本发明提供了一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,按质量份计,包括如下组分:ABS树脂70-90份,硅藻土5-15份,竹炭粒子2-10份,吸味剂2-5份,相容剂2-5份,润滑剂1-2份和抗氧剂0.4-0.8份。相应的,本发明还提供了该具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料的制备方法,所得ABS材料具有较好的力学性能,并且能够满足力学强度和气味吸附的要求。

Description

一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料及其制备方法
背景技术
ABS树脂是五大合成树脂之一,其抗冲击性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐化学药品性及电气性能优良,还具有易加工、制品尺寸稳定、表面光泽性好等特点,容易涂装、着色,还可以进行表面喷镀金属、电镀、焊接、热压和粘接等二次加工,广泛应用于汽车、家电、电子电器、仪器仪表、机械等领域。
家用空调,特别是台式空调器外壳材料都直接使用ABS注塑成型或配色来制备。对应潮湿天气,特别是广东地区“回南天”时节,ABS材料本身不具有吸湿性,对内部电器部分起不到保护作用。另外对室内由于装饰等原因存在的甲醛、甲苯等有害挥发物,如果具有较大表面的空调外壳ABS材料本身可吸附去除的话,将起到吸湿,除杂味的多重功效作用。
对降低本身ABS气味,人们做了不少工作。目如中国专利CN104761877A,CN104592729A,CN103232700A。物理吸附,在短期室温下,可以有很好的效果,但是由于吸附和脱除是一个可逆的过程,在高温或者长期使用的时候,物理吸附的物质还是会散发出来,危害人体健康;而萃取脱除的方法,如中国专利CN103740039A公开的技术方案,可以有效的降低材料内的散发性物质,但是仅仅是挤出过程中可以改善,材料在后期加工,比如注塑后,材料由于热氧降解的作用,又会散发出小分子物质,从而导致散发性的大幅度升高。
Eichenauer等在USP 6,297,307中介绍了一种气味改进的ABS合金模塑物,通过添加一种氧化锌、氧化镁及至少一种环氧化合物的混合物,这种方法改善了气味。但是这些添加物对ABS合金材料的力学性能尤其是冲击韧性有很大的影响。
目前为止,如何在保证ABS原有性能基础上,研究和开发具有吸湿、除杂味的有害气体挥发物不大的多功能ABS材料报道并不多见,特别是兼具较好的力学性能及吸附性能的前提下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术中存在的缺陷而提供一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料及其制备方法,并且具有较好的力学性能和外观要求,能够满足空调外壳的多功能性能要求。
为了实现本发明的技术目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,按质量份计,包括如下组分:

优选的,所述ABS树脂在220℃、10kg测试条件下的熔融指数为10-20kg/10min。
优选的,所述硅藻土的粒径在400目~200目,密度为1.9-2.3g/cm3
优选的,所述竹炭粒子的粒径为0.1-50μm。
优选的,所述吸味剂是沸石粉与多孔硅酸钙按1:1比例复制而成,其中沸石粉粒径在1250-2500目,多孔硅酸钙粒径在5000目-8000目,系合成法生成的。

相应的,本发明还提供了该具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)按配比将ABS树脂、硅藻土、竹炭粒子、吸味剂、相容剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂在高速混炼机中混合5-30min,混合均匀;(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合均匀的混合物料置于双螺杆挤出机中,机筒温度为180-260℃,螺杆转速为200-600rpm,造粒得到低气味ABS材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明一方面采用了硅藻土、竹炭粒子和吸味剂作为物理吸附剂,由于硅藻土和竹炭粒子均为多孔结构,具有较高的比表面积,对于挥发性的物质有很好的吸附作用。另一方面,采用了相容剂与硅藻土、竹炭粒子和吸味剂进行混炼后,将相容剂均匀固定在硅藻土、竹炭粒子和吸味剂的表面,利用其较大的表面吸附作用以及多孔硅酸钙存在的离子鏊合作用,将 吸附的有机小分子通过离子鏊合作用分解或形成稳定鏊合成份。从而达到长久吸附,并被长久分解,鏊合的除异味目的。

从实施例1-5与对比例1性能比较结果可知,硅藻土的加入一方面直接影响到气味吸附效果,另外还将会对本发明ABS复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度等产生重大影响。
从实施例1-5与对比例2、对比例3性能测试结果可知,竹炭粒子的加入直接影响到本发明ABS材料的气味等级,并且进一步与硅藻土混合后对其气味等级改善具有加成提高作用,这得益于硅藻土和竹炭粒子均为多孔结构,具有较 高的比表面积,对于挥发性的物质有很好的吸附作用。此外,竹炭粒子的加入还会对本发明中ABS材料的力学性能具有一定的提升与改善。
从实施例1-5与对比例3的性能比较结果可知,相容剂的加入直接影响到本发明ABS复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和邵氏硬度等力学性能指标,材料性能出现较大幅度的劣化。并且相容剂与硅藻土、竹炭粒子和吸味剂进行混炼后,将相容剂均匀固定在硅藻土、竹炭粒子和吸味剂的表面,利用其较大的表面吸附作用以及多孔硅酸钙存在的离子鏊合作用,将吸附的有机小分子通过离子鏊合作用分解或形成稳定鏊合成份。从而达到长久吸附,并被长久分解,鏊合的除异味目的,对本发明中ABS材料的气味散发性具有改善作用。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括如下组分:

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述ABS树脂在220℃、10kg测试条件下的熔融指数为10-20kg/10min。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述硅藻土的粒径在400目~200目,密度为1.9-2.3g/cm3
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述竹炭粒子的粒径为0.1-50μm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述吸味剂是沸石粉与多孔硅酸钙按1:1比例复制而成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝PE、马来酸酐接枝POE、马来酸酐接枝EVA中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂是硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸酰胺、甲撑双硬脂酸酰胺或乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂168按1:1复配而成。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种具有吸湿、除异味的空调外壳用ABS材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)按配比将ABS树脂、硅藻土、竹炭粒子、吸味剂、相容剂、润滑剂和抗氧剂在高速混炼机中混合5-30min,混合均匀;(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合均匀的混合物料置于双螺杆挤出机中,机筒温度为180-260℃,螺杆转速为200-600rpm,造粒得到低气味ABS材料。
