Description

一种图像成形装置及其空气净化机 技术领域
本发明涉及图形成像技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种图像成形装置及其空气净化机。
背景技术
图像成形装置包括打印机、复印机、传真机等设备是办公室的主要污染源,其污染主要包括两方面,一方面是复印机、激光打印机及工程复印机在操作过程中,由于高压静电和紫外线作用而产生高浓度的臭氧,臭氧是一种带有鱼腥味的强氧化剂,可将空气中的氮气氧化成氮氧化物,对人的呼吸道有较强的刺激性,臭氧的比重大,为空气的1.66倍,流动慢,常常集聚在办公室的下层空间,属于无声杀手,对人们的身体健康有着很大的潜在威胁;另一方面由于碳粉的使用,碳粉会通过纸张带入定影单元,或长时间粘在压力辊上,因而很容易随着散热孔飞扬到空气中,造成粉尘和微粒污染。
现有技术中已经意识到上述危险,因而在打印机等图像成形装置上设计制造了相应的空气净化装置,如中国专利申请号201120230379.7,公开日2012年3月7日的专利文件,公开了一种打印机出口净化过滤装置,包括支架和净化过滤片,其中,支架包括支架主体和位于支架主体边角的支脚,支架位于打印机通风口的正上方,支脚吸附在打印机通风口处,支架主体设有容纳腔,净化过滤片插入容纳腔内,容纳腔相对打印机通风口的一面为过滤网,所述的净化过滤片由外层的网布构成,在网布中间填充吸附剂。所述的打印机出口净化过滤装置,结构小巧、设计简洁、便于安装、使用方便,其中的净化过滤片能够有效的吸附有毒害的气体和物质,从而实现空气净化和消毒杀菌的效果,有利于人体健康、有助于减少办公环境的污染及对人体造成的危害;
又如中国专利申请号201310458067.5,公开日2015年4月15日的专利申请文件,公开了一种有净化空气功能的打印机,包括壳体和设置在壳体内的电源接口,所述壳体上设有空气净化器,空气净化器设有开关和接线端子,开关串接在接线端子与电源接口之间,解决了现有技术中打印机没有净化空气功能的问题,该有净化空气功能的打印机可以根据使用者的需要在房间空气不好的 时候,开启工作,净化房间内的空气。
现有技术中对打印机等图像成形装置的所排放污染净化时往往只意识到其散热通风口处的污染,这显然不够全面,不能很好的防止粉尘颗粒、PM2.5的污染。
发明内容
1、要解决的技术问题
针对现有图像成形装置污染净化效果不佳的问题,发明人通过研究图像成形装置的污染源发现,碳粉在高温下熔化至纸张上以形成所需要打印或复印的文字或图像,但由于纸张在输出图像成形装置后仍具有一定温度,这时候碳粉会随着纸张的湿气散发至空气中,由此可见,纸张出口也是打印机等图像成形装置的主要污染来源之一,以此为契机,本发明提供一种图像成形装置及其空气净化机,能够有效收纳并吸收图像成形装置纸张出口处的粉尘污染,从而提高图像成形装置使用的安全性。
2、采用的技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,包括空气净化组件,还包括集气罩,所述的集气罩的底面形状与所述的图像成形装置的出纸口形状对应;所述的集气罩一侧设置有纸张出口;所述的纸张出口宽度大于A4纸的宽度、深度大于A4纸长度的1/5。
优选地,所述的纸张出口上设置有集气片。
优选地,所述的集气片为软质塑胶片。
优选地,所述的集气罩上设置有一空气净化组件落槽;所述的空气净化组件落槽上设置有一开口;所述的空气净化组件设置在空气净化组件落槽内所述的开口上。
优选地,所述的空气净化组件通过活动卡扣固定在所述的空气净化组件落槽内。
优选地,所述的集气罩内侧顶部设置有若干平行于纸张移动方向的导向肋条。
优选地,所述的集气罩内侧顶部设置有一触动开关。
优选地,所述的集气罩内部设置有若干导气隔板,若干所述的导气隔板将 所述的集气罩分隔成若干导气通道,所述的导气通道上均设置有进气口;所述的空气净化组件设置在若干所述的导气通道合流的一端。
一种图像成形装置,包括出纸口,所述的出纸口上覆盖设置有上述空气净化机。
优选地,所述的空气净化机上在图像成形装置电源灯的上方设置有一光传感器。
3、有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的空气净化机设置在图像成形装置的出纸口,通过集气罩有效收纳、空气净化组件有效吸收由于纸张上湿热挥发携带散发的粉尘污染物,控制了图像成形装置上一个重要污染源,提高了其安全性,降低了对人类的伤害;
(2)本发明的空气净化机上设置有集气片,并采用软质材料可以落在纸张上,提高收纳纸张上所挥发气体的覆盖率;
(3)本发明的空气净化机中空气净化组件通过活动卡扣固定在空气净化组件落槽内方便拆装,结构简单、易于制造;
(4)本发明的空气净化机中集气罩内侧顶部设置有若干平行设置的导向肋条可以有效疏导纸张输出,防止卡纸现象发生;
(5)本发明的空气净化机中集气罩内侧顶部设置有一触动开关,该触动开关与空气净化剂的电源相连,当纸张输出触动该触动开关时,空气净化剂的电源启动,提高自动化程度,方便管控,起到节能效果;
(6)本发明的空气净化机的另一实施例中中集气罩内部的导气隔板能够使集气罩下出纸口各部分的气体流动均匀,从而最大化吸收出纸口所产生的粉尘气体,提高净化效率;
(7)本发明图像成形装置具有安全性能高、污染小的优点,同时通过电源灯感控启停空气净化机实现了智能化管理。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步进行描述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,包括:
空气净化组件1,所述的空气净化组件1包括依序连接的过滤网、活性炭过滤网、风扇和外壳(其结构与现有技术中空气净化组件结构相同);
集气罩2,所述的集气罩2的底面形状与所述的图像成形装置的出纸口形状对应;所述的集气罩2一侧设置有纸张出口3;所述的纸张出口3宽度大于A4纸的宽度、深度大于A4纸长度的1/5;纸张出口3的宽度设置能使纸张顺利输出,深度设置能够在有限的时间内最大限度的吸收纸张挥发的粉尘及有害气体;如图2所示,所述的纸张出口3上设置有集气片4;所述的集气片4为软质塑胶片;
如图3所示,所述的集气罩2上设置有一空气净化组件落槽21;所述的空气净化组件落槽21上设置有一开口;所述的空气净化组件通过活动卡扣固定设置在空气净化组件落槽21内所述的开口上;为了与图像成形装置的出纸口稳定、密封连接,所述的集气罩2底部设置有贴合底脚22,本实施例中所述的贴合底脚22可以是但不限于魔术粘;
如图4所示,所述的集气罩2内侧顶部设置有若干平行于纸张移动方向的导向肋条23;
如图5所示,所述的集气罩2内侧顶部设置有一触动开关5。
如图7所示,一种图像成形装置如打印机,包括出纸口,所述的出纸口上覆盖设置有上述空气净化机,有效降低了由于纸张散热挥发的粉尘污染。
实施例2
一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,如图8和9所示,其结构组成与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:如图10所示,所述的集气罩2内部设置有五条导气隔板24,五条所述的导气隔板24将所述的集气罩2分隔成四条导气通道,所述的导气通道上均设置有进气口25;所述的空气净化组件1设置在四条所述的导气通道合流的一端。
如图11所示,一种图像成形装置如打印机,包括出纸口,所述的出纸口上覆盖设置有本实施例中所述的空气净化机,能够起到与实施例1相同的技术效果;同时为了提高启停智能化,如图6所示,在图像成形装置的电源灯上方设置有一光感应器,该光感应器与上述空气净化机的电源相连,当图像成形装置启动,其电源灯亮时,空气净化机也同时启动。

  1. 一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,包括空气净化组件(1),其特征在于:还包括集气罩(2),所述的集气罩(2)的底面形状与所述的图像成形装置的出纸口形状对应;所述的集气罩(2)一侧设置有纸张出口(3);所述的纸张出口(3)宽度大于纸张的宽度、深度大于纸张长度的1/5。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的纸张出口(3)上设置有集气片(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的集气片(4)为软质塑胶片。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的集气罩(2)上设置有一空气净化组件落槽(21);所述的空气净化组件落槽(21)上设置有一开口;所述的空气净化组件设置在空气净化组件落槽(21)内所述的开口上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的空气净化组件通过活动卡扣固定在所述的空气净化组件落槽(21)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的集气罩(2)内侧顶部设置有若干平行于纸张移动方向的导向肋条(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的集气罩(2)内侧顶部设置有一触动开关(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种图像成形装置用空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的集气罩(2)内部设置有若干导气隔板(24),所述的若干导气隔板(24)将所述的集气罩(2)分隔成若干导气通道,所述的导气通道上均设置有进气口(25);所述的空气净化组件(1)设置在所述的若干导气通道合流的一端。
  9. 一种图像成形装置,包括出纸口,其特征在于:所述的出纸口上覆盖设置有如权利要求4或8所述的空气净化机。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种图像成形装置,其特征在于:所述的空气净化机上在图像成形装置电源灯的上方设置有一光传感器(6)。
