一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,包括三个铁心柱和六个铁轭,所述三个铁心柱和六个铁轭由三个矩形单框(1)拼合而成,其中两个矩形单框的尺寸和形状完全相同,余下的一个矩形单框的铁轭长度大于另两个矩形单框的铁轭长度,三个矩形单框的高度相等,两相邻的矩形单框拼合成截面为外接于整圆形的多边形的铁心柱。该变压器立体卷铁心能减小变压器运输宽度,降低运输难度,节约成本;为线圈分接引线到分接开关提供了最短路径,极大的简化了引线布置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心。
背景技术
目前,立体卷铁心变压器产品,其三相磁路对称,磁阻小,励磁电流、空载损耗与噪声低等优点早已被电力行业认可,产品市场占有率不断提高。然而传统轭等长的立体卷铁心变压器由于三相线圈交界处空间小,线圈绕制、器身压紧工艺复杂,引线联结困难,变压器运输宽度过大等问题,长期制约了产品的发展。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,使产品的优势得到进一步的提升。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,包括三个铁心柱和六个铁轭,所述三个铁心柱和六个铁轭由三个矩形单框拼合而成,其中两个矩形单框的尺寸和形状完全相同,余下的一个矩形单框的铁轭长度大于另两个矩形单框的铁轭长度,三个矩形单框的高度相等,两相邻的矩形单框拼合成截面为外接于整圆形的多边形的铁心柱。
进一步,每个矩形单框的表面涂有固化材料。
进一步,相邻矩形单框之间设置有青稞纸以使其相互绝缘。
进一步,所述矩形单框由若干根整条硅钢片或非晶合合金带材连续绕制完成。
进一步,所述铁轭上绑扎有热收缩带。
进一步,所述铁心柱上绑扎有热收缩带。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,在线圈绕制时有更多操作空间,工艺性和工作效率显著提高;减小变压器运输宽度,降低运输难度,节约成本;为线圈分接引线到分接开关提供了最短路径,极大的简化了引线布置,与采用老结构立体卷铁心的相同结构变压器比较可缩短引线长度50-60%,同时缩小因引线通过而保留的绝缘空间,进一步减小变压器整体外形尺寸和降低变压器成本。

以下结合附图和实例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,包括三个铁心柱和六个铁轭,所述三个铁心柱和六个铁轭由三个矩形单框1拼合而成,其中两个矩形单框1的尺寸和形状完全相同,余下的一个矩形单框1的铁轭长度大于另两个矩形单框1的铁轭长度,三个矩形单框1的高度相等,两相邻的矩形单框1拼合成截面为外接于整圆形的多边形的铁心柱。
所述矩形单框1由若干根整条硅钢片或非晶合合金带材连续绕制完成。每个矩形单框1的表面涂有固化材料,以增强铁心强度和防锈蚀功能,可用于油浸变和干式变。相邻矩形单框1之间设置有青稞纸以使其相互绝缘。所述铁心柱上绑扎有热收缩带2,将相邻的矩形单框绑扎在一起。

本发明采用的这种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,在线圈绕制时有更多操作空间,工艺性和工作效率显著提高;减小变压器运输宽度,降低运输难度,节约成本;为线圈分接引线到分接开关提供了最短路径,极大的简化了引线布置,与采用老结构立体卷铁心的相同结构变压器比较可缩短引线长度50-60%,同时缩小因引线通过而保留的绝缘空间,进一步减小变压器整体外形尺寸和降低变压器成本。

- 一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,其特征在于:包括三个铁心柱和六个铁轭,所述三个铁心柱和六个铁轭由三个矩形单框拼合而成,其中两个矩形单框的尺寸和形状完全相同,余下的一个矩形单框的铁轭长度大于另两个矩形单框的铁轭长度,三个矩形单框的高度相等,两相邻的矩形单框拼合成截面为外接于整圆形的多边形的铁心柱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,其特征在于:每个矩形单框的表面涂有固化材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,其特征在于:相邻矩形单框之间设置有青稞纸以使其相互绝缘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有等腰三角形铁轭的变压器立体卷铁心,其特征在于:所述矩形单框由若干根整条硅钢片或非晶合合金带材连续绕制完成。
