具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种空调器,所述空调器包括空调室外机以及空调室内机。
在本发明实施例中,如图1至4所示,该空调室内机包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的换热器20和风机组件30,其中,所述风机组件30位于所述换热器20下方,并与所述壳体可拆卸连接;所述壳体包括顶壁11、与所述顶壁11邻接的底盘12、相对所述顶壁11设置的下面板15,以及相对所述底盘12设置的前面板16;所述下面板15后端与所述底盘12枢接,和/或所述前面板16上端与所述顶壁11枢接,以使得所述下面板15朝下翻转和/或所述前面板16朝上翻转而让位出一用以供所述风机组件30取出的让位口。
本发明实施例中,所述下面板15后端与所述底盘12枢接,和/或所述前面板16上端与所述顶壁11枢接。例如,在一些实施例中,如图4所示,所述下面板15后端与所述底盘12枢接,所述前面板16的上端则与所述顶壁11固定连接,也即该实施例中,仅所述下面板15能够转动打开来形成让位口。由于所述下面板15需要被翻转打开,则可以想到的是,所述下面板15的前端与其它部件为可拆卸连接。在另一些实施例中,所述前面板16上端与所述顶壁11枢接,所述下面板15的后端则与所述底盘12固定连接,同理,该实施例中,仅所述前面板16能够朝上转动打开来形成让位口。由于所述前面板16需要被翻转打开,则可以想到的是,所述前面板16的下端与其它部件为可拆卸连接。在其它实施例中,如图6所示,所述下面板15后端与所述底盘12枢接,且同时所述前面板16上端与所述顶壁11枢接,所述下面板15与所述前面板16均能够转动打开,且两者打开后共同形成所述让位口,如此前面板16与下面板15共同打开后形成的让位口更大,因而可避免取出风机组件30时,风机组件30与其它部件之间的干涉。
如图11所示,所述风机组件30具体包括风轮31、用以驱动风轮31转动的电机32,以及与所述电机32电性连接的电控盒等。
需要说明的是,当所述空调室内机挂墙安装时,所述底盘12即为挂墙安装的安装面。
本发明中,由于下面板15后端与底盘12枢接,因此仅需要通过翻转下面板15即可在空调室内机的下方让位出一让位口,从而使得风机组件30以及换热器20等部件可从该让位口中被取出。或者,由于前面板16上端与顶壁11枢接,因此仅需要通过翻转前面板16即可在空调室内机的前方让位出一让位口,从而使得风机组件30以及换热器20等部件可从该让位口中被取出。或者,由于下面板15与底盘12枢接,且前面板16与顶壁11枢接,因此通过同时翻转下面板15和前面板16,使得两者之间共同形成让位口。该不需要将下面板15或前面板16完全拆除来取出风机组件30以及换热器20等部件的方式,能够提高空调器的拆装效率,并方便用户操作。同时,由于风机组件30取出方便,因而有利于风轮31、电机32、电控盒等部件的清洗或维修或接线等操作。
本发明实施例中,所述下面板15与所述底盘12枢接。具体地,在所述底盘12的下端面上设有两凸部(未标示),两所述凸部分别靠近所述底盘12的左右两侧设置,且两所述凸部上均设有枢接孔(未标示);所述下面板15的内侧且靠近后端的位置对应设有两凸起,两所述凸起上均设有枢接轴152(如图14所示),两所述枢接轴152对应与两所述枢接孔枢接。
请结合参考图5、图6和图11,所述风机组件30包括接水槽37和风轮31,所述换热器20部分环设于所述风轮31的上部,所述接水槽37对应所述换热器20的前端设置;所述下面板15后端与所述底盘12枢接,且所述前面板16上端与所述顶壁11枢接,所述下面板15和所述前面板16分别与所述接水槽37的前侧可拆卸连接。该实施例中,所述换热器20形成一朝下的扩口形状,所述接水槽37对应位于所述换热器20的前端下方,用以收集所述换热器20上滴落的冷凝水。优选地,所述顶壁11上设有进风口。所述下面板15和所述前面板16分别与所述接水槽37的前侧可拆卸连接的方式还能够对所述风机组件30形成一定的支撑作用。
优选地,所述下面板15和所述前面板16分别与所述接水槽37卡接。具体地,所述下面板15前端设有第一卡扣151,所述接水槽37前侧设有供所述第一卡扣151卡接的第一卡槽371;所述前面板16下端设有第二卡扣161,所述接水槽37前侧设有供所述第二卡扣161卡接的第二卡槽372。由于所述前面板16向上打开,而所述下面板15朝下打开,因此可以想到的是,所述第二卡槽372位于所述第一卡槽371的上方,该通过卡接的方式具有操作简便的效果。
当然,在其它实施例中,所述下面板15的前端也可与所述前面板16的下端可拆卸连接,该可拆卸连接的方式可为螺接或卡接等。
请再次结合参考图3和图4,所述底盘12上设有蜗壳40,所述风机组件30包括蜗舌33,所述蜗舌33与所述蜗壳40共同形成供空气流通的风道。当风机组件30安装到位后,所述蜗舌33与所述蜗壳40之间才共同形成供空气流通的风道,也即在该实施例中,所述蜗舌33与所述蜗壳40是分开设置的。当然,在其它实施例中,所述蜗壳40和蜗舌33可为一体成型设置,并与所述风轮31进行连接。具体地,室内空气在所述风轮31的作用下,自所述顶壁11上的进风口进入壳体内,并在与换热器20换热后进入风道,同时在风机的作用下,被从出风口153吹出。优选地,所述下面板15上对应所述风道设有出风口153,使得经过换热后的空气被风轮31从所述下面板15上的出风口153向下吹出,该经过换热后的空气被送至室内下方,有利于提高用户体验。所述下面板15的前端朝上弯折而在前端形成一圆弧段154,所述出风口153位于所述圆弧段154上,如此经过换热后的空气是斜向下方送出的,从而使得送风距离更远,室内温度更加均匀。
如图7至图10所示,所述壳体还包括分别与所述顶壁11连接的左壁13和右壁14,为了避免在取出所述风机组件30过程中,所述前面板16回落遮挡视线,因此所述左壁13和所述右壁14内侧各凸设有一弹性限位块1311;所述前面板16的内侧且靠近左右两侧各设有一转动臂162,两所述转动臂162上各设有一凸块163;当所述前面板16受外力而向上翻转一定角度后,所述凸块163能够挤压并越过所述弹性限位块1311;当所述前面板16受力解除时,所述弹性限位块1311抵顶所述凸块163,以限制所述前面板16回落。
具体地,在所述左壁13和所述右壁14内侧且靠近前端和上端的位置各设有一安装块131,安装块131呈具有缺口的环状设置,所述左壁13和所述右壁14各自对应不同所述安装块131的缺口处设置,而形成闭合环状。所述安装块131上设有转轴孔1312,所述转轴孔1312沿左右方向贯通所述安装块131,所述转动臂162上对应设有转轴164,安装时,所述转动臂162伸入所述安装块131的环内,且所述转轴164插入所述转轴孔1312内。所述弹性限位块1311位于安装块131的内环面上,所述前面板16在初始位置时,与左壁13和右壁14呈闭合状态,随着所述前面板16向上打开,所述凸块163与所述弹性限位块1311接触,通过用力朝上打开所述前面板16,所述凸块163挤压所述弹性限位块1311弹性变形而使得所述凸块163越过所述弹性限位块1311,从而使得所述前面板16能够继续朝上运动;当所述前面板16失去外力作用时,其在重力作用下自然回落,此时所述弹性限位块1311对所述凸块163进行阻挡限位,使得所述前面板16停止继续回落,而保持一定的打开角度,此时通过用力朝后挤压所述前面板16,所述凸块163受力挤压所述弹性限位块1311,并往回越过所述弹性限位块1311,脱离所述弹性限位块1311的限位,从而使得所述前面板16回落至初始位置。
为方便取出所述风机组件30,因此优选地,所述风机组件30与所述底盘12滑动连接。具体地,请结合参考图11至图14,在一实施例中,所述风机组件30包括风轮31,以及分别位于所述风轮31两端并用以供所述风轮31安装的两安装座34;两所述安装座34的后侧各设有一滑板35,所述滑板35自上向下逐渐朝远离所述底盘12的方向倾斜设置;所述底盘12上对应设有供两所述滑板35滑动的两滑槽121。如此能够斜向前下方取出所述风机组件30,有利于所述风机组件30的抽取。同时,在安装时,所述滑板35沿着所述滑槽121向上移动,起到导向作用,使得安装更加准确。所述风机组件30通过所述滑板35在所述滑槽121内滑动的方式,能够减少所述风机组件30与所述底盘12之间的接触面积,从而减小两者之间的摩擦损坏。
两所述滑板35的上端各设有一插舌36,所述底盘12上且位于两所述滑槽121的上端对应设有供所述插舌36紧配插接的插槽122。该实施例中,所述插槽122对所述插舌36具有卡接作用,能够对所述风机组件30产生一定的限位作用;同时,所述插舌36还能够对所述滑板35起到导向作用。
为了避免所述风机组件30在重力作用下自行掉出,因此在风机组件30的蜗舌33上设有一个或多个安装孔331,对应地,在所述底盘12上也设有一个或多个螺孔123(如图9所示),当所述风机组件30安装到位后,所述风机组件30与所述蜗舌33之间通过螺钉连接。
当然,在其它实施例中,所述风机组件30也可与所述左壁13和所述右壁14滑动连接,且滑动连接方式不限于滑板35和滑槽121,还可为滚珠与滑槽121,或圆柱与滑槽121等。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的换热器和风机组件,其中,所述风机组件位于所述换热器下方,并与所述壳体可拆卸连接;所述壳体包括顶壁、与所述顶壁邻接的底盘、与所述顶壁相对设置的下面板,以及与所述底盘相对设置的前面板;
    所述下面板后端与所述底盘枢接,和/或所述前面板上端与所述顶壁枢接,以使得所述下面板朝下翻转和/或所述前面板朝上翻转而让位出一用以供所述风机组件取出的让位口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括接水槽和风轮,所述换热器部分环设于所述风轮的上部,所述接水槽对应所述换热器的前端设置;
    所述下面板后端与所述底盘枢接,且所述前面板上端与所述顶壁枢接,所述下面板和所述前面板分别与所述接水槽的前侧可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述下面板和所述前面板分别与所述接水槽卡接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述底盘上设有蜗壳,所述风机组件包括蜗舌,所述蜗舌与所述蜗壳共同形成供空气流通的风道。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述下面板上对应所述风道设有出风口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括分别与所述顶壁连接的左壁和右壁,所述左壁和所述右壁内侧各凸设有一弹性限位块;
    所述前面板的内侧且靠近左右两侧各设有一转动臂,两所述转动臂上各设有一凸块;当所述前面板受外力而向上翻转一定角度后,所述凸块能够挤压并越过所述弹性限位块;当所述前面板受力解除时,所述弹性限位块抵顶所述凸块,以限制所述前面板回落。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风机组件与所述底盘滑动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括风轮,以及分别位于所述风轮两端并用以供所述风轮安装的两安装座;两所述安装座的后侧各设有一滑板,所述滑板自上向下逐渐朝远离所述底盘的方向倾斜设置;所述底盘上对应设有供两所述滑板滑动的两滑槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,两所述滑板的上端各设有一插舌,所述底盘上且位于两所述滑槽的上端对应设有供所述插舌紧配插接的插槽。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括空调室外机以及空调室内机;所述空调室内机包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的换热器和风机组件,其中,所述风机组件位于所述换热器下方,并与所述壳体可拆卸连接;所述壳体包括顶壁、与所述顶壁邻接的底盘、与所述顶壁相对设置的下面板,以及与所述底盘相对设置的前面板;
    所述下面板后端与所述底盘枢接,和/或所述前面板上端与所述顶壁枢接,以使得所述下面板朝下翻转和/或所述前面板朝上翻转而让位出一用以供所述风机组件取出的让位口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括接水槽和风轮,所述换热器部分环设于所述风轮的上部,所述接水槽对应所述换热器的前端设置;
    所述下面板后端与所述底盘枢接,且所述前面板上端与所述顶壁枢接,所述下面板和所述前面板分别与所述接水槽的前侧可拆卸连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述下面板和所述前面板分别与所述接水槽卡接。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述底盘上设有蜗壳,所述风机组件包括蜗舌,所述蜗舌与所述蜗壳共同形成供空气流通的风道。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述下面板上对应所述风道设有出风口。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括分别与所述顶壁连接的左壁和右壁,所述左壁和所述右壁内侧各凸设有一弹性限位块;
    所述前面板的内侧且靠近左右两侧各设有一转动臂,两所述转动臂上各设有一凸块;当所述前面板受外力而向上翻转一定角度后,所述凸块能够挤压并越过所述弹性限位块;当所述前面板受力解除时,所述弹性限位块抵顶所述凸块,以限制所述前面板回落。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述风机组件与所述底盘滑动连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括风轮,以及分别位于所述风轮两端并用以供所述风轮安装的两安装座;两所述安装座的后侧各设有一滑板,所述滑板自上向下逐渐朝远离所述底盘的方向倾斜设置;所述底盘上对应设有供两所述滑板滑动的两滑槽。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其特征在于,两所述滑板的上端各设有一插舌,所述底盘上且位于两所述滑槽的上端对应设有供所述插舌紧配插接的插槽。
