La présente invention concerne un système écologique de végétalisation à réseau de canalisations dans les murs d'immeubles externes pour la réutilisation des eaux secondaires dans la construction d'une ville éponge, comprenant : un toit (1), une boîte de recueil d'eau de pluie (2), des canalisations de drainage de l'eau (3), des cuvettes de lavage (4), des filtres (5), des panneaux solaires (6), une solution de nutriments organiques à commande automatique/manuelle intelligente par ordinateur/téléphone mobile, un additif chimique d'amélioration de la qualité de fertilisant/d'eau sous forme de particules et un système d'interaction par application dans le nuage particules/boîte de dépôt (7-1-2), des protections de croissance des plantes (8), des disques de canalisation de croissance des plantes à circulation d'eau de type conduite liée à une conduite à trois compartiments (10), des plantes terrestres et aquatiques pouvant pousser de manière optimale dans des eaux de ville secondaires ; des canaux d'eau entourant la ville/canaux d'eau entourant les immeubles ainsi que des plantes terrestres et aquatiques pouvant pousser de manière optimale dans les eaux de ville secondaires, et de l'eau en excès qui est évacuée vers un réseau de canalisations de ville souterrain après que les eaux secondaires soient purifiées par la croissance des plantes sont des approches efficaces pour, et fournissent un appui solide à, la construction d'une ville éponge.
