Description

DESCRIPTION
"Agricultural vehicle"
The present invention relates to an agricultural vehicle .
In particular, the present invention relates to an agricultural vehicle of the type comprising a plurality of tools .
As it is known, most of the agricultural machines currently used for processing the ground request the installation of a single tool equipment connected to the power take-off, such as an agricultural drill, or directly to the frame such as a plow, a forage harvester.
However, the presence of a single power take-off on the agricultural machine makes the tools equipment usable only individually and not simultaneously.
The solution of the patent application US2014060953 describes a utility vehicle comprising a plurality of ground engaging members and a frame supported by the plurality of ground engaging members. The frame includes a front frame portion, a mid-frame portion, and a rear frame portion. The vehicle further comprises an attachment supported at the front frame portion. Nevertheless, such devices are excessively heavy, bulky and not easy to install. That's the reason why they are not used for small cultivations and for the maintenance of gardens and parks. In this case, in fact, it is necessary to use manual machines such as lawnmowers, rotary cultivators, tillers, etc., equipped with manual start and that can only be used individually.
The object of the present invention is to provide an agricultural vehicle which is multi-purpose, light, versatile and equipped with independent farm equipments that allow to, in an economical way, to simultaneously perform several operations, therefore having characteristics such as to overcome the limits of the systems previously described.
According to the present invention, an agricultural vehicle is provided, as defined in claim 1.
For a better understanding of the present invention, a preferred embodiment is now described, purely by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which:
figure 1 shows one a schematic three-dimensional view of an agricultural vehicle, according to the invention .
With reference to this figure, an agricultural vehicle is shown, according to the invention. In particular, the agricultural vehicle 100 comprises a frame 101, an engine 102, a transmission unit 103, a pair of front suspensions 104, a pair of front shock absorbers 105, a pair of rear suspension 106, a pair of rear shock absorbers 107, a braking system not shown in the figure, a steering and rack apparatus 109, an electrical system 110 and a hydraulic system 111, a milling group 112, a cutter group 113, a plow group 114, a lawn mower group 115, a cutter bar group 116, a reaper binder group 117, a snow plow blade group 118, an electronic control unit and a hydraulic drive unit not shown in the figure.
According to an aspect of the invention, the frame 101 is of a trellis type of light material, for example made of aluminum.
According to another aspect of the invention, the engine 102 is coupled to the transmission group 103 to allow movement of the vehicle 100.
According to another aspect of the invention, the agricultural vehicle 100 is equipped with automatic traction with automatic insertion for handling in conditions of poor adherence and on non-level terrain.
According to an aspect of the invention, the milling group 112, the lawn mower unit 115, the cutter bar group 116, and the reaper binder group 117 are provided with individual independent engines which can be controlled through the electronic control unit and, therefore, do not require a power take-off on the vehicle 100.
Advantageously according to the invention, the milling group 112, the cutter group 113, the plow group 114, the lawn mower unit 115, the cutter bar group 116, the reaper binder group 117 and the snow plow blade group 118 can be operated independently and simultaneously.
Advantageously according to the invention, the milling group 112, the lawn mower unit 115, the cutter bar group 116 and the reaper binder group 117 are equipped with electronic starter.
According to an aspect of the invention, the milling group 112, the lawn mower group 115, the cutter bar group 116 and the reaper binder group 117 are equipped with friction clutches, for example of the electromechanical or centrifugal type.
According to another aspect of the invention, the milling group 112, the cutter group 113, the plow group 114, the lawn mower unit 115, the cutter bar group 116, the reaper binder group 117 and the snow plow blade group 118 are configured to be moved through the hydraulic drive unit, for example to adjust the height and the working position .
According to an aspect of the invention, the agricultural vehicle comprises a rapid snap engagement system for the milling group 112, the cutter group 113, the plow group 114, the lawn mower group 115, the cutter bar group 116, the reaper binder group 117, the snow plow blade group 118.
According to an aspect of the invention, the agricultural vehicle further comprises one or more of the agricultural equipment listed here: spreader group; drill group; vertical hedges cut group; spinning reel for irrigation pipes or electrical cables.
According to an aspect of the invention, the agricultural vehicle comprises emergency devices such as: warning triangle, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, inflatable spare tire, tire repair kit, emergency call system to use in case of an accident.
Therefore, the agricultural vehicle according to the invention allows the use of different work equipment in an independent and simultaneous way for the execution of different agricultural processes.
Another advantage of the agricultural vehicle according to the invention consists in the fact of being usable even in delicate crops, such as the truffle, due to the fact of being lightweight.
Another advantage of the agricultural vehicle according to the invention consists in low fuel consumption. Another advantage of the agricultural vehicle according to the invention it is the easy disassembly / assembly of the machining groups.
Another advantage of the agricultural vehicle according to the invention is the ease of repair the machining groups .
Another advantage of the agricultural vehicle according to the invention consists in the fact of being compact .
Finally, the agricultural vehicle according to the invention is versatile.
It is, finally, clear that the agricultural vehicle here described and illustrated may be subject to modifications and variations without thereby departing from the scope of the present invention, as defined in the appended claims.
