通常,电子商务合作的物流商来自各个不同的物流公司,这些物流公司的快递面单样式各异,因此设计快递面单的过程复杂。具体的,目前快递面单的通常是由各个仓库来设计,即需要按照各物流公司提供的快递面单样式,以及利用计算机语言编写对应的程序,以设计出各物流公司的面单模板,因此设计成本高,且设计效率低。对仓库而言,需要感知面单模板,又要组装快递面单的内容信息,因此效率非常低,且打印过程冗繁。

本申请实施例所要解决的技术问题是提供一种打印处理方法,以解决现有打印技术中所存在的安全性低的问题。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种打印处理装置、一种打印端、一种物流平台以及一种服务器,用以保证上述方法的实现及应用。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例公开了一种打印处理方法,应用于打印端,包括:接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址;依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,其中, 所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板;将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件;对所述打印文件进行打印。

在本申请实施例中,可以将打印文件分解成两个部分:一部分为打印模板,另一部分为打印的内容信息;以及,预先将打印模板存储在模板存储服务器;进而可以在需要打印时,依据需要打印的内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址生成打印数据,并将该打印数据发送至打印端;打印端在接收到打印数据,可以依据该打印数据中的目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器下载对应的目标打印模板,以将该目标打印模板与内容信息进行拼接,直接合成打印文件,并不需要感知打印模板,即无需根据当前需要打印的内容信息识别出对应的打印模板,且无需组装当前需要打印的内容信息,简化了打印流程,提高了打印效率。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的打印数据是由物理管理平台生成的,该打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印目标存储地址。本申请实施例中的打印文件是打印端将打印数据中的内容信息与目标打印模板拼接后得到的文件。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例可以将当前需要使用的打印模板称为目标打印模板,且可以将目标打印模板对应的模板标识称为目标模板标识,以及可以将目标打印模板的存储地址称为目标打印模板存储地址。
本申请实施例中,打印端可以包括进行打印的本地设备,如可以包括某一物流公司的仓库中心服务器、终端设备、打印机等。其中,终端设备可以是指的是具有多媒体功能的设备,这些设备支持音频、视频、数据等方面的功能。本实施例中的终端设备可以 具有触摸屏,包括智能移动打印终端如智能手机、平板电脑能、智能穿戴设备,也可以是具有触摸屏的智能电视、个人计算机等设备。这些终端终端可以通过无线和/或有线连接其他设备(如连接仓库中心服务器、打印机等),与其他设备进行数据传输,如接收和/或发送数据。
参照图1,示出了本申请实施例中的一种打印处理系统的打印处理示意图。
在本申请实施例中,打印处理系统具体可以包括:物流平台、交易服务器以及打印端。其中,物流平台可以是服务器或服务器集群,并且可以提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识,模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID;所述打印模板存储地址可以用于从模板存储服务器中下载对应的打印模板;所述模板存储服务器可以用于存储打印模板,如可以是云端服务器;打印端ID可以用于唯一标识打印端。
在具体实现中,交易服务器可以将打印信息上传给物流平台,以触发物流平台依据该打印信息生成打印数据,并发送至目标打印端。该目标打印终端可以用于表征目标模板标识所对应的打印端。其中,打印信息可以携带有需要打印的内容信息,如可以包括快递面单中的发货人信息(如发货原地址、联系电话、寄件人姓名等)、收货人信息(如收货目的地址、联系电话、收件人姓名等)、物流公司信息(如快递公司名称、快递面单号等)和附属信息(如商品名称、备注信息)等其中部分或全部信息;可选的,该打印信息还可以携带有目标模板标识,该目标模板标识可以用于确定对应的目标打印模板和目标打印终端。
物流平台在接收到打印信息后,可以依据该打印信息确定需要打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,并可以基于该目标模板标识确定目标打印模板存储地址和对应的目标打印端,以及可以依据该内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址生成打印数据,进而可以将该打印数据发送给目标打印端,以触发目标打印端依据该打印数据进行打印。可选的,当打印信息没有携带有目标模板标识,物流平台可以依据需要带打印的内容信息确定出对应的目标模板标识,如可以基于该内容信息中的快递公司名称或快递面单号确定出目标模板标识,等等,本申请实施例对此不作具体限制。
目标打印端在接收到打印数据后,可以从该打印数据中的目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,以及可将该目标打印模板与该打印数据携带的内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件,进而可以对该打印文件进行打印。可选地,目标打印端具体可以包括中心服务器和连接该中心服务器的至少一台设备终端。 目标打印端可以通过中心服务器接收物流平台所发送的打印数据后,可以将该打印数据下发给发送给设备终端,以通过设备终端上所安装的打印插件对打印数据进行解析,并可以基于解析后得的目标打印模板存储地址下载目标打印模板,以及采用解析后得到的内容信息和目标打印模板合成打印文件,从而可以通过连接打印机对该打印文件进行打印。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例可以将需要打印的业务信息确定为目标业务信息。其中,对于不同业务领域而言,业务信息可以具有不同的特性,即业务信息可以指具有业务领域特征的对象信息。例如,对于新闻媒体领域而言,业务信息可以为新闻信息,如文章、图片等;对于移动通讯领域而言,业务信息可以为通讯信息,如通讯记录,具体可以包括通讯时间、通讯号码等;对于电子商务(Electronic Commerce,EC)领域而言,业务信息可以为订单信息,如交易订单等。在不同的领域中,虽然业务信息承载的领域特性而有所不同,但其本质都是数据,如文本数据、图像数据等,相对地,对业务信息进行的打印处理,本质都是对数据进行的打印处理。
基于上述打印处理系统,下文分别详细论述各侧的打印处理方法的步骤。
参照图2,示出了本申请的一种打印处理方法实施例交易服务器侧的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤202,在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息。
其中,所述打印信息用于确定需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,所述目标模板标识用于确定对应的目标打印模板存储地址和目标打印端。
本申请实施例中,当需要对某些信息进行打印时,用户可以通过诸如手机、平板电脑、台式电脑等终端输入相应的内容信息,以触发终端生成对应的目标业务信息,并可将目标业务信息发送给交易服务器,从而使得交易服务器可依据检测到该目标业务信息,并可以依据该目标业务信息确定对应的打印信息。其中,该目标业务信息包含用户所输入的内容信息。该内容信息可以用于表征当前需要打印的数据,如快递面单上的内容信息。
例如,在EC领域中,用户通过电子商务平台达成交易后,电子商务平台可以依据买家和/或卖家输入的信息生成对应的订单信息。其中,电子商务平台可以作为本申请实施例中的交易服务器,在检测到需要对订单进行发货处理时,可以将该订单信息作为目标业务信息,以及可以将订单信息对应快递面单上的内容信息,确定为需要打印的内容信息,以方便对该订单的货物运输进行管,如可以该将该订单信息中的邮寄信息确定为 该目标业务信息对应的内容信息,具体可以包括联系人信息和/货物信息等。联系人信息可以包括收货地址、发货地址、收货人的称呼、发货人的称呼、联系电话等;货物信息可以包括:货物名称或类别、货物重量等,本申请实施例对此不作具体限制。
可选的,交易服务器还可以依据用户输入的内容信息生成对应的目标模板标识,如可以依据用户所选中的快递公司名称或者订单信息中的快递面单号来确定目标模板标识;并且可以将生成的目标模板标识添加到目标业务信息对应的打印信息中。
作为本申请的一个具体示例,内容信息中的快递公司名称与模板标识的对应关系可以如下表1所示:

例如,若用户选中快递公司为“快递公司1”,则内容信息中的快递公司名称为“快递公司1”,即交易服务器器可以将模板标识“A1”作为目标模板标识,添加到打印信息中,从而使得该打印信息携带有目标模板标识“A1”;又如若用户选中快递公司为“快递公司2”,则内容信息中的快递公司名称为“快递公司2”,即交易服务器器可以将模板标识“A2”作为目标模板标识,添加到打印信息中,从而使得该打印信息携带有目标模板标识“A2”其中,n可以是整数。
步骤204,将所述打印信息发送至物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向所述目标打印端发送打印数据。
其中,所述打印数据为依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址生成的数据,所述目标打印端用于对打印文件进行打印,所述打印文件为所述目标打印模板和所述内容信息拼接得到的。
在本申请实施例中,可选的,目标打印模板可以用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置。
参照图3,示出了本申请的一种打印处理方法实施例物流平台侧的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤302,提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识、所述模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID。
在本申请实施例中,物流平台可以存储打印模板对应的模板标识,以及模板标识与 打印模板存储地址和打印端身份标识号(Identification,ID)之间的对应关系,如可以采用表的形式进行存储。
作为本申请的一个具体示例,物流平台中存储的模板标识与打印模板存储地址和打印端ID之间的对应关系可以如下表2所示:

当模板标识为“An”时,其对应的打印模板存储地址为“存储地址n”,以及对应的打印端ID为“IDn”;其中,n可以是整数,如可以是1、2、3等。打印模板存储地址可以是下载链接,如可以是统一资源定位符(Uniform Resoure Locator,URL);打印端ID可以用于标识打印端,如可以是打印端的互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)地址。
步骤304,当接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息,依据所述打印信息确定内容信息和目标模板标识。
本申请实施例中,物流平台在接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息后,可以依据该打印信息确定出对应的容信息和目标模板标识,进而获取该目标模板标识对应的目标打印模板存储地址。其中,该目标打印模板存储地址可以下载对应的目标打印模板;且该目标打印模板具体可以用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定内容信息对应的打印位置。
在本申请一个可选实施方式中,当打印信息包括需要打印的内容信息时,物流平台在接收到打印信息后,可以对该打印信息进行解析,得到该打印信息中所携带的内容信息,进而可以基于该内容信息确定出对应的目标模板标识,如在内容信息包括快递公司名称时,可以依据快递公司名称确定目标模板标识。具体的,物流平台可以存储快递公司名称与模板标识之间的对应关系,如上述表1所示。当检测到内容信息中的快递公司名称为为“快递公司n”时,物流平台可以将模板标识“An”确定为目标模板标识。
在本申请另一个可选实施方式中,当打印信息包括需要打印的内容信息和目标模板标识时,物流平台在接收到打印信息后,可以对该打印信息进行解析,得到该打印信息中所携带的内容信息和目标打印标识。例如,在打印信息包括需要打印的内容信息和目标模板标识“An”时,物流平台可以通过该打印信息进行解析,得到需要打印的内容信 息和目标模板标识“An”。
步骤306,依据所述目标模板标识,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址。
在本申请实施例中,物流平台在确定出目标模板标识后,可以依据该目标模板标识确定出对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址。例如,物流平台可以将该目标模板标识作为关键字,以依据该目标模板标识在上述表2中进行查找,进而可以将目标模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址作为目标打印模板存储地址,如将目标模板标识“An”对应的打印模板存储地址“存储地址n”作为目标打印模板存储地址;以及可以基于该目标模板标识对应的打印端ID确定出对应的目标打印端,如在目标模板标识为模板标识“An”时,将打印端ID为“IDn”对应的打印端确定为目标打印端。
步骤308,依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据。
物流平台在确定出目标打印模板存储地址后,可以采用该目标打印模板存储地址和需要打印的内容信息生成对应的打印数据,以将该打印数据发送给目标打印端进行打印。
在本申请的一个可选实施例中,该打印数据可以是加密数据。具体的,为了数据传输的安全性,物流平台可以按照预置的加密协议对需要打印的内容信息和/或目标打印模板存储地址进行加密,生成加密后的打印数据。其中,预设的加密协议可以是打印插件对应的加密协议,本申请实施例对此不作具体限制。
在本申请实施例中,可选的,所述依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据,具体可以包括:依据打印插件对应的加密协议对所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址进行加密,生成对应的打印数据。具体的,物流平台在确定目标打印模板存储地址后,可以按照打印插件对应的加密协议对该目标打印模板存储地址和内容信息进行拼装、加密,合成加密后的打印数据。
需要说明的是,打印插件可以用于对加密后的打印数据进行解密,得到解密后的内容信息和打印模板的目标打印模板存储地址,具体可以包括能够快速将打印的内容信息和打印模板进行拼装,最终合成打印文件的插件,如Agent插件。其中,打印插件对应的加密协议可以包括Agent协议。
例如,结合上述例子,在EC领域中,可以将物流信息平台作为本申请实施例中的物流平台。其中,物流信息平台可以为物流供需方提供信息服务,具体可以包括能够支持或者进行物流服务供需信息的交互或交换的网站。物流信息平台在接收到电子商务平台下发的打印信息(如快递面单上的内容信息)后,可以依据该打印信息中的模板标识 (如快递单号、快递公司名称等),确定出对应的目标打印模板存储地址,如确定出某物流公司的快递面单模板的存储地址。在确定出快递面单模板的存储地址后,物流信息平台可以从模板存储服务器中获取该快递面单模板的URL;或者可以从本地存储信息中获取该快递面单模板的URL,如可以从表2中获取目标打印模板存储地址;进而可按照Agent协议对快递面单模板的URL和快递面单上的内容信息进行拼装和加密,合成对应的加密字符串,即生成对应的打印数据。
步骤310,将所述打印数据发送给目标打印端。
本申请实施例中,物流平台在生成打印数据后,可以将该打印数据发送给目标打印端,如可依据目标模板标识对应的打印端ID,将生成的打印数据发送该目标打印端,从而使得目标打印端可以接收到该打印数据。可选的,当打印数据为加密后的数据时,目标打印端可以预先安装有从物流平台下载的打印插件,进而可以通过该打印插件对接收到的打印数据进行解密,得到解密后的内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址,进而可以依据该目标打印模板存储地址下载对应的目标打印模板与内容信息进行拼装,构成打印文件,以对该打印文件进行打印。
参照图4,示出了本申请的一种打印处理方法实施例打印端侧的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤402,接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址。
在本申请的一个可选实施方式中,打印端包括至少一台中心服务器和连接该中心服务器的一台或多台终端设备,以及任一终端设备所连接的打印机端。其中,中心服务器可以接收物流平台发送的打印数据,如可以通过网关接收物流平台所发送的打印数据。中心服务器在接收到打印数据后,可将该打印数据下发给终端设备,从而可以触发该终端设备依据该打印数据进行打印。
步骤404,依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板。
其中,所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板。打印端中的终端设备在接收到中心服务器所转发的打印数据后,可以通过对该打印数据进行解析,得到目标打印模板存储地址和需要打印的内容信息,进而可以依据该目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板。
在本申请的一个可选实施例中,在打印数据为所述物流平台通过加密生成的数据时, 所述依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板之前,所述方法还包括:调用打印插件对所述打印数据进行解密,得到所述内容信息和对应的目标打印模板存储地址。
本申请实施例中,打印数据为物流平台按照打印插件对应的加密协议进行加密得到的数据,因此需要通过该打印插件对打印数据进行解密,提高打印数据的安全性。具体的,打印端中的终端设备可以通过安装物流平台提供的打印插件,对接收到的打印数据进行解密,得到解密后到的内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址。
在本申请的一个可选实施例中,该打印处理方法还包括:连接已安装的打印插件。其中,所述接收物流平台发送的打印数据,具体可以包括:通过连接的所述打印插件,接收所述物流平台发送的打印数据。
在一个可选实施方式中,若物流平台限制了打印端中的终端设备需要通过打印插件接收该打印数据,则打印端中的终端设备可以预先安装该物流平台提供的打印插件,以便可以通过该打印插件接收打印数据和对该打印数据进行解密。
在一个可选实施方式中,打印端中的终端设备在接收到打印数据后,若当前未安装了物流平台提供的打印插件,则可以先安装物流平台所提供的打印插件,然后通过调用当前安装的打印插件对该打印数据进行解密;若当前已经安装了物流平台提供的打印插件,则可以直接调用已经安装的打印插件对该打印数据进行解密。
在本申请的一个可选实施例中,该打印处理方法还可以包括:在未安装有所述打印插件时,向所述物流平台发送对应的插件下载请求;接收插件安装文件,其中,所述插件安装文件为所述物流平台针对所述插件下载请求反馈的安装文件;采用所述插件安装文件,对所述打印插件进行安装。
在本申请实施例中,打印端中的终端设备在未安装有打印插件时,可以通过网络连接,向物流平台发送对应的插件下载请求,以请求从该物流平台中下载打印插件。
物流平台可以接收到打印端发送的插件下载请求;以及在接收到该插件下载请求后,可以针对该插件下载请求,向该打印端发送插件安装文件,即向请求下载打印插件的终端设备反馈该打印插件的安装文件,从而使得打印端中的终端设备可以依据该安装文件安装打印插件。其中,安装文件具体可以用于安装物流平台提供的打印插件。
打印端中的终端设备在接收到物流平台针对插件下载请求反馈的安装文件后,可以采用插件安装文件,对所述打印插件进行安装,如通过运行该安装文件中的安装程序,实现安装该打印插件。
步骤406,将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件。
在本申请实施例中,打印模板预先存储于模板存储服务器中。因此,打印端在得到目标打印模板存储地址后,就可以依据该目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的打印模板,进而可以通过打印插件直接将打印模板与解密后的内容信息进行拼接,合成对应的打印文件,无需感知打印模板,且无需对打印的内容信息进行组装,从而提高了打印效率。例如,打印端可以根据解密后得到的打印模板的URL,从模板存储服务器获取中预先存储的打印模板,以及通过打印插件,将打印模板和需要打印的内容信息进行快速拼装,从而合成对应的打印文件。
可选地,所述依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,具体可以包括:通过所述打印插件,向所述模板存储服务器发送模板请求,其中,所述模板请求携带有所述目标打印模板存储地址;接收所述模板存储服务器针对所述模板请求反馈的目标打印模板,其中,目标打印模板为所述目标打印模板存储地址对应的打印模板。具体而言,目标打印端中的终端设备可以通过打印插件,向模板存储服务器发送模板请求,以从模板存储服务器中获取目标打印模板存储地址对应的目标打印模板。该模板请求可以携带有目标打印模板存储地址,如携带有目标打印模板的URL信息。模板存储服务器在接收到模板请求后,可以将该模板请求携带的目标打印模板存储地址对应的目标打印模板反馈给目标打印端中的终端设备,从而使得目标打印端中的终端设备可以接收到该目标打印模板。
其中,目标打印模板可以用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置。打印插件具体可以用于将所述打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼装,以合成对应的打印文件。
作为本申请的一个具体示例,打印端可以通过数据格式匹配的方式,确定内容信息中各种信息在目标模板中的打印位置,进而可以按照确定的打印位置将内容信息中各种信息填充至打印模板中,构成打印文件。例如,目标打印终端中的终端设备可以通过字符匹配的方式,确定内容信息中的收货人“陈XX”需要填充至目标打印模板中的收货人后面的字符“***”中,即在填充后,目标打印模板中的收货人后面的字符为“陈XX”。当在目标打印模板中填充完内容信息中的各种信息后,即合成了对应的打印文件。
步骤408,对所述打印文件进行打印。
在本申请实施例中,目标打印端中的终端设备可以基于所述打印文件,向打印设备发送打印请求,以通过所述打印设备对所述打印文件进行打印。具体的,终端设备可以 连接打印设备,以及针对当前需要打印的打印文件向连接的打印设备发送打印请求,以触发打印设备对该打印文件进行打印。具体而言,打印设备在接收到打印请求后,可以对该打印请求进行响应,如对该打印文件进行打印。
其中,打印文件可以是通过打印插件合成的。该打印插件可以对合成的打印文件进行保护,不允许打印端存储该打印文件,以避免打印端对该打印文件进行非法操作,如可以避免打印端将打印文件传输给非法设备而造成信息泄露的问题。
在本申请实施例的一个可选实施例中,该打印处理方法还可以包括:接收针对所述打印文件的打印查询请求;依据所述打印查询请求,反馈所述打印文件对应的打印结果。具体的,用户可以通过向打印端中的终端设备输入打印查询请求,以查看打印文件对应的打印结果。终端设备在接收到针对打印文件的打印查询请求,可以基于该打印查询请求,向用户反馈对应的打印结果,如向用户显示该打印文件。其中,打印结果可以用于确定是否成功对该打印文件进行打印,可选地,还可以用于分析打印该打印文件失败的原因,如可以查看该打印文件中具体打印的内容信息以及可以查看各内容信息对应的打印位置等,本申请实施例对此不作限制。
参照图5,示出了本申请的一种打印处理方法中交易服务器、物流平台、目标打印端以及模板存储服务器之间的交互示意图,该打印处理方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤502,交易服务器将目标业务信息对应的打印信息发送至物流平台。
具体的,交易服务器在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息,进而将该打印信息发送给物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向目标打印端发送打印数据。其中,打印信息可以包括需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识。
步骤504,物流平台在接收到打印信息时,依据所述打印信息确定内容信息和目标模板标识。
步骤506,物流平台依据所述目标模板标识,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址。
具体而言,物流平台可以从打印信息中,提取需要打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,进而可以该目标模板标识获取对应的目标打印模板存储地址,如可从模板存储服务器中获取目标模板标识对应的目标打印模板存储地址;以及可以该目标模板标识确定出对应的目标打印端,如可该目标模板标识确定出目标打印端中的中心服务器的IP地址。
例如,物流平台在接收到作为交易服务器的电子商务平台发送的快递面单上的内容信息后,可以依据该内容信息中的快递单号或者快递公司名称确定快递面单模板的目标 模板标识,进而可以基于该目标模板标识,从模板存储服务器中获取该目标模板标识对应面单模板的网址信息,如获取依据某一物流公司提供的快递面单样式生成的面单模板的URL。
步骤508,物流平台按照打印插件对应的加密协议,对所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址进行加密,生成对应的打印数据。
步骤510,物流平台将所述打印数据发送给目标打印端。
步骤512,目标打印端接收物流平台发送的打印数据。
步骤514,目标打印端调用打印插件对所述打印数据进行解密,得到所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址。
步骤516,目标打印端通过所述打印插件,向所述模板存储服务器发送模板请求,其中,所述模板请求携带有所述目标打印模板存储地址。

在实质处理中,打印端中的终端设备在接收到打印数据后,可以通过调用物流平台所提供的打印插件,对打印数据进行解密、拼装,从而可以基于该打印插件合成对应的打印文件,以及通过连接打印设备对打印文件进行打印。
在本申请的一个可选实施例中,该打印处理方法还可以包括:物流平台依据打印端上传的模板样式文件,生成对应的打印模板和模板标识;将所述打印模板上传给模板存储服务器,以通过所述模板存储服务器对所述打印模板进行存储,并确定对应的打印模板存储地址。在本申请实施中,诸如物流公司等服务主体可以将其所需要使用的模板样式文件输入到打印端中,以通过打印端将该模板样式文件上传到物流平台中,从而可以触发物流平台依据该模板样式文件为该服务主体生成对应的打印模板和模板标识。其中,模板样式文件可以用于确定打印模板的样式,具体可以用于限制打印的内容信息中各种信息在打印模板中的位置和/或确定各种信息对应的格式,如确定文本信息的字体大小和/或字体颜色、确定图片的像素范围等,本申请实施例对此不作限制。
物流平台可以在接收到服务主体所输入的模板样式文件,利用计算机语言,生成该模板样式文件对应的打印模板和模板标识;以及可以网络连接,将该打印模板上传到模 板存储服务器,以通过模板存储服务器对打印模板进行存储。打印模板被存储在模板存储服务器中,可以具有存储对应的打印模板存储地址;并且,该打印模板存储地址可以用于获取该打印模板。
在本申请实施例中,可选地,模板样式文件的格式可以包括但不仅限于包括办公软件文件的格式,如文档(word)格式、演示文稿(Microsoft Office PowerPoint,PPT)格式、可移植文档格式(Portable Document Format,PDF)等本申请实施例对此不作限制。因此,服务主体可以通过在办公软件文件编辑其所需要使用的模板样式,以及可通过打印端中的终端设备,将编辑后的模板样式文件上传至物流平台,就可以完成打印的模板样式的设计,方便设置服务主体对应的打印模板,从而可以提高设计打印模板的效率,以及可以降低设计打印模板的成本。
参照图6,示出了本申请一个具体示例中的打印处理系统的架构示意图。
作为本申请的一个具体应用,在EC领域中,可以将电子商务平台作为交易服务器,将物流信息平台作为本申请实施例中的物流平台,将物流公司的仓库管理系统可以作为本申请实施例中的目标打印端;并且,可以将快递面单模拟作为打印模板,将快递面单上的内容信息作为本申请实施例中的内容信息,以及,将快递面单作为本申请实施例中的打印文件。
在具体实现中,物流平台可以预先设计快递面单模板,以及可以将快递面单模板存储在模板存储服务器。例如,跨境电子商务合作的物流商是来自国际各个物流公司。物流平台可以将物流公司确定为服务主体,以及可以根据各物流公司提供的快递面单样式文件,利用计算机语言自动生成各物流公司对应的快递面单模板。其中,快递面单模板可以具有唯一对应的模板标识,该模板标识可以用于确定出物流公司对应的快递面单模板和打印端,如采用条形码或二维码对快递面单进行标识。物流平台可以将快递面单模板上传至模板存储服务器进行存储,亦即,可以整合国际各个物流公司的快递面单模板集中存储在模板存储服务器。需要说明的是,跨境电子商务是指分属不同关境的交易主体,通过电子商务平台达成交易、进行支付结算,并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。
在对商品进行发货时,电子商务平台可以将该商品对应的快递面单上的内容信息发送给物流信息平台,以通过该物流信息平台将快递面单对应的打印数据转发给物流公司的仓库管理系统,从而使得仓库管理系统可以依据该打印数据打印快递面单。具体的,物流信息平台可以获取到两部分数据:一部分是存储在模板存储服务器的快递面单模板 的URL,另一部分是快递面单上的内容信息;然后,可以将这两部分数据按照Agent协议进行拼装、加密,生成对应的加密字符串,即合成加密后的打印数据。例如,物流信息平台可以通过云打印接口,获取电子商务平台所发送的快递面单上的内容信息;以及,可以通过与模板存储服务器连接的接口,获取快递面单模板的URL;进而可以按照Agent协议对快递面单模板的URL和快递面单上的内容信息进行加密,生成加密字符串,并且可以通过网络将该加密字符串发送给仓库管理系统,如通过网关将加密字符串发送给仓库中心服务器,如可以按照内容信息中的发货地址将加密字符串。作为本申请的一个具体示例,若内容信息中的发货地址为“中国北京时XX村”,则物流平台可以将加密字符串发送到位于中国北京市的仓库中心服务器。仓库中心服务器在接收到加密字符串后,可以分发给其所连接的终端设备,即将加密字符串分发给仓库管理系统中的任一终端设备,如发给终端设备1、打印终端设备2……打印终端设备n中任一台终端设备。其中,n为整数。
参照图7,示出了本申请一个具体示例中打印端的打印处理方法的流程示意图。
在本示例中,目标打印端中的终端设备在接收到加密字符串后,可以直接将加密字符串发送给预先安装的打印插件Agent,以通过打印插件Agent对该加密字符串进行解密以及打印。
具体的,终端设备可以预先连接打印插件,以及配置打印机。例如,终端设备可获取打印机列表,选中打印机列表中的某一台打印机,弹出打印插件Agent,以及设置打印机,如建立打印插件Agent与选中的打印机之间的连接关系,使得选中的打印机可以对打印插件Agent合成的打印文件进行打印,即完成打印机的设置。
终端设备可以将接收到的加密字符串发送给打印插件Agent进行打印,以及可以查询打印结果,如可以根据快递面单号查询打印结果。其中,打印插件Agent在打印时需要获取加密字符串,然后对加密字符串进行解密,得到解密后的内容信息和快递面单模板URL,进而可以依据解密后的内容信息和快递面单模板URL,生成需要打印的快递面单;最后,可以通过连接的打印机对快递面单进行打印,如向打印机发送打印请求。
参照图8,示出了本申请一个具体示例中打印插件Agent的打印流程示意图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤802,仓库管理系统中的终端设备可以将加密字符串发送给打印插件Agent。
步骤804,打印插件Agent收到加密字符串后,可以先将加密字符串进行解密。
步骤806,打印插件Agent请求下载快递面单模板。
具体的,打印插件Agent请求在解密后可以获得两部分内容,即快递面单模板的URL和快递面单的内容信息。打印插件Agent可以通过快递面单模板的URL去模板存储服务器请求下载模板,即从模板存储服务器中下载快递面单模板。例如,仓库的网络通常是一个局域网,并且可以有对外连接的中心服务器,以连接外联网。其中,该中心服务器可以通过安装一个代理服务器,就能够将局域网内各终端设备的请求转发出去。因此,打印插件Agent在请求快递面单模板的时候,可以通过中心服务器请求到模板存储服务器获取快递面单。
步骤808,打印插件Agent合成快递面单。
在快递面单模板下载完成之后,打印插件Agent可以将下载得到的快递面单模板与快递面单的内容信息进行拼接,在拼接完成之后,就可以生成对应的快递面单。
步骤810,打印插件Agent请求打印机对快递面单进行打印,即向打印机发送请求打印的消息。
步骤812,终端设备可以通过向打印插件Agent发送查询打印结果的请求,以查询快递面单的打印结果。其中,查询打印结果的请求可以携带有快递面单号。

图12是本申请实施例提供的一种打印端结构示意图。参见图12,该打印端可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的打印端中侧的打印处理方法。其中,该打印端可以包括终端设备,如可以为手机、平板电脑pad、穿戴式移动设备(如智能手表)、个人计算机等。
打印端1200可以包括通信单元1210、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器1220、输入单元1230、显示单元1240、传感器1250、音频电路1260、WiFi(wireless fidelity,无线保真)模块1270、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器1280、以及电源1290等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图12中示出的打印端结构并不构成对打印端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
通信单元1210可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,该通信单元1210可以为RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路、路由器、调制解调器、等网络通信设备。特别地,当通信单元1210为RF电路时,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器1280处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,作为通信单元的RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,通信单元1210还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。存储器1220可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1280通过运行存储在存储器1220的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1220可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据打印端1200的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、 电话本等)等。此外,存储器1220可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器1220还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器1280和输入单元1230对存储器1220的访问。
输入单元1230可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。可选地,输入单元1230可包括触敏表面1231以及其他输入设备1232。触敏表面1231,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面1231上或在触敏表面1231附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选地,触敏表面1231可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器1280,并能接收处理器1280发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面1231。除了触敏表面1231,输入单元1230还可以包括其他输入设备1232。可选地,其他输入设备1232可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元1240可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及打印端1200的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元1240可包括显示面板1241,可选地,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板1241。进一步的,触敏表面1231可覆盖显示面板1241,当触敏表面1231检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1280以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1280根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板1241上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图12中,触敏表面1231与显示面板1241是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面1231与显示面板1241集成而实现输入和输出功能。
打印端1200还可包括至少一种传感器1250,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。可选地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板1241的亮度,接近传感器可在打印端1200移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板1241和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可 检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于打印端1200还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路1260、扬声器1261,传声器1262可提供用户与打印端1200之间的音频接口。音频电路1260可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器1261,由扬声器1261转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器1262将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路1260接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器1280处理后,经RF电路1210以发送给比如另一打印端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器1220以便进一步处理。音频电路1260还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与打印端1200的通信。
为了实现无线通信,该打印端上可以配置有无线通信单元1270,该无线通信单元1270可以为WiFi模块。WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,打印端1200通过无线通信单元1270可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图12示出了无线通信单元1270,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于打印端1200的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器1280是打印端1200的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1220内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1220内的数据,执行打印端1200的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选地,处理器1280可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器1280可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1280中。
打印端1200还包括给各个部件供电的电源1290(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1280逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源1290还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,打印端1200还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,打印端的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,打印端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址;
依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,其中,所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板;
将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件;
对所述打印文件进行打印。
可选地,存储器还包括进行以下操作的指令:连接已安装的打印插件。其中,所述接收物流平台发送的打印数据,包括:通过连接的打印插件,接收物流平台发送的打印数据。
可选地,存储器还包括进行以下操作的指令:在未安装有所述打印插件时,向所述物流平台发送对应的插件下载请求;接收插件安装文件,其中,所述插件安装文件为所述物流平台针对所述插件下载请求反馈的安装文件;采用所述插件安装文件,对所述打印插件进行安装。
可选地,所述打印数据为所述物流平台通过加密生成的数据;所述依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板之前,所述存储器还包括进行以下操作的指令:调用所述打印插件对所述打印数据进行解密,得到所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址。

本申请实施例还提供了一种非易失性可读存储介质,该存储介质中存储有一个或多个模块(programs),该一个或多个模块被应用在终端设备时,可以使得该终端设备执行本申请实施例中各方法中步骤的指令(instructions)。
图13A为本申请一实施例提供的物流平台的硬件结构示意图。如图13所示,该物流平台可以包括输入设备130、处理器131、输出设备132、存储器133和至少一个通信总线134。通信总线134用于实现元件之间的通信连接。存储器133可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储NVM,例如至少一个磁盘存储器,存储器133中可以存储各种程序,用于完成各种处理功能以及实现本实施例中物流平台所执行的方法步骤。
可选的,上述处理器131例如可以为中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,该处理器131通过有线或无线连接耦合到上述输入设备130和输出设备132。
可选的,上述输入设备130可以包括多种输入设备,例如可以包括面向用户的用户接口、面向设备的设备接口、软件的可编程接口、摄像头、传感器中至少一种。可选的,该面向设备的设备接口可以是用于设备与设备之间进行数据传输的有线接口、还可以是用于设备与设备之间进行数据传输的硬件插入接口(例如USB接口、串口等);可选的,该面向用户的用户接口例如可以是面向用户的控制按键、用于接收语音输入的语音输入设备以及用户接收用户触摸输入的触摸感知设备(例如具有触摸感应功能的触摸屏、触控板等);可选的,上述软件的可编程接口例如可以是供用户编辑或者修改程序的入口,例如芯片的输入引脚接口或者输入接口等;可选的,上述收发信机可以是具有通信功能的射频收发芯片、基带处理芯片以及收发天线等。麦克风等音频输入设备可以接收语音数据。输出设备132可以包括显示器、音响等输出设备。
在本实施例中,该物流平台的处理器包括用于执行上述应用于物流平台中的打印处理装置中各模块的功能,具体功能和技术效果参照上述实施例即可,此处不再赘述。
图13B为本申请另一实施例提供的物流平台的硬件结构示意图。图13B是对图13A在实现过程中的一个具体的实施例。如图13B所示,本实施例的物流平台包括处理器1301以及存储器1302。
处理器1301执行存储器1302所存放的计算机程序代码,实现上述实施例中图1至图8的物流平台的打印处理方法。
存储器1302被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在物流平台的操作。这些数据的示 例包括用于在物流平台上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,例如消息,图片,视频等。存储器1302可能包含随机存取存储器(random access memory,简称RAM),也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
可选地,处理器1301设置在处理组件1300中。该物流平台还可以包括:通信组件1303,电源组件1304,多媒体组件1305,音频组件1306,输入/输出接口1307和/或传感器组件1308。物流平台具体所包含的组件等依据实际需求设定,本实施例对此不作限定。
处理组件1300通常控制物流平台的整体操作。处理组件1300可以包括一个或多个处理器1301来执行指令,以完成上述图1至图5方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1300可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1300和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1300可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1305和处理组件1300之间的交互。
电源组件1304为物流平台的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1304可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为物流平台生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1305包括在物流平台和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的显示屏。在一些实施例中,显示屏可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果显示屏包括触摸面板,显示屏可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。
音频组件1306被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1306包括一个麦克风(MIC),当物流平台处于操作模式,如语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1302或经由通信组件1303发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1306还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
输入/输出接口1307为处理组件1300和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1308包括一个或多个传感器,用于为物流平台提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1308可以检测到物流平台的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,用户与物流平台接触的存在或不存在。传感器组件1308可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在,包括检测用户与物流平台间的距离。 在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1308还可以包括摄像头等。
通信组件1303被配置为便于物流平台和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。物流平台可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个实施例中,该物流平台中可以包括SIM卡插槽,该SIM卡插槽用于插入SIM卡,使得物流平台可以登录GPRS网络,通过互联网与服务器建立通信。
由上可知,在图13B实施例中所涉及的通信组件1303、音频组件1306以及输入/输出接口1307、传感器组件1308均可以作为图13A实施例中的输入设备的实现方式。
在本实施例的一种物流平台中,包括:处理器和显示器;其中,所述显示器,耦合至所述处理器;
所述处理器,提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识、所述模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID;当接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息,依据所述打印信息确定内容信息和目标模板标识;依据所述目标模板标识,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址;依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据;将所述打印数据发送给所述目标打印端。
图14是本申请实施例提供的另一种服务器结构示意图。参见图14,服务器1400可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的交易服务器侧的打印处理方法。该服务器1400可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以上中央处理器(central processing units,CPU)1422(例如,一个或一个以上处理器)和存储器1432,一个或一个以上存储应用程序1442或数据1444的存储介质1430(例如一个或一个以上海量存储设备)。其中,存储器1432和存储介质1430可以是短暂存储的或持久存储的。存储在存储介质1430的程序可以包括一个或一个以上模块(图示没标出),每个模块可以包括对服务器中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,中央处理器1422可以设置为与存储介质1430通信,在服务器1400上执行存储介质1430中的一系列指令操作。
服务器1400还可以包括一个或一个以上电源1426,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口1450,一个或一个以上输入输出接口1458,一个或一个以上键盘1456,和/或,一个或一个以上操作系统1441,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。其中,中央处理器1422可以在服务器1400上执行以下操作的指令:
在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息,其中,所述打 印信息用于确定需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,所述目标模板标识用于确定对应的目标打印模板存储地址和目标打印端;
将所述打印信息发送至物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向所述目标打印端发送打印数据,其中,所述打印数据为依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址生成的数据,所述目标打印端用于对打印文件进行打印,所述打印文件为所述目标打印模板和所述内容信息拼接得到的。
可选地,所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种打印处理方法,其特征在于,应用于打印端,包括:
    接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址;
    依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,其中,所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板;
    将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件;
    对所述打印文件进行打印。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    连接已安装的打印插件;
    其中,所述接收物流平台发送的打印数据,包括:通过连接的打印插件,接收物流平台发送的打印数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在未安装有所述打印插件时,向所述物流平台发送对应的插件下载请求;
    接收插件安装文件,其中,所述插件安装文件为所述物流平台针对所述插件下载请求反馈的安装文件;
    采用所述插件安装文件,对所述打印插件进行安装。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述打印数据为所述物流平台通过加密生成的数据;
    所述依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板之前,所述方法还包括:调用所述打印插件对所述打印数据进行解密,得到所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,包括:
    通过所述打印插件,向所述模板存储服务器发送模板请求,其中,所述模板请求携带有所述目标打印模板存储地址;
    接收所述模板存储服务器针对所述模板请求反馈的目标打印模板,其中,所述目标打印模板为所述目标打印模板存储地址对应的打印模板。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收针对所述打印文件的打印查询请求;
    依据所述打印查询请求,反馈所述打印文件对应的打印结果。
  7. 根据权利要求2至5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置;
    所述打印插件用于将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼装,以合成对应的打印文件。
  8. 一种打印处理方法,其特征在于,应用于物流平台,包括:
    提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识、所述模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID;
    当接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息,依据所述打印信息确定内容信息和目标模板标识;
    依据所述目标模板标识,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址;
    依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据;
    将所述打印数据发送给所述目标打印端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收目标打印端发送的插件下载请求;
    针对所述插件下载请求,向所述目标打印端发送插件安装文件,其中,所述插件安装文件用于安装打印插件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据,包括:
    按照所述打印插件对应的加密协议,对所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址进行加密,生成所述打印数据。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    依据打印端上传的模板样式文件,生成对应的打印模板和模板标识;
    将所述打印模板上传给模板存储服务器进行储存,并确定对应的打印模板存储地址。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述模板样式文件的格式包括办公软件文件格式。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12任一所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位 置;
    所述打印插件用于将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼装,以合成打印文件。
  14. 一种打印处理方法,其特征在于,应用于交易服务器,包括:
    在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息,其中,所述打印信息用于确定需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,所述目标模板标识用于确定对应的目标打印模板存储地址和目标打印端;
    将所述打印信息发送至物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向所述目标打印端发送打印数据,其中,所述打印数据为依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址生成的数据,所述目标打印端用于对打印文件进行打印,所述打印文件为所述目标打印模板和所述内容信息拼接得到的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置。
  16. 一种打印处理装置,其特征在于,应用于打印端,包括:
    数据接收模块,用于接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址;
    模板下载模块,用于依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,其中,所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板;
    文件生成模块,用于将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件;
    文件打印模块,用于对所述打印文件进行打印。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    插件连接模块,用于连接已安装的打印插件;
    其中,所述数据接收模块,具体用于通过连接的打印插件,接收物流平台发送的打印数据。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    下载请求发送模块,用于在未安装有所述打印插件时,向所述物流平台发送对应的插件下载请求;
    安装文件接收模块,用于接收插件安装文件,其中,所述插件安装文件为所述物流平台针对所述插件下载请求反馈的安装文件;
    插件安装模块,用于采用所述插件安装文件,对所述打印插件进行安装。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述打印数据为所述物流平台通过加密生成的数据,所述装置还包括:
    数据解密模块,用于调用所述打印插件对所述打印数据进行解密,得到所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述模板下载模块,包括:
    模板请求子模块,用于通过所述打印插件,向所述模板存储服务器发送模板请求,其中,所述模板请求携带有所述目标打印模板存储地址;
    模板接收子模块,用于接收所述模板存储服务器针对所述模板请求反馈的打印模板,其中,反馈的打印模板为所述目标打印模板存储地址对应的打印模板。
  21. 根据权利要求16至20任一所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    查询请求接收模块,用于接收针对所述打印文件的打印查询请求;
    打印结果反馈模块,用于依据所述打印查询请求,反馈所述打印文件对应的打印结果。
  22. 根据权利要求17至20任一所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置;
    所述打印插件用于将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼装,以合成对应的打印文件。
  23. 一种打印处理装置,其特征在于,应用于物流平台,包括:
    模板提供模块,用于提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识、所述模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID;
    信息确定模块,用于当接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息,依据所述打印信息,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址;
    数据生成模块,用于依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成对应的打印数据;
    数据发送模块,用于将所述打印数据发送给目标打印端。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    下载请求接收模块,用于接收目标打印端发送的插件下载请求;
    安装文件发送模块,用于针对所述插件下载请求,向所述目标打印端发送插件安装 文件,其中,所述插件安装文件用于安装打印插件。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其特征在于,所述数据生成模块,具体用于按照所述打印插件对应的加密协议,对所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址进行加密,生成所述打印数据。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    模板生成模块,用于依据打印端上传的模板样式文件,生成对应的打印模板和模板标识;
    模板上传模块,用于将所述打印模板上传给模板存储服务器进行储存,并确定对应的打印模板存储地址。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述模板样式文件的格式包括办公软件文件格式。
  28. 根据权利要求23至27任一所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置;
    所述打印插件用于将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼装,以合成打印文件。
  29. 一种打印处理装置,其特征在于,应用于交易服务器,包括:
    打印信息确定模块,用于在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息,其中,所述打印信息用于确定需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,所述目标模板标识用于确定对应的目标打印模板存储地址和目标打印端;
    打印信息发送模块,用于将所述打印信息发送至物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向所述目标打印端发送打印数据,其中,所述打印数据为依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址生成的数据;所述目标打印端用于对打印文件进行打印,所述打印文件为所述目标打印模板和所述内容信息拼接得到的。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标打印模板用于确定打印文件的样式,以确定所述内容信息对应的打印位置。
  31. 一种打印端,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者一个以上处理器;
    存储器;以及
    一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置 以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
    接收物流平台发送的打印数据,所述打印数据包括内容信息和目标打印模板存储地址;
    依据所述目标打印模板存储地址,从模板存储服务器中下载对应的目标打印模板,其中,所述模板存储服务器用于存储打印模板;
    将所述目标打印模板与所述内容信息进行拼接,生成对应的打印文件;
    对所述打印文件进行打印。
  32. 一种物流平台,其特征在于,包括:处理器和显示器;
    其中,所述显示器,耦合至所述处理器;
    所述处理器,提供一个或多个打印模板,及任一所述打印模板对应的模板标识、所述模板标识对应的打印模板存储地址和打印端ID;当接收到交易服务器发送的打印信息,依据所述打印信息确定内容信息和目标模板标识;依据所述目标模板标识,确定对应的目标打印端和目标打印模板存储地址;依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址,生成打印数据;将所述打印数据发送给所述目标打印端。
  33. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;和
    一个或多个模块,所述一个或多个模块存储于所述存储器中并被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行,其中,所述一个或多个模块具有如下功能:
    在检测到目标业务信息时,确定所述目标业务信息对应的打印信息,其中,所述打印信息用于确定需打印的内容信息和目标模板标识,所述目标模板标识用于确定对应的目标打印模板存储地址和目标打印端;
    将所述打印信息发送至物流平台,以触发所述物流平台向所述目标打印端发送打印数据,其中,所述打印数据为依据所述内容信息和所述目标打印模板存储地址生成的数据,所述目标打印端用于对打印文件进行打印,所述打印文件为所述目标打印模板和所述内容信息拼接得到的。
