本申请要求了申请日为2017年03月01日,申请号为201710117542.0,发明名称为“一种智能手表”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及智能手表制造领域,特别是涉及一种智能手表。
背景技术
随着智能手表的兴起,智能手表的功能也越来越多。现有的智能手表,其大部分功能均需要通过接收外界的信号实现(如打电话、付款等),因此,智能手表上需要设置天线以传输信号。
但由于智能手表的尺寸较小,天线的频段范围有限,很有可能导致在跨区域通信时,智能手表无法正常通信。举例而言,中国的GSM(GlobalSystemforMobileCommunications,全球移动通讯系统)频段为低频880-960M,高频1710-1880M;美国的GMS频段为低频824-894M,高频1850-1990M,由于智能手表天线的频段范围有限,无法同时覆盖中国和美国的GMS频段,因此在中国生产的智能手表无法在美国正常通信。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能手表,以使智能手表在跨区域通信时,能够正常通信。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种智能手表,包括表壳、电路板、电连接部件和天线部件,所述电路板位于所述表壳内,所述电连接部件贯穿所述表壳,所述电连接部件的位于表壳内的一侧与所述电路板电连接,所述电连接部件的位于表壳外的一侧与所述天线部件抵接电连接,所述天线部件与所述表壳可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述天线部件通过螺钉与所述表壳可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述螺钉的数量为至少两个。
优选地,所述电连接部件包括电连接柱和电连接片,所述电连接柱贯穿所述表壳,所述电连接柱位于所述表壳内一侧与所述电路板电连接,所述电连接柱位于所述表壳外一侧与所述电连接片固定连接,所述电连接片与所述天线部件抵接电连接。

本发明实施例提供的一种智能手表,智能手表的表壳与天线部件可拆卸连接,当天线部件安装在表壳上后,天线部件通过电连接部件与电路板电连接,可实现接收信号的功能。本申请中,当智能手表在跨区域通信时,用户可利用天线部件的可拆卸性更换不同频率的天线部件,以满足不同区域的频率要求,因此,本申请能够保证智能手表在跨区域通信时正常的通信。

为达到上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种智能手表,图1为本发明实施例提供的智能手表的结构示意图,智能手表包括:表壳1、电路板2、电连接部件3和天线部件4,电路板2位于表壳1内,电连接部件3贯穿表壳1,电连接部件3的位于表壳1内的一侧与电路板2电连接,电连接部件3的位于表壳1外的一侧与天线部件4抵接电连接,天线部件4与表壳1可拆卸连接。
本实施例中,表壳1可以为金属表壳或者非金属表壳;电路板2可以为现有的智能手表处理数据的主板,其可以实现通话功能、付款功能等,当然电路板2还可以实现其他功能,本发明对此不做限定。
本申请的原理为:当天线部件4安装在表壳1上后,电连接片32的位于表壳1外的一侧与天线部件4抵接电连接,使天线部件4通过电连接部件3与电路板2电连接,实现智能手表正常的信号传输;当天线部件4被拆卸下来后,电连接片32与天线部件4的抵接处分开,使天线部件4与电路板2分离。
本发明实施例提供的智能手表,当智能手表在跨区域通信时,用户可利用天线部件的可拆卸性更换不同频率的天线部件,以满足不同区域的频率要求,因此,本申请能够保证智能手表在跨区域通信时正常的通信。
优选地,为了便于拆卸天线部件4,天线部件4可通过螺钉与表壳1可拆卸连接。具体地,天线部件4和表壳1上均设置有与螺钉配合的螺纹孔,螺钉依次拧入天线部件4和表壳1上的螺纹孔,实现天线部件4与表壳1的可拆卸连接。进一步地,螺钉的数量为至少两个,且螺钉可均匀分布在天线部件4的两侧,使天线部件4与表壳1间达到更好的紧固效果。
进一步地,电连接部件3包括电连接柱31和电连接片32,电连接柱31贯穿表壳1,电连接柱31位于表壳1内一侧与电路板2电连接,电连接柱31位于表壳1外一侧与电连接片32固定连接,电连接片32与天线部件4抵接电连接。
本实施例中,电连接柱31可以为螺栓,该螺栓贯穿表壳1并与表壳1固定。电连接片32与电连接柱31间优选为通过焊接的方式固定连接,以保证二者间良好的固定效果和导电性。进一步地,电连接片32可以为弹片,弹片为现有的用于机械或电学领域的具有导电性的弹性金属片,当天线部件4安装在表壳1上后,弹片与天线部件4之间可实现良好的抵接电连接。
进一步地,电路板2上设有PIFA天线接地片、寄生天线接地片和信号传输线,智能手表包括三个电连接部件3,分别是第一电连接部件3a、第二电连接部件3b和第三电连接部 件3c;天线部件4通过第一电连接部件3a与PIFA天线接地片电连接,天线部件4通过第二电连接部件3b与寄生天线接地片电连接,天线部件4通过第三电连接部件3c与信号传输线电连接。本实施例中,采用PIFA天线和寄生天线可增加天线的带宽,并使信号传输更加稳定;通过信号传输线可实现智能手表与外界的信号传输。
需要说明的是,天线部件4与三个电连接部件3接触点的位置不同,将导致天线的工作频率不同,因此,为得到特定的频率(如中国的GSM频段或美国的GMS频段)可通过现有的信号仿真的方式测出天线部件4与三个电连接部件3接触点的位置,然后设计相应的天线部件4。
进一步地,智能手表还包括表带5,表壳1上的天线部件4的安装处设置有表耳6,表带5与表耳6可拆卸连接。本实施例中,将表耳6的位置设置在天线部件4的安装处,可借助表耳6的原有形状实现天线的外接方式的设计,使智能手表的外形更加美观。
具体地,每个表耳6的两侧均设置有安装孔,表带5的两侧均设置有与安装孔匹配的插入杆,表带5为弹性表带。举例而言,当装配表带5时,可将表带5挤压弯曲,使表带5两侧的插入杆之间的距离缩短,然后,将表带5两侧的插入杆对准表耳6两侧的安装孔并释放表带5,表带5两侧的插入杆均插入安装孔内,完成表带5的安装;当拆卸表带5时,挤压表带5,当表带5两侧的插入杆从表耳6两侧的安装孔中抽出后,退出表带5,完成表带5的拆卸。
进一步地,表带5和天线部件4可以一体成型,使组装和拆卸智能手表时更加方便。考虑到表带5的柔软性,在佩戴智能手表时,表带5会经常扭动,为了保证天线部件4与电连接部件3良好的接触,表带5和天线部件4优选为分离设置。
进一步地,智能手表还包括显示屏7,显示屏7固定安装在表壳1的外端面上并与电路板2电连接。本实施例中,显示屏7可以为现有任意的具有显示文字、图像等功能的显示屏7,在此不做具体限定。
可选地,表壳1的外端面上设置有安装槽,显示屏7嵌装于安装槽内,使智能手表的外形更加美观,并且节省了空间;显示屏7还可以通过螺钉固定安装在表壳1的外端面上,增加显示屏7的固定效果。
进一步地,智能手表还包括表盖8(表盖8位于图1中的表壳1的后端面上),表壳1上设置有插装孔,表盖8固定安装在表壳1上,以封堵插装孔。本实施例中,插装孔可用于智能手表的维修;表盖8可起到保护电路板2的作用。举例而言,当智能手表的电路板2出现故障后,可拆下表盖8,通过插装孔将电路板2从表壳1内取出,对电路板2进行维修。
