另有常见的打草机,如图10,打草头爆炸图所示,不用刀,由串激电机带动有尼龙线的打草头。当装好打草机,并开动使绕线轮25-3内的尼龙线旋转,就能打草。当线短时,操作者墩压一下,绕线轮铝头25-3b碰地,使绕线轮弹簧25-1压缩,而使绕线轮25-3转,使其内的尼龙线134通过线眼插片25-6,而放线。放出的过长的线由刀片127修剪。不用时把刀片套126放在刀片127上,有防护作用。打草头打草效果好,比刀轻巧省电,但因需墩压放线,而无法装在有轮的普通割草机上。能否省掉通常四轮割草机的一个轮,使转弯和倒退更灵活?

市场上客观上需要一种同时具有两个后出草排出口的三轮草坪割草机面世,以求不堵草。虽说有多种排草碎草防堵草装置,但都不能从根本上解决不堵草的实际问题。常规割草机只有单出草排出口,出草效果差,省掉多种排草碎草防堵草装置更是难办。

虽说有多种排草碎草防堵草装置,然只有本发明同时具有两个后出草排出口的三轮草坪割草机面世才从根本上解决了不堵革的实际问题。综合效果既有利于割草,操作舒适,又有利于降噪,环保和安全,而且是为了能降低成本,革命性地改常规单出草排出口为有两个后出草排出口,原来想不到;效果显著,取得国际认可和大定单,省掉多种排草碎草防堵草装置。

因本发明是在几经改进的串激电机电动割草机的基础上再作防撞刹车的,故为述说分明,先述说有打草头又有卷线器的电动割草机,再述说防撞刹车,再述说同时具有两个后出草排出口的三轮草坪割草机解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案。

具体实施方式
先建电脑3D模,再刻模具;再在割草机上加防撞和刹车,其技术方程式及建模方法是:采用PRO/ENGINEER WILDFIRE绘图软件,新设工作目录,新建零件,草绘2个同心圆。打开可变截面扫描(Var Sect Sweep)指令,选取以上2圆为扫描轨迹和参考轨迹。绘制一条平行2圆平面的直线,长度L=(D-d)/2,且对应圆边沿投影线。建立参数(PARAMETER)1:C实数(real number),可跟据具体工况在0.01-1之间赋值,例如0.3;C也称为波高。建立参数(PARAMETER)2:N整数(integer),跟据具体工况在2-100之间选值,例如13;N也称为波数。建立关系(RELATION),如本发明的正弦波方程式是:电脑默认SDi=C*SIN(TRAJPAR*360*N);上式中,i是尺寸数字序列号;SIN=SINE,正弦函数;TRAJPAR,轨迹函数。再采用旋转,合并,实体化等指令,即建模为函数波盘。
再用所述的方程式输入CNC加工中心,用CIMATRO或MASTCAM制钢模,或用铣床,刨床及电火花加工。用电火花加工时,用所述的方程式输入CNC加工中心,则要先制出钨铜电极。

本发明是通常的用于庭院、公园及路旁等场所修剪草坪的割草机的重大改进,主要改进是草坪割草机前部设有可活动抽出的放置蓄电池的支架;割草机中部设有的切割装置由不装在该中心而是偏置的串激电机所拖动的;切割装置可用两种,一种是有风扇塑料刀座的刀,另一种是把原打草机上转轮内的绕线轮的尼龙线移植到割草机上;因偏置的串激电机让出了中心轴位置,才能用本发明的中心拉线拉动转杆,使绕线轮铝头放线,从而打破了打草头尼龙线切割装置无法用于割草机的历史;又由于采用一种带有多种阻尼机构的绕线装置,即由离心慢回缩装置,侧活塞阻尼装置,位置锁,活板压簧阻尼机构,逆阻机构,排管器角度槽式阻尼机构所互补的绕线装置,从而大大增加了普通有电线的电动割草机的割草范围。或许可以说,开创了一种既有打草头又有卷线器的割草机,这样一种新技术领域。其有益之处是解决配重,电源及割草诸问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
三轮串激电机电动割草机,是既有打草头又有卷线器的割草机,主要是在普通的草坪割草机上加设有三大总成,即设有蓄电池支架总成,设有串激电机所拖动的设在割草机中部的有拉动转杆和打草头的切割装置总成,以及设有卷线器总成;所述的支架,是在草坪割草机前部设有可活动抽出的放置蓄电池的支架;所述的切割装置有两种,一种是在割草机中心的割草刀上,设有塑料风扇的刀座,以便导风和绝缘;另一种是把原打草机上转轮内的绕线轮的尼龙线移植到割草机上,因偏置的串激电机让出了中心轴位置,才有可能使中心轴空心,才能用本发明的中心拉线拉动转杆,使绕线轮放线;实用时最好按草杆草况试配切割装置;所述的卷线器安在割草机的前部或中部,解决配重和电源;以下分别予以详述:
所述的串激电机电动割草机设有的蓄电池支架总成,是在草坪割草机前部设有可活动抽出的放置蓄电池的支架;所述的蓄电池支架总成,如图11所示,由固装在割草机底部的支架座的定滑座90c,及可拉出的设有滑杆90a和限位90b的活支架90,以及未画出的带有充电器和逆变器的蓄电池所组成,所述的活支架(90)的滑杆90a套装在所述的支架座的定滑座90c内,当被拉出并由限位90b定位后,在其上可放置所述的蓄电池,还可放任何配重。操作者既可选用所述的蓄电池,又可通过卷线器来换用外接电源,以便在多树夹杂的草坪区域或临时停电的情况下都能割草。
所述的串激电机电动割草机中部设有的切割装置总成,是由不装在该中心而是偏置的串激电机所拖动的;切割装置可用两种,一种是有风扇塑料刀座的刀,另一种是把原打草机上的打草头的转轮内的绕线轮的尼龙线移植到割草机上;因偏置的串激电机让出了中心轴位置,才能用中心拉线拉动转杆,使绕线轮铝头放线,从而打破了打草头尼龙线切割装置无法用于割草机的历史;所述的串激电机电动割草机用的有风扇塑料刀座的刀,是在割草机中心的割草刀上,设有塑料风扇的刀座,参看图12,所述的刀座85上设有花键槽85a,以便与大带轮82的花键82a相配合,以便在偏置的串激电机的带动下使刀座的刀割草;所述的刀座85上设有 多个风扇85d,以便导风;且所述的风扇上设有多个小通孔85c,最好是六角形孔,以利降噪;而且所述的风扇上设有刃口85b,以利防缠草;所述的刀座宜用不导电材料,例如尼龙加纤塑料。
所述的串激电机电动割草机中部设有的切割装置总成,是由不装在该中心而是偏置的串激电机所拖动的;切割装置可用两种,一种是有风扇塑料刀座的刀,另一种是把原打草机上的打草头的转轮内的绕线轮的尼龙线移植到割草机上;因偏置的串激电机让出了中心轴位置,才能用中心拉线拉动转杆,使绕线轮铝头放线,从而打破了打草头尼龙线切割装置无法用于割草机的历史;所述的串激电机电动割草机中部设有的有打草头和中心拉线拉动转杆的切割装置总成,参看图4和图5,由内机架76,串激电机77,电机皮带轮84,皮带83,大皮带轮82,拉线81,拉动转杆78,推力轴承79,有迷宫的拉转架80,及打草头所组成;而所述的打草头,又被称为含线盒底座的盘绳打草总成,可参看图10,由打草头壳24-3,绕线轮弹簧25-1,绕线轮25-3,尼龙线134,护线圈123,线眼插片25-6,线盒上盖25-7所组成;所述的刀片127设在割草机割盘的圆周上,不用时把刀片套126放在刀片127上,有防护作用;原来用坚固的绕线轮铝头25-3b,当线短时,操作者墩压一下,绕线轮铝头25-3b碰地,使绕线轮弹簧25-1压缩,而使绕线轮25-3转,使其内的尼龙线134通过线眼插片25-6,而放线,放出的过长的线由刀片127修剪;现改为不用墩压碰地,故可省掉绕线轮铝头25-3b,而是用中心拉线拉动转杆,使绕线轮放线;放出的过长的线由刀片127修剪;所述的尼龙线134,最好用一种打草机异形多槽线,所述的异形线的特征是其截面上开有槽口34a,最少一个,或多个,例如3个;所述的槽口是沿尼龙线呈螺旋形的,且沿圆周成等分均布的;所述的槽口是三角形的,以利割草;所述的内机架76,装割草机底盘的割盘的上方,在偏置的串激电机77的轴上,设有电机皮带轮84,并通过皮带83,驱动中心线在底盘的割盘中心的大皮带轮82;所述的大皮带轮82驱动所述的打草头;所述的大皮带轮82与打草头壳24-3,线眼插片25-6,线盒上盖25-7依次相连,在打草头壳24-3内通过绕线轮弹簧25-1,压装有绕线轮25-3,所述的绕线轮25-3上装设有尼龙线134,及护线圈123;所述的拉动转杆78与所述的绕线轮25-3连接,或固连,或用轴档圈,或用反丝扣,或用推力轴承相连;所述的拉动转杆78的另一端,通过推力轴承79,而与有迷宫的拉转架80相连,所述的拉转架80上套装有所述的拉线81的钢丝绳的一端头,而拉线的另一远端头与割草机大扶手边的放线操纵杆81b相连;当放线时,拉线拉动转杆,参看图7,使绕线轮上的几个凸台上移,而与线盒上盖25-7的几个孔坑脱开,绕线轮相对于打草头壳转动而放一下线;当打草时,整个打草头同转,绕线轮相对于打草头壳不转动就不放线;所述的有迷宫的拉转架80,是方框形,以利不易变形,因用单边的日久易拉得变形;其下面设有拉动转杆的孔80c,以便放推力轴承79和插入杆,其侧面设有长孔80b,以便放进拉线头;其上面设有中心孔80d以便放拉线,特别是其上面设有迷宫80a,其有多个弯路,连接所述的长孔和中心孔,以便拉线的钢丝绳的粗大的一端头先通过长孔80b放进拉转架80的方框,再把拉线的钢丝绳沿迷宫80a的多个弯路绕道而行进入中心孔,从而不易松脱。
所述的串激电机电动割草机的电路图,如图2所示,主要由保险RC,开关K,电感L3,电感L4,电容C,及设有绕组L1和绕组L2的串激电机M,以及起动按纽AQ和把柄75,及二极管Di,电阻R1,R2,发光管LED,绕线器及插头插座所组成;本发明特意加有保险RC,其用保险丝, 或用热继电器,或用过流保护器,以求更安全;为什么供电源内已有保险,还要加保险?因为供电源还供多处,其保险往往太大,并不刚好适合本割草机。
参看图15,图16及图1,所述的起动按纽AQ和把柄75的头部,及二极管Di,电阻R1,R2,发光管LED,开关K及插头,以及各件各自的复位弹簧,均装在割草机扶手架的带把柄75的插头座75b上;所述的把柄75的头部设有勾头;所述的起动按纽AQ设有长薄片QA2,且通过长薄片连着压块QA1,还设有限位片QA3;当按下起动按纽AQ,并扳动把柄75时,所述的把柄75的头部设有的勾头压着起动按纽AQ的压块QA1,并使起动按纽AQ的压块QA1压着开关K,才能起动;当要关时,只要扳动把柄75,各件各自就可弹性复位;所述的二极管Di,电阻R1,R2,发光管LED仅仅是个指示灯的作用;所述的卷线器的一端接电源,卷线器的另一端可与带把柄75的插头座75b上的插头相接,并通过开关K接马达。
操作者选择将一种带有多种阻尼机构的绕线装置即由轮壳总成,离心慢回缩装置,侧活塞阻尼装置,位置锁,以及逆阻机构和排管器上的角度槽式阻尼机构所组成的绕管装置的外壳上的通过长销18连接且可在180度内微转的支架19放置在割草机的前部或中部的方式来装配;如图1或图3所示;也可在割草机的前部设一根垂直轴,并在支架19的中部设孔套在垂直轴上来装配;或者,在割草机的中部设一根垂直轴,并在卷线器的中轴部设孔,套在垂直轴上来装配;并插接好电源和予以固定;操作者在割草掉头时,最好让线从割草机前面转向,而不要从割草机后面转向,就是说要注意不要拌脚即可。根据草地混杂及远近情况,操作者还可选择用几个或那几种阻尼机构的绕线器,因在固定的大齿轮4的周围,有空间可放置多个小齿轮9来连接多个阻尼机构和位置锁。或者可换用所述的蓄电池。因为所述的轮壳总成由上壳13,上大盘12,盘簧发条11,内盘5,大齿轮4,主轮14,接头15,下盘16,下壳17,长销18,支架19所组成。所述的外壳的中心轴的孔装有设有转轴的下盘16及内盘5;内盘5通过盘簧发条11与上大盘12组成回缩装置;在内盘5上插入上小内盖21,而且再通过上小外盖22固定按装在上壳13上。不动的内盘5的轴上的槽上固装着盘簧发条11的靠近圆心的一端,所述的盘簧发条的外圈装配在转动的主轮14的边缘处的卡柱上,并用上大盘12通过边缘的四处卡位盖住。所以大齿轮不动。当操作者拉动管线时,因为主轮14上装配有线接头15,在线接头上已按装管线并把管线穿过排管器的2个滚轮而绕好在主轮上,且主轮14与下盘16通过螺丝固定连成一体,且由下盘16的中心大管轴转动地活套插到下壳17的中心大管的光滑的外轴表上,故上大盘12,主轮14,管接头15,下盘16相对于外壳是转动的;由小齿轮9和转盘6带动拐把销10的一端30沿阻尼盒壳3的底面的凸轮类槽内运行;停拉时,拐把销的销端30因发条反作用会锁定;再拉点并松开,销端30沿外圈槽无锁,软管或缆线在发条11的反作用力下,自动回卷;若过快时,高速的象行星轮效果的小齿轮9使小滑块1离心伸出,与壳边及与小活塞7接触而阻尼。所述的由拉簧2互拉且沿阻尼转盘6的滑道6a伸出的小滑块1,特别是小滑块1的桃形体的渐开线面及抛物线面,鱼贯地与小活塞7及阻尼盒壳3内部碰撞,啮合,滑动,磨擦,诸多作用加强了慢回缩阻尼功效。
不断新构思的方案是在已使用的卷线器内,利用中间的不动的大齿轮4,在其周围可多装小齿轮9来转动的特点,加装另一个阻尼盒壳,或者代替已用的慢回缩阻尼装置,本发明亦可 称为有活板压簧机构及多阻尼机构的绕先装置,故加装几个阻尼盒,是按客户要求和产品型号所要求的性能来选的。又因为所述的活板压簧机构由小齿轮9,由小齿轮9所带动的密螺纹轴64,活板61,压簧62,阻尼盒壳63,阻尼盒盖65组成;其特征是:所述的密螺纹轴64上设有螺纹;螺纹最好采用细牙标准螺纹,其细牙有利于缩短轴行程,其标准螺纹有利于加工;所述的活板61设有内螺纹,以便与密螺纹轴64相联动而上下移动;所述的活板61设有多个外凹槽,最好是4个,以便与阻尼盒壳63内的多个凸导轨63a相滑动;所述的活板61下装有所述的压簧62,压簧62的另一端与阻尼盒壳63的盒内接触;所述的阻尼盒壳63装配在主轮14上;所述的阻尼盒盖65装配在阻尼盒壳63的上面,故当主轮14回缩时,小齿轮9所带动的密螺纹轴64使活板61下移,使压簧62多加压于阻尼盒壳63的盒内,起到阻尼作用;又当主轮14在管线拉出而反转时,小齿轮9所带动的密螺纹轴64使活板61上移,使压簧62少加压于阻尼盒壳63的盒内;如此周而复始,形成有压簧机构的多阻尼机构的绕线装置。
在另一个阻尼盒壳里,设有相同的另一小齿轮9驱动的螺旋轴106,以螺旋角大于23.5度的螺旋与内螺旋磨擦轮105联接;当轴正转时轮下移磨擦壳底,反之上移;形成阻尼器的螺旋磨擦式单向机构的阻尼效果。
同时,在加装的另一个阻尼盒壳里,在大齿轮4的外围多设的几个相同的其中之一的小齿轮9的驱动下,逆阻转盘23转动;带有多种阻尼机构的绕线装置的逆阻机构,由逆阻转盘23,逆阻转块24,扭簧26,销轴25,小齿轮9所组成。所述的逆阻转盘的安放销轴25的多个特别是4个均布的孔23c内插入的销轴25套装着的活动的逆阻转块24,平时在安放扭簧的多个特别是4个均布的小孔23b内插入一端的扭簧26及其扭簧另一端的作用下,其逆阻转块24的小弧面24c不碰触阻尼盒壳的内壁,而是逆阻转块24的弦面24d靠近内壁,这就是说正向拉出时无阻,逆阻转块24的限位突24a与限阻转盘的限阻块23a相配和。但当逆向回缩时,逆阻转块24在速度快时就会受向心力的作用而发生离心偏转致使逆阻转块24的小弧面24c碰触阻尼盒壳的内壁,造成逆阻效果。
因为设在绕线装置的上壳13,下壳17的出口处的排管器53的安放2个滚轮轴芯盖54的导向器后支架51的2个孔,均被改为如图29所示的互有角度a的长圆槽,这样就组成了所述的滚轮轴芯盖的2个轴心在管被拉出时沿角度槽51a较远即滚轮松,而拉进时沿角度槽51b较近即滚轮紧的可变松紧的角度槽式阻尼机构。当操作者拉出线时,滚轮受到向外的磨擦分力,使得安放滚轮55的滚轮轴芯盖54被拉出时沿角度槽51a近;又因为所述的排管器53的导向器后支架51的角度槽内安放的滚轮轴芯盖54,可参看图24,由原来的2个轴心的定距,改为动距;每个盖的圆周的外側设有的拉块54a和每个拉块设有的小拉簧孔54c,被一个拉力较小的拉簧54b的两端分别插入所述的小拉簧孔中所轻轻拉住;所述的滚轮轴芯盖内安放2个滚轮55,且两个滚轮间安装有活动的管线;所述的排管器53的导向器前支架52和导向器后支架51合起来就组成了安放滚轮轴芯盖的角度槽即如图23所示的互有角度a的长圆槽,这样就形成了所述的滚轮轴芯盖的2个轴心在管被拉出时沿角度槽51a较远即滚轮松的效果。而线回缩时,由于角度槽内安放滚轮轴芯盖(如图23所示)的互有角度a的长圆槽的角度a在1度到23度之间 ,又由于考虑到管线进盘后是向左拐,而使所述的互有角度a的两条边,其分别与垂线的夹角,是左夹角β小于右夹角γ,所以回缩管时,滚轮受到向内的磨擦分力,使得安放滚轮55的滚轮轴芯盖54被拉进时沿角度槽51b近,安放滚轮轴芯盖的角度槽使滚轮轴芯盖的2个轴心靠近,这样就形成了沿角度槽51b较近即滚轮紧的可变松紧的角度槽式阻尼机构。
因为本发明的有球位置锁及多阻尼机构的绕管装置解决其任意位置锁的问题的技术方案可称为有球位置锁,技术革新的关键在于球;新构思的方案是在已使用的卷线器内,利用中间的不动的大齿轮4,在其周围可多装小齿轮9来转动的特点,加装所述的有球位置锁及多阻尼机构的绕管装置,其有球位置锁由小齿轮9,由小齿轮9所带动的锁芯轴74,球70,扭簧73,锁芯72,位置锁盒壳71组成;所述的位置锁盒壳71装配在主轮14上,所述的扭簧73套在锁芯轴74上,且常态是包紧套上的;所述的锁芯72活套装在所述的扭簧73及锁芯轴74并装入所述的位置锁盒壳71内;所述的锁芯72设有偏心的心形锁槽,偏心以便槽内球顺向移动,心形的凹进底部是当球进入时为锁的位置;其特征是:所述的球70是光滑的,最好是钢球;又因为球70具备按六个自由度,即三个平动自由度及三个转动自由度的特性,所以活动时,球就比拐把销或锁针有更少的分向扭力矩,而更不易偶尔卡住。所述的扭簧73是密圈的,截面是圆形的,便于加工其多弯曲的L形端部73a和U形的端部73b,也便于工作时不易因方形扭转的棱边而磨损芯轴。又因为所述的扭簧73其端部73a是呈L形的,故以利于卡在所述的锁芯72上方;而另一端73b是呈U形的,有两个边,故利于所述的球70的推动;且因所述的扭簧73的端部73a卡在所述的锁芯72上,而所述的扭簧73的端部73b伸出到锁芯72的心形锁槽的靠近心尖部的方孔内,且与所述的球70相接触;所述的球70活动安装在位置锁盒壳71的轴向长槽71a和锁芯72的心形锁槽内,并与套装在锁芯轴74且伸出到锁芯72的扭簧73的端部73b相接触,以便与锁芯72的心形锁槽相联动而随所述的位置锁盒壳71的轴向长槽71a而上下移动,其目标是当所述的球70推所述的扭簧73的端部73b到位而使扭簧密圈的内径变大,以松开由小齿轮9所带动的锁芯轴74,使管线自由;而当所述的球70落到锁位不推所述的扭簧73的端部73b,而使扭簧密圈的内径变小,以包紧由小齿轮9所带动的锁芯轴74,使管线不动;从而形成有球位置锁及多阻尼机构的绕线装置。当操作者拉动管线时,因为主轮14上装配有接头15,在接头上已按装线并把线绕好在所述的主轮上,主轮14与下盘16通过螺丝固定连成一体,且由下盘16)的中心大管轴转动地活套插到下壳17的中心大管的光滑的外轴表上,故上大盘12,主轮14,管接头15,下盘16相对于外壳是转动的;当拉出管线时主轮14带动小齿轮9。停拉时,所述的球70,因发条反作用,会沿所述的锁芯72设有的偏心的心形锁槽(偏心以便槽内球顺向移动),而碰到心形的凹进底部,球进入时为锁的位置,处于锁定;再拉点并松开管线,无锁,软管或缆线在发条11的反作用力下,自动回卷。在某些情况下,如左右转动角度过大,在卷线器的轴中部,或在前述的作安装用的垂直轴上,均可设双滑环带碳刷的接头,以利保护某些经铜铝导线布氏试验而偏硬的电线。
因在电动割草机上,设在割草机底盘前部的防撞保险器设在所述的支架总成的所述的活支架(90)上,由装设在割草机底盘的支架座的定滑座(90c),及可拉出的设有滑杆(90a)和限位(90b)的活支架(90)所组成,所述的活支架(90)的滑杆(90a)套装在所述的支架座的定滑座(90c)内,当被拉出时由限位(90b)定位,其特征在于所述活支架(90)是外包橡胶皮的,且所述的限位(90b)设有限位开关,以便当前方碰撞所述活支架(90)的外包橡胶皮而使所述的活支架(90)的滑杆(90a)回缩时而触发所述的限位(90b)设有的限位开关,以形成防撞保险器而保险;所述的设在割草机底盘中部的刹车器的串激电机电动割草机的割草机底盘中部的刹车器,含内机架(76),装在割草机底盘的割盘的上方,所述的内机架上装设偏置的串激电机(77),在偏置的串激电机(77)的轴上,设有电机皮带轮(84),并通过皮带(83),驱动中心线在底盘的割盘中心的带轮(204);并离合连接其同轴心的输出轴(203),所述带轮(204)上面用机牙螺(216)固定一作制动用的函数波盘刹车片(206);内机架(76)上固定一个制动固定板(207),用六角螺钉(218)和六角螺母(219)相互固定;制动固定板(207)上设有一个活动的制动杆(208),通过铆钉(215)连接,可灵活转动;制动杆(208)上设有摩擦片(209),用实铆钉(223)连接,通过作用于制动固定板(207)和制动杆(208)上的制动拉簧(210)使摩擦片(209)与带轮(204)上的作制动用的函数波盘刹车片(206)制动张紧;制动杆(208)用一条拉索(211)与操纵手柄相连接,以便刹车离合;当启动拉杆启动机器的过程中,拉索带动制动杆转动,使摩擦片与制动板分离,此时制动拉簧被拉长,使制动拉簧积聚弹力,当启动拉杆释放后,电源被切断,皮带轮失去动力,制动拉簧释放弹力,使摩擦片张紧制动板,使皮带轮停止转动,实现刹车功能。这是一般人员所直观易懂的,故不赘述。
所述的有打草头用扁杆旋转角度挂档来调高前单轮的三轮割草机的特征是省掉一个轮:其含前单轮(t1)、扁杆(t2)、卡轮(t3)、前轮横轴(t4)、扭柄(t5)、轮架(t7)、轮架调高槽(t8)、底盘架(t9)、前轮立轴(t10)、前轮支管(t11)、前轮支架(t12)、底盘喂草架(t13),在割草机的底盘的前部设有所述的底盘架(t9)和所述的底盘喂草架(t13),在所述的底盘架(t9)和所述的底盘喂草架(t13)的前部的上方左右各一地对称地设有所述的前轮支管(t11),在所述的两个前轮支管(t11)的中间,设有所述的前轮支架(t12),所述的前轮支架(t12)上活动地设有所述的前轮立轴(t10),所述的前轮立轴(t10)与所述的轮架(t7)相连接;所述的轮架(t7)上左右各一地对称地设有所述的轮架调高槽(t8),在所述的两个轮架调高槽(t8)里穿入所述前轮横轴(t4);在所述前轮横轴(t4)上设有能滚动的所述前单轮(t1);所述的有打草头用扁杆旋转角度挂档来调高前单轮的三轮割草机的特征在于在所述的轮架(t7)上设有多个旋转角度挂档(t7j),并在所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心上,安装有含有手柄(t2k)的所述扁杆(t2),所述扁杆(t2)上设有凸缘(t2j)以便操作所述有手柄(t2k)的所述扁杆(t2)能与所述多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)中的任选挂档(t7j)相配而使所述前轮横轴(t4)上设 有的能滚动的所述前单轮(t1)相对于割草机的底盘的离地面的高度有变化而调高从而使割草高度可变。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的5-20度圆心角排列较方便。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的8度圆心角排列用于460型。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的10度圆心角排列用于500型。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的12度圆心角排列用于520型。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的一定的圆心角排列且每个所述旋转角度挂档(t7j)是凹坑以便配合。所述的多个旋转角度挂档(t7j)以所述旋转角度挂档的赖以旋转的圆心按每个挂档(t7j)间的一定的圆心角排列且每个所述旋转角度挂档(t7j)是长方形的凹坑实践证明好用。某型是用长10mm宽5mm的凹坑。所述扁杆(t2)上设有的凸缘(t2j)是在所述扁杆的扁钢上冲压出的凸缘如在扁杆的弹簧扁钢65Mn上冲压出。

目的是为了综合效果既有利于割草,操作舒适,又有利于降噪,环保和安全,而且是为了能降低成本;不用张紧结构及同步齿形带,能同时设有宽幅的后排草和侧排草,市场不但 客观需要无张紧轮普通皮带驱斜置同向双割草刀双排草宽幅割草机,还需要一种同时具有两个后出草排出口的四轮草坪割草机面世。

依据本发明的理想实施办法为启示,通过本说明书的内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。对相近领域的技术人员来说,显然还有许多等同技术的改动,但在不偏离权利要求实质内容的前提条件下,所做的改动仍属本专利的权利保护范围。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同时具有两个后出草排出口的三轮草坪割草机,其特征在于,所述的两个后出草排出口(33)左右各一地且左右对称地设在从割草刀去往集草箱的集草袋的通道上,以便从左割草刀和右割草刀来的草通过。
