通过下管1开口后,将内藏式的电池2装入下管1,通过锁紧螺丝钉将充电盒底座4固定于下管1,打开充电盒盖子6按下电源开关8并使用电源充电器插于充电线座7上,可交给电池2充电。同时,通过USB插口9可以直接与手机等数据线设备连接充电,并且手机可以APP功能电路智能控制电动助力车和实时查看电动助力车状态。在打开电源开关8的同时,整车电路正常运行,控制器10给电,整车电气系统正常使用。
参考图1,本实用新型还公开了一种电动助力车,该电动自行车应用了上述技术方案所提供电动助力车的车架。
本实用新型的发明要点在于:改变传统电动助力车的结构,将控制器巧妙的运用于车架中管内,充电盒中增加USB、充电、蓝牙、报警、GPS、APP功能的功能性电路,使得整车更加简洁,与车架融为一体,既减轻车身重量,又增加更多功能,提高了整车功性能。
并且USB插口及其相关电路、蓝牙功能电路、报警电路、GPS电路、APP功能电路、放电开关等功能性电路,以及控制器都是基于现有技术,是本领域人员能够清楚和方便的获取相关技术和产品的。例如,APP电路可采用SoC,SoC也能和蓝牙功能电路、报警电路、GPS电路方便的实现连接;蓝牙功能电路有CSR 86xx系列,GPS电路有NEO-6M UBLOX。报警电路可采用包括震动防盗传感器、电池电量传感器、电池温度传感器等的整车综合安全报警电路。控制器也有众多满足本实用新型需求的市售品。在本实用新型中因不涉及发明要点和出于不影响保护范围的考虑,不再累述。

Claims (17)

  1. 电动助力车的车架,包括相互连接的下管(1)和中管(11),其特征在于:控制器(10)设置于中管(11)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述下管(1)内设置有相关电路,所述相关电路包括充电电路、充电插座(7),所述充电电路和充电插座(7)设置于充电盒底座(4)中,所述充电盒底座(4)设置于下管(1)中,充电盒底座(4)通过铰链销子(5)与充电盒盖(6)铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括USB插口(9)及其相关电路,USB插口(9)及其相关电路设置于充电盒底座(4)内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括蓝牙功能电路,蓝牙功能电路设置于充电盒底座(4)内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括报警电路,报警电路设置于充电盒底座(4)内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括GPS电路,GPS电路设置于充电盒底座(4)内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括APP功能电路,APP功能电路设置于充电盒底座(4)内。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括用于控制电动助力车开关的电源开关(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求2任一所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括电池(2),所述电池(2)设置于所述下管(1)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述电池(2)设置有直流充电插头(24),所述直流充电插头(24)与所述充电电路电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求3至8任一所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还包括电池(2),所述电池(2)设置于所述下管(1)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11任一所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述电池(2)的一端设置有直流充电插头(24),所述直流充电插头(24)与所述充电电路电连接;所述电池(2)设置USB降压板,USB降压板上还设置有USB接头(26),所述USB接头(26)与USB插口(9)及其相关电路电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述电池(2)包括电池外壳(22)以及容置在其内部的电池芯体(28),电池芯体(28)为十串二并电芯,电池芯体(28)上还连接有电池保护板(27)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述电池保护板(27)上具有B+、P+、C+、B-、P-以及C-端,其中B+端接电池芯体(28)的正极,B-端接电池芯体(28)的负极;P+端接放电负载的正极,P-端则接放电负载的负极;放电输出插头线(29)正极与P+端相连接,放电输出插头线(29)负极与P-端相连接;C+端连接直流充电插头(24)的正极,C-端接直流充电插头(24)的负极;放电输出插头线(29)设置在电池外壳(22)的一端。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述相关电路还增加了放电开关(13),放电开关(13)设置于充电盒底座(4)内;放电开关(13)与电池(2)中的放电开关接口(25)连接;放电开关接口 (25)连接在电池保护板(27)上。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电动助力车的车架,其特征在于:所述电池外壳(22)的一端设置有码表线(21),码表线(21)一端连接在电池保护板(27)上。
  17. 一种电动助力车,其特征在于,包括车架,所述车架为权利要求1至17任一所述电动助力车的车架。
