Description
本发明涉及显示器包装领域,尤其涉及一种拼接式包装护角。
在显示技术领域,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)与有机发光二极管显示器(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)等平板显示装置已经逐步取代阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)显示器。
LCD通常包括液晶显示面板与背光模组。液晶显示面板由一片薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array Substrate)与一片彩色滤光片基板(Color Filter,CF)贴合而成,且在TFT基板与CF基板之间灌入液晶,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
OLED具有自发光、驱动电压低、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高、近180°视角、使用温度范围宽、可实现柔性显示与大面积全色显示等诸多优点,被业界公认为是最有发展潜力的显示装置。
目前市场上的LCD与OLED均具有多种规格尺寸,如智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电视等,故相应的包装规格繁多,包装显示器的纸箱高度及堆栈高度规格不一。在显示器的包装过程中,一般会在纸箱堆栈的四条竖边上使用包装护角来避免磕碰,对纸箱内的显示器进行保护。
如图1所示,现有的包装护角100为一整体式的横截面为“L”形的长板。结合图2与图3,先将所述包装护角100分别包在纸箱堆栈200的四条竖边,再盖上天盖300,捆绕打包带400即完成包装过程。
由于现今显示器的型号、尺寸偏多,故包装规格繁多,相应所需的纸箱高度及堆栈高度规格不一,那么在包装过程中所用到的整体式的包装护角100的长度便不一样,需要根据不同的包装规格设计多种不同长度的包装护角,不仅不经济,也给入料及领料过程带来麻烦,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拼接式包装护角,能够简便地改变包装护角的长度,适应显示器不同包装规格的堆栈高度,经济实用,并提高生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种拼接式包装护角,包括数块护角板、以及沿护角板的长度方向对上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的连接组件;
每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔;所述连接组件包括锁套、及固定纽扣;所述锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔开设第二通孔,所述固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将所述上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起。
所述锁套的横截面形状与护角板的横截面形状相契合,所述护角板的横截面形状呈“L”形。
所述护角板包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一竖板、及沿护角板长度方向延伸且垂直于所述第一竖板的第二竖板,所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均开设第一通孔。
所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均分别开设两个第一通孔。
所述锁套包括与所述第一竖板契合的第一连接板、及与第二竖板契合的第二连接板,所述第一连接板上开设四个第二通孔,所述第二连接板上开设四个第二通孔。
所述锁套还包括与第一连接板相对的第三连接板、与第二连接板相对的第四连接板、连接第一连接板与第三连接板的第一封板、及连接第二连接板与第四连接板的第二封板;开设在所述第一连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第三连接板,开设在所述第二连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第四连接板;所述第一连接板、第一封板、第三连接板、第四连接板、第二封板、与第二连接板构成一闭合空间,上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的部分穿插在该闭合空间内。
所述第一通孔与第二通孔均为圆孔。
所述固定纽扣包括底板、及垂直连接所述底板的纽扣本体;所述纽扣本体远离底板的末端较其它部分突出。
可选的,两个纽扣本体共用一个底板。
所述锁套与固定纽扣的材质均为塑料或瓦楞纸。
本发明还提供一种拼接式包装护角,包括数块护角板、以及沿护角板的长度方向对上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的连接组件;
每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔;所述连接组件包括锁套、及固定纽扣;所述锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔
开设第二通孔,所述固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将所述上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起;

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种拼接式包装护角,在每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔,在锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔开设第二通孔,使用固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起,能够简便地改变包装护角的长度,适应显示器不同包装规格的堆栈高度,经济实用,并提高生产效率。

及沿护角板1的长度方向对上下相邻两块护角板1进行连接的连接组件3。针对显示器不同包装规格的堆栈高度,上述拼接式包装护角可选用不同数目的护角板1,通过对应数量的连接组件3进行连接,从而简便地改变长度来适应不同包装规格的堆栈高度。
结合图4、图5、图8、与图9,本发明与现有技术的区别首先在于每一护角板1的上下两端均开设与护角板1的长度方向垂直的第一通孔11。具体地,所述护角板1的横截面形状呈“L”形,包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一竖板13、及沿其长度方向延伸且垂直于所述第一竖板13的第二竖板15,所述第一竖板13的上下两端及第二竖板15的上下两端均优选但不限于开设两个第一通孔11。
结合图4、图6、图7、图9、与图10,本发明与现有技术的区别还在于增加了连接组件3,所述连接组件3包括锁套31、及固定纽扣33。所述锁套31对应上下相邻两块护角板1中位于下方的护角板1上端的第一通孔11及位于上方的护角板1下端的第一通孔11开设第二通孔311,所述固定纽扣33穿过相应的第一通孔11与第二通孔311将所述上下相邻两块护角板1及锁套31连接在一起。优选的,所述第一通孔11与第二通孔311均为圆孔。
具体地,所述锁套31的横截面形状与护角板1的横截面形状相契合,且所述锁套31至少包括与所述第一竖板13契合的第一连接板313、及与第二竖板15契合的第二连接板315。所述第一连接板313与第二连接板315垂直连接,所述第一连接板313上优选但不限于开设四个第二通孔311,所述第二连接板315上优选但不限于开设四个第二通孔311。
如图7所示,所述固定纽扣33包括底板331、及垂直连接所述底板331的纽扣本体332;所述纽扣本体332远离底板331的末端较其它部分突出。从便于制作及安装的角度考虑,设置两个纽扣本体332共用一个底板331。
针对锁套31仅包括所述第一连接板313与第二连接板315的情况,将锁套31直接接触上下相邻两块护角板1需进行连接的部分,使第一连接板313与第一竖板13接触,第二连接板315与第二竖板15接触,且第二通孔311对准第一通孔11,然后使固定纽扣33穿过相应的第一通孔11与第二通孔311将所述上下相邻两块护角板1及锁套31连接在一起,进一步地,其中两个固定纽扣33的底板331抵住第一连接板313,纽扣本体332的末端抵住第一竖板13;而另两个固定纽扣33的底板331抵住第二连接板315,纽扣本体332的末端抵住第二竖板15。
为了增加连接的稳固性,如图6与图10所示,所述锁套31还包括与
第一连接板313相对的第三连接板317、与第二连接板315相对且与第三连接板317垂直连接的第四连接板319、连接第一连接板313与第三连接板317的第一封板316、及连接第二连接板315与第四连接板319的第二封板318;开设在所述第一连接板313上的四个第二通孔311亦穿透第三连接板317,开设在所述第二连接板315上的四个第二通孔311亦穿透第四连接板319。所述第一连接板313、第一封板316、第三连接板317、第四连接板319、第二封板318、与第二连接板315构成一闭合空间310。这种情况下,结合图4、图6、图8、图9、与图10,将上下相邻两块护角板1需进行连接的部分穿插在所述闭合空间310内,使第一竖板13处于第一连接板313与第三连接板317之间,第二竖板15处于第二连接板315与第四连接板319之间,且第二通孔311对准第一通孔11,然后使固定纽扣33穿过相应的第一通孔11与第二通孔311将所述上下相邻两块护角板1及锁套31连接在一起,进一步地,其中两个固定纽扣33的底板331抵住第一连接板313,纽扣本体332的末端抵住第三连接板317;而另两个固定纽扣33的底板331抵住第二连接板315,纽扣本体332的末端抵住第四连接板319。
具体地,所述锁套31与固定纽扣33均可以采用塑料注塑成型,也可以均采用瓦楞纸进行制作。
综上所述,本发明的拼接式包装护角,在每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔,在锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔开设第二通孔,使用固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起,能够简便地改变包装护角的长度,适应显示器不同包装规格的堆栈高度,经济实用,并提高生产效率。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (18)
- 一种拼接式包装护角,包括数块护角板、以及沿护角板的长度方向对上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的连接组件;每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔;所述连接组件包括锁套、及固定纽扣;所述锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔开设第二通孔,所述固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将所述上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起。
- 如权利要求1所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套的横截面形状与护角板的横截面形状相契合,所述护角板的横截面形状呈“L”形。
- 如权利要求2所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述护角板包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一竖板、及沿护角板长度方向延伸且垂直于所述第一竖板的第二竖板,所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均开设第一通孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均分别开设两个第一通孔。
- 如权利要求4所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套包括与所述第一竖板契合的第一连接板、及与第二竖板契合的第二连接板,所述第一连接板上开设四个第二通孔,所述第二连接板上开设四个第二通孔。
- 如权利要求5所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套还包括与第一连接板相对的第三连接板、与第二连接板相对的第四连接板、连接第一连接板与第三连接板的第一封板、及连接第二连接板与第四连接板的第二封板;开设在所述第一连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第三连接板,开设在所述第二连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第四连接板;所述第一连接板、第一封板、第三连接板、第四连接板、第二封板、与第二连接板构成一闭合空间,上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的部分穿插在该闭合空间内。
- 如权利要求1所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述第一通孔与第二通孔均为圆孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述固定纽扣包括底板、及垂直连接所述底板的纽扣本体;所述纽扣本体远离底板的末端较其它部分突出。
- 如权利要求8所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,两个纽扣本体共用一 个底板。
- 如权利要求1所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套与固定纽扣的材质均为塑料或瓦楞纸。
- 一种拼接式包装护角,包括数块护角板、以及沿护角板的长度方向对上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的连接组件;每一护角板的上下两端均开设与护角板的长度方向垂直的第一通孔;所述连接组件包括锁套、及固定纽扣;所述锁套对应上下相邻两块护角板中位于下方的护角板上端的第一通孔及位于上方的护角板下端的第一通孔开设第二通孔,所述固定纽扣穿过相应的第一通孔与第二通孔将所述上下相邻两块护角板及锁套连接在一起;其中,所述第一通孔与第二通孔均为圆孔;其中,所述固定纽扣包括底板、及垂直连接所述底板的纽扣本体;所述纽扣本体远离底板的末端较其它部分突出。
- 如权利要求11所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套的横截面形状与护角板的横截面形状相契合,所述护角板的横截面形状呈“L”形。
- 如权利要求12所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述护角板包括沿其长度方向延伸的第一竖板、及沿护角板长度方向延伸且垂直于所述第一竖板的第二竖板,所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均开设第一通孔。
- 如权利要求13所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述第一竖板的上下两端及第二竖板的上下两端均分别开设两个第一通孔。
- 如权利要求14所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套包括与所述第一竖板契合的第一连接板、及与第二竖板契合的第二连接板,所述第一连接板上开设四个第二通孔,所述第二连接板上开设四个第二通孔。
- 如权利要求15所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套还包括与第一连接板相对的第三连接板、与第二连接板相对的第四连接板、连接第一连接板与第三连接板的第一封板、及连接第二连接板与第四连接板的第二封板;开设在所述第一连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第三连接板,开设在所述第二连接板上的四个第二通孔亦穿透第四连接板;所述第一连接板、第一封板、第三连接板、第四连接板、第二封板、与第二连接板构成一闭合空间,上下相邻两块护角板进行连接的部分穿插在该闭合空间内。
- 如权利要求11所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,两个纽扣本体共用一个底板。
- 如权利要求11所述的拼接式包装护角,其中,所述锁套与固定纽 扣的材质均为塑料或瓦楞纸。
