Description
本公开涉及洗衣机投放装置领域,例如涉及一种洗涤剂自动投放装置及洗衣机。
洗衣机自动投放装置是一种自动投放洗衣液、柔顺剂等洗涤剂的装置,该装置包括用于储存洗涤剂的投放腔,所述投放腔设有添加口和与投放管路连通的投放口,其中所述投放管路远离投放口的一端连通洗涤桶。该自动投放装置能够根据洗衣机电脑控制板反馈的洗涤桶内的负载信号向洗涤桶内投放相应重量的洗涤剂。因此为了保证自动投放装置正常工作,需确保投放管路畅通。
如图1所示,相关技术中的自动投放装置设于洗衣机本体100内部,包括带有添加口200和投放口的投放腔,通过添加口200向投放腔内添加洗涤剂,投放腔内的洗涤剂通过投放口进入洗涤桶。但由于添加口200的口径比较小且多数无过滤网,如果有异物进入投放腔内时,存在取出不方便的问题;此外在用户误将洗衣粉通过柔顺剂、洗衣液等液体洗涤剂的添加口放入投放腔后,由于洗衣粉颗粒较大,易造成投放口的堵塞以致自动投放装置不能正常工作,从而影响整机使用。
而对于安装有过滤网的洗衣机,如图2所示,过滤网400一般安装在投放腔300内部,不能通过过滤网400的异物一般位于过滤网400的一侧,易造成过滤网400堵塞以致洗涤剂无法被挤入投放管路,需要对过滤网400进行清理,由于添加口较小,不便于对投放腔300内的过滤网400进行清理,而且也不能取出过滤网400进行清理。
发明内容
本公开提供一种洗涤剂自动投放装置及洗衣机,以确保自动投放装置以及洗衣机的正常工作。
一种洗涤剂自动投放装置,包括设有至少一个投放腔的投放本体,每个所述投放腔均设有添加口及与洗涤桶连通的投放口;
每个所述投放腔的添加口处均设有可拆卸的过滤网。
可选地,所述过滤网远离添加口的一侧设有与添加口卡接的压盖,通过压盖将过滤网固定于添加口和压盖之间。
可选地,所述过滤网包括过滤部和与添加口端面贴合的支撑部。
可选地,所述添加口上设有凸台,所述压盖上设有与凸台相适配的卡槽。
可选地,所述压盖上设有最大投放量刻度线。
可选地,所述过滤网的形状与添加口的形状相适配。
可选地,所述过滤部的过滤网孔小于洗衣粉颗粒大小。
本公开还提供了一种洗衣机,采用上述的洗涤剂自动投放装置。
本公开的洗涤剂自动投放装置,在用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂之外的每个所述投放腔的添加口处均设有可拆卸的过滤网,能够防止误将洗衣粉等颗粒状洗涤剂通过不正确的添加口添加而造成自动投放装置堵塞,且由于过滤网可拆卸,便于对自动投放装置进行清理维护。此外,在投放腔内不慎进入异物时,可以拆卸下过滤网,取出投放腔内的异物,避免了异物堵塞投放口而影响该自动投放装置的正常工作和使用寿命,提高了产品的可靠性。
本公开的洗衣机,包括上述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,避免了异物堵塞投放口而影响自动投放装置和洗衣机正常工作。

本实施例提供了一种洗涤剂自动投放装置,如图3所示,该自动投放装置包括设有至少一个投放腔(图中未示出)的投放本体1,每个所述投放腔均设有添加口11及与洗涤桶连通的投放口;其中一个投放腔用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂, 用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂之外的每个所述投放腔的添加口11处均设有可拆卸的过滤网2。通过添加口11向投放腔内添加洗涤剂,如洗衣液,柔顺剂以及洗衣粉等,进入投放腔内的洗涤剂通过投放口进入洗涤桶内。
在实际使用时,洗衣粉一类的颗粒状洗涤剂通过用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂的投放腔的添加口11加入,在该投放腔内进行溶解后通过投放腔投入洗涤桶,以防堵塞投放口。如果误将洗衣粉一类的颗粒状洗涤剂通过不正确的添加口11添加,会造成投放口的堵塞,以致影响该自动投放装置的正常工作;且由于投放腔的添加口11的口径较小,如果过滤网2设于投放腔内部,存在不便于清理过滤网2以及不易取出投放腔内部的异物的问题。
因此本实施例在用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂之外的每个所述投放腔的添加口11处均设有可拆卸的过滤网2,能够防止误将洗衣粉等颗粒状洗涤剂通过不正确的添加口11添加而造成自动投放装置堵塞,且由于过滤网2可拆卸,便于对自动投放装置进行清理维护。此外,在投放腔内不慎进入异物时,可以拆卸下过滤网2,取出投放腔内的衣物,避免了异物堵塞投放口而影响该自动投放装置的正常工作和使用寿命,提高了产品的可靠性。
所述投放腔的个数可以根据用户需求设置,通常是根据洗涤剂的类型设置,如洗衣液投放腔,柔顺剂投放腔或洗衣粉投放腔等,其中洗衣粉投放腔即为用于投放颗粒状洗涤剂的投放腔。本实施例设有一个洗衣粉投放腔,至少一个用于投放洗衣液、柔顺剂等液体洗涤剂的投放腔。
参照图3,所述过滤网2远离添加口11的一侧设有与添加口11卡接的压盖3,通过压盖3将过滤网2固定于添加口11和压盖3之间。可选地,参照图4,所述过滤网2包括过滤部和与添加口11端面贴合的支撑部,所述添加口11上设有凸台,所述压盖3上设有与凸台相适配的卡槽;通过凸台与卡槽的配合连接,将过滤网2的支撑部固定在添加口11和压盖3之间。
所述过滤网2的形状与添加口11的形状相适配。本实施例中,所述添加口11的截面形状可以为圆形,矩形等形状,可选地,本实施例中所述添加口11的截面形状为圆形,而所述过滤网2的结构形状依据添加口11的形状设置。
本实施例中,所述压盖3上设有最大投放量刻度线。用于提示用户一次投放腔中添加的最大洗涤剂量,防止因添加过多洗涤剂而造成的洗涤剂溢出,进而造成资源浪费。
本实施例中,所述过滤部的过滤网孔小于洗衣粉颗粒大小,可以防止误将洗衣粉等颗粒状洗涤剂通过不正确添加而造成自动投放装置堵塞,以致影响该自动投放装置的正常工作和使用寿命。
本实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,采用上述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,避免了异物堵塞投放口而影响自动投放装置和洗衣机正常工作。
本公开的洗涤剂自动投放装置,解决了异物堵塞投放口而影响该自动投放装置的正常工作和使用寿命的问题,提高了产品的可靠性。
Claims (8)
- 一种洗涤剂自动投放装置,包括设有至少一个投放腔的投放本体(1),每个所述投放腔均设有添加口(11)及与洗涤桶连通的投放口;其中一个投放腔设置为投放颗粒状洗涤剂,投放颗粒状洗涤剂之外的每个所述投放腔的添加口(11)处均设有可拆卸的过滤网(2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述过滤网(2)远离添加口(11)的一侧设有与添加口(11)卡接的压盖(3),通过压盖(3)将过滤网(2)固定于添加口(11)和压盖(3)之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述过滤网(2)包括过滤部和与添加口(11)端面贴合的支撑部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述添加口(11)上设有凸台,所述压盖(3)上设有与凸台相适配的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述压盖(3)上设有最大投放量刻度线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述过滤网(2)的形状与添加口(11)的形状相适配。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置,其中,所述过滤部的过滤网孔小于洗衣粉颗粒大小。
- 一种洗衣机,采用权利要求1至7任一所述的洗涤剂自动投放装置。
