一种智能床护栏 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家居技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种智能床护栏。
背景技术
床是我们居家生活必不可少的一种用具;为防止晚上睡觉时从床上滚落,床两侧常设置有护栏,然而目前护栏的设置大都跟床直接固定,或机械转动设置,使用十分不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种使用方便且结构简单成本低的智能床护栏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种智能床护栏,包括床架;其中,所述床架包括支架和设置在所述支架上的床板;所述床板上表面靠近两侧边缘处设置按压开关;所述床板两侧面均设置有驱动电机和容纳所述驱动电机的凹腔;所述驱动电机活动端固定有转动杆;还包括遮挡所述凹腔开口的圆环形挡板,所述挡板表面设置有弧形第一金属触片;所述转动杆侧表面设置有与所述第一金属触片配合的长条形第二金属触片,所述第二金属触片与所述驱动电机转轴焊接固定;还包括电源和与所述驱动电机转轴侧表面相抵的金属弹片;所述按压开关、所述驱动电机均与所述电源电连接;所述金属弹片和所述第一金属触片,其一与所述驱动电机电 连接,另一与所述按压开关电连接。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述转动杆两端均套设有缓冲套。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述凹腔底部设置有与所述驱动电机配合的过线孔。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述凹腔内壁设置有吸震件。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述吸震件为海绵件。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述床板两侧表面均设置有为所述转动杆转动限位的限位块。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述限位块包括弹片,所述弹片一端与所述床板固定,另一端通过弹簧与所述床板连接。
本发明所述的智能床护栏,其中,所述弹片靠近所述弹簧一端端部朝所述弹簧卷曲设置。
本发明的有益效果在于:晚上睡觉翻滚至床边缘时,按压开关受挤压闭合,驱动电机启动,驱动转动杆转动由横向状态变为纵向或斜向状态进行防护,第二金属触片与第一金属触片脱离接触,整个回路断开,电机停止转动,自动防护效果好,使用方便且结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的智能床护栏如图1所示,同时参阅图2、图3、图4和图5,包括床架1,床架1包括支架10和设置在支架10上的床板11;床板11上表面靠近两侧边缘处设置按压开关110;床板11两侧面均设置有驱动电机111和容纳驱动电机111的凹腔112;驱动电机111活动端固定有转动杆113;还包括遮挡凹腔112开口的圆环形挡板114,挡板114表面设置有弧形第一金属触片115;转动杆113侧表面设置有与第一金属触片115配合的长条形第二金属触片116,第二金属触片116与驱动电机111转轴焊接固定;还包括电源2和与驱动电机111转轴侧表面相抵的金属弹片117;按压开关110、驱动电机111均与电源2电连接;金属弹片117和第一金属触片115,其一与驱动电机111电连接,另一与按压开关110电连接;晚上睡觉翻滚至床边缘时,按压开关110受挤压闭合,驱动电机111启动,驱动转动杆113转动由横向状态变为纵向或斜向状态进行防护,第二金属触片116与第一金属触片115脱离接触, 整个回路断开,电机停止转动,自动防护效果好,使用方便且结构简单,成本低。
如图1和图2所示,转动杆113两端均套设有缓冲套118,防护时进行缓冲。
如图2和图4所示,凹腔112底部设置有与驱动电机111配合的过线孔(图中未显示),便于电性连接。
如图2和图4所示,凹腔112内壁设置有吸震件(图中未显示),减少驱动电机111运行时振动。
如图2所示,吸震件(图中未显示)为海绵件,成本低。
如图1和图3所示,床板11两侧表面均设置有为转动杆113转动限位的限位块120,防止转动杆113过转。
如图1和图3所示,限位块120包括弹片121,弹片121一端与床板11固定,另一端通过弹簧122与床板11连接,防过转效果好,且通过缓冲的方式,避免损坏设备。
如图1和图3所示,弹片121靠近弹簧122一端端部朝弹簧122卷曲设置,防止刮伤人体。

  1. 一种智能床护栏,包括床架;其特征在于,所述床架包括支架和设置在所述支架上的床板;所述床板上表面靠近两侧边缘处设置按压开关;所述床板两侧面均设置有驱动电机和容纳所述驱动电机的凹腔;所述驱动电机活动端固定有转动杆;还包括遮挡所述凹腔开口的圆环形挡板,所述挡板表面设置有弧形第一金属触片;所述转动杆侧表面设置有与所述第一金属触片配合的长条形第二金属触片,所述第二金属触片与所述驱动电机转轴焊接固定;还包括电源和与所述驱动电机转轴侧表面相抵的金属弹片;所述按压开关、所述驱动电机均与所述电源电连接;所述金属弹片和所述第一金属触片,其一与所述驱动电机电连接,另一与所述按压开关电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述转动杆两端均套设有缓冲套。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述凹腔底部设置有与所述驱动电机配合的过线孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述凹腔内壁设置有吸震件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述吸震件为海绵件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述床板两侧表面均设置有为所述转动杆转动限位的限位块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能床护栏,其特征在于,所述限位块包括弹片,所述弹片一端与所述床板固定,另一端通过弹簧与所述床板连接。
