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述弹幕管理装置包括:
    处理规则匹配模块,配置成根据目标页面的身份信息匹配相应的弹幕处理规则;
    弹幕获取模块,配置成获取用户终端在该目标页面上发送的弹幕信息;
    弹幕处理模块,配置成根据所述弹幕处理规则对接收到的弹幕信息进行相应的处理。
