[0034] 进一步地, 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述连接板 11上幵设有第二轴孔 1102, 该 第二轴孔 1102位于上述第一轴孔 1101的上方, 此处, 该第二轴孔 1102用以供上 述暂存模块的分钞轴 4的端部穿设, 具体地, 分钞轴 4的端部通过轴承穿设在该 第二轴孔 1102中, 且该分钞轴 4与第二轴孔 1102同轴, 即分钞轴 4与第二轴孔 110 2具有共同的中心轴。 由于上述分钞轮 2和分离轮 3分别穿设在分钞轴 4和分离轴 5 上, 因此, 调节分离轴 5与分钞轴 4之间的相对位置, 即可调节分钞轮 2和分离轮 3之间的间隙, 即调节分钞间隙。
[0035] 进一步地, 在本发明实施例中, 上述连接板 11上还幵设有多个安装孔 1103, 该 安装孔 1103用以供紧固件 13穿设并与上述暂存模块的侧板 6可拆卸固定连接, 该 紧固件 13优选为具有螺帽的螺钉, 当然, 该紧固件 13还可为其他类型的紧固构 件。 此处, 连接板 11上优选幵设有三个安装孔 1103, 分别位于连接板 11的左上 侧、 右下侧即左侧中部, 另外, 该安装孔 1103为具有一定长度的沿竖直方向延 伸的长条状幵孔, 如此, 调松紧固件 13后可上下移动连接板 11以进行位置微调 。 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述连接板 11还可通过 其他方式与侧板 6可拆卸固定连接, 此处不作唯一限定。

[0037] 如图 1至图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提出了一种暂存模块, 该暂存模块用于自动 存取款设备。 具体地, 该暂存模块可包括分钞轮 2、 分离轮 3、 分钞轴 4、 分离轴 5以及相对设置的一对侧板 6, 其中, 分钞轴 4和分离轴 5呈上下间隔分布, 并横 设于两侧板 6之间, 分钞轮 2和分离轮 3分别设置在分钞轴 4和分离轴 5上; 另外, 该暂存模块还包括上述分钞间隙调节装置 1, 该分钞间隙调节装置 1设置在侧板 6 的外侧, 该分钞间隙调节装置 1用于调节分钞轮 2和分离轮 3之间的间隙, 即分钞 间隙。 此处, 分钞间隙调节装置 1的具体构造以及其与暂存模块各构件之间的连 接配合可参见上文, 此处不作敷述。
[0038] 基于上述技术方案, 本发明实施例提出的暂存模块, 通过在其侧板 6上设置分 钞间隙调节装置 1, 利用分钞间隙调节装置 1中的偏心设置, 使得分离轴 5可相对 于分钞轴 4上移或下移, 这样也就实现了分离轴 5与分钞轴 4之间间隙的大小调节 , 即实现了分离轮 3与分钞轮 2之间间隙的大小调节, 也就实现了分钞间隙的大 小调节, 保证了纸钞经过该暂存模块吋的平整状态。
[0039] 如图 1至图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提出了一种自动存取款设备, 该自动存取款 设备可包括流程柜 (附图中未画出) , 该自动存取款设备还包括上述暂存模块 , 该暂存模块设置在其流程柜内, 暂存模块的具体构造可参照上文, 此处不作 敷述。 该自动存取款设备通过在其流程柜内设置暂存模块, 而该暂存模块通过 在其侧板 6—侧设置上述分钞间隙调节装置 1, 如此, 实现了分钞间隙的大小调 节, 保证了纸钞经过暂存模块吋的平整状态, 有效提升了设备整体性能。

[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述转动板为 圆形板, 所述连接板上幵设有适配于所述转动板外轮廓的第一轴孔, 所述转动板可转动设置于所述第一轴孔内并与其同轴。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述调节组件 还包括跨接部, 以及用于限制所述转动板转动的限位部, 所述跨接部 的两端分别连接所述转动板和所述限位部。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述调节组件 还包括挂钩, 所述限位部外边缘上设置有可与所述挂钩挂接形成定位 的多个轮齿。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位部与 所述转动板位于同一平面上, 且所述限位部的外边缘呈圆弧状, 所述 多个轮齿沿所述限位部的外边缘均匀间隔分布。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 2至 5任一项所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述 连接板上幵设有用以供所述暂存模块的分钞轴端部同轴穿设的第二轴 孔。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 2至 5任一项所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述 连接板上还幵设有用以供紧固件穿设并与所述暂存模块的侧板连接的 安装孔。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 其特征在于, 所述 连接板的侧边上幵设有避让槽, 所述限位部位于所述避让槽内。
[权利要求 9] 暂存模块, 用于自动存取款设备, 包括相对设置的一对侧板, 横设于 两所述侧板之间且呈上下间隔分布的分钞轴和分离轴, 以及分别设置 于所述分钞轴和所述分离轴上的分钞轮和分离轮, 其特征在于, 所述 暂存模块还包括权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的分钞间隙调节装置, 所述 分钞间隙调节装置设置于所述侧板外侧并用于调节所述分钞轮和所述 分离轮之间的间隙。
