在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图4所示,本发明公开了一种洗衣机门体灯控板的防静电装置,用于洗衣机,该洗衣机包括:机壳;安装在机壳上可开启/关闭的洗衣机门体,以及安装在洗衣机门体上的门显示灯和与门显示灯电气连接的灯控板2,洗衣机门体上设有用于安装灯控板的绝缘安装区,且进一步该洗衣机具有安装于门体并能将静电从门体导出的静电导出装置。通过绝缘静电防护和静电导通相结合的方式,从根本上解决了显示灯的灯控板2的静电击穿问题。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中的揭示了一种洗衣机门体灯控板的防静电装置。该防静电装置用于洗衣机,特别是洗衣机门体上带有灯显示功能的洗衣机。
该洗衣机包括:一个机壳;一个安装在机壳上可开启/关闭的洗衣机门体,该洗衣机门体与外壳体通过门铰链连接。同时,洗衣机门体的主体包含观察窗窗屏10,其上安装有观察窗玻璃4,透过该观察窗用户可以观察到洗衣机内的水位和衣物的状况。观察窗具有观察框内框7和观察窗外框9。该洗衣机们带有灯光显示功能,包含LED灯带5、灯控板2和连接于两者之间的LED灯带连接线3。灯控板2中具有控制LED灯带5开关和其他显示状态的控制电路,并接收来自于洗衣机控制程序的指令,通过LED灯带连接线3发送电信号,来实现上述的对LED灯带5的控制功能。
正如背景技术中所提到的,通常情况下观察窗内框7为外观的美观性,采用电镀或喷涂上炫彩的金属漆;同时观察窗外框9也电镀或喷涂金属漆。这样也就使两者的表面都具有可导电性。另一方面灯控板2中分布的电路比较密集,其中排布有各种电子管或电阻电容等电气元器件,即使微弱的外来电流也会造成该灯控板2的功能故障。在洗衣机使用的过程中, 洗衣机门体的观察窗内框7或观察窗外框9很容易导入静电,造成安装固定在两者之间的灯控板2被静电干扰甚至击穿,造成LED灯带5的显示功能故障甚至丧失。
本发明解决该问题从绝缘和导通两个方面进行改进,从而彻底地解决了灯控板2被洗衣机门体的静电所干扰的问题。
在绝缘方面,本发明通过多种形式,为灯控板提供一个绝缘安装区,本实施例中的绝缘安装区是通过采用绝缘保护盒的方式实现的。
具体来说就是采用保护盒1对灯控板2进行绝缘隔离。如图1所示,洗衣机门体依次包括:观察窗玻璃4、观察窗内框7和观察窗外框9;所述保护盒1可以安装在观察窗内框7、或观察窗外框9、或观察窗内框和观察窗外框之间等多个位置。
在本实施例中,保护盒1安装在靠近观察窗玻璃4侧的观察窗内框7上;所述观察窗内框7为环形,且沿观察窗内框7的圆周方向上设有沿半径方向的加强筋,在加强筋上开有卡接槽,所述保护盒1卡接限位在所述卡接槽内。
如图3和图4所示,本发明为灯控板2设计的保护盒1具有独立的容纳腔和可拆卸的保护盖,保护盖与容纳腔闭合时,形成密闭绝缘的灯控板安装空间。其整体是一个盒体结构,包括盒体101形成保护盒的容纳腔、保护盖102。为了绝缘性的考虑,保护盒1整体采用的材质为绝缘塑胶。绝缘塑胶具有成型容易,加工简单,价格低廉等优点,是理想的保护盒1制造材质。
如图4所示,保护盒1的保护盖102可以被打开,并与盒体101分离。所述保护盒的盒体101与保护盖102通过卡扣进行卡接。
如图3和图4所示,保护盒1的盒体101上具有卡钩104;相应地,在保护盖102上具有与该卡钩104配合使用的卡槽105。当两者扣合时,可以实现保护盖102与盒体101成为一个紧密结合的整体。从而实现为灯控板2提供一个绝缘的安装空间。
盒体101内具有压紧或固定的限位机构,使灯控板2固定安装在保护盒1的盒体101中。为了能够实现两者配合紧密,在盒体101内设置有凸起的限位筋106,而在灯控板2的对应位置上具有相应的限位开口201,限位开口201的厚度略大于固定筋106的厚度。在将灯控板2平放在保护盒1的盒体101内时,盒体101的限位筋106插入灯控板2的限位开口201内,两者配合可以避免灯控板2在保护盒1内的相对运动。
在盒体101的一侧具有一个进/出电线孔103。灯控板2安装在盒体101内后,将灯控板 2上包含LED灯带连接线3在内的,电源线和/或信号线等都通过该进/出电线孔103从保护盒1内引出。将灯控板2在盒体101内固定安装,并将上述连线整理好后将保护盖102扣合。
对于保护盒1的外形尺寸的设计,尽量接近原有的灯控板2的外形。在进行安装时,只需要将装配好的保护盒1固定安装在通常情况下灯控板2的安装位置,通过上述的卡装方式,或者是胶粘或是采用其他的连接方式固定在观察窗内框7上即可。
采用保护盒的方法,使在对洗衣机门体的内框和外框以及外表面进行金属漆喷涂时,不需要因为该处的绝缘要求而修改加工工艺,只需简单安装就可实现绝缘隔绝的要求,不影响洗衣机门体表面处理的生产效率。
实施例2
在本实施例中,洗衣机门体外表面涂有可导电的金属涂层。为了给灯控板提供绝缘的安装区,在为洗衣机喷涂金属涂层的时候,在灯控板的预安装区域提前采用阻镀工艺处理,使在洗衣机门体的内框或者外框采用电镀等工艺进行金属漆的喷涂时,该区域不会被喷涂上金属漆。这样也就同样为灯控板提供了一个绝缘的安装区。
实施例3
在本实施例中,洗衣机门体外表面同样涂有可导电的金属涂层。为了给灯控板提供绝缘的安装区,采用的方法是在灯控板预安装区域喷涂上和灯控板的面积相当的绝缘材料形成绝缘涂层,同样为灯控板提供绝缘安装区。
实施例4
由于灯控板2上述实施例中的方法提供了绝缘保护,所以在很大程度上解决了静电对于灯控板2的干扰问题。本发明为了进一步提高灯控板防静电处理的可靠性,避免在某些特殊情况下造成的保护盒1无法完全解决静电问题的情况,本发明还同时采用静电的导通方案,即在洗衣机门体体上安装能将静电从门体导出的静电导出装置。
本实施例中实现该功能的静电导出装置是门铰链。本实施例中,门铰链被设计为导电材质,使门模块的静电通过该门铰链传送至机壳。
如图1和图2所示,洗衣机门体通过门铰链11与洗衣机的机壳相连,并通过门钩6将两者扣合。在本实施例中,如背景技术中所介绍的,洗衣机门体为了美观通常都电镀或喷涂上了金属漆。这就造成了洗衣机门体表面的材料具有了可导电的特性。在本实施例中洗衣机的机壳也由金属材质制成,机壳表面也同样具有可导电特性。
本实施例中,门铰链11采用导电性能良好的铜材质制作而成。一般来说,门铰链由铰链座,铰链,和用于连接两者的转轴组成。转轴被转动活接在铰链座上,同时为了提高转轴的耐磨性,作为作为铰链的一部分,一般会在铰链和转轴的接触部位设置门铰链套1101。在另一个实施中,为了减少制造的成本,采用的是门铰链的基材采用通常使用的洗衣机门体铰链材质,而只是将门铰链套1101上的,洗衣机门体和机壳接触的部分采用导电性能优良的铜材质,或者其他金属导通材质。只要通过该门铰链能够实现洗衣机门体与机壳之间导电连接,即达到本方案的设计效果。
通过门铰链11的导电设置,可以将产生于洗衣机门体上的静电,立刻通过门铰链11传送到洗衣机的机壳上,而洗衣机的机壳接地连接,使得静电在从洗衣机门体向机壳传送的过程中,即使还有没有被消耗掉的剩余电流,也会被疏导到系统外,而不会滞留在设备本身上。
在另一个实施例中,门铰链11直接与接地电路电性连接。这种连接电路适用于机壳非金属材质,或为了提高静电接地效果而采用。
静电导通的方案,从根本上解决了静电的传输方向问题,最大限度上避免了洗衣机的门模块上的灯控板2被静电干扰,甚至击穿现象的出现。
因此通过本设计方案,将绝缘隔离和静电导通结合起来应用,全方位地为灯控板提供了绝缘保护,使得灯控板不再会出现上述由洗衣机门体静电而带来的上述问题,使带有灯提醒功能的洗衣机门体的灯显示功能可靠性得到了大幅度提升。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机门体灯控板的防静电装置,用于洗衣机,该洗衣机包括:机壳;安装在机壳上可开启/关闭的洗衣机门体,以及安装在洗衣机门体上的门显示灯和与门显示灯电气连接的灯控板,
    其特征在于:洗衣机门体上设有用于安装灯控板的绝缘安装区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述绝缘安装区为安装在洗衣机门体上的由绝缘材料制成的保护盒。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述洗衣机门体关闭后,由内向外依次包括:观察窗玻璃、观察窗内框和观察窗外框;所述保护盒安装在观察窗内框、或观察窗外框、或观察窗内框和观察窗外框之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述保护盒安装在靠近观察窗玻璃侧的观察窗内框上;所述观察窗内框为环形,且沿观察窗内框的圆周方向上设有沿半径方向的加强筋,在加强筋上开有卡接槽,所述保护盒卡接限位在所述卡接槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述保护盒具有独立的容纳腔和可拆卸的保护盖,保护盖与容纳腔闭合时,形成密闭绝缘的灯控板安装空间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述保护盒的容纳腔与保护盖通过卡扣进行卡接;
    优选的,设置在保护盒的容腔上的卡钩通过与设置在保护盖上的卡槽扣合实现卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述的灯控板设置于保护盒内的限位结构限位固定在所述保护盒内;
    优选地,所述保护盒内设置有凸起的限位筋,所述的灯控板上具有与所述限位筋配合的限位开口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述洗衣机门体外表面涂有可导电的金属涂层;
    所述绝缘安装区是由阻镀工艺处理得到的绝缘安装区,或者,所述绝缘安装区是通过喷涂绝缘涂层得到的绝缘安装区。
  9. 根据权利要求2或8所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:该洗衣机具有安装于门体并能将静电从门体导出的静电导出装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防静电装置,其特征在于:所述静电导出装置为具有导电材质的门铰链,洗衣机门体上的静电通过所述门铰链导出至机壳。
