Abstract
L'invention concerne une matière isolante thermique composite possédant un effet antibactérien, et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant. La matière isolante thermique composite est fabriquée à partir des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : de 25 à 40 parties de ciment de silicate, de 10 à 20 parties de perlite hydrophobe, de 5 à 12 parties de calcium lourd, de 7 à 13 parties de lignocellulose, de 9 à 15 parties de sépiolite, de 5 à 10 parties de kaolin, de 3 à 9 parties de gypse désulfuré, de 5 à 10 parties de polyuréthane, de 1 à 4 parties de dihydrogénophosphate d'ammonium, de 2 à 3 parties d'oxyde de zinc, de 1 à 4 parties de fluorure de sodium, de 1 à 3 parties de citrate de lithium, de 2 à 5 parties de microbilles de verre creuses, de 3 à 6 parties de lignosulfonate de sodium, de 1 à 3 parties de silicate de sodium, de 2 à 4 parties d'oxyde de magnésium, de 1 à 4 parties de n-octanol, de 1 à 2 parties de N-[4-(méthylamino)-3-nitrophényl] diéthanolamine, de 1 à 2 parties de N-[3-diméthylaminopropyl]-9-octadécéeamide, de 3 à 8 parties d'un réducteur d'eau, de 1 à 4 parties d'un agent moussant et de 2 à 6 parties d'un stabilisant.
