优选的,所述盘至少设有两个,其中一个放置在所述盘存放区中,对食物进行加热保温或者解冻,另一个放置在上盘放置架或者下盘放置架上,其放置于上盘放置架上时,可接收烧烤区内向上扩散的热量,以对盘里的食物进行加热;当盘放置于下盘放置架上时,其用于接收烧烤时食物产生的油液,保证了烧烤设备的洁净性,方便用户清洁;或者,在不烧烤食物时,下盘放置架上的盘可以用于加热食物,其加热温度比烧烤区的加热温度低;或者,可往下盘放置架上的盘里可放一些调味料,供用户使用。
本发明还提供一种烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前方为烧烤区,主机前侧设有向所述烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量的加热器,所述加热器包括燃气式加热器和燃气罐,燃气罐通过输气管与燃气式加热器连接,主机前侧设有安装口,燃气式加热器通过安装口向烧烤区提供烧烤热量,所述燃气罐安装在主机内部。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的烧烤设备,通过将燃气罐内置在主机内,使得燃气罐与烧烤主机形成一体,方便携 带;而且用户在使用时或者使用完毕时只需打开或关闭气阀即可,免除了每次使用都需要的连接操作,方便使用,提升了体验。
对于上述提供的烧烤设备,优选的,所述燃气罐设于主机内位于燃气式加热器的后方,所述燃气式加热器与燃气罐之间设有隔热板,隔热板有助于防止燃气式加热器的热量引起燃气罐的膨胀而发生爆炸。
优选的,所述燃气式加热器为燃气式红外燃烧器,所述燃气式红外燃烧器的炉头相适配地装配在所述安装口上,所述炉头的燃烧部为陶瓷燃烧板,所述陶瓷燃烧板为栅格陶瓷燃烧板或蜂窝陶瓷燃烧板,陶瓷燃烧板将燃烧所产生的热能转化为红外线辐射传递,大大减少了有害烟气的排放,而且几乎无可见火焰,不会产生“游离碳”,更健康。
优选的,所述炉头和安装口呈方形,进一步的,所述安装口与主机前侧面之间设有台阶部,炉头设于所述台阶部上,其可防止用户触碰,起到安全保护的作用。
优选的,还包括点火装置,所述点火装置包括气阀结构和点火针,所述输气管包括第一输气管和第二输气管,所述燃气罐通过第一输气管与气阀结构的进气口连接,所述燃气式加热器的进气口通过第二输气管与气阀结构的出气口连通,点火针延伸至炉头上;点火装置设有控制点火针放电的按钮和气阀结构流量的旋钮,按钮和旋钮设置于主机侧部,使用时,打开气阀,旋转旋钮至流量最大,同时摁住所述按钮,直到炉头开始发红即可。
优选的,所述主机后侧设有可打开所述主机内腔的门,打开门可以控制气阀结构的打开或关闭,也可以在使用完燃气罐后更换新的燃气罐。
优选的,所述第一输气管与燃气罐通过可拆卸接头连接,第一输气管的接头可选择性地与外置的燃气罐连接,当用户需要更长时间地使用烧烤设备时,可以直接外接一个大的燃气罐。
优选的,所述门上设有对燃气罐进行散热的通风结构,在设备使用时通风结构可以对燃气罐外侧的空气进行疏散,防止温度过高,提高设备的安全。
此外,本发明还提供一种烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前侧设有烧烤区以及用于放置烤架的烤架承托机构,主机设有加热器,所述加热器向烧烤区提供烧烤所需的热量,烤架承托机构包括两个分别设于主机前侧的承托机构,承托机构包括连接部和烤架承托部,两个烤架承托部上对应设有烤架放置部,连接部与主机通过旋转机构连接,承托机构通过该旋转机构可向外侧旋转打开使烤架承托部延伸出主机前方以放置烤架或向内侧旋转收纳在主机前侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的烧烤设备,其烤架承托机构可以通过翻转的方式收纳在主机的前侧,收纳时,可以像关闭窗户一样操作,非常方便;这种收纳方式不需要在主机上设置收纳结构,结构简单、占用空间小、携带方便、操作高效、增强了用户体验。
对于上述提供的烧烤设备,优选的,所述两个连接部竖向连接于主机前端两边的侧部,烤架承托部设于连接部的中部,所述连接部下端设有用于放置盘的下盘放置部,承托机构打开时下盘放置部延伸出主机前方,所述盘的两端架设在两个下盘放置部上;其用于接收烧烤时食物产生的油液,方便了用户烧烤完成后对油渍的清洗,保证了烧烤设备的洁净;或者,下盘放置部上的盘也能吸收到烧烤区散发出的热量,可对食物进行预热、保温或者解冻。
优选的,所述连接部上端设有用于放置盘的上盘放置部,承托机构打开时上盘放置部延伸出主机前方,所述盘的两端架设在两个上盘放置部上;上盘放置部上的盘可以吸收烧烤区向上扩散的热量,对该盘中食物进行加热保温。
进一步的,所述两个连接部的侧部设有竖向布置的盘放置槽,两个承托机构收纳时,两个盘放置槽位于连接部的前侧且开口相对,这时盘的两端可从上侧插入盘放置槽内使盘收纳在主机的前侧,方便了用户对盘进行存放。
进一步的,所述两个承托机构为对称结构,所述两个承托机构呈E形,承托机构收纳时,所述两个烤架承托部的自由端相对靠近,所述两个上盘放置部的自由端相对靠近,所述两个下盘放置部的自由端相对靠近;这样设置使得烤架承托部的长度最长,可以设置更多的烤架放置部。
进一步的,所述两个连接部为条形板状,所述烤架承托部、上盘放置部和下盘放置部均为条形板状,当承托机构收纳到主机上时,承托机构可以更贴合主机前侧,使收纳后的烧烤设备更紧凑。
优选的,所述两个烤架放置部沿烤架承托部的长度方向间隔设有对应地两个以上,用户根据食物所需热量的高低将烤架放置在不同位置的烤架放置部上,以调整烤架相对加热器的距离,从而保证了食物烧烤出来的质量。
优选的,所述烤架放置部为形成在承托部上侧的凹槽。

与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的烤架,其采用滑动套件,并在滑动套件上设置锁紧卡槽的方案,使得用户可通过移动滑动套件来实现直接对食物夹持装置端部的锁紧与松开,从而免除了食物夹持装置端部的延伸的固定,且确保了锁紧卡槽与烤架之间的虚位足够小,提高了烤架的稳固性,且结构简单,操作方便。
优选的,所述第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置的大小相适应,所述锁紧卡槽设于滑动套件一端的中部,所述锁紧卡槽与第二食物夹持装置端部配合时,所述卡槽相适配的卡入第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置端部边沿,减小了锁紧卡槽与烤架间的虚位,防止食物夹持装置晃动。
优选的,所述第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置为烤网,所述烤网包括外框和设于外框内的弹性金属网,所述锁紧卡槽与第二食物夹持装置端部配合时,所述第一食物夹持装置的外框和第二食物夹持装置的外框卡入所述锁紧卡槽内。

进一步的,所述滑动套件与所述握持部之间设置有使滑动套件向食物夹持装置一侧复位的弹性复位装置;用户用力将滑动套件往握持部方向移动,然后向下移动握持部以完成对烤架的折叠,此时所述弹性复位装置受压;当用户向上移动握持部使其与连接部同轴线完成烤架的展开时,所述滑动套件会因为弹性复变装置的弹性自动复位到第一连接部与第二连接部的铰接处外侧。
进一步的,所述滑动套件外侧设有驱动凸沿,方便用户接触滑动套件并驱动其移动。
优选的,所述第二食物夹持装置的末端与所述第一食物夹持装置的末端通过连接装置连接,所述第一食物夹持装置的末端与所述连接装置固定连接,所述第二食物夹持装置的末端通过所述连接装置与所述第一食物夹持装置的末端铰接;所述连接装置的外侧设置有烤架轴凸,所述烤架轴凸用于支撑烤架,所述烤架通过烤架轴凸和滑动套件放置在烧烤设备上。

参见图1至图2、图4至图11,烧烤设备,其包括主机1和烤架2,所述主机1前方设有烧烤区11以及烤架承托机构12,所述主机1前侧设有加热器13,所述加热器13向所述烧烤区11提供烧烤所需的热量,所述主机1左侧设有控制区140,所述烤架承托机构12设有两个,其相对地设于所述主机1的两侧,所述烤架承托机构12向所述烧烤区11一侧延伸,所述烤架承托机构12上设有放置所述烤架2的烤架放置部15,所述烤架2通过烤架承托机构12的烤架放置部15放置在烧烤区11内;还包括收纳机构3,所述烤架承托机构12通过所述收纳机构3与主机1连接,所述烤架承托机构12通过该收纳机构3可向烧烤区11一侧拉出,或者向主机1一侧推送进行收纳。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的烧烤设备,其设计收纳机构3完成对烧烤设备的拉出或收纳,简化了用户收纳烧烤设备的过程,并且减小了整个烧烤设备的体积,进而减小了烧烤设备的占用空间,方便了用户的携带移动或者存放;同时本发明所设计的开放式的加热方式,其采用热源竖直设置,使得用户能够更加清晰明了地观察食物的状态,同时使得食物产生的油液滴落位置与热源位置分开,方便用户清洁,增强了用户体验。

参见图2,作为优选方案,所述收纳机构3为滑轨结构,其包括轨道301和滑动部件302,所述轨道301设置在主机1底部的两侧,所述轨道301为凹轨,所述滑动部件302对应所述轨道301的位置设置在下盘放置架侧部1021靠近烧烤区11的一侧,所述活动架16通过滑动部件302在轨道301上滑动完成烧烤设备的展开或者收纳;所述主机1底部的两 侧的设有轨道安装凹位(图中未标示),所述轨道301安装在对应侧的轨道安装凹位;轨道301安装到轨道安装凹位后可避免收纳机构3凸出到主机1外侧,保持了烧烤设备的美观性;所述的滑动部件302可以为滑条。
参见图2,作为优选方案,所述烤架放置部15沿烤架承托机构12长度方向间隔设有两个以上,用户可根据食物所需的热量的高低,将烤架2放置在不同位置的烤架放置部15上,以调整烤架2相对炉头1302的距离,从而保证了食物烧烤出来的质量。
作为改进方案,所述烤架承托机构12为条形板状,所述烤架放置部15为形成在烤架承托机构12上侧的圆弧凹槽,所述圆弧凹槽与烤架2两端对应配合使得烤架2可稳固地放置在烤架放置部15上。

参见图1、图2、图7和图8,作为优选方案,所述主机1上设有盘存放区18,所述盘4可放置在盘存放区18内;当烧烤设备设置有两个盘4时,在烧烤设备处于展开状态下,将放置在上盘放置区103内的盘4可以移放到所述盘存放区18内,所述主机1前侧上部设有连通所述烧烤区11和盘存放区18的热量流道19,所述热量流道19为圆孔网状通道,所述加热器13产生的部分热量通过热量流道19对所述盘存放区上的盘4进行加热,用户可把熟食放在该盘4中进行加热;或者用户可以把冷冻的生食物放在该盘4中进行解冻;当烧烤设备设置有三个盘4时,可将三个盘4分别置于上盘放置区103、下盘放置区104和盘存放区18中。
作为优选方案,所述盘存放区18前侧设有挡壁182,所述热量流道19的出口设在挡壁182上;所述热量流道19的出口在挡壁182上布置有两个。
作为优选方案,所述热量流道19的出口呈长条网状,采用网状流道,可使得流经热量通道19的热量分布更加均匀,使得盘存放区18上的盘4受热均匀。
作为优选方案,所述盘存放区18底壁上设有若干凸起的垫条181,相邻的垫条181之间形成散热通道(图中未标示),凸起的垫条181可使得热量从烧烤11区通过热量流道19后,从所述散热通道中流过盘4的底部,使得盘4均匀受热。

作为优选方案,所述燃气罐1301设有两个,其分别设于隔热板111的后侧,当一瓶燃气罐用完时,用户可以打开门6,将第二输气管114接到新的燃气罐1301上,设置两个燃气罐1301可方便用户在野外使用烧烤设备。

参见图3、图4至图7、图9至图11,烧烤设备,其包括主机1和烤架2,所述主机1前侧设有烧烤区11以及烤架承托机构12,所述主机1前侧设有向所述烧烤区11提供烧烤所需热量的加热器13,所述主机1侧部设有控制区140,用户可以通过控制区140实现烧烤设备的开关以及调节烧烤时温度的高低,所述烤架承托机构12设有两个,其相对地设于所述主机1两侧,使得放置在烤架承托机构12上的烤架2受力平衡,所述烤架承托机构12向所述烧烤区11一侧延伸,所述烤架承托机构12上设有放置烤架2的烤架放置部15,所述烤架2通过烤架承托机构12的烤架放置部15固定在烧烤区11内。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的开放式烧烤设备,其采用主机1前侧设置加热器的开放式加热方案,将烤架2放置在烤架放置部15上对食物进行加热;实现热源的竖直设置,使得用户更加容易且清晰地观察食物的烧烤进度,保证了食物烧烤出来的质量,同时,食物所产生的油液不会滴落到热源位置上,保证了加热器位置的洁净,增强了用户体验。
参见图3和图4,作为优选方案,所述主机1两侧设有竖向设置的连接件105,所述烤架承托机构12构为条形板状, 所述烤架承托机构12的内端与对应一侧的连接件105的中部连接,所述烤架放置部15为形成在烤架承托机构12上侧的圆弧凹槽;所述烤架放置部15沿烤架承托机构12长度方向间隔设有两个以上,用户可根据烧烤过程中食物的烧烤进度将烤架2可放置在不同位置的烤架放置部15上,以调整所述烤架2相对所述加热器13的距离,从而接收不同强度的热量,以保证食物的质量。

作为优选方案,所述盘存放区18前侧设有挡壁182,所述热量流道19的出口设在挡壁182上;所述热量流道19的出口在挡壁182上布置有两个。
作为优选方案,所述热量流道19的出口呈长条网状,采用网状流道,可使得流经热量通道19的热量分布更加均匀,使得盘存放区18上的盘4受热均匀。
作为优选方案,所述盘存放区18底壁上设有若干凸起的垫条181,相邻的垫条181之间形成散热通道(图中未标示),凸起的垫条181可使得热量从烧烤11区通过热量流道19后,从所述散热通道中流过盘4的底部,使得盘4均匀受热。

作为优选方案,所述燃气式加热器1303为燃气式红外燃烧器,所述燃气式红外燃烧器的炉头1302相适配地装配在所述安装口上,所述炉头1302的燃烧部为陶瓷燃烧板,所述陶瓷燃烧板为蜂窝陶瓷燃烧板,陶瓷燃烧板将燃烧所产生的热能转化为红外线辐射传递,大大减少了有害烟气的排放,而且几乎无可见火焰,不会产生“游离碳”,更健康;所述炉头1302和安装口呈方形,有助于对食物均匀加热。

参见图11至图20,烧烤设备,其包括主机1a,主机1a前侧设有烧烤区11a以及用于放置烤架2的烤架承托机构12a,主机1a前侧设有加热器13a,所述加热器13a向烧烤区11a提供烧烤所需的热量,烤架承托机构12a包括两个分别设于主机1a前侧的承托机构121a,承托机构121a包括连接部122a和烤架承托部123a,两个烤架承托部123a上对应设有烤架放置部15a,连接部122a与主机1a通过旋转机构(图中未标示)连接,承托机构121a通过该旋转机构向外侧旋转打开以放置烤架2,并与主机1a前侧呈垂直或近似垂直关系;或向内侧旋转收纳在主机1a前侧呈平行或近似平行关系。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的烧烤设备,其烤架承托机构12a可以通过翻转的方式收纳在主机的前侧,收纳时,可以像关闭窗户一样操作,非常方便;这种收纳方式不需要在主机上设置收纳结构,结构简单、占用空间小、携带方便、操作高效、增强了用户体验。
参见图13,作为优选方案,所述烤架放置部15a沿承托机构121a长度方向间隔设有两个以上,用户可根据食物所需的热量的高低,将烤架2放置在不同位置的烤架放置部15a上,以调整烤架相对炉头1302a的距离,从而保证了食物烧烤出来的质量;所述烤架放置部15a为形成在承托机构121a上侧的圆弧凹槽,所述圆弧凹槽与烤架2两端对应配合使得烤架2可稳固地放置在烤架放置部15a上。

Claims (60)

  1. 烧烤设备,其包括主机和烤架,其特征在于:所述主机前方设有烧烤区以及烤架承托机构,所述主机前侧设有加热器,所述加热器向所述烧烤区提供烧烤所需的热量,所述烤架承托机构设有两个,其相对地设于所述主机两侧,所述烤架承托机构向所述烧烤区一侧延伸,所述烤架承托机构上设有放置所述烤架的烤架放置部,所述烤架通过烤架承托机的烤架放置部放置在烧烤区内;还包括收纳机构,所述烤架承托机构通过所述收纳机构与主机的两侧连接,所述烤架承托机构通过该收纳机构可向烧烤区一侧拉出,或者向主机一侧推送进行收纳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机的两侧设有活动架,所述烤架承托机构的内端与活动架连接,所述活动架通过所述收纳机构与主机连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述收纳机构为滑轨机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烧烤区上方设有上盘放置架,所述烧烤区下方设有下盘放置架,所述活动架上下两端分别延伸至主机的上部和下部,所述上盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的上盘放置架侧部,以及连接上盘放置架侧部前端的上盘放置架前部,上盘放置架侧部的后端与活动架的上端连接,所述上盘放置架侧部、上盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成上盘放置区;所述下盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的下盘放置架侧部,以及连接下盘放置架侧部前端的下盘放置架前部,下盘放置架侧部的后端与活动架的下端连接,所述下盘放置架侧部、下盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成下盘放置区;所述收纳机构包括设于所述主机下端两侧的轨道,以及设于下盘放置架侧部朝向烧烤区一侧的滑动部件,所述滑动部件与所述轨道滑动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烤架放置部沿烤架承托机构长度方向间隔设有两个以上,烤架放置在不同位置的烤架放置部,以调整烤架相对加热器的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烤架承托机构为条形板状,所述烤架放置部为形成在烤架承托机构上侧的圆弧凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括烧烤盘,所述两个烤架承托机构前端相对地设置有烧烤盘安装孔,所述烧烤盘两端设有安装凸起,所述烧烤盘通过所述安装凸起和烧烤盘安装孔放置在所述烤架承托机构上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括盘,所述盘至少设有两个,其中一个放置在所述上盘放置架上;其中另一个放置在下盘放置架上,其用于接收烧烤时食物产生的油液。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机上设有盘存放区,所述盘可放置在盘存放区内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述加热器包括燃气式加热器和燃气罐,燃气罐通过输气管与燃气式加热器连接,所述燃气式加热器前侧设有热辐射板,主机前侧设有与热辐射板相适配的热辐射板安装口,燃气式加热器产生的热量通过热辐射板和热辐射板安装口向烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量。
  11. 烧烤设备,其包括主机和烤架,其特征在于:所述主机前侧设有烧烤区以及烤架承托机构,所述主机前侧设有向所述烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量的加热器,所述烤架承托机构设有两个,其相对地设于所述主机两侧,所述烤架承托机构向所述烧烤区一侧延伸,所述烤架承托机构上设有放置烤架的烤架放置部,所述烤架通过烤架承托机的烤架放置部固定在烧烤区内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烤架放置部沿烤架承托机构长度方向间隔设有两个以上,所述烤架可选择性放置在不同位置的烤架放置部上,以调整所述烤架相对所述加热器的距离。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烧烤区上方设有上盘放置架,所述烧烤区下方设有下盘放置架。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机两侧设有竖向设置的连接件,所述烤架承托机构为条形板状,所述烤架承托机构的内端与对应一侧的连接件的中部连接,所述烤架放置部为形成在烤架承托机构上侧的圆弧凹槽;所述上盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的上盘放置架侧部,以及连接上盘放置架侧部前端的上盘放置架前部,上盘放置架侧部的后端与连接件的上端连接,所述上盘放置架侧部、上盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成上盘放置区;所述下盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的下盘放置架侧部,以及连接下盘放置架侧部前端的下盘放置架前部,下盘放置架侧部的后端与连接件的下端连接,所述下盘放置架侧部、下盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成下盘放置区。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括盘,所述盘至少设有两个,其中一个放置在所述上盘放置架上;其中另一个放置在下盘放置架上,其用于接收烧烤时食物产生的油液。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机上侧设有盘存放区,所述盘可以存放在盘存放区内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机前侧上部设有连通烧烤区和盘存放区的热量流道,所述烧烤区产生的部分热气流通经过热量流道对盘存放区内的盘进行加热。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括烧烤盘,所述烧烤盘两端设有安装凸起,所述两个烤架承托机构上相对地设置有烧烤盘安装孔,烧烤盘通过安装凸起和烧烤盘安装孔放置在烤架承托机构上。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述加热器包括燃气式加热器和燃气罐,燃气罐通过输气管与燃气式加热器连接,所述燃气式加热器前侧设有热辐射板,主机前侧设有与热辐射板相适配的热辐射板安装口,燃气式加热器产生的热量通过热辐射板和热辐射板安装口向烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机内设有隔热板,所述隔热板设于所述燃气式加热器与燃气罐之间。
  21. 烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前方为烧烤区,主机前侧设有向所述烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量的加热器,其特征在于:所述加热器包括燃气式加热器和燃气罐,燃气罐通过输气管与燃气式加热器连接,主机前侧设有安装口,燃气式加热器通过安装口向烧烤区提供烧烤热量,所述燃气罐安装在主机内部。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述燃气罐设于主机内位于燃气式加热器的后方,所述燃气式加热器与燃气罐之间设有隔热板。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述燃气式加热器为燃气式红外燃烧器。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述燃气式红外燃烧器的炉头相适配地装配在所述安装口上,所述炉头的燃烧部为陶瓷燃烧板。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述陶瓷燃烧板为栅格陶瓷燃烧板或蜂窝陶瓷燃烧板。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述炉头和安装口呈方形,所述安装口与主机前侧面之间设有台阶部。
  27. 根据权利要求21所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括点火装置,所述点火装置包括气阀结构和点火针,所述输气管包括第一输气管和第二输气管,所述燃气罐通过第一输气管与气阀结构的进气口连接,所述燃气式加热器的进气口通过第二输气管与气阀结构的出气口连通,点火针延伸至炉头上;点火装置设有控制点火针放电的按钮和气阀结构流量的旋钮,按钮和旋钮设置于主机侧部。
  28. 根据权利要求21或22所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述主机后侧设有可打开所述主机内腔的门。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述第一输气管与燃气罐通过可拆卸接头连接,第一输气管的接头可选择性地与外置的燃气罐连接。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述门上设有对燃气罐进行散热的通风结构。
  31. 烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前方设有烧烤区,所述主机前侧设有向烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量的加热器,其特征在于:所述主机上设有盘存放区,所述主机前侧上部设有连通所述烧烤区和盘存放区的热量流道。
  32. 烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前方设有烧烤区,所述主机前侧设有向烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量的加热器,其特征在于:所述主机上设有盘存放区,所述加热器为燃气式加热器,主机前侧设有安装口,燃气式加热器的炉头装配在所述安装口上以向烧烤区提供烧烤热量;所述主机内设有隔热板,所述隔热板与主机的前侧形成隔离腔,所述燃气式加热器安装在隔离腔内,所述隔离腔与盘存放区之间设有热量流道。
  33. 根据权利要求31或32所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述盘存放区前侧设有挡壁,所述热量流道的出口设在挡壁上。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述热量流道的出口在挡壁上布置有若干个。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述热量流道的出口呈长条网状。
  36. 根据权利要求31或32所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述盘存放区底壁上设有若干凸起的垫条,相邻的垫条之间形成散热通道。
  37. 根据权利要求31或32所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括盘,所述盘可拆卸地放置在盘存放区内。
  38. 根据权利要求31或32所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括烤架,所述主机前侧中部设有烤架承托机构,所述烤架承托机构设有两个,其相对地设于所述主机两侧,所述烤架承托机构向所述烧烤区一侧延伸,所述烤架承托机构上设有放置所述烤架的烤架放置部,所述烤架通过烤架承托机的烤架放置部放置在烧烤区内。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烧烤区上方设有上盘放置架,所述烧烤区下方设有下盘放置架,所述上盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的上盘放置架侧部,以及连接上盘放置架侧部前端的上盘放置架前部,上盘放置架侧部的后端与活动架的上端连接,所述上盘放置架侧部、上盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成上盘放置区;所述下盘放置架包括相对设于两侧的下盘放置架侧部,以及连接下盘放置架侧部前端的下盘放置架前部,下盘放置架侧部的后端与活动架的下端连接,所述下盘放置架侧部、下盘放置架前部以及主机前侧之前的空间形成下盘放置区;还包括至少两个盘,所述盘可选择性放置在上盘放置架和下盘放置架上。
  40. 根据权利要求38所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烤架放置部沿烤架承托机构长度方向间隔设有两个以上,烤架放置在不同位置的烤架放置部,以调整烤架相对加热器的距离。
  41. 烧烤设备,其包括主机,主机前侧设有烧烤区以及用于放置烤架的烤架承托机构,主机设有加热器,所述加热器向烧烤区提供烧烤所需的热量,其特征在于:烤架承托机构包括两个分别设于主机前侧的承托机构,承托机构包括连接部和烤架承托部,两个烤架承托部上对应设有烤架放置部,连接部与主机通过旋转机构连接,承托机构通过该旋转机构可向外侧旋转打开使烤架承托部延伸出主机前方以放置烤架或向内侧旋转收纳在主机前侧。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述两个连接部竖向连接于主机前端两边的侧部,烤架承托部设于连接部的中部,所述连接部下端设有用于放置盘的下盘放置部,承托机构打开时下盘放置部延伸出主机前方,所述盘的两端架设在两个下盘放置部上。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述连接部上端设有用于放置盘的上盘放置部,承托机构打开时上盘放置部延伸出主机前方,所述盘的两端架设在两个上盘放置部上。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述两个连接部的侧部设有竖向布置的盘放置槽,两个承托机构收纳时,两个盘放置槽位于连接部的前侧且开口相对,这时盘的两端可从上侧插入盘放置槽内使盘收纳在主机的前侧。
  45. 根据权利要求43所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述两个承托机构为对称结构,所述两个承托机构呈E形,承托机构收纳时,所述两个烤架承托部的自由端相对靠近,所述两个上盘放置部的自由端相对靠近,所述两个下盘放置部的自由端相对靠近。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述两个连接部为条形板状,所述烤架承托部、上盘放置部和下盘放置部均为条形板状。
  47. 根据权利要求41至46任一项所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述两个烤架放置部沿烤架承托部的长度方向间隔设有对应地两个以上,烤架可选择性放置在不同位置的烤架放置部上,以调整烤架相对加热器的距离。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述烤架放置部为形成在承托部上侧的凹槽;烤架可选择性地放置在不同位置的凹槽上。
  49. 根据权利要求41所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:所述加热器为燃气式加热器,所述烧烤设备还包括燃气罐,燃气罐通过输气管与燃气式加热器连接,所述燃气式加热器前侧设有热辐射板,主机前侧设有与热辐射板相适配的热辐射板安装口,燃气式加热器产生的热量通过热辐射板和热辐射板安装口向烧烤区提供烧烤所需热量;主机内设有烤架收纳腔,主机上设有连通该收纳腔的收纳放置口,所述烤架可通过收纳放置口收纳在烤架收纳腔内。
  50. 根据权利要求41所述的烧烤设备,其特征在于:还包括烧烤盘,所述两个烤架承托部前端相对地设置有烧烤盘安装孔,所述烧烤盘两端设有安装凸起,所述烧烤盘通过所述安装凸起和烧烤盘安装孔固定放置在所述烤架承托部上。
  51. 烤架,其安装在烧烤设备上并用于夹持食物进行烧烤,其中,烧烤设备包括主机,主机前侧设有烧烤区以及用于放置烤架的烤架承托机构,所述烤架包括手柄和与手柄连接的食物夹持装置,其特征在于:所述手柄包括连接部、握持部和滑动套件,所述握持部通过所述连接部与所述食物夹持装置连接,所述食物夹持装置包括第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置,所述第一食物夹持装置的首端与所述连接部固定连接,所述第二食物夹持装置相对地设置在所述第一食物夹持装置的一侧,所述第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置之间为食物夹持空间,所述第二食物夹持装置的末端与所述第一食物夹持装置的末端活动连接,以使所述第二食物夹持装置可绕其与第一食物夹持装置连接的连接部翻转打开或关闭上述的食物夹持空间;所述滑动套件套设于连接部外侧,并可沿连接部轴向活动,所述滑动套件接近食物夹持装置的一端设有锁紧卡槽;所述滑动套件向食物固定装置方向移动使锁紧卡槽卡入第二食物夹持装置端部边沿,实现对第二食物夹持装置的锁紧,所述滑动套件向握持部方向移动使锁紧卡槽脱离第二食物夹持装置端部,实现对第二食物夹持装置的解锁。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述的第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置的大小相适应,所述锁紧卡槽设于滑动套件一端的中部,所述锁紧卡槽与第二食物夹持装置端部配合时,所述卡槽相适配的卡入第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置端部边沿。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述第一食物夹持装置和第二食物夹持装置为烤网,所述烤网包括外框和设于外框内的金属网,所述锁紧卡槽与第二食物夹持装置端部配合时,所述第一食物夹持装置的外框和第二食物夹持装置的外框卡入所述锁紧卡槽内。
  54. 根据权利要求51所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述连接部包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部的末端与第一食物夹持装置的首端固定连接,第二连接部的首端与第一连接部的末端铰接,所述握持部与所述第一连接部的首端连接;移动滑动套件使其套设于第一连接部和第二连接部铰接处外侧,实现第一连接部和第二连接部的锁定,将滑动套件向握持部一侧移动,使其脱离第一连接部和第二连接部的铰接处,可实现第一连接部和第二连接部的折叠。
  55. 根据权利要求51至54任一项所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述滑动套件与所述握持部之间设置有使滑动套件向食物夹持装置一侧复位的弹性复位装置。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述滑动套件外侧设有驱动凸沿。
  57. 根据权利要求51所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述第二食物夹持装置的末端与所述第一食物夹持装置的末端通过连接装置连接,所述第一食物夹持装置的末端与所述连接装置固定连接,所述第二食物夹持装置的末端通过所述连接装置与所述第一食物夹持装置的末端铰接;所述连接装置的外侧设置有烤架轴凸,所述烤架轴凸用于支撑烤架,所述烤架通过烤架轴凸和滑动套件放置在烧烤设备上。
  58. 根据权利要求57所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述烤架轴凸中部设有连通烤架轴凸外端以及食物夹持空间的温度探测孔。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的烤架,其特征在于:还包括温度探测装置,温度探测装置设有探针,所述探针与温度探测孔相适配,探针可通过所述温度探测孔插入食物夹持空间内检测食物的温度。
  60. 根据权利要求59所述的烤架,其特征在于:所述探针的长度至少可以延伸到烤网的中心位置。
