Claims (1)
- 一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:第一步:将帽冠原材料裁剪成多片,然后利用超声波合缝机对每两片进行粘合,然后采用热封胶带压烫粘合技术对缝份进行处理,此时帽冠制作完毕;第二步:采用高周波压烫技术对帽眉进行制作;第三步:采用一次性压烫技术对汗带进行制作;第四步:利用超声波合缝机对帽冠、帽眉、汗带进行粘合;第五步:通过铆钉固定后扣或其他尾带。
