所述上盖玻璃5为有机玻璃。
所述有机玻璃具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性,力学性能和耐候性,易染色,易加工,外观优美,因此适用于本发明所述的技术方案。
还可以,白色涂层4、银色涂层3和半透明涂层1均涂覆在上盖玻璃5上表面。
所述半透明涂层1上方设有透明膜片,以保护涂层。
优选的,所述透明膜片经注塑与上盖玻璃5构成一体件。
实施例二
在本实施例中,所述银色涂层3与半透明涂层1之间还设有黑色涂层2,黑色涂层2上也设有与显示屏6的显示处相对应的、镂空设置的视窗7。
上述设置的黑色涂层2具有吸光效果,可进一步加强视窗7中的显示的清晰度。
穿过银色涂层3的光通过黑色涂层2上的视窗7穿过黑色涂层2以供使用,照射到视窗7外部的光被黑色涂层2吸收,从而提高了视窗7中的显示的清晰度。
当黑色涂层2设于白色涂层4下方时,显示屏6发出的光只有少部分能通过黑色涂层2上的视窗7穿过黑色涂层2,以供使用,大部分照射到视窗7外部的光不能穿过黑色涂层2,而是被黑色涂层2吸收,从而降低了显示屏6发出的光的利用效率,影响了视窗7中的显示的清晰度;同时,穿过黑色涂层2的光部分穿过白色涂层4并经白色涂层4散射,以提高平面光的均匀效果;部分未穿过白色涂层4并经白色涂层4散射回视 窗7外部的黑色涂层2,再被黑色涂层2吸收,从而进一步影响视窗7中的显示的清晰度。
当黑色涂层2设于白色涂层4与银色涂层3之间时,穿过白色涂层4并经白色涂层4散射的光只有少部分通过黑色涂层2上的视窗7穿过黑色涂层2,以供使用,大部分照射到视窗7外部的光不能穿过黑色涂层2,而是被黑色涂层2吸收,从而降低了显示屏6发出的光的利用效率,使视窗7中的显示不能达到较好的清晰度;穿过黑色涂层2的光通过银色涂层3上的视窗7穿过银色涂层3以供使用,照射到视窗7外部的光被银色涂层3反射回黑色涂层2,并被黑色涂层2吸收,从而进一步影响视窗7中的显示的清晰度。
当黑色涂层2设于半透明涂层1上方时,使洗衣机在处于不通电状态时不具有镜面效果,影响了洗衣机外观。
实施例三
在本实施例中,所述上盖玻璃5与显示屏6之间设有供上盖玻璃5装配的第一上盖框8,第一上盖框8上设有供显示屏6露出的开口10;显示屏6下方设有供显示屏6装配的第二上盖框9,第二上盖框9与第一上盖框8相固定连接。
上述设置实现了不同材质的上盖玻璃5与显示屏6的固定连接。
所述第二上盖框上9相对设有至少一对竖直向下延伸的定位件13,显示屏6夹持固定于相对设置的两个定位件13之间。
通过上述设置实现了显示屏6的初步固定,便于安装人员进行装配工作。
所述开口10外周设有与定位件13相对应的连接件14,连接件14与定位件13相固定连接。
上述设置避免了显示屏6发生晃动,加强了显示屏6安装的稳定性。
所述定位件13上设有向上设置的插口16,连接件14插入至插口16内部,以实现定位件13与连接件14的插接连接。
上述连接方式更为简单、快捷,从而提高了安装人员的装配效率。
还可以,所述定位件13经水平设置的螺钉与显示屏6相固定连接。
所述第一上盖框8上设有螺孔,第二上盖框9上设有相应的螺钉柱15,以实现第一上盖框8经螺钉与第二上盖框9相连接,螺钉柱15与第一上盖框8相支撑抵触,以形 成供显示屏6安装的空间。
所述螺钉柱外壁上设有至少一条径向凸出的加强筋,加强筋与第二上盖框9相固定连接;优选的,所述加强筋呈竖直设置。
所述第一上盖框8的外周设有向下延伸的第一密封部,第二上盖框9的外周设有向上延伸的第二密封部,第一密封部的端部内侧设有向下延伸至的第二密封部端部内侧的卡接件,令第一上盖框8与第二上盖框9相卡接连接,且第一密封部与第二密封部的端部相密封连接。
通过上述设置实现了第一上盖框8与第二上盖框9的初步固定,便于安装人员进行装配工作。
还可以,所述定位件13的上端与第一上盖框8相支撑抵触。
所述第一上盖框8的外周设有向上延伸的连接部,上盖玻璃5的外周与连接部相匹配密封连接。
实施例四
在本实施例中,所述显示屏6穿过开口10与上盖玻璃5相贴合接触,上盖玻璃5与显示屏6之间设有与显示屏6相连接的触摸膜11,以实现触控操作。
所述触摸膜11贴覆在显示屏6上。
还可以,设于半透明涂层1上方的透明膜片与半透明涂层1之间设有透明的控制电路,控制电路与显示屏6相连接。
优选的,所述控制电路印刷在透明膜片上。
上述设置使触控的灵敏度更高,用户的手只需透过超薄的膜片即可完成触控操作,体验更好,同时,进一步优化了洗衣机的外观。
实施例五
在本实施例中,所述显示屏6下方设有控制电路板12,控制电路板12控制显示屏6的亮度;
优选的,控制电路板12通过控制电流大小控制显示屏6的亮度;
更优选的,所述控制电路板12设于显示屏6与第二上盖框9之间。
具体地,控制电路板12通过控制显示屏6的亮度来控制视窗7中的亮度,令视窗7中的亮度在半亮及全亮之间切换。
所述控制电路板12上设有电流控制模块,电流控制模块的输出端与显示屏6的亮度控制模块相连接。电流控制模块的输入端与亮度检测器相连接,以根据外界的亮度来控制显示屏6的亮度。
具体地,当外界的亮度大于设定值时,电流控制模块通过减小电流强度来降低显示屏6的显示亮度,从而降低视窗中的亮度;当外界的亮度小于设定值时,电流控制模块通过增大电流强度来提高显示屏6的显示亮度,从而提高视窗中的亮度。
上述设置在保证显示清晰度的条件下,避免了过亮的显示对眼睛造成刺激,同时还具有节省电量,节约能源的效果。
所述亮度检测器靠近上盖玻璃5的显示处设置,以提高亮度检测器的灵敏度及准确度;亮度检测器嵌入至洗衣机上盖内部,且亮度检测器的探头设于洗衣机上盖表面,以优化洗衣机的外观。
所述显示屏6与控制电路板12呈一体结构,以便于安装。
所述触摸膜11经控制电路板12与显示屏6相连接。
同样的,印刷于透明膜片上的控制电路经控制电路板12与显示屏6相连接。所述控制电路经穿出上盖玻璃5的连接电路与控制电路板12相连接,具体地,连接电路从设置于上盖玻璃5上的导线孔穿出上盖玻璃5,并制成用于传输信号的触片,控制电路板12上设有接收信号的、与显示屏6相连接的插槽,所述触片插入插槽中。
优选的,所述触片与插槽之间设有防脱落结构,具体地,所述触片端部的插头上设有向外凸出的弹片,插槽上设有与弹片相卡接的凹槽,令插头插入插槽中,使弹片与凹槽相限位卡接构成防脱落结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机上盖,包括显示屏(6),其特征在于,所述显示屏(6)上方自下至上依次设有白色涂层(4)、银色涂层(3)和半透明涂层(1),银色涂层(3)上设有与显示屏(6)的显示处相对应的、镂空设置的视窗(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述显示屏(6)上方设有上盖玻璃(5),白色涂层(4)、银色涂层(3)和半透明涂层(1)均涂覆在上盖玻璃(5)上;
    优选的,白色涂层(4)、银色涂层(3)和半透明涂层(1)均涂覆在上盖玻璃(5)下表面;
    更优选的,半透明涂层(1)的颜色为半透明灰。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述银色涂层(3)与半透明涂层(1)之间还设有黑色涂层(2),黑色涂层(2)上也设有与显示屏(6)的显示处相对应的、镂空设置的视窗(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述上盖玻璃(5)与显示屏(6)之间设有供上盖玻璃(5)装配的第一上盖框(8),第一上盖框(8)上设有供显示屏(6)露出的开口(10);显示屏(6)下方设有供显示屏(6)装配的第二上盖框(9),第二上盖框(9)与第一上盖框(8)相固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述第二上盖框上(9)相对设有至少一对竖直向下延伸的定位件(13),显示屏(6)夹持固定于相对设置的两个定位件(13)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述开口(10)外周设有与定位件(13)相对应的连接件(14),连接件(14)与定位件(13)相固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述定位件(13)上设有向上设置的插口(16),连接件(14)插入至插口(16)内部,以实现定位件(13)与连接件(14)的插接连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述第二上盖框(9)上设有向上延伸的螺钉柱(15),螺钉柱(15)与第一上盖框(8)相支撑抵触,以形成供显示屏(6)安装的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述显示屏(6)穿过开口(10)与上盖玻璃(5)相贴合接触,上盖玻璃(5)与显示屏(6)之间设有与显示屏(6)相连接的触摸膜(11),以实现触控操作。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,所述显示屏(6)下方设有控制电路板(12),控制电路板(12)控制显示屏(6)的亮度;
    优选的,控制电路板(12)通过控制电流大小控制显示屏(6)的亮度。
