为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
实施例一、
请参阅图1和图2,本实施例提供一种角阀的外壳,包括罩体10,所述罩体的侧面101设置有穿管槽102,穿管槽的槽口贯穿外壳底面,所述罩体的底部设置有裙带103,所述罩体设置有贯穿罩体顶面和底面的通孔104。
本技术方案的角阀的外壳,其罩体为空心圆柱体,在空心圆柱体的侧面上设置有穿管槽,穿管槽为一个U字型的槽,用于穿过角阀的出水通道。在某些实施例中,外壳直径很大,裙带完全将整个阀体罩住,则穿管槽就用于穿过与角阀出水通道连接的水管了。在罩体的侧面的底部设置有裙带,同时穿管槽也设置在裙带的侧面,穿管槽贯穿裙带和通孔。而在罩体的顶端面和底面上设置有一个贯穿的通孔,该通孔用于套在角阀的阀体上。如果角阀的阀体中间位置的最大直径相对于阀体与墙壁连接的螺纹外径是较大的,通孔的底面可以是与裙带的底面平齐的,这样缠在螺纹上的生料带并不会影响通孔套在阀体上。如果角阀的阀体中间位置的最大直径相对于阀体与墙壁连接的螺纹外径是差不多的,则可以将通孔的底面缩进外壳内,即通孔的高度小于外壳的高度,这样缠在螺纹上的生料带并不会影响通孔套在阀体上。通孔的上部是用于和旋盖相配合装配的,使得旋盖会置于该通孔内。角阀的外壳在使用时,可以直接将外壳套在角阀上,而穿管槽与角阀的出水通道相配合,
角阀和外壳之间可以通过螺栓和螺钉等进行连接固定,使得外壳被固定在角阀外,进而起到保护角阀的作用。角阀外壳在套入角阀的过程中,其套进去的深度可以一直套到角阀的裙带底面与墙壁接触为止,保证角阀外壳可以将墙壁的孔罩住。
所述通孔的内侧壁上部设置有环绕内侧壁且凸出内侧壁的挡圈105。挡圈可以让角阀的旋盖不与通孔的内侧壁贴近,这样可以避免产生较大的摩擦力,方便了旋盖的旋转。
为了实现角阀外壳与角阀的固定,本申请的角阀外壳可以通过通孔与阀体的过盈配合来将通孔卡在阀体上。在某些实施例,可以通过固定件实现与阀体的连接,则进一步地,所述罩体的通孔内侧壁上设置有用于与角阀连接的固定件。
进一步地,所述固定件为螺孔或者条形齿,所述螺孔设置在通孔的侧壁,所述条形齿平面与通孔的轴线平行,相平行方便套入的时候咬合。螺孔优选正对着通孔内壁,这样通过螺母的旋进,可以在通孔内壁与阀体壁上形成压力和摩擦力,让通孔可以固定在阀体上。在条形齿的实施例中,条形齿可以正对着阀体,阀体壁上可以设置台阶或者咬合齿,这样外壳在套入阀体时,条形齿可以卡在台阶或者咬合齿上,从而实现通孔与阀体的固定。当然,本领域技术人员根据本技术的启示,可以选用其他类型的固定方式,应当认为都在本申请的保护范围内。
实施例二、
请参阅图1至图11,本实施例提供一种具有外壳的角阀,包括外壳10和阀体20;所述罩体的侧面101设置有穿管槽102,穿管槽的槽口贯穿外壳底面,这样阀体的排水管可以经过槽口进入到穿管槽内,所述罩体的底部设置有裙带103,所述罩体设置有贯穿罩体顶面和底面的通孔104,当然,本实施例的外壳可以是实施例一的外壳。
所述阀体包括壳体201、阀芯202和旋盖203,所述阀芯设置在壳体的进
水通道2011内,所述旋盖套设于阀芯的顶端2021,旋盖的顶端设置有容置手指的凹槽2031,所述旋盖设置于通孔内,所述穿管槽套在壳体的出水通道外侧壁上。旋盖的侧面设置有安装孔2032,所述安装孔用于将旋盖固定在阀芯的顶端上。所述壳体的外侧面上设置有扳手平面2012,所述扳手平面用于和扳手相配合对壳体进行安装。
本技术方案的具有外壳的角阀,其罩体为空心圆柱体,在空心圆柱体的侧面设置有穿管槽,穿管槽为一个U字型的槽。而在罩体的顶端面上设置有一个通孔,该通孔是用于和旋盖相配合装配的,使得旋盖会置于该通孔内。角阀的外壳在使用时,可以直接将外壳套在角阀上,而穿管槽与角阀的出水通道相配合卡住,角阀和外壳之间可以通过螺栓和螺钉等进行连接固定,使得外壳被固定在角阀外,进而起到保护角阀的作用。
对于阀体包括了壳体、阀芯和旋盖,如图6所示,对于壳体201包括进水管2013和出水管2014,出水管垂直设置在进水管的中部2015,并且进水管与出水管相互导通,壳体的进水管末端设置有安装螺纹2016,该安装螺纹是用来将壳体连接在水管上,并且对整个角阀起到固定作用;壳体的出水管末端设置有连接螺纹2017。如图7所示,阀芯设置在壳体的进水管道的通孔内,阀芯的进水口与壳体的进水口向始终相连通,而阀芯的出水口2023通过旋转,会使得阀芯的出水口与壳体的出水口相连通,或者阀芯的出水口与壳体的出水口不导通。如图8和图9所示,在阀芯的顶部为封闭端,且在封闭端的端面设置有一个连接柱2022,在旋盖内具有一个套管2033,使得该套管套在连接柱上,在套管侧面设置有安装孔,通过安装孔使用螺栓或螺钉固定,使得旋盖被固定在阀芯的顶端上。在连接柱的侧面上还可以设置外齿,同时在旋盖的套管内设置内齿,使得连接柱和套管达到相适配的效果,并且通过齿与齿之间的配合提高了扭向力,因此可以较为轻松的旋转旋盖。为了便于使用者使用,在旋盖的顶面设置有容置手指的凹槽,容置手指的凹槽的中间设置有隔板2034,因此使用者通过手指抓住隔板,进而转动旋盖,为使用提
供便利。
当旋盖顶面有凹槽的时候,可以将旋盖的侧壁设置成光滑的,这样更加美观。
正如上面所述,外壳上设置固定件,则阀体上可以设置有与固定件配合的连接件204,所述壳体与外壳之间通过连接件和固定件配合连接,所述连接件为螺栓、螺钉或者咬合齿,所述螺栓或者螺钉设置在外壳的螺孔内,所述咬合齿2044设置在壳体上用于与外壳的条形齿咬合。
本申请的咬合齿可以直接设置在阀体上,或者在某些实施例,所述咬合齿通过可拆卸的固定块204与壳体连接,固定块上设置有用于卡住出水通道的外侧壁的卡槽2040。这样在生产的时候可以分开生产,而后在使用的时候,先将固定块卡在出水通道上,再将外壳套入阀体,使得咬合齿将条形齿咬合住,从而实现外壳与阀体的连接。
为了方便外壳的拆卸,外壳的条形齿设置在外壳内且在穿管槽的两侧,所述咬合齿分别设置在固定块的两侧并通过一支臂2051与固定块连接,所述咬合齿中间设置有拨动片2045,所述拨动片置于外壳的穿管槽中。这样在使用的时候,可以通过往外壳内部压拨动片,则咬合齿就会与条形齿脱离,就可以方便地将外壳与阀体分离,支臂可以降低咬合齿与固定块的连接力,使得拨动片下压的力可以减小,方便手动下压。
在一具体实施例中,如图10和图11所示,本技术方案还包括有连接件204,所述壳体与外壳之间通过连接件连接。所述连接件为螺栓、螺钉或固定块。所述固定块为U字型结构的管体,所述固定块的一端设置有第一轴肩2041,固定套的另一端设置有第二轴肩2042,第一轴肩的端面为圆弧结构2043,第二轴肩的一端设置有固定齿2044,所述固定齿的中部设置有拨动片2045,所述拨动片与固定块之间设置有槽孔2046,所述固定块的侧壁设置有固定孔2047,所述固定孔位于U字型结构的底面,所述固定块套接于壳体的出水管上,以及固定块的第一轴肩设置于壳体的进水管上;所述壳体的出水
管的外侧面设置有固定凸起2018,所述固定凸起用于和固定孔相配合对固定块进行限位安装;所述罩体的内侧面设置有条形齿107,所述条形齿位于罩体的内侧面与凹槽的侧壁相连位置,所述条形齿与固定齿相适配,所述罩体与裙带之间设置有连接槽,连接槽位于条形齿的下方,所述第二轴肩设置于连接槽内。
通过连接件可以便于罩体套在阀体上,同时对于罩体具有固定的作用。连接件可以是螺栓、螺钉、铆钉、销钉和固定块等等,在罩体侧面设置有通孔,在角阀的壳体上设置一个固定片,在固定片上设置有螺纹孔或通孔,并且罩体的侧面上的通孔与壳体上的螺纹孔相配合设置,也就是在罩体套在客体上时,通孔与螺纹孔的圆心轴线会处在同一轴线上。因此可以通过螺栓、螺钉、铆钉和销钉进行固定,使得罩体被固定在阀体上。还可以通过固定块连接,在罩体的U字型平面与裙带的U字型平面之间有个连接槽。该连接槽的上顶面设置有条形齿,条形齿在U字型的两侧个设置有一条,而连接槽的底面为平面。对于固定块横截面为U字型结构的管体,在管体的上下两段各设置有第二轴肩和第一轴肩。第一轴肩的底端面设置有圆弧结构的弧面,并且该圆弧结构与壳体的进水管外侧面相装配,使得第一轴肩嵌套在壳体的进水管上。而第二轴肩为一个平面,在平面的一端设置有固定齿,固定齿的中间部位设置有一个拨动片,而在拨动片与固定块之间设置有槽孔,因此通过拨动片的拨动,使得固定齿跟随拨动片具有一定的旋转位移。在固定块的侧壁设置有固定孔,该固定孔位于U字型结构的底面,而在壳体的出水口设置有固定凸起。当第一轴肩装配在进水管上时,固定孔与固定凸起相重合,使得固定凸起套在固定孔内。使得固定块被固定,不会绕着出水管旋转。当罩体套在阀体上时,连接槽会与第二轴肩相配合,使得连接槽嵌套在第二轴肩上,同时条形齿与固定齿会相互啮合固定,使得罩体被固定在阀体上。固定好罩体时,旋盖会有一部分露出罩体,使得使用者便于旋转旋盖,具有较大的实用意义。当要取出罩体时,只需人工拨动拨动片使得固定齿与条形齿脱
开,进而拿出罩体,安装方便。进而解决了角阀安装耗时、角阀表面容易刮花和更换浪费的问题。因此降低了生产成本,还提高了角阀外观上的美观。
本申请的外壳可以采用塑料的,这样外壳的外壁可以为ABS电镀,制造工艺无需抛光,更环保。

Claims (10)
- 一种角阀的外壳,其特征在于,包括罩体,所述罩体的侧面设置有穿管槽,穿管槽的槽口贯穿外壳底面,所述罩体的底部设置有裙带,所述罩体设置有贯穿罩体顶面和底面的通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的角阀的外壳,其特征在于,所述通孔的内侧壁上部设置有环绕内侧壁且凸出内侧壁的挡圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的角阀的外壳,其特征在于,所述罩体的通孔内侧壁上设置有用于与角阀连接的固定件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的角阀的外壳,其特征在于,所述固定件为螺孔或者条形齿,所述螺孔设置在通孔的侧壁,所述条形齿平面与通孔的轴线平行。
- 一种具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,包括外壳和阀体;所述外壳为权利要求1到4任一项所述的外壳;所述阀体包括壳体、阀芯和旋盖,所述壳体置于外壳的通孔内,底部设置有进水通道,所述壳体的侧壁设置有出水通道,所述阀芯设置在壳体的进水通道内,所述旋盖套设于阀芯的顶端,所述旋盖设置于外壳的通孔内,所述穿管槽设置于壳体的出水通道外侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,所述旋盖为圆柱形且侧面光滑,旋盖顶面设置有容置手指的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,所述壳体的外侧面上设置有扳手平面,所述扳手平面用于和扳手相配合对壳体进行安装。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,还包括有连接件,所述壳体与外壳之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件为螺栓、螺钉或者咬合齿,所述螺栓或者螺钉设置在外壳的螺孔内,所述咬合齿设置在壳体上用于与外壳的条形齿咬合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,所述咬合齿通过可拆卸的固定块与壳体连接,固定块上设置有用于卡住出水通道的外侧壁 的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的具有外壳的角阀,其特征在于,外壳的条形齿设置在外壳内且在穿管槽的两侧,所述咬合齿分别设置在固定块的两侧并通过一支臂与固定块连接,所述咬合齿中间设置有拨动片,所述拨动片置于外壳的穿管槽中。
