在其中一个实施例中,所述分切机构包括设置于所述安装板上的滑座、设置于所述滑座上的驱动件、与所述驱动件的活塞杆连接的连接板、及设置于所述连接板上的切刀,所述连接板上还设有导板,所述切刀与所述导板导向配合。因而通过驱动件的活塞杆上下运动,从而通过连接板带动切刀上下移动,在切刀与导板的导向剪切作用下,可以快速、可靠实现吸管带的分切。
在其中一个实施例中,所述切刀的刀刃与吸管带倾斜布置。因而通过切刀的刀刃与吸管带倾斜布置,可以提高刀刃与吸管带的接触面积,进而更加方便快速的切断吸管带,避免出现切断不完全,造成吸管带输送停滞的问题。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括检测元件,所述检测元件设置于所述分切机构上并与所述电控装置电性连接。因而通过检测元件对吸管带的分切位置进行精准检测,将检测信号传输给电控装置,进而控制送料机构、分切机构与投料机构的协同动作,避免出现错切和漏切,或吸管带的分切长度不符合规定,确保吸管带的高质高效分切和投放。
在其中一个实施例中,所述投料组件包括间隔设置于所述安装板上的投放带和托板,所述投放带与所述托板间配合形成投放通道,所述安装板上还设有导柱及套装于所述导柱上的弹性抵压件,所述托板套装于所述导柱上并与所述弹性抵压件抵接。因而通过弹性抵压件的自身弹力可以实现托板的自动上下移动,以使投放通道的距离适用于不同尺寸的分切好的吸管带,以避免对吸管带造成挤压损坏。
在其中一个实施例中,所述投料组件还包括用于调节所述投放通道大小的第二调节机构,所述第二调节机构包括第二安装座、转动设置于所述第二安装座上的第二调节把手,所述第二调节把手的端部与所述投放带连接,当旋动所述第二调节把手时,所述投放带与所述托板相互靠近或远离以改变所述投放通道的大小。因而通过第二调节机构可以手动灵活、精准的调整投放带上下高度,进而改变投档通道的距离适用于各种规格尺寸的吸管带,提升装置的使用可靠性。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括导料机构,所述导料机构包括分别设置于所述安装板上的第一导轮、弹簧夹和支承板,以及设置于所述支撑板上的第二导轮,所述弹簧夹与所述第一导轮之间配合形成夹紧部,所述第一导轮与所述第二导轮配合形成导料通道。如此可以实现带加工吸管带的稳定传输和可靠送料,有利于提升装置的工作可靠性。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”、“设置于”或“安设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为 是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件;一个元件与另一个元件固定连接的具体方式可以通过现有技术实现,在此不再赘述,优选采用螺纹连接的固定方式。

如图1,图2所示,为本发明展示的一种实施例的吸管分切投放机,包括:工作台100,所述工作台100包括相互连接的底座110和安装板120;电控装置200,所述电控装置200安设于所述底座110上;送料机构300,所述送料机构300包括固定于所述安装板120上并与所述电控装置200电性连接的第一驱动件310、及与所述第一驱动件310驱动连接的夹送组件320;分切机构400,所述分切机构400与所述电控装置200电性连接,且所述分切机构400设置于所述夹送组件320的下游并与所述夹送组件320分切配合;及投料机构500,所述投料机构500包括固定于所述安装板120上并与所述电控装置200电性连接的第二驱动件510、及与所述第二驱动件510驱动连接且位于所述分切机构400的下游的投料组件520,所述投料组件520与所述分切机构400衔接配合。
上述吸管分切投放机通过在工作台100的底座110上安设电控装置200,之后在安装板120上分别安装驱动连接的第一驱动件310和夹送组件320,并 使第一驱动件310与电控装置200电性连接;之后将与电控装置200电性连接的分切机构400安装于夹送组件320的下游并与之分切配合,最后将第二驱动件510和投料组件520分别安装于安装板120上,并使第二驱动件510与电控装置200电性连接、投料组件520与分切机构400衔接配合。当进行袋装吸管带分切投放时,吸管带通过送料机构300进入分切机构400工作行程内之前,电控装置200首先启动第二驱动件510以带动投料组件520工作,之后再控制第一驱动件310带动送料机构300送料及分切机构400分切吸管带,以使得分切好的吸管带可以在处于运行状态的投料组件520带动下顺利实现投料,而避免发生吸管带因不及时投料出去而造成挤压变形和损坏,影响吸管带的分切质量。
需要说明的是,吸管带包括多段相互连接的成品吸管,相邻两根成品吸管之间具有一段长度的衔接带连接,当监测元件检测到第一段成品吸管进入分切机构400的工作范围内时,首先传输信号给控制装置使送料机构300停止送料,而使投料机构500开始运行,此时第一段成品吸管的端部恰好进入投料通道内并在投料组件520的带动下具有进入投料通道的趋势。之后再控制分切机构400完成第一段成品吸管的通时第一段成品吸管会顺利进入投料通道完成投料,通过送料、分切、投料三道工序的完美衔接,不仅大大提高生产效率,同时可以保证较高的工作质量。
请参照图1,还包括导料机构700,所述导料机构700包括分别设置于所述安装板120上的第一导轮710、弹簧夹720和支承板,以及设置于所述支撑板730上的第二导轮740,所述弹簧夹720与所述第一导轮710之间配合形成夹紧部750,所述第一导轮710与所述第二导轮740配合形成导料通道。如此可以实现带加工吸管带的稳定传输和可靠送料,有利于提升装置的工作可靠 性。通过弹簧夹720与第一导轮710间形成夹紧部750,可以对移动的吸管带实现夹紧限位,避免在传输过程中发生跳动或脱落。
此外,工作台100还包括位置调节机构130,位置调节机构130安装于底座110和安装板120之间,且位置调节机构130可以实现安装板120及其上安装件(送料机构300、分切机构400等)在Z轴方向和X轴方向的整体移动,以使吸管分切投放机具备调节工作位置的性能,有利于提升工作可靠性。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,所述夹送组件320包括设置于所述安装板120上并与所述第一驱动件310驱动连接的固定夹送带321、与所述第一驱动件310的驱动轴连接的同步轮机构322、及与所述同步轮机构322动连接的活动夹送带323,所述固定夹送带321与所述活动夹送带323同步运转,且所述固定夹送带321和所述活动夹送带323之间配合形成夹送通道324。因而通过固定夹送带321与活动夹送带323的同步运转下,可以使吸管带在夹送通道324内可靠传送,避免发生打滑等问题,影响装置的工作性能。具体的,第一驱动件310可选是伺服电机,具有频繁启停而不会影响使用寿命的优点;固定夹送带321和活动夹送带323均优选采用皮带轮传动机构。固定夹送带321和活动夹送带323通过同步轮机构322实现同步移动,可以减小吸管带的摩擦力,避免使吸管带的上下表面因移动的不一致导致褶皱,同时提高传输的移动可靠性和稳定性。
如图3所示,进一步地,所述活动夹送带323包括与所述同步轮机构322同轴设置的固定轮323a、与所述固定轮323a间隔设置的活动轮323b、设置于所述安装板120上并与所述活动轮323b连接的弹力件(图中未示出)、及套装于所述固定轮323a和所述活动轮323b上的传送带323c,所述活动轮323b和所述传送带323c可绕所述固定轮323a摆动,即活动夹送带323具有自适应 能力,如此可以通过活动夹送带323的送端(活动轮配合弹力件)绕固定轮323a在一定角度内摆动,使夹送组件320适应不同厚度(例如吸管带的直径、吸管的叠置)的吸管带的传送,同时避免对吸管带造成过度夹紧而变形。具体的,安装板上设有导柱,弹簧(弹力件)套装于导柱上并与活动轮的轮轴连接,弹簧的拉伸或压缩可以提供送端一定张力或拉力,以使活动夹送带323具有适应不同厚度吸管带的摆动性能。
请参照图2和图3,此外,所述夹送组件320还包括用于调节所述夹送通道324大小的第一调节机构330,所述第一调节机构330包括第一安装座331、转动设置于所述第一安装座331上的第一调节把手332,所述第一调节把手332的端部与所述活动夹送带323连接,当旋动所述第一调节把手332时,所述活动夹送带323与所述固定夹送带321相互靠近或远离以改变所述夹送通道324的大小。因而通过第一调节机构330可以灵活且精确的改变活动夹送带323的高度,以改变夹送通道324的尺寸从而适应各种不同尺寸和规格的吸管带的传送,大大提升装置的使用性能和适用范围。具体的,第一调节把手332与第一安装座331螺纹连接,即在旋转第一调节把手332的同时,第一调节把手332还相对第一安装座331直线移动,从而带动活动夹送带323整体上下移动。
请参照图2和图4,在一个实施例中,所述分切机构400包括设置于所述安装板120上的滑座410、设置于所述滑座410上的驱动件420、与所述驱动件420的活塞杆连接的连接板430、及设置于所述连接板430上的切刀440,所述连接板430上还设有导板450,所述切刀440与所述导板450导向配合。因而通过驱动件420的活塞杆上下运动,从而通过连接板430带动切刀440上下移动,在切刀440与导板450的导向剪切作用下,可以快速、可靠实现 吸管带的分切。可选的,切刀440与导板450紧贴配合,因而在刀刃与导板450表面的形成类似于剪刀的剪切力,可以快速切断塑胶材质的吸管带。
进一步地,所述切刀440的刀刃与吸管带倾斜布置。因而通过切刀的刀刃与吸管带倾斜布置,可以提高刀刃与吸管带的接触面积,进而更加方便快速的切断吸管带,避免出现切断不完全,造成吸管带输送停滞的问题。其中,即所述切刀440的刀刃与吸管带之间配合形成夹角,该夹角为锐角或钝角,切刀440的刀刃与吸管带的倾斜角度可根据实际工作情况灵活调整,例如可以30~60度或90~120度范围内变换。
如图3和图4所示,此外,上述吸管分切投放机还包括检测元件600,所述检测元件600设置于所述分切机构400上并与所述电控装置200电性连接。因而通过检测元件600对吸管带的分切位置进行精准检测,将检测信号传输给电控装置200,进而控制送料机构300、分切机构400与投料机构500的协同动作,避免出现错切和漏切,或吸管带的分切长度不符合规定,确保吸管带的高质高效分切和投放。其中,检测元件600可以是摄像头、照相机等,用于拍摄当前吸管带的图像,并将该图像信号传输给电控装置200,通过电控装置200的图像识别单元进行分析,从而控制送料机构300何时启动或停止,同时使分切机构400配合送料机构300进行分切动作,最后控制投料机构500配合分切机构400完成吸管投放。
请参照图2和图3,在一个实施例中,所述投料组件520包括间隔设置于所述安装板120上的投放带521和托板522,所述投放带521与所述托板522间配合形成投放通道523,所述安装板120上还设有导柱及套装于所述导柱上的弹性抵压件,所述托板522套装于所述导柱上并与所述弹性抵压件抵接。因而通过弹性抵压件的自身弹力可以实现托板522的自动上下移动,以使投 放通道523的距离适用于不同尺寸的分切好的吸管带,以避免对吸管带造成挤压损坏。具体的,弹性抵压件可以是弹簧、胶圈等,本实施例可选是弹簧。
进一步地,所述投料组件520还包括用于调节所述投放通道523大小的第二调节机构524,所述第二调节机构524包括第二安装座524a、转动设置于所述第二安装座524a上的第二调节把手524b,所述第二调节把手524b的端部与所述投放带521连接,当旋动所述第二调节把手524b时,所述投放带521与所述托板522相互靠近或远离以改变所述投放通道523的大小。因而通过第二调节机构524可以手动灵活、精准的调整投放带521上下高度,进而改变投档通道的距离适用于各种规格尺寸的吸管带,提升装置的使用可靠性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,包括:
    工作台,所述工作台包括相互连接的底座和安装板;
    电控装置,所述电控装置安设于所述底座上;
    送料机构,所述送料机构包括固定于所述安装板上并与所述电控装置电性连接的第一驱动件、及与所述第一驱动件驱动连接的夹送组件;
    分切机构,所述分切机构与所述电控装置电性连接,且所述分切机构设置于所述夹送组件的下游并与所述夹送组件分切配合;及
    投料机构,所述投料机构包括固定于所述安装板上并与所述电控装置电性连接的第二驱动件、及与所述第二驱动件驱动连接且位于所述分切机构的下游的投料组件,所述投料组件与所述分切机构衔接配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述夹送组件包括设置于所述安装板上并与所述第一驱动件驱动连接的固定夹送带、与所述第一驱动件的驱动轴连接的同步轮机构、及与所述同步轮机构动连接的活动夹送带,所述固定夹送带与所述活动夹送带同步运转,且所述固定夹送带和所述活动夹送带之间配合形成夹送通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述活动夹送带包括与所述同步轮机构同轴设置的固定轮、与所述固定轮间隔设置的活动轮、设置于所述安装板上并与所述活动轮连接的弹力件、及套装于所述固定轮和所述活动轮上的传送带,所述活动轮和所述传送带可绕所述固定轮摆动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述夹送组件还包括用于调节所述夹送通道大小的第一调节机构,所述第一调节机构包括第一安装座、转动设置于所述第一安装座上的第一调节把手,所述第一调节 把手的端部与所述活动夹送带连接,当旋动所述第一调节把手时,所述活动夹送带与所述固定夹送带相互靠近或远离以改变所述夹送通道的大小。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述分切机构包括设置于所述安装板上的滑座、设置于所述滑座上的驱动件、与所述驱动件的活塞杆连接的连接板、及设置于所述连接板上的切刀,所述连接板上还设有导板,所述切刀与所述导板导向配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述切刀的刀刃与吸管带倾斜布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,还包括检测元件,所述检测元件设置于所述分切机构上并与所述电控装置电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述投料组件包括间隔设置于所述安装板上的投放带和托板,所述投放带与所述托板间配合形成投放通道,所述安装板上还设有导柱及套装于所述导柱上的弹性抵压件,所述托板套装于所述导柱上并与所述弹性抵压件抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,所述投料组件还包括用于调节所述投放通道大小的第二调节机构,所述第二调节机构包括第二安装座、转动设置于所述第二安装座上的第二调节把手,所述第二调节把手的端部与所述投放带连接,当旋动所述第二调节把手时,所述投放带与所述托板相互靠近或远离以改变所述投放通道的大小。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸管分切投放机,其特征在于,还包括导料机构,所述导料机构包括分别设置于所述安装板上的第一导轮、弹簧夹和支承板,以及设置于所述支撑板上的第二导轮,所述弹簧夹与所述 第一导轮之间配合形成夹紧部,所述第一导轮与所述第二导轮配合形成导料通道。
