背景技术
“行李箱”为一般人外出旅游或出差洽公时,用来携带随身衣物及日常用品不可或缺的工具,市面上常见的传统行李箱结构,皆主要为于一箱体的一侧面设有一拉杆供便于拖拉,而于箱体的底部设有多个轮子供便于地面上移动。然而,该种传统行李箱的箱体体积为固定的,相对的其容量亦是固定的,因此一旦所携带的物品过多时便需额外购置行李箱、手提箱或其它装载物另外装设,然后另行拖拉、提拿移动或托运,会造成使用者携带使用上的不便。
为改善上述问题,本领域中设计出一种可将增加的行李箱或手提箱或其它箱体或袋体(以下以副行李箱举例说明)挂设或扣设在原来行李箱(主行李箱)的其中一侧面或多个侧面上,藉此提升行李箱的承载能力。然而,由于该种现有的行李箱结构,将副行李箱挂设或扣设在主行李箱上,其能额外增加的副行李箱的体积及数量有限,且亦会使整体的重心提高而不易拖拉移动,甚至容易造成倾倒情形,故其承载稳定性不佳,且该主行李箱挂设或扣设上副行李箱后,亦没有足够空间供人乘坐于其上休息。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1~11,显示本发明所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱包括一箱体1及一轮座2,其中:
该箱体1,呈矩形,且一侧面具有一伸缩拉杆10。
该轮座2,包括有呈平行设置的两轨道20、分别对应结合在该两轨道20两端部的两连杆30、设于该两轨道20上的多个轮子40及设于其中一轨道20上的一定位装置50。在本实施例中,该定位装置50结合在前侧的轨道20上,其亦可结合在后侧的轨道20上,然两者动作及结构皆相同,以下以结合在前侧的轨道20的实施例进行说明,以便于了解,此合先叙明。
在图1、2、5中,每一轨道20包括有一中轨21、一下轨22、一上轨23、两珠条24及一珠座25。其中:
该中轨21,顶面具有朝上呈开口状且贯通到两端的一中轨滑槽210,使整体概呈ㄩ字形,该中轨滑槽210的两相对侧壁的上缘分别向外延伸有两固定翼片211,该两固定翼片211上具有多个穿孔212可分别供多个螺丝或其它螺合组件(图中未示)穿过而将其螺锁在该箱体1的底面。该中轨滑槽210的两相对内侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两内珠槽213,而该中轨21的两相对外侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两外珠槽214。该中轨21一端的中轨滑槽210 中具有一上轨挡块215,该中轨21另一端的两相对外侧壁上分别向外凸设有两第一珠条挡块216。在本发明中,该中轨21除可以螺丝结合在该箱体1的底面外,亦可利用其它诸如焊接、扣接等现有技术中常见固定方式结合在该箱体1的底面,此不再加以赘述。
该下轨22,顶面具有朝上呈开口状且贯通到两端的一下轨滑槽220,使整体概呈ㄩ字形,该下轨滑槽220可供容纳该中轨21于其中相对滑移。该下轨滑槽220的两相对内侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两沟槽221,该下轨滑槽220的内端对应两沟槽221处分别具有两第二珠条挡块222,于该下轨滑槽220的外端凸设有一中轨挡块223,该中轨挡块223在该中轨21收缩于该下轨滑槽220中时可挡于该中轨21的一端。该下轨22靠外端处的外侧壁上设有一定位槽224。
该上轨23,可滑移的设于该中轨滑槽210中,且该上轨23的两相对外侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两上轨珠槽230。该上轨23的底面具有一顶块231,该顶块231可与该上轨挡块215配合相对抵顶,以限制该上轨23于该中轨21上向外伸张出一适当长度,而不至于完全脱离。
该两珠条24,分别可滑移地设于该下轨22的两沟槽221中,每一珠条24上嵌置有可自由转动的多个滚珠240。该两珠条24上的多个滚珠240一侧滑嵌于该中轨21的两外珠槽214中,另一侧抵于该下轨22的两沟槽221的槽壁上,藉该两珠条24可提升该下轨22与该中轨21相对滑动的顺畅度。当该下轨22与该中轨21相对伸张至一适当长度时,该两珠条24的两端会分别抵顶于该下轨22的两第二珠条挡块222及该中轨21的两第一珠条挡块216,以限制该下轨22与该中轨21相对伸张时不会相互脱离。
该珠座25,可滑移的设于该中轨滑槽210中,且位于该中轨21与该上轨23之间。该珠座25概呈ㄩ字形,且两相对侧壁上嵌置有可自由转动的多个滚珠250。该珠座25两侧壁上的多个滚珠250一侧滑嵌于该中轨21的两内珠槽213中,另一侧滑嵌于该上轨23的两上轨珠槽230中,藉该珠座25可提升该上轨23与该中 轨21相对滑动的顺畅度。
在本发明中,该两珠条24可由一珠座25取代,而该珠座25亦可由两珠条24取代,其仅是上述实施例的简单衍生变化,不再另加以赘述。
在图1、2、5中,该两连杆30的其中一者的两端分别结合于该两轨道20的下轨22的外端,另一者的两端分别结合于该两轨道20的上轨23的外端。
在图1、2、5中,该多个轮子40的数量为6个,每一轨道20上设有3个,其中2个轮子40结合在该下轨22底面靠两端处,其中1个结合在该上轨23靠外端处。
在图2~4中,该两轨道20的上轨23与下轨22可分别收缩于中轨21的上、下侧面,使该两轨道20呈收合状态。
在图5~7中,该两轨道20的上轨23与下轨22可分别由中轨21的上、下侧面向两端伸出适当长度,使该两轨道20呈伸张状态。
请参阅图1、3、6,可看出该定位装置50包括一弹性定位片51及一控制杆52。该弹性定位片51一端结合在该上轨23外端的外侧壁上,另一端具有一勾部53。当该下轨22与该上轨23收缩于该中轨21的上、下侧时,该勾部53可嵌入该下轨22的定位槽224中,使该轨道20被定位在收合的状态;当该下轨22与该上轨23由该中轨21的上、下侧向两端伸出适当长度时,该勾部53可顶于该下轨22的内端面,使该轨道20被定位在伸张的状态。该控制杆52一端结合在该弹性定位片51远离该勾部53的一端的外侧面上,可被扳动以控制该弹性定位片51弹性摆动以使该勾部53嵌入或脱离该定位槽224及顶抵或脱离该下轨22的内端面。
请参阅图8、9本发明的第一实施例,该箱体1供该伸缩拉杆10固定的侧面为后侧面,该轮座2的两轨道20与该箱体1底面的后侧边平行。平时可使该轮座2的两轨道20呈收合状态,以作为具一般承载空间的行李箱使用。当将该轮座2的两轨道20被拉出呈伸张状态时,该两轨道20的上轨23、下轨22与该两连杆30便会于该箱体1的左、右两侧延伸形成两承载面,可供于承载其它物 品60(如其它行李箱、手提箱、购物袋等)后,再以一束带61将其束紧以防散落。且当该两扩充的承载空间承载物品后,该行李箱上具有足够的空间供人舒适的乘坐休息。
请参阅图10、11本发明的第二实施例,该箱体1供该伸缩拉杆10固定的侧面为后侧面,该轮座2的两轨道20与该箱体1底面的后侧边垂直。平时可使该轮座2的两轨道20呈收合状态,以作为具一般承载空间的行李箱使用。当将该轮座2的两轨道20被拉出呈伸张状态时,该两轨道20的上轨23、下轨22与该两连杆30便会于该箱体1的前、后两侧延伸形成两承载面,可供于承载其它物品60(如其它行李箱、手提箱、购物袋等)后,再以一束带61将其束紧以防散落。且当该两扩充的承载空间承载物品后,该行李箱上具有足够的空间供人舒适的乘坐休息。
本发明所提供的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,平时可使该轮座2的两轨道20呈收合状态,以作为具一般承载空间的行李箱使用。而当该两轨道20呈伸张状态时,可于该行李箱的两相对侧扩充形成两承载空间便于承载较多的物品,进而大幅提升承载能力。尤其是,该轮座2的两扩充承载空间可分别藉底部的轮子40的良好支撑而具较佳的承载稳定性。特别是,本发明的轮座2结构较为简单,制作成本低廉,只需将该轮座2结合在该箱体1的底面即可具有扩充承载空间的功效,在组装上亦非常简单、方便及快速。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包括在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,包括:
    一箱体,其一侧面具有一伸缩拉杆;以及
    一轮座,包括有呈平行设置的两轨道、分别对应结合在两所述轨道两端部的两连杆、设于两所述轨道上的多个轮子及设于其中一所述轨道上的一定位装置,每一所述轨道包括有固定结合在所述箱体底面的一中轨及分别滑嵌于所述中轨的上、下侧面的一上轨与一下轨,所述上轨与所述下轨可收合于所述中轨的上、下侧面而使所述轨道呈收合状态,以及可分别向外伸出所述中轨两端一适当长度而使所述轨道呈伸张状态,两所述连杆分别结合在两所述轨道的所述上轨的外端与两所述轨道的所述下轨的外端,所述定位装置将所述两轨道定位于收合状态或伸张状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,每一所述轨道还包括有两珠条及一珠座,其中:
    所述中轨,顶面具有一中轨滑槽,所述中轨滑槽的两相对侧壁的上缘分别向外延伸有两固定翼片,结合固定在所述箱体的底面,所述中轨一端的所述中轨滑槽中具有一上轨挡块,所述中轨另一端的两相对外侧壁上分别向外凸设有两第一珠条挡块;
    所述下轨,顶面具有一下轨滑槽,容纳所述中轨于其中滑移,所述下轨滑槽的两相对内侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两沟槽,所述下轨滑槽的内端对应两所述沟槽处分别具有两第二珠条挡块,于所述下轨滑槽的外端凸设有一中轨挡块,所述中轨挡块在所述中轨收缩于所述下滑槽中时可挡于所述中轨的一端;
    所述上轨,能够滑移的设于所述中轨滑槽中,且所述上轨的底面具有一顶块,所述顶块与所述上轨挡块配合相对抵顶,以限制所述上轨于所述中轨上向外伸张出一适当长度,而不至于完全脱离;
    两所述珠条,分别滑移地设于两所述沟槽中,每一所述珠条上嵌置有能够自由转动的多个滚珠,两所述珠条上的多个所述滚珠的两相对侧分别抵于所述中轨与所述下轨的相对侧壁上,当所述下轨与所述中轨相对伸张至一适当长度时,两所述珠条的两端会分别抵顶于两所述第二珠条挡块及两所述第一珠条挡块,以限制所述下轨 与所述中轨相对伸张时不会相互脱离;
    所述珠座,能够滑移的设于所述中轨滑槽中,且位于所述中轨与所述上轨之间,所述珠座的两相对侧壁上嵌置有可自由转动的多个滚珠,所述珠座两侧壁上的多个滚珠的两相对侧分别抵于所述中轨与所述上轨的相对侧壁上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,两所述固定翼片上具有多个穿孔可分别供螺丝穿过而将其螺锁在所述箱体的底面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,所述中轨滑槽的两相对内侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两内珠槽,所述中轨的两相对外侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两外珠槽,所述上轨的两相对外侧壁上分别具有延伸到两端的两上轨珠槽,两所述珠条上的多个所述滚珠一侧滑嵌于两所述外珠槽中,另一侧抵于两所述沟槽的槽壁上,所述珠座两侧壁上的多个滚珠一侧滑嵌于两所述内珠槽中,另一侧滑嵌于两所述上轨珠槽中。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,所述下轨靠外端处的一外侧壁上设有一定位槽,所述定位装置包括一弹性定位片及一控制杆,所述弹性定位片的一端结合在所述上轨外端的外侧壁上,另一端具有一勾部,当所述下轨与所述上轨收缩于所述中轨的上、下侧时,所述勾部能够嵌入所述下轨的所述定位槽之中,以使所述轨道被定位在收合的状态,当所述下轨与所述上轨由所述中轨的上、下侧向两端伸出适当长度时,所述勾部顶于所述下轨的内端面,以使所述轨道被定位在伸张的状态,所述控制杆一端结合在所述弹性定位片远离所述勾部的一端的外侧面上,可被扳动以控制所述弹性定位片弹性摆动以使所述勾部嵌入或脱离所述定位槽及顶抵或脱离所述下轨的内端面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,多个所述轮子的数量为6个,每一所述轨道上设有3个,其中2个所述轮子结合在所述下轨底面靠两端处,其中1个结合在所述上轨靠外端处。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,所述箱体呈矩形。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,在所述箱体上,所述伸缩拉杆固定的侧面为后侧面,所述轮座的两所述轨道与所述箱体底面的后侧边平行,当两所述轨道被拉出呈伸张状态时,能够于所述箱体的左、右扩充出两承载空间。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的可扩充承载空间的行李箱,其特征在于,在所述箱体上,所述伸缩拉杆固定的侧面为后侧面,所述轮座的两所述轨道与所述箱体底面的后侧边垂直,当两所述轨道被拉出呈伸张状态时,能够于所述箱体的前、后扩充出两承载空间。
