本申请要求了申请日为2017年03月01日,申请号为201710117843.3,发明名称为“一种智能手表”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及智能手表制造领域,特别是涉及一种智能手表。
随着智能手表的兴起,智能手表的功能也越来越多。现有的智能手表,其大部分功能均需要通过接收外界的信号实现(如打电话、付款等),因此,智能手表上需要设置天线以传输信号。
但由于智能手表的尺寸较小,内部集成空间相对于其他设备更加局限,集成难度更大。因此如何在智能手表上设计天线成为业内人士研究的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能手表,以提供一种在智能手表上设计天线的方式。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种智能手表,包括金属表壳、电路板、接地部件和馈电部件,所述电路板位于所述金属表壳内,所述接地部件电连接所述电路板和所述金属表壳两者,所述馈电部件电连接所述电路板和所述金属表壳两者,所述金属表壳上开有缝隙;所述接地部件、所述馈电部件和带有所述缝隙的金属表壳构成天线。
优选地,所述电路板上设有接地片和信号传输线,所述接地部件与所述接地片电连接,所述馈电部件与所述信号传输线电连接。
优选地,所述接地部件为弹片。
优选地,所述馈电部件为弹片。
优选地,所述智能手表还包括显示屏,所述显示屏固定安装在所述金属表壳的外端面上并与所述电路板电连接。
优选地,所述表壳的外端面上设置有安装槽,所述显示屏嵌装于所述安装槽内。
优选地,所述智能手表还包括表盖,所述金属表壳上设置有插装孔,所述表盖固定安装在所述金属表壳上,以封堵所述插装孔。
优选地,所述智能手表还包括表带,所述表带与金属表壳两侧固定设置的表耳可拆卸连接。
优选地,每个表耳的两侧均设置有安装孔,所述表带的两侧均设置有与安装孔匹配的插 入杆,所述表带为弹性表带。
优选地,所述金属表壳上的缝隙内填充有绝缘体。
本发明实施例提供的一种智能手表,接地部件分别与电路板和金属表壳电连接,馈电部件分别与电路板和金属表壳电连接,金属表壳上开有缝隙,以使接地部件、馈电部件和带缝隙的金属表壳共同构成天线结构。本申请利用原有的智能手表的金属表壳完成了天线设计,本申请简单易行、便于实施,同时节省了单独制造天线所需的材料,也节约了智能手表内部的硬件集成空间,解决了单独天线在智能手表中缺少集成空间的问题。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种智能手表,图1为本发明实施例提供的智能手表的结构示意图,该智能手表包括金属表壳1、电路板2、接地部件3和馈电部件4,电路板2位于金属表壳1内,接地部件3与电路板2和金属表壳1两者电连接,馈电部件4与电路板2和金属表壳1两者电连接,金属表壳1上开有缝隙5。
具体地,电路板2可以为现有的智能手表处理数据的主板,其可以实现通话功能、付款功能等,当然电路板2还可以实现其他功能,本发明对此不做限定。金属表壳1的材质可以为不锈钢,为了实现良好的导电功能,金属表壳1的材质优选为铝。接地部件3和馈电部件4均具有导电功能,接地部件3与电路板2和金属表壳1电连接,馈电部件4与电路板2和 金属表壳1电连接,以使金属表壳1与电路板2电连接,金属表壳1上开有缝隙5,以使接地部件3、馈电部件4和带有缝隙5的金属表壳1共同构成一个缝隙天线,可实现信号的传输。
本发明实施例提供的智能手表,利用原有的智能手表的金属表壳完成了天线设计,本申请简单易行、便于实施,同时节省了单独制造天线所需的材料。也节约了智能手表内部的硬件集成空间,解决了单独天线在智能手表中缺少集成空间的问题。
进一步地,电路板2上设有接地片和信号传输线,接地部件3与接地片电连接,可增加信号的稳定性;馈电部件4与信号传输线电连接,以实现接收和发送信号。
可选地,接地部件3和馈电部件4还可以为普通的金属片,通过焊接的方式,将金属片焊接在金属表壳1内壁上。可选地,接地部件3可以为弹片,馈电部件4可以为弹片。本实施例中,弹片为现有的用于机械或电学领域的具有导电性的弹性金属片,可抵接在金属表壳1的内壁上。
金属表壳1上缝隙5的位置可以随意设定,但需要说明的是,金属表壳1上缝隙5的位置,以及接地部件3和馈电部件4与金属表壳1的接触点的位置共同确定了天线工作的频率,因此可通过改变缝隙5的位置、接地部件3或馈电部件4与金属表壳1接触点的位置得到特定的频率。
为了得到特定的频率(如中国使用的无线信号的频率、美国使用的无线信号的频率等),在实际制作智能手表时,可通过现有的信号仿真技术模拟信号的信道,从而确定缝隙5、接地部件3和馈电部件4与金属表壳1的接触点的位置。
进一步地,智能手表还包括显示屏6,显示屏6固定安装在金属表壳1的外端面上并与电路板2电连接。本实施例中,显示屏6可以为现有任意的具有显示文字、图像等功能的显示屏,在此不做具体限定。
可选地,表壳的外端面上设置有安装槽,显示屏6嵌装于安装槽内,使智能手表的外形更加美观,并且节省了空间;显示屏6还可以通过螺钉固定安装在表壳的外端面上,增加显示屏的固定效果。
进一步地,智能手表还包括表盖7(表盖7位于图1中的金属表壳1的后端面上),金属表壳1上设置有插装孔,表盖7固定安装在金属表壳1上,以封堵插装孔。本实施例中,插装孔可用于智能手表的维修;表盖7可起到保护电路板2的作用。举例而言,当智能手表的电路板2出现故障后,可拆下表盖7,通过插装孔将电路板2从金属表壳1内取出,对电路板2进行维修。
进一步地,智能手表还包括表带8,表带8与金属表壳1两侧固定设置的表耳9可拆卸连接。具体地,每个表耳9的两侧均设置有安装孔,表带8的两侧均设置有与安装孔匹配的插入杆,表带8为弹性表带。举例而言,当装配表带8时,可将表带8挤压弯曲,使表带8两侧的插入杆之间的距离缩短,然后,将表带8两侧的插入杆对准表耳9两侧的安装孔并释放表带8,表带8两侧的插入杆均插入安装孔内,完成表带8的安装;当拆卸表带8时,挤压表带8,当表带8两侧的插入杆从表耳9两侧的安装孔中抽出后,退出表带8,完成表带8的拆卸。
优选地,为了避免外界的粉尘或水汽从缝隙5中进入金属表壳1内,金属表壳1上的缝隙5内可填充有绝缘体。同时,在绝缘体的表明面喷上一层与金属表壳1相同颜色的漆,既进一步避免了外界的粉尘或水汽的进入,同时用户在佩戴时,无法察觉缝隙5的存在,可使智能手表更加美观。优选地,绝缘体可以为塑料。

- 一种智能手表,其特征在于,包括金属表壳(1)、电路板(2)、接地部件(3)和馈电部件(4),所述电路板(2)位于所述金属表壳(1)内,所述接地部件(3)电连接所述电路板(2)和所述金属表壳(1)两者,所述馈电部件(4)电连接所述电路板(2)和所述金属表壳(1)两者,所述金属表壳(1)上开有缝隙(5);所述接地部件(3)、所述馈电部件(4)和带有所述缝隙(5)的金属表壳(1)构成天线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述电路板(2)上设有接地片和信号传输线,所述接地部件(3)与所述接地片电连接,所述馈电部件(4)与所述信号传输线电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述接地部件(3)为弹片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述馈电部件(4)为弹片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括显示屏(6),所述显示屏(6)固定安装在所述金属表壳(1)的外端面上并与所述电路板(2)电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表壳的外端面上设置有安装槽,所述显示屏(6)嵌装于所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括表盖(7),所述金属表壳(1)上设置有插装孔,所述表盖(7)固定安装在所述金属表壳(1)上,以封堵所述插装孔。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括表带(8),所述表带(8)与金属表壳(1)两侧固定设置的表耳(9)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的智能手表,其特征在于,每个表耳(9)的两侧均设置有安装孔,所述表带(8)的两侧均设置有与安装孔匹配的插入杆,所述表带(8)为弹性表带。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述金属表壳(1)上的缝隙(5)内填充有绝缘体。
