Description

一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能手环的装配结构,具体涉及智能手表机芯与表带的装配。
背景技术
目前人们的生活节奏快,很少有人定期到医院进行常规身体状态的检查,自购的大部分身体检查设备体积大,测量不方便。目前智能手环已经作为不少人外出必备的佩戴设备,当用户习惯与一种佩戴习惯,且手环由于功能原因不能满足用户需要时,再购买一款智能手环佩戴的话,用户又需要再次适应手环表带的磨合。同时,当智能手环出现故障,进行更换时,对智能手环整体进行更换,成本较大。
中国专利申请CN 2016212354389提出了一种解决方案,采用可拆卸的形式,通过软的表带与硬塑料的机芯壳体过硬配合,依靠软的表带的收缩性使得表带紧紧依附在机芯硬壳上。而且,该申请为了更加紧密的进行限位配合,防滑配合,在空心方框与机芯接触的内侧四边框上设置有定位和固定凸点,所述定位和固定凸点为圆弧形凸点,所述相联通的四侧面的内槽上设置有与所述定位和固定凸点相配合的凹坑。这样,表带和机芯可以较好地配合,对位准确,且较不容易脱落。
技术问题
但是,通过甩手试验、拆卸试验,发现即使是设计了凸点,在软表带长时使用后,表带和机芯面壳仍然容易松动,在跑步的剧烈运动中,机芯脱离表带的可能性仍然非常大。
技术解决方案
本发明提供一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构,通过该配合结构,手环的机芯和表带配合十分牢固,即使在表带长时使用、多次拆卸的情况下,配合结构仍然能够非常牢固地将机芯和表带非常稳定地连接起来。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构,所述手环包括表带和机芯壳体,所述表带与所述机芯壳体配合的位置为空心框,所述机芯壳体的周侧面均设置有联通的内槽,该内槽与所述的空心框相配合,所述的空心框的框边卡入所述内槽中;其特征在于,所述空心框的连接所述左表带或所述右表带的至少一侧设置有表带与机芯壳体的配合结构,所述配合结构在表带上的所述至少一侧上构成为:从表带上往下看的至少一个盲槽一,从表带下往上看的至少一个盲槽二,所述盲槽一和所述盲槽二之和不小于三;所述配合结构在机芯壳体上的与所述至少一侧配合的部位构成为:与所述若干个盲槽一配合的若干个凸起一,以及与所述若干个盲槽二配合的若干个凸起,所述的凸起一的上底边连接所述内槽的上边,所述凸起二的下底边连接所述内槽的下边。
进一步地,所述盲槽一有2个,所述盲槽二有1个,所述的两个盲槽一和一个盲槽二呈“品”字形排列;对应地,所述两个凸起一和一个凸起呈“品”字型排列。
进一步地,所述两个盲槽一和一个盲槽二均为半圆柱盲槽,对应地,所述两个凸起一和一个凸起均为半圆柱状凸起,所述半圆柱状的底边与所述内槽的边连接。
进一步地,所述所述两个盲槽一为半圆柱盲槽,对应地,所述两个凸起一为半圆柱状凸起,所述半圆柱状的底边与所述内槽的边连接;所述盲槽二为方形盲槽,所述凸起二为方形凸起。

如附图1所示,先期申请中,表带与机芯的可拆卸结构主要依靠机芯壳体四周的槽结构来实现,主壳体在长方体的四侧面上分别设置内槽,四侧面的内槽相联通,相联通的四侧面的内槽与表带的空心方框配合安装,表带的空心方框的四边框全部卡入相联通的四侧面的内槽,且过盈配合来实现可拆卸的配合。该申请为了更加紧密的进行限位配合,防滑配合,在空心方框与机芯接触的内侧四边框上设置有定位和固定凸点,所述定位和固定凸点为圆弧形凸点,所述相联通的四侧面的内槽上设置有与所述定位和固定凸点相配合的凹坑。这样,表带和机芯可以较好地配合,对位准确,且较不容易脱落。
本申请在可拆卸的基础上,着重突出表带与机芯壳体的配合结构,如附图2-4、7所示,智能手环包括表带1和机芯壳体2,所述表带1与所述机芯壳体2配合的位置为空心框,所述机芯壳体2的周侧面均设置有联通的内槽,该内槽与所述的空心框相配合,所述的空心框的框边全部卡入所述内槽中;所述表带1包括左表带和右表带,优先的,所述左表带和右表带可以单独设置,也可以一体设置为伸缩式;所述表带1的的空心框的左右两侧分别连接所述左表带和所述右表带;所述空心框的连接所述左表带或所述右表带的至少一侧设置有表带与机芯壳体的配合结构,所述配合结构在表带上的所述至少一侧上构成为:从表带上往下看的两个盲槽一3,从表带下往上看的一个盲槽二4,所述的两个盲槽一3和一个盲槽二4呈“品”字形排列。所述配合结构在机芯壳体上的与所述至少一侧配合的部位构成为(如附图5和6,配合部位7和配合部位8):两个与所述盲槽一3配合的两个凸起一5,以及一个与所述盲槽二4配合的一个凸起6,对应地,两个凸起一5和一个凸起6呈“品”字型排列,所述的两个凸起一5的上底边连接所述内槽的上边,所述一个凸起6的下底边连接所述内槽的下边。
与现有的通过凸点和凹坑的配合来说,上述的配合结构具有创造性的优点,一是更加精准地对位,二是无论如何剧烈运动,品字形的卡位使得表带和机芯壳体稳定地配合。
在实际中,配合结构具体可以有以下方式的呈现:
1)所述的两个盲槽一3和一个盲槽二4均为半圆柱盲槽,对应地,所述两个凸起一5和一个凸起6均为半圆柱状凸起,半圆柱状的底边与所述内槽的边连接。
2)在1)的基础上,通过甩手试验、多次拆卸试验,当都为半圆形时,仍然存在脱落的形状,在甩手1k次、拆卸1k(1000)次的情况下,大约存在1%的脱落率,因此,通过优化,将其中的盲槽二4设置为方形盲槽,对应地,将凸起6设置为方形凸起,通过试验,脱落率降为0,这是一个巨大的进步,标志着通过上述的配合结构,完全解决了表带与机芯在使用过程中的脱落。
如上面的2)中的情况,表带和机芯壳体在装配时,虽然不会出现脱落的现象,但是偶尔出现卡接膨胀,或者连接松动的情况,经过观察和研究,发现当凸起6为方形时,整个方形的硬塑料凸起存在热胀冷缩的情况,因此,将方形的凸起6中间掏空,形成如图3和4中的形式,即将凸起6设置为方形框凸起,并且为了方便模具生产,将于所述内槽接触的方形框的边进行倒角处理。而两个凸起5由于在设置半圆柱状凸起时,在所述内槽的另外一侧,已经作了相应的薄壁处理(附图4中的附图标记9),基本无热胀冷缩的不良影响。
当然,上述的盲槽具体数量不定,但是至少一个上盲槽和一个下盲槽,且上盲槽和下盲槽的数量不小于三个,凸起与盲槽一一对应。
通过上述的技术方案,本发明除非通过外力强制将表带与机芯壳体剥离,在用户正常使用,多次拆卸的情况下,可以达到0脱落率的优秀数据。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

  1. 一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构,所述手环包括表带和机芯壳体,所述表带与所述机芯壳体配合的位置为空心框,所述机芯壳体的周侧面均设置有联通的内槽,该内槽与所述的空心框相配合,所述的空心框的框边卡入所述内槽中;其特征在于,所述空心框的连接所述左表带或所述右表带的至少一侧设置有表带与机芯壳体的配合结构,所述配合结构在表带上的所述至少一侧上构成为:从表带上往下看的至少一个盲槽一,从表带下往上看的至少一个盲槽二,所述盲槽一和所述盲槽二之和不小于三;所述配合结构在机芯壳体上的与所述至少一侧配合的部位构成为:与所述若干个盲槽一配合的若干个凸起一,以及与所述若干个盲槽二配合的若干个凸起,所述的凸起一的上底边连接所述内槽的上边,所述凸起二的下底边连接所述内槽的下边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构,其特征在于,所述盲槽一有2个,所述盲槽二有1个,所述的两个盲槽一和一个盲槽二呈“品”字形排列;对应地,所述两个凸起一和一个凸起呈“品”字型排列。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种手环机芯壳体与表带的配合结构,其特征在于,所述两个盲槽一和一个盲槽二均为半圆柱盲槽,对应地,所述两个凸起一和一个凸起均为半圆柱状凸起,所述半圆柱状的底边与所述内槽的边连接。
