本申请要求于2017年03月05日提交中国专利局的申请号为CN201710125992.4、名称为“一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及方法类,特别涉及一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法。
背景技术
帽子是戴在头部的服饰,多数可以覆盖头的整个顶部。主要用于保护头部,部分帽子会有突出的边缘,可以遮盖阳光。帽子有遮阳、装饰、增温和防护等作用。过去的梭织帽都是通过车线缝合,既麻烦也很难通过智能化和自动化进行操作。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
第一步:将帽冠原材料裁剪成多片,然后利用超声波合缝机对每两片进行粘合,然后采用热封胶带压烫粘合技术对缝份进行处理,此时帽冠制作完毕;
第二步:采用高周波压烫技术对帽眉进行制作;
第三步:采用一次性压烫技术对汗带进行制作;
第四步:利用超声波合缝机对帽冠、帽眉、汗带进行粘合;
第五步:通过铆钉固定后扣或其他尾带。
本发明的优点在于:采用超声波合缝,粘合无缝份,取缔了传统的车线合缝;缝份的处理采用热封胶带压烫粘合,取缔了传统双针布条包合工艺;采用高周波压烫技术替代传统的行线工艺;采用一次性压烫技术,取缔传统的拉筒车线工艺;采用铆钉固定后扣或其他尾带,取缔了传统的三次反复车缝后扣工艺;本发明使生产线更容易实现智能化和自动化改造。另外,本方法制作的帽子具有防水功能。

如图所示,一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法,其特征在于,具体 操作步骤如下:
第一步:将帽冠原材料裁剪成多片,然后利用超声波合缝机对每两片进行粘合,然后采用热封胶带压烫粘合技术对缝份进行处理,此时帽冠制作完毕;
第二步:采用高周波压烫技术对帽眉进行制作;
第三步:采用一次性压烫技术对汗带进行制作;
第四步:利用超声波合缝机对帽冠、帽眉、汗带进行粘合;
第五步:通过铆钉固定后扣或其他尾带。

  1. 一种采用超声波合缝技术制作无线车缝梭织帽的方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
    第一步:将帽冠原材料裁剪成多片,然后利用超声波合缝机对每两片进行粘合,然后采用热封胶带压烫粘合技术对缝份进行处理,此时帽冠制作完毕;
    第二步:采用高周波压烫技术对帽眉进行制作;
    第三步:采用一次性压烫技术对汗带进行制作;
    第四步:利用超声波合缝机对帽冠、帽眉、汗带进行粘合;
    第五步:通过铆钉固定后扣或其他尾带。
